We communicated with the team via WhatsApp and were quoted a price. When we took time to go in to discuss making an appointment, they did not honor the deal they had given us through WhatsApp. It was a disappointing experience.

For a few months, I had been having a toothache that would come and go. I went to three different dentists, who found nothing wrong.Then I went to BIDC. The top-notch dentists there treated my gums for gingivitis and repaired some worn teeth with resin.Next week, I'll be going back to get one tooth fitted for a resin crown. It has been severely cracked for some time - hence the ache.It was unbelievable that other dentists, despite checking and cleaning my teeth, found no issues! I'm so glad that I went to BIDC.

The cashier (Indian looking lady around 40 years old) communication is so bad. She seems impatient and her facial expression is like meeting government officer at immigration office. I hope people won’t meet her in the future to avoid more unpleasant experience. Tooth is already a problem. Don’t need more.

Absolutely horrendous flew all the way from Australia for my fathers. Sinus lift and crafting was super clear on what we needed made the appointment reconfirmed at least half a dozen times saw the implantologist told us that he only will do the surgery if we do the implants with him. Even though we never mentioned we were interested in doing them plans mind you the implants that he does are the most expensive ones only even though in their email, they had offered four or five different types and pricing, end up paying for a scan for over 11,000 baht as this was needed to do the surgery which was an absolute waste of money not to mention our flights hotels insurance and time off work. absolutely shocked, disappointed and devastated. He was also extremely rude in the consult. Didn’t let anyone speak just robbery please beware.

I was at this clinic a couple of months ago. Dr. Phisak did a free tooth crown, and Dr. Chatchai did one implant. Everything was done perfectly. Plus, the staff was very helpful. I can still ask any questions and they are always ready to help. I am happy I chose this clinic. Recommended

I had some composite bonding done in Singapore ( Royal Smile) after reading some 5 * reviews.It did give me the Hollywood white but the application was bordering on dangerously illegal in the dentistry world standards.My husband’s bonding gave him a very bad breath, it started smelling bad after about 2 weeks into the bonding being applied.We could not put a finger to it until we went on a holiday to Bangkok.We decided to google for a dentist and chanced upon BIDC.We were allocated Dr Jirach S.He is such a young chap, ever so patient he explained all the ‘overhangs’ that’s trapping food which explains the smells.It was so bad you could hang a floss on tooth where it attaches to gum line.I had all my composite removed.Dr Jirach was really careful not to remove my real enamel and I must say he’s done a great job.I strongly recommend this dental centre as they are all dentist, not beauticians who cares only about the smile and colour of tooth.

1 year ago I had an wisdom tooth pulled out. My health has severely changed with chronic sinusitis caused by bacteria building up.I believe the staff need to be better trained and if they are not ready should be supervised during surgery. I’m still suffering to this day.

I had a excellent experience from the Dentist's and support staff at BIDC from moment I first e mailed them until I left the centre a very happy customer.The BIDC were able to accommodate my tight time frames to have the dental work completed.The Dentist's explained what was going to happen and the time it would take.I have never experienced this level service and professionalism from my dental clinic at my home country.It was worth the trip to Bangkok to have this dental treatment. Having this treatment would have been unaffordable in my home country.Well done BIDC, they certainly understand the customers needs.GD 11/2/2024

Bangkok International Dentist, what a joke. I scheduled an appointment about a week out. Then afternoon before the appointment they called and told me my appointment was canceled because the dentist refuses to work on foreigners. The front desk worker was also quite rude and showed no sense of apology for the inconvenience. A friend of mine also tried to book there a few weeks back and gave up because the front desk workers were annoying and confused.Unreliable booking service and super weird that they call themselves "international dentistry". International but not foreigners please.

Had two wisdom teeth out here whilst back packing around SE Asia. Honestly all the staff here are absolute angels, I was so scared to get my teeth taken out and the ladies who done it were just so amazing. The assistant rubbed my shoulder the whole time whilst the dentist reassured me everything would be ok. She was so amazing, I’ve had no pain after, the practise is absolutely spotless, genuinely the best dentist I’ve ever been too. Thank you all so much for taking good care of me. Highly recommend this clinic.

What a ripoff!! They charged me $62 for simple teeth cleaning that took less than 20 minutes. It’s more expensive than my country. And they try to add all kinds of things to take more money from you. Avoid.

Not a very good place. When you get there they will force you to see a dental hygienist. Just so they can charge you for it and then they will tell you to make an appointment with a dentist. So they can charge you twice for basically doing nothing. Hardly anyone speaks English there and is not very helpful. This place is more for Thais and not foreigners. But they will definitely nod their heads like a bobble head doll and take your money. Those two things are guaranteed to happen at the Bangkok International Dental Center.

I had three wisdom teeth that needed to be removed. One was broken, another decayed, and a third impacted. In the USA I waited 6 months for a consultation where they then told me I needed to wait even longer! I could not bear to wait any longer and I was able to come to BIDC on my third day of a trip to Thailand. They removed all 3 teeth the same day and I felt immediate relief. I even rode the metro home afterward. The impacted tooth was expected to cause me pain but today is the second day and I feel fine. My surgeon was so kind and even funny. This was the best dental experience of my life and now I can enjoy my trip free of pain! If you are feeling any hesitation about getting dental work abroad, there is no need to worry. My total costs were about $400 total for 3 wisdom tooth extractions, pain medication, and antibiotics. I'm going to return for a cleaning before I go!

Absolutely horrible place. The doctors are horrible. They did not even check my teeth, and straight away pushed an x-ray check and implant. No consultation nothing. Literally asked me if I am an expert what I wanted to do. The reason I am going there is to ger consultation and advice from them not the other way around.The place is rundown. Empty. The doctors seem like they give 0% about the patients’ concerns. A dentist is not a water park where the patients just choose what they want.

Wow, they are great at marketing online. My experience so far with Thai businesses that market online… the “reviews” doesn’t live up to reality. And bidc is no exception. It’s like in China, businesses pump out reviews to get your attention to buy their products and services. But not all reviews are real. Take it with a grain of salt.

I had a great experience at BIDC. All of the dentists were good and spoke great English. All staff speaks great English actually. I can speak Thai but preferred English to understand everything 100%.Expect to get shuttled around to different specialists depending on what you're getting done. So you don't have "your dentist" (only downside in my opinion). But they have seamless transition between specialists.Went in thinking I'd need at least a root canal, maybe an extraction/replacement (Dr. Google got in my head). Root canal specialist advised that I don't need the root canal, just a crown would do. I got a crown and cleaning with a few xrays. About 22,000B out the door. Minimal wait times with nice waiting areas. Bring a book, there isn't much to do in the waiting rooms if you do happen to have a long wait.Bill was similar to what was advertised on website. Only surprise was sanitation fee but it was 200b, so no real effect.I'll be going back for all dental work.

It is very hard to schedule appointment with the dentists at BIDH as most of the dentists work full time at BIDC. The receptionist will keep making appointment at BIDH so they can charge higher prices and they hide the fact that BIDC and BIDH are under the same company because BIDC has lower pricing compared to BIDH.Services are mediocre and they made mistake a couple of times and due to these, i had to go back there again to redo it and it is a waste of time.I would recommend going to BIDC instead as they are the same dentists who work at BIDH with lower pricing costs for all procedures. Also, appointment time slots are a lot compared to the slot at BIDH.

Expensive, poorly trained doctors who like to cut patients teeth because “they have done it several times before” and instead of giving you proper braces they push/sell Invisalign because for them it’s less work, more money, and gives them more opportunity to be unethical about their work. Keep cutting patients teeth and keep pushing Invisalign on other patients so you can play around on the computer. Great work, so professional...

How in the world did this price inflated place get so many 5 star reviews. Avoid at all cost. There are better clinics at better prices with more competent doctors. 1000% do not do orthodontic work here.I see lots of paid, fake 5 star reviews here. Yuck.

I have selected treatment at BIDC for comprehensive dental crown work following recommendations of several friends. Scope and standard of consultation, equipment and medical work is very remarkable and on-par if not better than what I am used to in Europe. The treatment itself was as pleasant as it could be and the highly-trained medical personnel was taking very good care during the procedure. Results have been exceeding my expectations in every regard and the intensive after-care offered is very ensuring. Based on all my experiences so far, I will not only make BIDC my go-to clinic for dental work, but can highly recommend it to anyone who can make the travel.

Aucune douleur pendant 37 ans. Avait une couronne remplacée et souffrait depuis un mois maintenant. Je suis retourné et ils ont dit que c'était une coïncidence.Ne réparera pas les dommages qu'ils ont causés et voulaient jusqu'à 100 000 de plus en frais.

Thought I would try out this center after looking at all the great reviews. I wanted to meet up with a periodontist to check up on some gum inflammation, and perhaps later get some implants done at the location. But, the service provided by the receptionist today was rude, and it felt like we are not welcome. I made some inquiries about the implant costing package based on the BIDC website and the receptionist claimed it was wrong. The website said the pricing covers surgery, implant and crown but the receptionist said otherwise. I understand she is not in the position to clarify everything but we can have a better customer experience. The last thing she said to me was like, "wait, wait, wait... before you go". That said, I told her to forget it.

I’ve been coming here for four years, and would thoroughly recommend BIDC. They are extremely efficient, and don’t do any work that isn’t necessary. I live hundreds of kilometers away now, in Khon Kaen, but continue to see my dentist here every year.

Highly professional in every sense. The staff respect and efficiency was beyond my expectations. I and my wife came from Middle East to this dentist based on my friends recommendation and I don't regret it. We got checked up by a consultant doctor at the clinic and got our treatment plan and discussed execution timing and cost up front. The cost is reasonable and the place is extremely clean . Highly recommended
