First of all, we would like to thank our doctor Mr. Ümit, my nurse Ms. Elif and our Embryologist Mr. Cihan. They informed us of all the details of our procedure from start to finish at every stage. They also answered all our questions patiently. They also followed me up and reminded me of my medication and vitamin schedules. All the staff at the Bahçeci clinic, from the reception to the operating room, are very polite and friendly. They work with a very professional system. We never waited long in the waiting room. The results of blood tests and other tests come back very quickly. Also they pay great attention to hygiene. We are very pleased that we entrusted ourselves to safe and experienced hands. We came from America. I will also recommend it to my friends in New York. Because you can never get such a good service for these prices. Thank you BAHCECİ…

My experience about IVF clinic Bahçeci in Istanbul, Turkey. The worst clinic I ever saw. They didn’t respect own patients. They have most unprofessional English speaking coordinators. In the beginning it seems everything nice as long as you pay for your treatment. I try to contact clinic via email but they didn’t care. The are Liars.They have very unprofessional doctor Dr. Kübra. I don’t recommend Bahceci clinic to anybody.

Words can’t explain how my husband and I felt after receiving a positive pregnancy test . We are 9 weeks along ! 🎉After 6 years of trying we decided to visit Bahceci clinic in Sarajevo . They made our dream come true 🥰 Big thank you for all staff in Sarajevo and Tuzla clinics , very professional and helpful and very knowledgeable. There are not enough words to describe how thankful me and my husband are for everything you guys have done. We especially want to give a huge thank you, to Prof. Umit Goktolga and Dr. Admir Rama for their great work. Bahçeci is welcoming and professional. You are always greeted warmly and with respect from beautiful, kind nurses (especially Dzejlana), girls from the front desk, and all Bahçeci team, they all made us feel comfortable, special and gave us the strength to keep going. Nothing special, shouted mediocrity, receptionists very rude during a phone call with a cheeky answer, bragging without cover, prices of some astronomical spermiogram findings, by far the most expensive of private clinics in Sarajevo and only recognize their spermiogram. They do not have their own parking lot, and they claim that there is a parking lot near 150m, which is not true, only if the reception staff is not from Sarajevo at all and does not know what the situation is regarding parking in Sarajevo. It is easiest to memorize something and then repeat to everyone who comes you have a parking lot 150m and you come to work by tram or on foot.

Los prilaz klinici i neprofesionalizam osoblja.Na pregledu pacijente su transportovali kombijem negde na kraj grada da im urade preglede a prilikom samog vaginalnog pregleda ginekolog je zvao 5-6 radnika, cak i one sa kase da gledaju kako vrsi vaginalni pregled.

Très insatisfait. Une trouvaille coûteuse inutilement faite. Dire que les autres que j'ai emmenés dans une autre polyclinique n'étaient pas importants. Relation superficielle avec le patient. Ne pas lire les résultats.
