I had the pleasure of being a patient at Bangkok Hospital Phuket, and I couldn't be happier with the care I received. From the moment I arrived, the reception staff impressed me with their friendliness and excellent English skills, making the process smooth and stress-free. The doctors and nurses were incredibly kind, attentive, and professional—just wow! I truly appreciate the high level of service and care provided. Honestly, for a hospital, I’d even say, "See you again soon!" Keep up the fantastic work!
Absolutely terrible service! I arrived with severe tooth pain, spent 8 hours there, and still didn’t receive any help.At 1 pm, they arranged an appointment with an implantologist, even though I was in pain and didn’t need an implant. They made me a “huge favor” by organizing an appointment with a dentist the same day, but only 3.5 hours later. When I finally saw the doctor, she presented a treatment plan that was different from what had been discussed with my insurance company. This clearly needed to be addressed with the insurance, which I informed the doctor about. However, this seemed to upset her, and she gave me an ultimatum: either start the treatment “NOW,” or she was leaving for the day.Since I didn’t want to begin any treatment without first discussing it with the insurance company (dental bills in Thailand aren’t exactly cheap), I requested more time to sort things out. In response, she simply left! Why she didn’t announce the treatment plan earlier, considering I had spent three hours waiting, remains a mystery. And why a doctor would leave a patient in pain is beyond me.All conversations with the staff were recorded (audio and video). When one employee realized I was recording, she became extremely rude and even threatened to call the police.I find the whole situation completely unprofessional. I have filed a complaint with the hospital and am looking forward to discussing this case with hospital management. When the employee who threatened me saw that I was filing the complaint, she became even more aggressive and again threatened to call the police. Nevertheless, I proceeded with the complaint. I’m confident my case isn’t unique, and a proper investigation should be conducted.Oh, and by the way, they asked me to sign a bill for the implantologist’s visit—2,150 baht—for “a dish I never ordered.” Yet, no painkillers or any medication to relieve my pain were provided, despite the fact that they knew I was suffering.
I have an excellent experience. From emergency van to staff, nurses, food, room. Everything was amazing. Nurses were so so nice. They helped me with everything. Meals were great comparing to meals in hospitals in my country. Moreover I had issues with travel insurance company and they deal with it. Great experience 12/10 ✨✨
We went to the emergency room at night because my daughter had a fever and stomach ache. The ER staff were lovely and helpful. The doctor and staff did their best to explain everything to ensure we understood. However, the prices were a bit high compared to other hospitals and clinics in Phuket.
I scheduled an appointment through the AirDoctor app, covered by my insurance. The appointment was delayed by half an hour. The doctor was pleasant, but the Russian translator, Alexandra, was not. Firstly, I did not request a translator. The doctor suggested a test, and the translator said my insurance might not cover it. Might! But she is not sure. Why is the translator deciding what my insurance covers? My insurance covers all necessary expenses deemed by the doctor. How is it possible that the insurance wouldn’t cover it if the doctor prescribes the test? Who on earth called her? Who asked for her opinion? This is MY HEALTH. And insurance I paid for the doctors visit without any inconvenience.I visited BKK hospital in Bangkok without any “Alexandras” and happy with the service. If I get sick because of this Alexandra the Russian translator won’t let me do a crucial tast, I will sue her. I find her unprofessional and it’s a shame she has access to patients. She spoke to me with an attitude, saying, "Who will pay for it?" What nonsense. Get her out of here.UPD They charged me 11,000 baht for the simple doctor visit and some tests, and still wanted (the translator! not doctor!) me to pay for something myself. They didn't provide the medication the doctor mentioned. I consider this highway robbery, even with insurance.
My husband and I went here to get him follow up testing done after several reoccurring bouts of bladder cancer in America. I'm absolutely amazing by this place! We saw the oncologist, had tons of tests done, and had the results back and read all in about a 5 hour period. The total cost was about $1400 USD. Not only was cost incredible, but the DR and staff was kind and caring. Never getting medical care in America again.
Went for an insurance check up.. was a decently smooth process.. couple of nonsense here and there like, i had to sign a blank piece of paper... but apart for that everyone was very professional
Expensive and a very commercial hospital, only for making money! And now into scams!Been here a few times, was ok, but my last visit was really bad!My son had a small cut in the toe by fin of his board while surfing and the wound got infected the second day, so we went there to check it up and to get the right medication (antibiotics). When we got to the reception, they said it was an "accident" , had to go to ER. We said it was just a bacteria infection, and all he needed to do was to see the right specialist (skin?) and it was not an accident. The only "accident" is that the small wound got infected. Then the staff said " so it was an 'accident', right?". All the staff doing was to make us admit it was an "accident" and had to go to ER! We had the conversation back and forth, and all they're doing was trying to put the "accident" in our mouths. Finally we got tired and said "okay, it was an accident" and they sent him to ER.While we're waiting in the ER, they kept asking"what time did the ACCIDENT happen?" We said"yesterday morning! It's just a small cut in the toe" For the antibiotics treatment, the ER doctor prescribed an antibiotics( of course) and even 2 kinds of pain killers, (no one mentioned about the pain in the whole process, where does the pain killers come from! And not even one, he gave him 2 kinds of painkillers) . So we denied the pain killers from the bill, and we ended up paying more than 6000 baht for the small wound infection. Unbelievable!! I really felt we've been scammed!
I had to get one of those scripts. Met at the entrance by the guest management team - so sweet. No wait. Triage nurse did a double take and then immediately gave me an appointment same day. Had to wait until 1:30 pm then re- present. Guided to the correct department. Chatted with the doc. Script no problem. Wait a bit at the pharmacy and pay. All good and out. Totally professional. Specialist was 150 Aud script same. Really nice people treated like a real person. Thanks!
A very long wait just to pay for an appointment!! The doctor's appointment itself lasted 20 minutes, but the payment took a whole hour! And most importantly, the girls in the window are in no hurry to receive people, the windows are empty and they don’t call anyone
I have just had a surgery here (wrist bone fracture and dislocation). At first I was a bit surprised by the pricing (I didn’t really expect to get virtually the same quotation as in Shanghai..). To give an idea, the original estimation was 230K-300K for, basically, 36 hours at the hospital and a 1.5-hour surgery (it will be close to the lower mark in the end I guess - including pre-surgery expenses like CT and post-op which is ongoing). By the way, the deposit is paid on arrival before the surgery and is equal to the lower mark of the estimation, and then they bring detailed daily bills before noon. After the surgery, I do understand where this price comes from.First, the hospital itself: it’s a big, spacious, clean, well-designed and very well-equipped hospital. I felt I was staying in a hotel room: wooden pallets on the wall, wardrobe, big bathroom, sofa and armchair for my nearest and dearest, dining table, fridge, TV, cleaning, good AC, bedding etc. And nice food! Mind that I had a standard room.Second, professionalism: this includes smart equipment, doing everything that’s necessary and not doing what’s not, perfectly organised and fast processes, explanations, clear instructions, etc.Third, the staff: very polite and kind, caring, always on guard, always check patient’s state, reacting fast, and they all speak English (at least where it is necessary and to the extent that is necessary). I was very stressed before this experience as last time I had to stay at a hospital was at birth. Therefore, the way everything was handled made me feel as at ease as possible. Good environment and attitude are also very important for me.So it’s totally a good value for money. Wonderful hospital!
Remarkable service .Was in GI department , Dr the older of the (2) was fabulous and on point with consult and advice.Highly recommend to arrive before 8 am get busy after
In January 2024 I had an accident with a nasty left wrist fracture requiring urgent surgery. I was referred from Krabi hospital who were incompetent. The surgeon here was excellent and the inpatient services are great (nurses always available and lovely private room). BUT be warned that in the emergency department and the initial stages of your attendance, they will try and get you to sign for treatment even when they know you have travel insurance to cover the costs. In the emergency department, they did try to get me to sign for an £11,000 procedure and then get me to claim it back on my own insurance. They got quite arsey When I asked them to refer back to my insurance and not pressurise me.Please make sure if you have insurance that you do not sign any form or agreement to treatment.Otherwise, this was a fantastic hospital to be treated out. My surgery was successful and I’ve regained complete function in my wrist following nerve injury.Just make sure you follow travelling insurance procedure!
I spend all day in this hospital because less doctors to take care for patients. We had appointments to meet doctor at 13:30pm but we haven’t meet with him until 15:00pm because the doctor aren’t free ?? But we have already booked him for checking our case.I just wanna know why you need to have appointment if is doctor aren’t free and cannot checking for your firstIncase i understand that if you haven’t make appointment you can wait but this we already have appointment with hospital
I called and made an appointment for 1:30pm. Next day I drive for 40 minutes and get at the hospital at 1pm, with plenty of time before my appointment. At the front desk, I reinforce 2 times that I had an appointment. I get tossed around like you usually would at a hospital, ok.First annoying thing is that I would be seeing a different doctor… why was this doctor available in the first place? Anyway… So I sit and wait until 3:30pm!! Only to find out, that the people in the front desk marked me as a “walk-in”.They should have people who actually speak good English in the front desk. The fact that I emphasized two times, explicitly, that I had an appointment but was still marked as a walk-in is outrageous. Waste of time.
There are way too many people. At start, you register and assistants help you with that. Later one of assistants will guide you through different cabinets.I had an appointment at 13 o’clock. At this time I was not invited. I asked what is wrong and they said there are people before me. I asked why there is a live queue when appointments are time based. I insisted abs the doctor was able to speak with me in a few minutes.Actually, there is a feeling that the doctor can’t speak for enough time with patients. After that an assistant asked me to wait near the cashier. After 15 minutes they came again and asked me to go to another floor to another cashier. I am waiting there for 25 minutes so far and nothing happens.
High quality hospital with professional staff. As a foreigner was treated with respect and patience. This may have been chance but it was the shortest door to room time I’ve ever experienced at a hospital. The overnight rooms were clean and quiet and they have several specialists to include a neurologist. Though I hope to never stay again, I recommend the hospital
Seems like a reliable place but at 5.5 months pregnant I went to receive a regular check up and it ran me $400. Also, there were tests done in that checkup from blood work. Still have yet to receive any results from the blood work. Also I specifically told the doctor not to tell me the Sex of baby as it’s a surprise & we were doing a gender reveal and she laughs in my face and says “It’s a boy…It’s not a surprise anymore” Ruined my gender reveal for me & my son with 0 sympathy. I never want to go back to this hospital again.
Had cholecystectomy done here. Everything went well.Nurses and doctors are very professional, polite, and friendly. The room was good and big. Like the food as well
Big hospital with modern facilities and equipment. Caters for both local and expatriate community. Attentive and good service. Has all aspects of hospital care.
This hospital deserves more than just 3.5 stars! Yes, it might be slightly pricey - but you pay for what you get, and quality is what you get here!My boyfriend had a persistent high fever and we were quickly attended to at A&E. Efficient registration process with nurses checking his vitals and assigning him a bed within 15 mins. After doing some tests for flu and COVID, doctor on duty did all the due diligence checks of the stomach, lungs and other areas, before advising us to stay the night as his fever was really high (39.7°C) and persistent. He didn’t try to hard sell and gave us time to consider, which was great as it didn’t add pressure on us.We were covered by travel insurance so we chose to stay, and the transfer to the ward was quick and comfortable. Nurses were really friendly and the ward room was spacious with amenities in place. The guest/caregiver even had a huge sofa to sleep on.Overall, there were some points where we had to wait or take the initiative to get an update/ check done, but the experience was positive nevertheless! Nurses and doctors were generally really helpful and professional.I don’t usually do reviews, but when I do, the place or service must have left an impression. Kudos to the team at Bangkok Hospital Phuket for a 5-star hospital experience!P.S. on a lighter side note, when I went back to the hospital from the hotel with our luggages, there was even a bellboy escorting me and the luggages up to the ward. I’ve been to great hospitals but this is definitely a first 😂
Subject: A Heartfelt Thank You to Nurse Jib for Outstanding ICU Care at Bangkok HospitalWhen our 1-year-old daughter, Abigail, was urgently admitted to the ICU due to recurrent seizures from a high fever, our emotional state was nothing short of frantic and deeply worried. It was in this trying period that we encountered Nurse Jib, whose care and expertise became a source of both medical and emotional support for our family.Nurse Jib went above and beyond the call of duty, consistently providing meticulous and compassionate care for Abigail. Each medical decision she made was done promptly, accurately, and with a level of professionalism that set our minds at ease, even during the most uncertain moments. What sets Nurse Jib apart is not just her medical skills, but also her remarkable ability to empathize with us as anxious parents. She was always there to offer comforting words, to explain procedures and next steps, and to ease our concerns, all without sacrificing the high quality of care provided to our daughter.Nurse Jib, we can't adequately express how grateful we are for your outstanding care and comfort during this critical chapter in our lives. Your work goes beyond mere medical treatment—you've made an indelible impact on our family, and for that, we are eternally thankful.Your exceptional skills and kindness make you an exemplary nurse, and it was an honor to have you as part of our care team during this difficult time.
This hospital is a scandal!! I have been there already several times with my daughter, tried 4 different doctors and still they could find a solution, so why are you called a doctor? I thought doctors are supposed to help the patients. Anyway today I went again (this is the last time), after had a 8000bath bill of one week ago for a blood test today they gave me another bill. I went there just to pick up the result from the doctor, they said I had to pay because instead of speaking 10 minutes with her I stayed inside the room 40 minutes! Well I am sorry I am trying to figure out what's wrong with my daughter, and btw the doctor has no clue, she told me to follow my way. For sure better than hers. But if this is ridiculous what happened next was a real scandal. Following the suggestion of this genius pediatrician I went next door to have a check for myself, I waited one hour and 15 minutes there to see a doctor that told me "I don't know, you go to another department", and guess what? They presented a bill to pay! A real scandal! Do I have to pay for a doctor that doesnt know? No check, no questions, nothing! Of course I didn't. I suggest to everybody thinking to go to Bangkok Hospital don't go, in case you are there and they ask you to pay for something you didn't do or have REFUSE, you are in the right! When we paid the bill for my daughter they first didn't show the details, when my husband asked the cashier was very annoyed to print and show, sorry is your job and yes we want to see what we are paying for!
I received treatment here for a dog bite while visiting Phuket. Their emergency care & all follow up appointments were great, high quality care, doctors were very competent and spoke good English. Very clean efficient hospital too and not crowded. Prices were fair and transparent.
I have been coming here for over 10 years when I’m living in Phuket. I have always been treated well and highly recommend all the doctors. I have never encountered rushed service or rudeness. That said some visitors are pushy and very rude. The Thai will simply ignore you if you think your yelling and unsmiling face is acceptable behavior. As to prices this is a semi private hospital in that it is public but with a higher rate for facilities and a more posh look. If you do not have insurance either foreign or local the rates are higher than most other hospitals. But anyone can go to the local cheaper hospitals and most specialty doctors rotate there as well. So complains about price are really your fault as options in Phuket are many. The reason for the 4 star is there is limited food and they need to figure that out as a long appointment day can leave you hungry. Note there is a que to pay at end of each appointment and it can be a long wait. Bring a book and a banana = end of issue. They have free bottled water. I love their longevity center and always buy their custom vitamins made especially for each person. Pretty stellar.
Clean and professional. Best hospital I have ever been in, rooms were massive for surgery and large menu to order in house food for decent price. Bedside manners of staff were great and felt very safe and cared for.
In this private hospital in Phuket, you are a client, a customer, not a patient. But I highly recommand you to come here if any health pbTranslator in every languages, spacious and luxury room, doctors highly qualified, food course really nice and menu a la carte., many services, many specialities, a supermarket inside...There is also one person in charge of you when you arrive for emergency who transports you everywhere you need to go to pass exam.
Good pediatrician. Staff very gentle.Account department make some mistake with my insurance after couple of days stay at the hospital. So to check out we had to wait more than 4 hours 😩.Canteen with good food 😋
Called on a Sunday to make an appointment with ENT doctor for later on in week- got appointment right away for that afternoon. I was in and out with medicine in hand in under 50 mins. The doctor was very kind and knowledgeable. All the staff members were very friendly and efficient. What a great experience overall.Don’t want to come back - but happy to if I have to. 😉
The nurses specially at the orthopedic unit have a bad attitude. They don’t like getting asked any questions and will frown at you and raise their voice when you ask anything, they will also tell you to just wait, this is in spite of not being busy that morning and having only 3 patients. The support staff which are probably the lowest paid staff at the hospital, are the ones that are helpful, friendly, and service oriented. The quality of the service has really gone downhill in the past 5 years, and now you just see bad attitude prevalent among nurses and staff. This is a private hospital and they charge a lot of money relative to other hospitals in Asia, so you would expect good service, but you’re not likely to get that.I hope that they make significant improvements in the management of this hospital.
Although I’m very glad there is a Bangkok Hospital in Phuket, it’s approach to customer service is shocking.I’ve used this hospital numerous times over the years, many clinics, physicians and staff are excellent But it’s extremely inconsistent with many staff having strange ego/attitudes.If you don’t any any issues you’ll likely to have a good experience. When something’s not as you expect the challenge starts and forget trying to locate the customer services department as it doesn’t seem to exist! If this hospital could be run by Mission hospital’s management it would be a winner. Meanwhile due there being very limited competition it remains the best hospital in Phuket.
My wife and I - and our son and grandson as well - have been using the Bangkok Hospital in Phuket for over 15 years. We have our annual medical check ups there, and it’s all done most professionally. The medical staff - doctors and nurses and administration people - are excellent. Caring and concerned about their patients. They have, over the years, picked up problems we had which the doctors in our home country have missed. It’s NOT a “third world” operation, and frankly I trust them more than the medics in North America.Sometimes the English is a bit of a struggle, but all the reports and assessments and medical advice is written in plain and good English, so one need not worry about that. There is also a most helpful and efficient English “facilitator”, one James Cawood, who is ever-.present in the unlikely event of language problems. All in all a fine Establishment, and we trust them completely.
I have travelled here from Australia twice for dental and cosmetic procedures. I cannot speak highly enough of the quality or care, the cleanliness of the hospital and it's facilities or the overall service I received. Keep in mind that during covid, processes will be different and allow for potential staff shortages. Be patient and kind.
Big hotel like hospital but service is soo sooo slow. for 10mints procedure it took about 2hours and 1 hour additionally for bill payment.Whats the point of being private hospital and charging 5 times if its still slow?
It has been long 3 hours in the hospital only to see physician and to do pcr test? And there were only two of us in waiting room? Terrible organisation if you are patient! Politeness is zero at the unit for covid tests
I see there is alot of negative reviews for this hospital. Please remember this is a private hospital where you are treated extremly quickly unlike long lengthy less costly waits at government hospitals. My suggestion would be to use government hospitals for minor illnesses and you will find your final bill cheaper. But for serious ailments would you really want to be faced with a lengthy wait to be seen and treated. No of course not, so i am afraid you will pay more for that luxury as well as having clean, comfortable surroundings. So today i just got discharged from Bangkok hospital after spending 4 days and 3 nights having undergone Anterior Cervical Disc Fusion on 3 levels. You can google ACDF if your interested. This is not a cheap procedure anywhere in the world and even more so at any private hospital.I had no insurance for complicated reasons that i will not bore you with, but not due to other ill health problems either. Therefore i knew i would be financing this treatment from my savings. However having presented myself with almost unbearable, severe pain in my left shoulder blade, left arm, left hand and fingers i proceeded to diagnostic tests where it was clear that my cervical spine on 3 levels was compressing 3 seperate nerves causeing the severe unbearable pain.Surgery was required with no real other choices other than to fly to Bangkok as this hospital is the only hospital on Phuket that has the specialised equipment to carry out the operation with the most minimal incision and mimimal invasive replacement of cervical disc implants and titanium screws to be fused to my spine bone.I would Just like to say that not only did Bangkok hospital offer me a reasonable inclusive package price for what i already knew was an expensive procedure, but from presenting in severe pain, explaining that i had no insurance and being offered the all inclusive price (which i accepted) to undergoing the much needed operation it took only 6 days. Please tell me in how many other countries i would of been processed so quickly? As i final note i really would like to thank Bangkok hospital and all the nurses that took such fantastic care of me during my first ever surgery that was indeed very scary for me but was lessened because of the professional care i recieved. With an especially big thankyou to my specialist spine consultant and surgeon doctor Treenarong Narote who from the 1st day i saw him to the day i got discharged was the most kind, helpful, professional, friendly doctor anyone could ever hope to meet.I am almost pain free now and can only say positive things about my experience at this hospital and with all the staff that work here.Thankyou so much.Stuart Childs, room 703, UK citizen.
Incompetent. Don't go unless you have to. Hospital is filled with doctors who are honestly 3rd tiered. Their level of English is patheti, that is not what you want when confronting your heath. They want to have international business but they have to learn that they have to be capable and communicative.Been to Bumrungrad in Bangkok, they are competent. Not this hospital. Especially imaging. Only go if you have to and even then get a 2nd opinion.
Extremely overpriced compared to hospitals in the western world. They will charge you 5 to 10 times the price that you’re paying in your own country and it is incredibly difficult to deal with a staff in this facility
Extremely slow service. A 5 minute procedure will follow up by a 1hr wait at the cashier.Average overcharge on medicine is 5x-10x times. Simple bandage application will cost $100 (+ waiting time before and after procedure). Good doctors but terrible services.
I came here with my husband at 7:30 in the morning there were no patients at all. We waited to just see a doctor for 2 hours. Extremely rude DR. Wanted to take unnecessary tests just to rip us off. Wouldn’t recommend. Also no treatment plan was given. No patient care of hospitality! Worse experience!
Had a motorbike accident and used to visit the emergency & surgery department.I am completely speechless, they treated me with care and kindness. I had to visit the hospital to clean the wounds every 3 day. Every time they remember me, treated me very well.Good job
Greedy -Look out for:Unnecessary overnight stays (25k+).Unnecessary medicines at inflated price.Repeated and unnecessary height, weight, blood pressure checks disguised on your bill. The neat little brown paper medicine bags disguised on the bill.Different prices whether you or insurance pay (for insurance they bump it up).Different prices for Thais and foreigners.Being asked to leave items like phone etc as surety.Being asked to explain your problem while in waiting room surrounded by people.Sometimes you can see police "standing by" downstairs. There's a handful of nice staff here unfortunately overshadowed by the system. In your country a hospital may be seen as a place of sanctuary that exists to help. Get that out of your head and question everything. It gets the job done in an immoral kind of way.
Very depends on practitioner, as with any hospital. I got here with nose-throat issues. First visit was routed to infection clinic, got some prescribed medicine, 2 weeks, almost no results. Visited same hospital but another doctor, payed more attention to my issue, different set of meds, 1 week and I already feel awesome, all symptoms are gone!
Visited here 13th May 2021 for bad ear infection.Reception staff friendly and helpful, I mentioned I had travel insurance and was later met in the ENT department by the insurance liaison officer Constantine, who was amazing. He explained and sorted everything.ENT nursing staff good and friendly. The doctor who treated me was amazing. Carried out minor op under local anesthetic to remove infected tissue, as ear canal had sealed. Ear washed out and packed and medications prescribed all within 1/2 hour of arriving. Overall amazing service from friendly and helpful staff. Now here's why they don't get 5 stars, the pharmacy and price of antibiotics. Charging me just under 2000 baht for antibiotics, which I refused to buy and later bought at Supercheap pharmacy for 210 baht. They had no problem removing this medication from the bill and even gave me a printed label with medication details/instructions so that I could go to local pharmacy.I would advise you check the bill for cost of medications and if not happy ask them to remove them before you pay.On the whole a great experience. Have a followup appointment so will see if good care continues.
The Hospital is Clean Morden the nurse making a Great job. Food is not really tasty almost cold until served. Hospital is not able to deliver food suited to your diet. Doctors try to sell you a lot of un needed treatments .Medical charges is 20 times higher then the price you pay in pharmacy.Hopefully i do not need to go there anymore.
Absolutely awful service. I arrived around 8pm at the emergency department and was met with a frown from the nurse when I told her my insurance was international. The nurses seemed reluctant to want to accommodate my needs. It transpired that the insurance dept was due to close at 8pm (so I was informed) and they didn't really want to deal with my 'EMERGENCy'. Call yourself an emergency department as well as an international hospital?!!!!! Your service is diabolical.I will add that the dr was extremely nice and professional, it's a shame the other staff were not so helpful.Luckily, my injury wasn't life threatening. I didn't go back for the follow-up appointment due to the poor service. Instead I went elsewhere. I will also be informing my INTERNATIONAL INSURANCE CIGNA (one of the best) of this poor treatment and recommend they remove Bangkok Hospital Phuket from their list.
DO NOT BUY YOUR MEDICINE FROM THE HOSPITAL PHARMACY. Overall my treatment by the hospital was good but you would expect that as I am a paying patient. However when we went to the pharmacy to collect my prescription I was shocked to see the prices. I was absolutely disgusted that even a private hospital would RIP off their patients so much. I took my prescription to a local pharmacy and paid just under 1300 baht for the exact same medicine. The hospital had wanted over 5000 baht. That's 400% more. DO NOT GET RIPPED OFF. DO JOT USE THE HOSPITAL PHARMACY. I can understand a private sector company adding a bit of a mark up as they are a business but 400% is just daylight robbery. You should be ashamed of ourselves as their is absolutely no justification for ripping off your patients to this extent.
