Kolon kanseri hastasiydim. Hastanede gokhan hocam aslihan hocam tarafindan kemo terapi gordum cok degerli doktorlar sayelerinde tumorler kuculdu. Alanlarinda tekler. Asli hemsire ve faruk hemsire cok ilgili guler yuzlu idi. Cihan hoca ilter hoca halil hoca tarafindan cok kapsamli bir ameliyat oldum. Sayelerinde kanser tumorleri alindi bitmek uzere olan bobregim kurtarildi. Ilgileri alakalari hastaya yaklasimlari cok iyiydi. Alanlarinda hepsi bir numaradir. F blok 2. Katta 15 gun yattim hemsirelerinden sevkat merhamet ve isine sımsıkı sarıldiklarina sahit oldum. Cok haklari gecti. Isimlerini yazsam birkacini unutsam cok buyuk ayip olur diye yazmiyorum. Hepsi cok tatli insanlar.

1 ay önce elimde oluşan kırıktan dolayı acil servise gittim. Op.Dr. Gökhan Karademir iyileşme sürecini çok ilgili , güler yüzlü bir şekilde takip etti.Kendisine ne kadar teşekkür etsem az, herşey çok güzel ilerledi.

Acıbadem Altunizade negatif tecrübemizden sonra tereddüt ile gittiğimiz Maslak şubesinden çok memnun kaldık. Zekeriyaköy şubesinden acil olarak ambulans ile geldiğimiz hastanede çok yakın ilgi ile karsilandik. Hemen işlemlere başlanıp gerekli bütün bilgilendirmeler yapıldı. Sabahında endoskopide gerek doktor gerek de hemşire arkadaşlar çok sıcak ve ilgili idiler. Ayrıca hastanenin özellikle pediatri bölümü bir çocuğun hastane fobisini kıracak kadar güzel dekore edilmiş ve her türlü ihtiyaçlarını karşılayacak şekilde hazırlanmış. Gerek fiziksel, gerek tıbbi yaklaşım anlamında A+ bir hastane.

Bugün, arabam tam da otoparkınıza girerken bozuldu, zor parkedebildim. Herşeyiyle dört dörtlük bir hastane. Personel inanılmaz ilgili ve yardımcı, en basit konuda bile yardımcı olmak için koşturuyorlar. Üstüne üstlük çok kibarlar. Kafelerden, normal personelden tutunda hemşireler ve doktorlara hepsi ayrı insani güzellikteler. Keşke bu sistem tüm hastanelerimizde olsa.Ameliyatımızı Prof. Mete Düren bey yaptılar. Kendisini anlatmaya gerek yok ama hem doktor hem de insani olarak muhteşem biri ve pozitif enerji yüklü. Kendisi başta olmak üzere tüm hastane personel ve yetkililerine çok teşekkür ederiz.

Privates Krankenhaus daher auch sehr teuer für die Menschen in der Türkei. Unser Kinderwunsch kannte keine Grenzen. Gegenüber Deutschland in Sachen KINDERWUNSCH kann man kein Vergleich ziehen. Es ist halt viel besser in Sachen Behandlung und Therapie. Hat alles bestens geklappt... Wir kamen heulend in diesem Krankenhaus und sind lachend wieder raus... Stolze Eltern und in Deutschland hat man uns schon abgeschrieben gehabt!!!

27 Ağustos tarihinde Prof.Dr Mete DÜREN tarafından troid ameliyatım yapıldı.Kendisi bir doktordan çok ailemden biri gibi davrandı bana.Onu gördüğünüzde zaten kendisine çok güven duyuyorsunuz.Ameliyattan 2 gün sonra telefonumu bizzat kendi arayıp nasıl olduğumu sordu ki bu bile onu mükemmel bir doktor yapıyor bence.Çok önemli bir teşekkürüm de ameliyattan sonra odama geçtiğimde benimle ilgilenen sağlık personeline.Bir tanesine bile tek bir olumsuz yorum yazamam.Hepsi çok ilgili,çok güler yüzlüydü.Hatta eve geldikten sonra ilk defa keşke 1 gece daha hastanede tutup benimle ilgilenselerdi dedim.o kadar ilacı zamanını 1 dakika bile geçirmeden verdiler bana,odama her girdiklerinde güleryüzleriyle bana kendimi iyi hissettirdiler.

Had my annual check up here. They’ve come a loooong way. Place is clean & well maintained. Very systematic and organized. Doctor is proficient in English. Staff are accommodating & helpful even if they don’t all speak in English. Hospital has clear signs in both Turkish & English & a staff will always walk with you if you need to go to a different area of the hospital. Disappointed that the restroom where I was led to give my urine sample was filthy but there were other toilets around that were very clean. Paid street parking and Valet parking available.

Лечусь 1 год, все подходит, за исключением оплаты. Если оплату производить в $ и оставляешь аванс, то сдачу дают лирами по курсу очень низкому, такого даже в аэропорту нет. Если лирами, то наоборот, по очень высокому..... Лично для меня, разница между курсами играет очень огромную роль, так как экономлю на всём, чтобы оплатить лечение.2 вопросЭто тест на covidНа сайте не указано, что его делать всем обязательно. Он по сравнению со всеми клиниками Турции дорогой 60$, это если ты пациент, тогда когда везде 250 TL.Билеты на самолёт покупаешь и не знаешь, что надо сделать тест ПЦР и день потерять и подождать ОТВЕТ. а ты на это не рассчитал время. И вообще про тест не понятно, почему так дорого и для чего, и почему нельзя сделать перед вылетом у себя в стране(такое впечатление, что просто денег заработать дополнительно с больных)И какое время надо на получение ВАШЕГО ответа теста ПЦР, так как билеты на самолёт менять сейчас не получается, как раньше.Спасибо

Hastane guzel doktorlar asistanlar ilgililer ama cok bos sey var hastaneye 3 ayda bir bi ton para oduyorum dunya mutfagi denen yemekler var 1 tabak makarna 30 tl? Ne alaka plastik bardakta cay 10 tl? Cok pahali bir rontgen 1000 tl olmamali birde doktor yakiniyiz NOT:hastanede yakininiz calisiyorsa biraz indirim yapiyorlar temizlikci olsa bile

Good doctors, good facilities, below-average service.When you charge 1250 TL for a doctor visit, you should at least teach your staff some basic English. They have to shuffle around for 20 minutes to find someone who can speak English!

Eşimle beraber Bülent Traş hocaya tüp bebek tedavisi için gitmiştik ama başladığımıza da pişman olduk.Bırakın hoca ile görüşebilmeyi karşımızda muhatap bir hemşire bile bulamadık. İstanbul dışından geldiğimiz için ulaşım imkanı ve eşim öğretmen olduğu için izin imkanı zordu. Telefonla aradığımızda telefonlar çok zor düşüyordu. Bizi aradıklarında sürekli para yatırmamız söyleniyordu.Tamamen ticarete dökmüşler.Daha önce anne ve babam için Ankara'da Liv Hospital ve Medikana'ya gittiklerimizde her seferinde profesör bizimle ilgileniyor. Sağlık Bakanına ulaşmak, profesör Bülent Traş'a ulaşmaktan daha kolaydır bence. Bize bir seferinde Cuma gününe Randevü verdiler hoca ile görüşmek için, sevinerek uçak biletlerimizi ve izinlerimizi aldık, ama son 3 gün kala dalga geçer gibi Cuma günkü Randevü iptal oldu,pazartesiye ertendi dediler, gene görüşemedik.Cumartesi gittik, hocanın orada olduğunu òğrendik, doğumu var,ameliyatı var dediler, sonra yeni hastalarla görüşüyor dediler,dedik saat kaç olursa görüşelim dedim, kabul etmediler,onlar yeni hastaysa biz neyiz,parasız yatılı hastamı, bizde yeni hasta olduk ama gene görüşemedik.Binbir zorluklarla buraya geliyoruz, eşimin izin olayı da sıkıntı. Devlet hastanesine gitsek en azından bir uzman kadın doğum doktoru ile muhatap olurduk ve bu kadar paralar bayılmazdık.

I lived nearby for 6 years in Istanbul. Having used them for different issues over the years, I found them to be mainly focused on extracting as much fees as they could without much sympathy. What was unusual was that the facility was top quality but the major weaknesses were far bigger negatives:- hard to find English speaking staff. The international desk is not the most efficient- fees were always an issue. And if you are a foreigner then expect a much higher range, in fact expect them to levy charges they did not disclose to you upfront.- Emergency facility on weekends was not ideal. Doctors were not prompt, language issue, diagnosis and treatment was sometime sub optimal.In my last 2 years we started using Amerikan hospital which was better on most counts but a bit of a drive for us. In summary Acibadem is mainly focused on extracting maximum cost from you so be warned. They are owned by a private equity company so no surprise there. As a foreigner, you will not find it user friendly or reasonable

Karpal tünel yani sinir sıkışması nedeniyle yakın ve steril olduğunu düşünerek hastahane fizik tedavi doktorundan randevu alarak gittim.hastahane bünyesindeki fizik tedavi merkezinde 10 seans fizik tedavi aldım hem sigortadan bi de benden yüklü para almalarına rağmen 10 gun içinde Dr bir kez bile nasıl oldu diye sormadı.10 günde çıkarken doktorla görüşmek istedim fakat görüşemedim.dr sizi arayacak dediler ve aramadilar.tam bir ticarethane olmuş. Bir daha asla gitmem

My son had to return to ER due to vomiting and diarrhea shortly after being discharged from the hospital. The staff refused to allocate him a room and requested a 20.000 TL advance payment or wait until 8 am despite having a guarantee of payment from my insurance company covering all treatments for my son up to 5 million $ (my son was in pain and needed to get some rest). The neurologist and infection diseases doctors were late for the discharge process and their English level was far from understandable. I will never return nor recommend any treatment in this hospital.

Very unprofessional and extremely expensive given the service, especially surgeons operating from external clinics in the hospital. They claim to use private techniques which cause significant complications during the healing process and they take the issues very lightly. I had an operation with Yakup Avsar and I had problems with threads. I was dismissed and offered to travel back and forth claiming other surgeons will complicate the issues. I advise to stay away if you value your life, time and money!

Less than a 1 star even. It is a business not a hospital. To see the doctor and pay almost 200$ to hear “ there is a problem in your knee and we have to see it through MRI and xray” which we already know that there is something wrong. I mean why else would someone go to a hospital. Plus i called before coming and they said the doctors fee will include all the fees. But that was a lie. Cause i had to go to the xray section and they asked for around 800$ for one knee. Ofc i didn’t pay anything and didn’t even do the xray and i went to the customer service and they refused to give me a refund.

The staff are terrible!! Horrible horrible people for a private clinic that wants to be 5 stars. When I got there from London they didn’t speak English none of the staff that admits you and they got a translator but the women was so rude even the translator said it afterwards she really made my day. Frustrated women that should not be in a customer facing job. Anyway all of them are the same except the upstairs ones from the ward they were all lovely and they looked after me really good. Still 1 star because I wanted to leave at the rubbish welcome.

I had an ongoing ear infection.I was seen by one the Ear, nose and throat doctor. I had a follow-up appointment at 10am, I had a confirmation text the day before. I took the day off work as I also had another doctor appointment at 11.30 not in the same hospital.Anyway, at 9.55am I got a call from Acibadem, someone speaking Turkish, I said in English please and then they hung up.Then at 9.57am I had another call from the hospital, this time someone speaking English saying that my appointment had changed to 11am, because my doctor arrived at that time. 3 minutes before the appointment and then I had to wait one hour, no explanations given, nothing.This is not a free hospital, I'm paying as an international patient more that I would pay back in my home country. Why do they feel like they can play with my time, no apologies. Nothing

Last week, I was at the hospital with my relative . We did a PET-CT and MRI scan. The oncologist wasn’t there that week, but we discussed with the hospital that we would do the interpretation of the results remotely with the doctor because we live in Tirana, Albania. However, it’s been 3 days, and they haven’t responded. I turned to your hospital with the idea that I might find a solution there. It is crucial to start treatment as soon as possible and you need to understand that the days that go by are not in his favor. I urgently need a meeting with the oncologist

You would have to be an absolute idiot to use this hospital, especially if you are not a Turk!I called today for an appointment and was told I would have to pay in Euro because I was not Turkish, but if I was from another Middle East country I would pay the same as the Turks. I have lived in Turkey for years, and married to a Turkish man. We make the Turkish LIRA!This is not the first bad experience we have had with this Hospital. This hospital will do everything they can to cheat you out of a dollar. If you are looking for terrible Doctors that don’t listen to your concerns, and to be treated like a walking bank, then it’s the hospital for you!!

If I could I would not give even 1 star!!! The worst hospital I ever stayed in!! I was here for a tummy tuck ! My surgery was on Thursday it took 8 hours . My doc is the best but this Hospital I will never recommend to anyone ! I came in my room on Thursday 06.07.23 and they cleaned and tidy up my room on Saturday ! Since Friday I told them I have fever nobody checked they just told me no you don’t have fever . Since Friday morning I couldn’t walk because of my dizziness feeling, I told them 5 times (by the way NOBODY SPEAKS ENGLISH) !!!! They bring me on Saturday for 5 minutes a Germany speaking guy maybe 3 minutes who cares !? I couldn’t explain my feelings3 days long ! I must use a translator . Finally at 18 pm they give me a medicine for fever and now after 1 full day I feel better ! If you want to do any kind surgery neverCome to acibadem maslak ! While I have had good experiences with many doctors of Acibadem, I had an unfortunate one with Professor Dilek Guven in the Ophthalmology department. I booked the doctor due to her professional history in England, as I was hoping to communicate comfortably in English. I was extremely disappointed.I asked to communicate in English, which she didn't look too happy about although she spoke perfectly once we got around to it. While I tried to be nice, the doctor was overall cold and unwelcoming. The machine to get my eyes checked was dirty, so I was left unsure of my measurement once I left her office.I then returned 4 days later to double check my eyes, and the doctor looked irritated that I had returned. I told her that despite doing the measurement, I wanted to return and double-check before changing out all my glasses. No response, just silence resulting in my feeling very uncomfortable. It felt as if I was inconveniencing her.She then checked my eyes, and since the number was the same almost laughed mockingly when she told me she'd check the microscope to see if there was any change there.It was a cold, uncomfortable, and extremely unwelcoming appointment. I would not book again. In fact, for my checkup I attempted to book with another doctor until I realised this was not covered by my insurance, so I was made to take an appointment with the same doctor. Take better care of your patients. This was simply an eye check up, and cannot imagine going here if I was experiencing any real issue.

I remember I took my daughter to this hospital just for check up and she was admitted for just few hours. They gave her some drip and run some covid test on her which came back negative. Notwithstanding, I was given a bill of 7000TL just for check up all because I am a foreigner. They are money hungry people and only cares about your money. The Doctors are alright but all those ladies that are guiding you are disgustingly inflating the bill.They can extracted 100 more euros from my mother's card, and they will do this with every occasion.The pcr from the entrance is 50 Euro not 80 and you can just say that you made it (no one cares)So1.Pay in cash2. Check the prices list before3. Ask for receive4. If they start to get offended and aggressive if you ask for a receive (it happened to my mom) just ask for the manager. He will clear the waters and give you the right price (which was 300 euros less in our case).5. As a foreigner be very careful. This place will scam you with any occasion so be prepared to fight for your rights.Good medical technology, but disgusting service.

Eşim şu an 35 haftalık hamile. Hamileliğin başlangıcından bu yana Acıbadem Maslak'ta muaeyene ve kontrollere gittik. Doğumun yaklaşmasıyla birlikte doğum için fiyat öğrenmek istedik. Bağlı olduğumuz vakfın hastane ile anlaşması doğrultusunda ödememiz gereken fark zaten belli olmasına karşın emin olmak ve teyit etmek için fiyat istedik. Gördük ki anlaşılan tutarların çok çok üzerinde bir fiyat talep ediyorlardı ve net olmayan bir sürü şey daha vardı. Tahmin ediyorum doğum çok yaklaştığı için ve bizim de mecbur kalacağımızı düşünerek böyle bir fiyatlama yaptılar. Kendilerine anlaşmadan bahsedip fiyatlamayı revize etmelerini ve belirsiz bilgileri net olarak belirtmelerini istedik. O gün bugündür 12 gün oldu herhangi bir dönüş olmadı. Telefon ile dönüş yapılmasını istedik yine dikkate alınmadı. Hamilelik zaten son aşamada, bizim doktor ve hastane değiştirmemizin zor olduğunu düşünerek fırsatçılık yaptıkları kanaatine vardık. Bu nedenle başka bir hastaneye geçiş yaptık. Böyle bir dönemde bizi zor durumda bırakarak mağdur ettiler. Siz siz olun uzak durun.

Acıbadem Maslak onkoloji bölümünde Profesörden randevu alsanız da uzman doktor ve hemşirelerle tedaviniz takip ediliyor, doktora sormam gereken soru var dediğinizde bırakın profesörü, yardımcısı olarak işlerin çoğunu yapan uzman doktora bile ulaşamıyorsunuz, hemşireler ise doktorların iş yükü çok fazla, o nedenle biz onların iş yükünü azaltıyoruz, sorularınızı doktora değil bize sorun, biz hemşire olsak da doktor kadar biliriz diyorlar, bu saçmalığı kabul etmeyip doktora söylediğinizde doktor da aynı şeyi söylüyor, hemşireler her şeyi biliyor diyor, şikayet edince, söz de çözüm için arayan Halkla ilişkiler midüresi de aynı şeyleri söylüyor, Profesör ile randevumuz olsa da ilaç verme, klinikte ilgilenme gibi bütün işleri yardımcısı olan 2 uzman doktor yaptığı için çok yoğunlar, hemşireler de uzun zamandır orada çalıştığı için biliyorlar diyor. Kısacası profesörden randevu alıp hemşire ile tedavisine devam etmek isteyen kişiler buyursun Acıbadem Maslak Hastanesi onkoloji bölümüne gitsin, kimseye tavsiye etmiyorum. Doktorun iş yükünü, ancak bir başka ilave doktor alır hemşire alamaz hemşire bir başka hemşirenin iş yükünü alır.

Allah düşürmesin. Birkac yıldır geliyorum ama son 24 saate yaşadıklarımdan sonra artık burama geldi. Ticari kurum olduklarının farkındayım ama insan hayatı ile is yapan bir kurum en azından isini iyi yapmaya çalışır. Hele hele de bunun için kürek kürek para alıyorsa. Florence a gidin, Amerikan a gidin. En azından hipokrat yeminini hatırlayan insanların yönetiminde bir kurumda tedavi olursunuz.

REZALET !Kesinlikle aldığı paranın hakkını vermiyor. İstanbulun en ucuz kliniklerinde bile daha iyi hizmet alabilirsiniz. Baş ağrısıyla giren kanser çıkar. Santrale bağlanmak zaten ayrı bir olay.

19 Temmuz 2020 Pazar günü eşimin kalp çarpıntısı ve nefes darlığı şikayeti üzerine evimize 5 dk mesafede olan Maslak Acibadem hastanesinin acil bölüme götürdüm. Eşime acil bölümünde kardiyolog ve dahiliye uzmanı baktı. Bize vücuttaki demir oranının arttırıcı demir iğnesi ve çarpıntı giderici verip eve yolladılar. Bu günü seyreden 3 gün boyunca eşimin şikayetleri devam etti. 3 günün sonunda yeniden hastaneye gittiğimizde eşimin akciğerinde emboli oluştuğunu tespit ettiler.Özet ile eşim 3 gün boyunca akciğerlerinde emboli ile gezdi. 6 aylık bebeğimiz var. 3 gün boyunca yüksek olum riski ile gezdik. Acil bölümünde yapılan tüm tetkikler elimizde. Konuyu sonradan araştırınca öğrendik o gün acil bölümünde yapılan tetjilerden birisi D-DIMER testi. Normal şartlarda 300 ila 500 arasında olması gereken referans değer o gün Maslak Acibadem Hastanesinde Eşine yapilan yapılan teste 1400 referans değerde çıktı. Bu değer kan pıhtılaşmasinda bir sorun olduğunun açık bir göstergesi.Zor şartlarda özveri ile çalışan doktorlarımıza ve tüm sağlık çalışanlarına saygımız sonsuz. Fakat Acibadem Maslak Hastanesi gibi bir kurumun 6 aylık bebek sahibi bizi 3 gün boyunca böyle bir ölüm riski ile basbasa bırakması akıl almaz bir olay.

Bir arkadaşımızın ameliyatı üzerine üç gün gel gitlee yaptık otoparkta müsayit yere çekiyordum sorun yoktu fakat son gün taburcu olacakken düzenbaz valeler ile karşılaştık. Misafirlerimin yanında “biz yokken çekebilirsiniz ama biz varken olmaz” şeklinde konuşmalar geçti. Böyle güzel bir hastaneye Deynekçi koysalardı daha iyiydi!

Büyükdere Caddesi üzerinde araç kullanırken ve hastanenin önünden geçerken çok dikkatli olun. Ambulanslar hastaneye giriş ve çıkış yaparken hızlı akan trafiğe rağmen siren çalma ve sinyal verme zahmetine girmiyor, kırmızı ışıkta geçiyor, tersten giriyor. Kesinlikle hasta taşımadıkları zaman, durumun acil olmadığının çok belli olduğu zamanlarda da bunu yapıyorlar. Kaçtır ambulanslar ve diğer araçlar arasındaki kornalaşmalara ve küfürleşmelere tanık oluyorum. Bu hastanenin devamlı ve düzenli bir müşterisi olarak bu durum beni hastaneden soğuttu. Bu sabah bir tanesi yüzünden çok büyük kaza oluyordu. Bir elinde telefon, yanındakiyle gülüşerek Hacıosman yönünden gelerek, kendisine kırmızı yandığı halde Maslak yönü şeridine aniden döndü, sinyal bile vermeden. 6-7 araba acı fren yaparak zor durduk, zincirleme kazadan son anda kurtulduk. Kornaların hastaneden duyulduğuna eminim. Bu hareketi, habersiz seyir eden 6-7 arabaya 10 metre mesafeden yaptı. Haksız olduğunu bildiğinden hemen kaçtı hastanenin otoparkına. Bir şey diyemiyorum, yazık. Olur da bu yorumu görürseniz dikkate alın, hayatınızı kurtarabilir.
