Despite my uncertainties, those moments of doubt went unnoticed with the great medical care and overall experience I had at the hospital. Special mention to Dr Kishore who treats his patients and performs the procedure with utmost dedication and commitment to healthcare.
Good morning customer service not nice they dropped my call. They didn't submit my information to my insurance. Doctor recommended for blood test, first they submitted less information to my insurance then they said, insurance rejected but I called my insurance when I asked they said they didn't reject, they said from hospital didn't submit full details when now I call in hospital they say we refer the department . My insurance saying until now hospital didn't submit details. I hope authority will solve my concern soon
Please avoid to go this hospital very very bad services, i have normal issue just swilling but there the all departments said today not possible you come again tomorrow said come tomorrow, one day USG not possible because too much rush, you need book appointment for USG after USG reports not receive today come tomorrow and Dr said come to 22 oct your appointment booked , i came there but Dr not available there this day, another day i came again she referred to another Dr next day, but this day again another Dr not available, i m coming hospital every day from 5 days, and treatment is zero. I pay also fee for test, medicine which is not cover in insurance but the treatment is zero. There is very very bad services.i came there five time but treatment is zero. Worst experience ever at the hospital. Doctors are somewhat good but customer service is really pathetic. They keep you waiting for hours just to get the token, check vitals, and send to GP unnecessarily wether it's required or not. First they ask you to take appointments online, and when you go, they cancel the meeting with doctor making various excuses like doctor's duty is changed, or he is busy with too many patients or is on vacation, we tried to call you but your number was invalid. Although it was the same phone number at which they made the appointment. Even for follow up, we had to go through same long procedure, even after appointment, and in the last they cancelled. It's been a month since i and my husband got our tests done but every time they are refusing to do our follow up, all our lab results are in vain. No use of taking appointments as they keep you in waiting with regular walk in patients. And they charge you 10-20 AED at every counter despite having insurance, for what reason God knows. No matter how many doctors you ask for in alternate, they are never available. They never care whether it's an emergency case or how much the patient is suffering or in need of urgent treatment, they refuse you to go to the doctor. We are not going to this hospital ever again!
Please avoid to go this hospital.Exceptionally poor service. Nobody is able to properly guide you. From basement two, life was not functioning. I had excruciating agony when I had to climb the stairs. Although they claimed to have Verizon service, it wasn't working. Please avoid going to a hospital with poor care if you have insurance.
I have always visited this hospital for any illness, but this time, I went for an issue with my backpack, and the doctors referred me to radiology for an ultrasound. I was told at the front desk that only five patients were ahead of me, but it took over three hours before I was called into the ultrasound room. During that time, they allowed more than ten patients to go in before me. While I understand emergencies should take priority, there were no emergency cases, yet they still ignored the token system and delayed my turn. This lack of organization and professionalism wasted my time unnecessarily.
I had an amazing experience with Dr. Nitika Gupta throughout my pregnancy and delivery. As a first-time mom, I was quite anxious, but Dr. Nitika was incredibly kind, patient, and supportive. She always took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel at ease. During my delivery, she was calm, professional, and ensured everything went smoothly. The nursing staff were also extremely caring and attentive, making the whole process much more comfortable. I truly appreciate the exceptional care I received from Dr. Nitika and her team. Highly recommend her as a gynecologist!
Came in for cleaning and fillings for cavities. Excellently carried out and i feel a good difference in how my teeth felt. All my concerns were addressed and everything was carried out well. For any further procedures too i will be returning here as i had a satisfactory experience. Dr. Kishore was the one who did my procedures. He explained the importance of my procedures and gave good advice too. Overall had an excellent experience.
We visited Hospital Multiple times and found there are best facilities; Doctors and Amenities all across.Five star rating dedicated to all Doctors more specifically Dr. Rahul Raju.Personally met Dr. Rahul Raju and the way he treated us was amazing. Specific description of illness and keeping informed about all tests and process. We love to meet him again at any occasions.We also had complaints about the Token system ( Walk-in ; Follow up and Appointment patients) and front office staff due to long waiting Hours and registered official complaints.Customer complaints session had follow up throughout the week and performed few corrective actions (like Effective communication) but seems to be Root cause remain in system and effectiveness of corrective actions will not be possible without system changes. Personally feel these require management support and do not found customer care dept is empowered for those actions.Note: please don’t respond same copy paste Generic response like any customer care centers.IF Below pic posted at Hospital with real intentions then Appreciate to have proper system changes and respond with Facts.
Pharmacy staff’s are too slow. Hospital is very good and systematic. They are taking lot of time to take. Each and every patient needs to wait for more than 40 mins. One of the staff told One medicine is rejected by the insurance company, I asked her to check with the doctor for alternate by she was adamant and rejected my request. So I went upstairs to check with the doctor and got new medicine. For that I waited again 40 mins. Really pathetic
Last 10 years using Ahalia Musaffah hospital services and I am happy. But today I have worst experience, ENT department no doctor available. For only patient examination they asked me wait for 3 hours, they have only one doctor and he is busy with other work, so very big hospital but they don't have proper doctor or service.Also not informing before doctor not available.I suggest they must have to improve basic services at least proper doctor should be available. patient is 1.5 years baby girl and for examination they need more than 3 hours and also that not sure may be it take more time.I suggest don't visit Ahalia hospital. They don't have doctors and proper staff to handle patients.
my recent experience at the hospital pharmacy. I had to wait for nearly 1.30 hours to receive my medicine, which I found to be unacceptable. I understand that there may be unexpected delays, but I believe that steps should be taken to improve the efficiency of the pharmacy. I recently visited Ahalia Hospital Musaffah Branch, traveling 50 km to receive medical care. While the doctor saw me quickly and recommended some tests, my experience at the pathology department was far from satisfactory. I arrived at 11:00 AM, but due to some issues, I was shifted to another laboratory after 30 minutes. They restarted the process and finally collected my blood sample at 12:51 PM. The receptionist informed me that it would take 3 hours to receive the report.However, after 3 hours, when I returned to the reception, I was only given a partial report. When I asked about the remaining test results, the receptionist responded that he couldn't say when I would get them because the lab technician wasn't properly responding. As of 04:45 PM, I still hadn't received the full report.This experience was incredibly frustrating, especially considering the hospital's reputation as a higher-class facility. It seems no one cares how far you’ve traveled or the urgency of your treatment. The only response I received was, "I'm sorry sir, I can't say when you will get your report." This lack of communication and professionalism is deeply disappointing.

They sue their own patients 💀Sometimes they treat patients without getting the approval from insurance. Then later when insurance reject it they go after the patients and sue them. I am also a victim to this. First they said lied and said insurance approved to forward with operation. So we went for it. Later after the operation they wont let us leave saying we need to pay since the insurance did not approve.Now they sued us and took the matter to court.

Very bad experience and this is 2nd time.Yesterday evening my cousin was brought in emergency treatment given and 11:00pm admited but the nurse told us there is no bed free patient have to wait in observation room.I left 11:30pm, morning again visit to reception but they refused to meet with patient bcz visitor time is from 10:00am till 5:00Pm.2:30Pm again visited to hospital and ask on reception but they reply visiting time is from 10:00am-12:00 nad 5:00pm - 7:00pm.I agreed and request them that my cousin was admited from Emergency and I don't know his condition how is he and where is he bcz he was without his phone, many times requested to just hand over his mobile to him but security refused that rules are rule and we can not help you.Al Ahalia management has to inquiry either is this hospital or jail if mobile phone can not be hand over to patient, they have to improve the system.Last moment someone help me and handed over the phone to my cousin.Al Ahalia team I m not expting your reply but need improve the system.Thanks
Feedback on my recent experience at your hospital. Unfortunately, there were several issues that caused significant inconvenience:1. The toll-free number was unresponsive, forcing us to visit three different gyne doctors for the same issue, resulting in a minimum of 2-3 hours of waiting each time.2. After two hours of waiting today, we discovered that the blood test report from three weeks ago was not updated in the system. We had to collect it from the lab and then wait another hour to see the same doctor again.3. The blood test itself took close to an hour at the lab, adding to the overall delay.4.And finally at the pharmacy, It was another 45 minutes.5.The valet parking service is poorly managed. Cars are parked in various locations, leading to long waits or being asked to go to the car ourselves in the scorching sun. The lack of proper space for valet parking makes it very inefficient.Now how will I compensate to the stress and headaches and body aches I had due to waiting and walking in the sun today apart from what I was here for. Things get worse visiting this placeAll These issues make it quite stressful to consider visiting Ahalya Hospital in Musaffah again. I hope you will address these concerns to improve the patient experience.and give the patients a less stressful time on top of the health issue they come to get sorted .I’ve also reported these issues in the feedback form today at the reception
Recently, due to an accident that happened to an employee of my company, I was admitted to Ahlia Hospital at around 12.35 midnight. From that day till 1.30 in the morning, he sat on a chair and screamed several times unable to bear the pain. At that moment, none of the hospital staff looked at it and enough time had passed for the blood to coagulate in the hand. After 2 hours, two injections were given but no one came after that. Finally I listened to him from time to time and gave him painkillers and medicine around 4.30 am.But the Filipino in the Government Ambulance Service was very quick and the services at Ahalia Hospital are very poor at night.I know from experience that daytime services are very efficient. But doing this at night can reduce people's trust in the hospital.

I visited internal medicine Dr. Muhammad Haroon. I told him that I was suffering with cold and cough more than a week. But he just prescribed usual cold medicines and took some tests. That's all. He said me to come back next day. It's taking more than 3 hours there. Waste of time. I am still suffering with cold and cough. Why can't he prescribe antibiotics, it's almost 15 days I am suffering. Everyday how can I go there and spend time. I called him through phone reception that Also took very long time to connect. Dr said you come if fever is there.One more thing, he prescribed cough syrup for 6 days 3 times daily 10 ml. But the cough syrup bottle is 100ml only. Only 3 days I used and it was over.Dr should write the prescription or pharmacist should calculate this and give the medicinesThe worst part is nurses are simply giving the feedback form and asking us to just fill the email id. No use of feedback form just eyewashWhatever, it's waste of time and energy to visit there.I will never visit there except pediatrics department.
Very bad experience from the department of neurosurgery.they don't know how to treat the patient.almost 1 month suffering with too much pain in the leg and it's all radiating to one side and consulting the doctor for 2 times till now don't give any contributing factor for this and no improvement for the pain and it worsen than before.not understanding the patient feel at all.physiotherapy done for this same hospital branch in baniyas west. They also don't know the exact problem of the patient.please it's a humble request treat your patient with patience.it' s not about doing something.explain the things in a detailed way.
My experience with Dr.Kishore was very nice, as I was very anxious regarding my wisdom tooth removal. I went to visit Doctor when I was in lot of pain, but after meeting him the journey from thereon was smooth and pain-free.I would recommend Dr.Kishore for any dental related issues.
Unacceptable ridiculous waiting times, Dr already advised for follow up, to make appointment directly to radiology, now that we came to our appointment the receptionist is saying that a Dr needs to make a request to radiology first and that without request they will not proceed with echography. Been 1 hr now since we registered to be seen by a Dr so that she can make a request to radiology, only now after enquiring about the status of our appointment, we been told that Dr was and is still on the phone. Al Ahalia, you can close yr doors soon because we won’t come back again. Staff is very rude, Nepali receptionist in radiology is very rude and no manners at all.

5 star experience with your Dental department and Dr Kishore.Best tooth removal ever in my life.I was panicking but Doctor was so experienced in calming me and to be honest I never knew for a bit that my upper wisdom tooth was removed.It was that comfortable.Dr.Kishore is the coolest dentist ever.
Super disappointed with this hospital, the staff are so rude and don’t give any explanation to patients as to what’s the next step , visited the hospital today with my fiancé that was sick , they told him at the ER “just sit down and wait” , the ladies in the ER should really be more better as they are in healthcare. They all sit around and give no steps . My fiancé sat in the ER award for about 1 and a half hours not knowing what to do next as he was just told rudely to go and sit down and wait. The waiting periods are so pathetic , the ER was not that busy that we had to waste our entire morning at this hospital. The ER nurses should seriously be more concerned about patients. A nice hospital a nice location but the staff are just really pathetic.

Actually I came here after visiting more than one classified hospitals in AbuDhabi .. i came with a critical health situation. I was positive influenza-B + blood infection & lung diseaseI literally found the professionalism is here .. well-care & high quality.Careful elected Doctors & Well trained nursing staff .. they did a great job. They’ve literally saved my life after God’s help.I appreciate Dr. Janso; Dr. Basil; all the nursing station & the critical isolation team. Eventhough Doctors are good I had worst experience of waiting period with each section… the worst is Pharmacy.. they are very slow and people wait for 1-2 hours.. personally I waited almost an hour and need to complain as there were only 2 counters serving and others saying they are trainee and can not provide assistance.I had to spent almost 3 hours from the beginning till the end for a consultation. This is utter nonsense.Management need to wake up and act quickly otherwise they will loose reputation.
Your Dental department Dr. Kishore is very friendly and makes the patient comfortable. He was recommended by my friend and as she said he is very experienced and well know doctor who treats patient with care. I had a good experience and I highly recommend Dr Kishore.. 👍🏻
Extremely understaffed. If you ever intend to visit here, please ensure not to be walk in patient and have an appointment confirmed 3 to 4 days prior. For an eye checkup, approximately 20 patients were waiting and "1" doctor.Don't be fooled by the fancy building. It's supposed to be a hospital.They have more attendants and admin staff than actual DOCTORS.After fifty-five minutes of waiting I just got the news that there was a VVIP patient with the doctor while ORDINARY 12 PATIENTS were kept waiting in the lobby.
Pharmacy service is extremely poor.There is separate token numbering for Pediatric as well other departments but no use. Waited 1 hr to call the token from 5045 to 5046 but didn't call and when questioned they said they will call now.ADVICE: There are many pharmacies outside... Don't waste time waiting in Ahalia pharmacy hoping your token will be called next.
Your Paediatrician - Dr. Anupama is “incredible”. We have been consulting with her for the last nine years for both my kids, not only she has taken great care of my kids health, but also she is lovely to speak with them/us at every appointment. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care, She is always friendly, thoughtful, and puts our concerns first. We highly recommend her..
Our personal experience with the paediatric doctor Ms.Anupama is truly fantastic. We have noticed on our visits that she examines carefully and try not to administer antibiotics unnecessarily for our our kids though the cold is severe, instead she prescribes general medicines to see how the cold is improving.. That is a wow factor of her from our side...She is truly a fantastic doctor.😍😍😍😍

I had a very bad experience in this hospital, yesterday my daughter put something inside her nose. just for removal they charged 1100dhs. It’s huge cost for us. Doctor put some tools inside her nose. she sneezed it came out. Just for this they charged too much. It’s my worst experience ever.
It was best decision for me to go here because all services and check up are good experience. The Pulmonologist doctor was very good 👍🏻.It will take some time to get to see the doctor and vital checks. I was admitted there for 3 days and the days was too much care and support from nurses & doctor. Room services , food , over all , best experience ever for me
The worst hospital is the Ahaliya Hospital Musaffah, Waiting time is the worst, registration staff has no knowledge regarding the insurance cards charging the amount for registration more than it is mentioned, when told to cross check regarding the payment, stating that the Doctor is super super speciality doctor so the payment is more, later on informed the other staff regarding this issue and when it was checked the registration staff was wrong and she returned the extra money she too back to us, I visited 3 times here same bad experience from them, We are here in UAE since 11 years this is the most worst hospital ever we visited in our life time, Worst management, no professionalism, we wait there almost 3 hours but the staff and the Doctor kept us waiting, at last the staff told the doctor will call next but he called other patient in, so I asked the staff why we were not called, then she answered the doctor called that patient by mistake and then while we are waiting again the Doctor didn't called us but another patient was called in, it's really a big insult for patients waiting, no time value, no respect for others, and during our waiting time there was one patient who visited the Endocrinologist doctor 3 times the same person no value for the other people who are waiting for the long time, at least if it takes this long time it's the responsibility of the staff to inform that it will take 3 to 4 hours waiting time rather than making the fake promise, I also noticed other frustrated patients as well during our waiting time, we will never ever visit this hospital and will not recommend any one else also to visit this hospital, really got very much hurt, I left my 3 little children home and waited this long but no use, no human values, I noticed a daily pledge sticker on there wall of the registration desk, that they are taking the daily pledge to make the patient happy and satisfied but just it's all for showoff only in the words and noting is there in there Action, even the laboratory registration people also taking the Emirates ID and making the people sit very long to register, even no else patients waiting they will make people long no timely manner and no responsibility, really very very bad experience, let it not happen to anyone else 😔............, some poor labour guys also were arguing with the staff for the long waiting time, they came to take some tests and ECG, really so sad....... Doesn't want to give any star for them they don't deserve any stars, but not able to post this comment need to give star so gave otherwise they are not eligible for any stars ...
I am really sorry, I don’t want to give any rating star as I have bad experience in this hospital.Today I went to hospital around 11:30 am morning for dressing which I have surgery 3 days back according to reception first I have to follow up with doctor who have done my surgery as my room is far and I have to pay lots of money for taxi I decided to wait .According to receptionist doctor will come at 3 pm. At 3 pm I ask receptionist about doctor arrival she told me that he has already arrived she ask my emirates ID And asked me to wait after next 1 hour around 4:15pm she call me and give me token with my id and again she told me to wait I don’t know what’s going wrong but as I respect the hospital I decided not to argue and they serverd me at 5 pm I spend 5hrs30 min

Worst management. I strongly urge Ahlia owners to get some skilled professionals to manage the Hospital. I visited the Neurologist for neck pain, he took more than a month to find out the reason for the pain. I had to insist for xray and MRI done as the pain had not subsided . Without wasting more time I stopped going there and consulted doctor in another Hospital which is professionally managed.
I'd like to thank Ahalia for their hospitality and kind gestures all along from the main entrance reception to the first floor registration team to the customer service to nurses and doctors here each one of them have treated me with pure kindness guided me well and taken care for me while I was admitted there the nurses kept asking me everything 15 20 minutes if I needed anything and whether if I was well fed and taken care of or not it's the little things that matter when one is sick and I feel fulfilled thank you lifecare for the best team and best service.

Terrible dermatology department especially Dr.Hema didn’t even look at her patient, didn’t even greet, was extremely rude and dismissive and gave very extreme diagnoses at the spot. Never coming here again. Literally go to any proper dermatology clinic. Wasted time and money. No idea how she is still working there.

I had my MRI on 6/1/24, but the report was not ready until 15/1/24. When I called to inquire about this, they simply said that we don't have enough staff. We'll try our best. Finally, I registered a complaint with DOH and then hospital issued my report. Irresponsible staffs.

Worst hospital i ever visited in UAE… no system, no professionalism, i am waiting from 2 hours but token is not moving although Dr. is available…. People are going directly to his room and coming back i am surprised what is going on…everyone waiting is frustrated by seeing this… one lady is badly sick and came at 10 am now it 12 and Dr. did not call her yet… she has high temperature… Never ever gonna visit this useless place again
We had our first delivery here in the month of July this year. I was Dr. Haritha’s patient. She looked after me very well through out the pregnancy. Guided me whenever needed during pregnancy and after delivery. But at the time of delivery she was on leave, so Dr. Saumya did the final delivery which was vaginal delivery and went very smooth. Dr. Saumya took care of us like elder sister. She also guided me very well even after delivery. I would like to thanks sister Dona who was present in the labour room and helped me because of whom I was able to deliver normally. Dr. Haritha is a great doctor and very nice person. Dr. Saumya is also very good doctor. Both the doctors are very understanding. I would like to thanks Dr. Haritha for giving me smooth journey of pregnancy and would like to thanks Dr. Saumya for normal delivery.
Few days back, i visited this hospital with my brother having orthopedic problem. The reception registered my brother with doctor SAROJ . He is very good and professional in every way. He explained each and every treatment in details and even told us about medication. This 5 star is only for dr. SAROJ who is really much deserving. I am definitely going to recommend this doctor for all my family and friends. Good doctors, but reception staffs, and attenders staffs are worsted hospitality, and very lazy. Their dealing with the patients was very bad. In the pharmacy morethan 1hours and 30 minutes waited after the insurance approval. Very slow process. My one day gone for small cough issue.

The service at the gynecology department was truly amazing, with friendly and helpful nurses who made my visits pleasant.In spite of a pregnancy-related issue, the medical team handled the case expertly, and the delivery went normally despite all chances. Dr. Fathima, a skilled pediatrician from Sudan, handled all of our baby's problems with ease. Dr. Gulam's politeness and the entire team's excellent communication made a big impact on the hospital.Ms. Padma, who works in the guest service department, has been a great help, always clearing up any confusion and offering assistance. For pediatric treatment, I currently consult with Dr. Sudheer, and I am always impressed by his expertise and hospitality.The gynecological and pediatric departments' criteria were not met by the personnel working in other areas. The service has always felt slow, even in the pediatric area when it isn't immediately associated with gynecology. The staff was rude and they are not competent to their job description.I would not recommend this place .I am a pregnant diabetic women travelling more than 150 km to consult indian malayali doctor, when i ever i am coming here i will have horrible experience especially with the reception staff mainly in the radiology department and endocrinology department and also the medical staff are not serving the patient properly,they are doing their work with their convenience only.The management are not bothered about the patients difficulties.Only one staff patient relationship manager is asking the problems.I will not recommend this hospital to any of my friends and family.

Sending one counter to another counter for more than 10 times and we should walk all the of hospital to meet the doctor finally and it will take minimum 2 hour time to reach the doctor.Once you reach at the doctor, she will say to sit down 1 meter away and will ask about the illness and write the medicine by searching google or something.They only targeting to do more and more test using the patience inaurance card.

I have been in this hospital since several years due to the good list of doctors. The only issue with this hospital is waiting time. before it was in Pharmacy which had been squeezed alot. In my last two visits I have noticed the same delay in Dermatology department and in Lab at the time of giving samples. After my very last visit I was very disappointed with the delay, at the main reception i met with Miss Nisha from customer care department and raised my concerns, after listing to me she went with me to the departments to know the cause of delay. she also informed her Manager Mr. Boinjith who was on leave but called to know the issue. They both were very helpful and kind. It was my first interaction with the customer care of Al Ahlia, i was surprised with the excellent service and the way they deal with the customers. They understand the issues and do the needful with prompt actions at the spot. I am giving 5 star due to the high quality of customer care service, where Mr. Boinjith and Miss Nisha are the real gem of this hospital.

Hospital is good, clean and well maintained. Staffs are friendly. Starting from the staff at the entrance to the receptionist behave well and are helpful.Most importantly, I am very happy with my experience with Dr.Priyadharshini Lingaraj, gynecologist. She is very cheerful, smiles while receiving, takes time to explain things patiently..makes sure I stay motivated for my treatment.Most patients want a kind and compassionate doctor who cares to listen and understand what their patients need..and she is one of such good doctors.

Their communication is not good enough and response for followup are not good at all.When people wait there for more than 2 hours awaiting insurance approvals and things, they have the right to atleast know the status or progress of it. I had an excellent experience from Ahalia hospital when i did a surgery on my face. Dr. Vinish Narang is really technically sound and helpful to do the surgery without any scar or any other complications. Also the post surgery follow ups by the hospital and billing process was really smooth. Needless to say the friendly attitude of all the staff that makes us feel comfortable while at hospital which is essential for an effective treatment and easy recovery.
Worst hospital . I visited eye doctor. spend 200 AED. and still, they did not provide glasses number. Sisters are more arrogant than the doctors. waste of time and money. no result-oriented services.

No hospital can get worse than this, they recruit and terminate doctors for fun.Recruiting doctors and terminating them just before their probation ends! After they take all the pain to shift, kids education etc - none of this bothers the heartless management even though there was no fault of the doctors and they did not even provide a reason.Would not recommend anyone to go this hospital neither patients, nor doctors.
Visited Dermatology with uncle at 11 am. Now its almost 5 pm.Still waiting. This is insane. Which OPD takes 6 hours. Very very very poor service I ever seen. Strongly not recommended anyone to visit here for any treatment.

Visited this place last 6 month almost every month. It was good till last visit, not many lroblems faced. Least everytime someone was there to solve issues/help. But this time, from providing wrong shift details about doctor to nurses doing gift exchange leaving desk idle for almost 30 min. Many calls unattended, many patients just waiting, few if them went back.So bad. I think staff should be in well disciplined.
Dont come here without insurance in emergency if you don't have serious issue. It will empty your pocket. But doctors are good better than emergency department. And no value for time.

Seriously unbelievable,🙄 first of all its very difficult to get through to someone through phone. Have to call many times for the operator to answer, no response from departments simply hang up, made appointment for 1pm bt met the doctor at 2.30 which is really bad. If they keep the patients this late why they ask to make prior appointments which is useless. It was my first visit to the hospital. Really unhappy, hospital is big but the service is not good. Sorry
I was so disappointed about the service received from the reception staff on first floor pediatric Department. The quality of information and attitude towards the patients was poor and horrible. They are Poor communicators:, Lack of empathy: ,Extreme behavioral inconsistencies .I am surprised that such a well-known and respected hospital could allow and encourage this type of behavior and attitude among them without an action.!!!!!!I hope you will take this complaint seriously and take some action against the rude and unprofessional behavior of them.Remember: Patient satisfaction is driven by human connection – human relationships. Patients are not just a body count. They are living, breathing beings in need of care, empathy and kindness.

Simply giving appointment and not at all organized. They have good doctors but very poor reception and u have to wait hours even if u have appointment.
Very poor service... Need to wait for hours even after taking appointment...there are good doctors but the service of the reception staff is really worse that we dont feel to go there again... Tokens are given but no one follows it and no one manages it.. So the one who takes appointment and wait for his turn is actually becoming a fool.. Really disappointed 👎👎👎👎
Its a messed up hospital when it comes to money.I consulted the GP 1st and then the specialist. I paid for both. The specialist asked for MRI. After the MRI report came, same time i immediately went for follow up with the specialist but hospital started demanding money for GP and specialist both.I asked why then they started making all stories that insurance policy and bla bla bla. I complaint to the incharge he too tried to convince me that i have to pay for both the doctors again.Later after alot of debate. They allowed me to follow up the specialist free. Hospital shouldnt treat patients like this.
The service is terrible.I had to wait for more than 4 hours just to see a doctor!!!Asked to go to a different hospital because clearly there service is terrible but they rejected it.Saying I should stay and get treated in the same hospital!!! Don’t make a mistake and come to this hospital for treatment you’ll end up getting more sick!!! And the Arabic lady and the reception is so mean. Have some compassion,people come to the hospital coz they’re not feeling good don’t add up to the stress people have already.
Ahalia hospital is a most modern hospital with all the amenities for patient care. Staffs and doctors are very friendly. Hospital facilities are well maintained, Cleanliness is top class.
In the past days and also today I had to attend the Ahalia Mussafah hospital and I want to thank the hospital staff because they were very kind to me but very very especially I want to thank Dilan, a young man who is in charge of organizing and guiding the patients, he He guided me and helped me in each of the steps I had to follow to comply with my medical exams. Everything was carried out satisfactorily thanks to the help of Dilan, thank you very much Dilan and many thanks to the medical staff of this hospital.
This hospital is one of the best hospital in UAE. Most of the doctors are well experienced. Nurses are also very very helpful. Pharmacy also available. very neat and clean. easily located and lot of parking places available.Reception staff and doctor are all kind and helpful. Specially Mr.Dilan who assisted me for the consultation Lab Test & radiology Test, Highly recommended.

worst services by Child Doctor, They waste our time to show that they are doing lot of work, only for stomach pain i stayed more than 3 hours at that time no more patients.they told us the doctor were experienced but as i feel doctor dont have.
Well Experienced Doctors, Good service at the Hospital. They should increase turnaround time for issuing medications from the Main Pharmacy if practically possible. It takes minimum 30 minutes to move one ticket.
Ahalia is one of the very good hospitals in Abudhabi. It have a peaceful ambience and lots of space compared to other hospitals. Experienced doctors and quality treatment.

Very bad service. Personally had a very bad experience. My wife visited today for a paid medical test after confirming the fees and charges through phone call. After reaching the hospital they increased the fees and completely rude behavior especially from the occupational health team leader (Jithin) and front desk staffs. No option for complaining inside the hospital, that's why writing the review.
Am so much in love with Ahalia hospital mussafah, from the receptionist to doctors they are so nice and professional. My two kids in the hospital made me fall so much in love with them, the Gynecology department, nurses and midwives are so friendly. My special thanks goes to Doctor Saumya my Gynecology she followed me up as if she was my relative. And I am visit visa also. Without work. And I was pregnant. Sow we don't how we can get baby birth. And how we can get money To our spenses. for the reason no have job. I’m in UAE since 2016 and have always been to Al Ahlia Hospital Musaffah. Gave birth to my baby girl there. Dr. Saumya Shrivastava is one of the best gynaecologist who always attends her patients so nicely and warmly. My child is whenever sick she’s admitted there and gets recovered quite fast Alhamdulillah. It’s a nice family hospital. Highly recommended!
The person sitting at the registration counter was partial and doing registration of the people known, prior to the people waiting for long time. Even other people raised this but he rudely told them to wait for their turn. This kind of behavior is unacceptable for the person sitting at that place. The management should look into this and ensure people are treated with respect. Even after registration not much support for the people, you have to ask where you have to go, pathetic services. Not seen such kind of arrogant and unhelpful staff in the hospital setup.
Have taken my daughter twice. They have always had a specialist pediatrician late at night. The staff and pharmacy were helpful and they cover most insurance cards including basic ones. Never been disappointed by their service and have never had long wait times. Their pharmacy staff is very knowledgeable and helpful as well.
Good facilities with ample parking. Very busy yet staff pleasant and accommodating - 4/5 star for hospital itself. 2/3 star for pharmacy - no info - basically you have to walk up to any desk, stand over someone sitting down and hand slip in or you'll wait hours before they ask for your slip.
