Created in 2004, Bangkok International Dental Center has received accreditation from the Joint Commission International (JCI) as well as ISO 9001:2008, ISO9001:2015, Thailand Trustmark and DBD Verified certifications. Since its inception, the clinic has become one of the largest private dental centres in Bangkok and Phuket. Wow, they are great at marketing online. My experience so far with Thai businesses that market online… the “reviews” doesn’t live up to reality. And bidc is no exception. It’s like in China, businesses pump out reviews to get your attention to buy their products and services. But not all reviews are real. Take it with a grain of salt.

I had a great experience at BIDC. All of the dentists were good and spoke great English. All staff speaks great English actually. I can speak Thai but preferred English to understand everything 100%.Expect to get shuttled around to different specialists depending on what you're getting done. So you don't have "your dentist" (only downside in my opinion). But they have seamless transition between specialists.Went in thinking I'd need at least a root canal, maybe an extraction/replacement (Dr. Google got in my head). Root canal specialist advised that I don't need the root canal, just a crown would do. I got a crown and cleaning with a few xrays. About 22,000B out the door. Minimal wait times with nice waiting areas. Bring a book, there isn't much to do in the waiting rooms if you do happen to have a long wait.Bill was similar to what was advertised on website. Only surprise was sanitation fee but it was 200b, so no real effect.I'll be going back for all dental work.

It is very hard to schedule appointment with the dentists at BIDH as most of the dentists work full time at BIDC. The receptionist will keep making appointment at BIDH so they can charge higher prices and they hide the fact that BIDC and BIDH are under the same company because BIDC has lower pricing compared to BIDH.Services are mediocre and they made mistake a couple of times and due to these, i had to go back there again to redo it and it is a waste of time.I would recommend going to BIDC instead as they are the same dentists who work at BIDH with lower pricing costs for all procedures. Also, appointment time slots are a lot compared to the slot at BIDH.

Expensive, poorly trained doctors who like to cut patients teeth because “they have done it several times before” and instead of giving you proper braces they push/sell Invisalign because for them it’s less work, more money, and gives them more opportunity to be unethical about their work. Keep cutting patients teeth and keep pushing Invisalign on other patients so you can play around on the computer. Great work, so professional...

How in the world did this price inflated place get so many 5 star reviews. Avoid at all cost. There are better clinics at better prices with more competent doctors. 1000% do not do orthodontic work here.I see lots of paid, fake 5 star reviews here. Yuck.

I have selected treatment at BIDC for comprehensive dental crown work following recommendations of several friends. Scope and standard of consultation, equipment and medical work is very remarkable and on-par if not better than what I am used to in Europe. The treatment itself was as pleasant as it could be and the highly-trained medical personnel was taking very good care during the procedure. Results have been exceeding my expectations in every regard and the intensive after-care offered is very ensuring. Based on all my experiences so far, I will not only make BIDC my go-to clinic for dental work, but can highly recommend it to anyone who can make the travel.

Can highly recommend BIDC, fantastic experience! State of the art treatments and equipment. Dentists, nurses and everyone else are 100% professional and super helpful. Prices are fixed rates, and quotes are always given. Super flexible scheduling also.

Aucune douleur pendant 37 ans. Avait une couronne remplacée et souffrait depuis un mois maintenant. Je suis retourné et ils ont dit que c'était une coïncidence.Ne réparera pas les dommages qu'ils ont causés et voulaient jusqu'à 100 000 de plus en frais.

Excellent dental clinic. I had both crown and implant work done and both dentists were very professional and spoke excellent English. They were patient in explaining all options and their work was skilled. I'm very happy with the results.

Thought I would try out this center after looking at all the great reviews. I wanted to meet up with a periodontist to check up on some gum inflammation, and perhaps later get some implants done at the location. But, the service provided by the receptionist today was rude, and it felt like we are not welcome. I made some inquiries about the implant costing package based on the BIDC website and the receptionist claimed it was wrong. The website said the pricing covers surgery, implant and crown but the receptionist said otherwise. I understand she is not in the position to clarify everything but we can have a better customer experience. The last thing she said to me was like, "wait, wait, wait... before you go". That said, I told her to forget it.

I’ve been coming here for four years, and would thoroughly recommend BIDC. They are extremely efficient, and don’t do any work that isn’t necessary. I live hundreds of kilometers away now, in Khon Kaen, but continue to see my dentist here every year.

Highly professional in every sense. The staff respect and efficiency was beyond my expectations. I and my wife came from Middle East to this dentist based on my friends recommendation and I don't regret it. We got checked up by a consultant doctor at the clinic and got our treatment plan and discussed execution timing and cost up front. The cost is reasonable and the place is extremely clean . Highly recommended
