Thank you Dr. Piyamas Luppayawijit and staff for tooth repair and new crown. Staff always greeted me with a smile and were always attentive upon my arrival, very kind, Professional, caring, patience. Dr Piyamas Luppayawijit very gentle and patient with my high anxiety concerns with dental procedures. This is the first time I can truly say this was my best experience at the Dental Clinic thanks to Dr. Piyamas Luppayawijit, so caring and always ask if I was ok and if I had any discomfort. In the past two years I have regularly used the Bangkok Smile Dental Clinic for both emergency and routine treatments. I have found all the staff both friendly and helpful at all times. The clinical services are delivered in a professional manner. The Clinic is very clean, providing a reassuring experience.

We have used this clinic numerous times but our recent experience is disappointing and a WARNING to others. We attempted to make a booking on Friday when we arrived in Bangkok. We were told that this is not possible and alternative was Tuesday at 2:00. We received an email at a later stage to confirm. We rang reception to confirm the appointment. On arrival at the clinic we were told the appointment was only tentative and as we did not respond to the email so the appointment was cancelled. We made an alternative appointment and were told that there was no need to confirm!This has cost extra in terms of accommodation in Bangkok and undue stress.

Wow, what a truly amazing experience. I have had All on 4 implants. As soon as I arrived I knew I had made the right choice to go to Bangkok Smile. The staff were all fantastic, calm, gentle, compassionate, efficient and professional. I cannot fault them at all, they by far exceeded all my expectations. There was no pain from the surgery and 24 hours later a new smile, new confidence, and I can now eat properly again. I wish I had done this years ago. I cannot praise everyone at Bangkok Smile enough, they really have transformed my life. I cannot wait to go and see them again next year to get my final teeth. Thank you so much to every one there xxx Do not hesitate like I did, get in contact with them.

I have had an excellent experience with Bangkok Smile Nana. The level of work has been great and the staff are all lovely and knowledgeable, from the dentists, to assistants to reception staff. The clinic itself and examination rooms are comfortable and clean. I even got given a fluffy blanket to stay cosy during my operation! Overall I would recommend this clinic.

I can’t rate Bangkok Smile any higher unfortunately, they deserve it. The quality of service I got was second to none. Very affordable service compared to my home country. I have no issues at all I was treated like a king. Special shout out to the ladies behind the counter. Extremely polite and professional. You won’t be disappointed making a visit here!

World class with brilliant dentists, the second you walk in the door you’re greeted with kindness, calmness and brilliant communication between front staff to dentists.The dentists are efficient perfectionists, my prosthodontist Dr Sun was brilliant, her eye to detail is unmatched and has made me want to smile again, her team is a well oiled machine that work immaculately together, the focus to keep you in zero pain or discomfort is unmatched to anything I’ve experienced in Australia.I would recommend anyone to visit Bangkok Smile on Soi 5 if they want world class brilliance created for dental health and an awesome smile again.Thank you team for the life changing fantastic experience

I have been contemplating dental work on my bottom teeth which are wearing down. Whilst on holiday in April this year I visited Bangkok Smile Dental Clinic on Sukhumvit Soi 5 and had a consultation with Dr Nantawan. She advised that I needed major restoration work involving eleven crowns and two bridges. The staff at reception provided me with a quote and treatment programme for the work required which was significantly lower than quotes I received in Australia.I returned to Bangkok in mid May and treatment began the day after arrival. After four visits spread over a month the treatment was completed and I can't tell you how pleased I am with the result. The fact that the crowns and bridges feel natural and comfortable is a great testament to the quality of the service Dr Nantawan provided. The color matching is also perfect.The appointments, payments and general enquires were handled competently by staff at reception.In summary I highly recommend Dr Nantawan at Bangkok Smile Sukhumvit Soi 5 if you require aesthetic dental work.

These guys are not the cheapest in Bangkok, but I believe probably the best.Don’t expect glamour models, do expect fast efficient service and a level of care that goes beyond anything I’ve experienced.I have nothing but admiration for all the staff. As an example I had to go to another branch. And the staff waited outside in the heat, found me a ride and made sure I got there.If you are considering cosmetic dentistry, go for it!In my enthusiasm about care, I forgot to mention the dentistry! Far more advanced than I’ve experienced before, I dislike Bangkok, but happily pay the airfare, hotel and dental charges to fix my problems and return my smile. Again, my opinion, go for it!

Happily recommend this clinic. I was told in Australia I required a crown for a large filling I had. I contacted the clinic to arrange the 1-day crown service and sent over my x-rays. On arrival, the dentist told me she did not think I needed a crown, recommended another Xray then confirmed her initial assessment. The clinic could have easily said nothing and proceeded with the crown but were honest and upfront. I went back the following week for a clean and they were very thorough. I will be visiting them again on my next visit for a check up. Thank you for being honest and transparent with your pricing.

Excellent friendly professional service, new modern and clean, great communication, created 2 week plan on the day of arrival and started immediately, answered all my questions in full, no pain whatsoever.. small touches like escorting me to different floors and rooms, free bottle of water, putting balm on my lips mid treatment, even the anesthesia had a fruity flavour.. I did a fair amount of research for cost and quality, and prices are very reasonable (of course much more affordable than home). I'd return and would recommend to others.

My teeth needed work so I did some research. All positive reviews for Bangkok Smile. My dentist was Dr Nantawan Kolakarnprasert, she was very professional, easy to communicate with & spoke English well & I was so happy with the result that my wife also has just had veneers and crowns done also & she couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend.

I was extremely impressed by Bangkok Smile. My UK dentist had proposed a dental plan that included 3 new crowns and a replacement veneer with a few fillings for good measure. Total cost 5000 UK pounds. After an initial consultation with an extremely competent prosthetic specialist dentist at Bangok smile dental clinic she told me that just the fillings and veneer were required and that crowning teeth just because they had small cracks was not always a good idea. Instead fillings should be the first step and the cracks kept under review.The required work was carried out quickly, efficiently, and at a fraction of the anticipated cost. In addition the admin staff were super helpful and efficient. I would highly recommend.

Upon walking in, you are greeted with the sounds of cascading water from their water feature, which is a pretty unique experience going to a dental clinic. The reception for Bangkok smile is situated on the second floor, and the receptionists are all so smiley and friendly. Once you register yourself, a staff will ask you to sign your forms and bring you up to your dentist. I opted for their cleaning and scaling service and I am amazed that the whole procedure was not pain at all. A little bit sensitive on my front tooth but all is good. The dentist even prepped you beforehand saying that the cleaning procedure might hurt a bit. But she was gentle and fast. All in all, definitely a place you would want to visit if you want to get your teeth done.

His attention to detail is outstanding, Dee Mak. Best dentist I've seen from my home country to living aboard for many years. Wonderful clinic - easy to communicate before and during the appointment, very responsive to emails. Appointment ran exactly on time and the rooms and equipment were high quality and sterile. I booked for cleaning and whitening; I changed my mind on the day and opted out of the whitening, and it was not an issue at all. I wasn't pressured into the treatment and wasn't charged any extra for cancelling this portion. The clean was very thorough and pain free. Much cheaper than equivalent dental work in Australia. Highly recommend coming here. Thank you!

This is an incredibly professional clinic. I came to Thailand thinking I would save on dental treatment. There was no hard sell. Quite the opposite. The dentists here advised me about the gold standard treatment- which I would need to do back home in Australia.I have received the best dental advice I have ever received in my life. Numerous options were carefully explained and considered. I was not the one initiating the discussion of each and every option. The dentist was. I felt heard and understood at every step of the way. I will be going back home to have some treatment there over 6-12 months and will then come back to see the same dentist here. Even if the costs were the same or more here as they are in Australia, I’d much rather come here. I wish o could stay 12 months and have everything done here. I’d seriously consider it but I have pets at home. I can’t recommend this place enough. The hygiene standards are second to none and the dentists are exceptionally intelligent, thorough and caring. Thank you!

I could not be happier with the level of care and professionalism I experienced at Bangkok Smile on Sukhumvit 5. From the first moment I walked in the door and was greeted with a beautiful smile from the receptionist who literally rushed out from behind the counter to welcome me, to the world-class facilities and incredibly attentive and skillful work of Dr.Sun and her amazing assistants, I was quite impressed. The only fault I can think of is the fact that I have to go back in 6 months time to have my implants fitted when I thought it would be a one off trip. This was apparently due to not going with the all on four procedure and instead reverting to crowns and a few implants which was recommended by Dr Sun. The cost is quite expensive but you get what you pay for and I'd say it's around 15% cheaper than having it done in Australia. I can highly recommend Bangkok smile dental Clinic if you value your teeth and would like them to last a lifetime coupled with with a nice smile!

My family and I have been going to this dental clinic for years. I have realized that it’s basically a scam. They always tell you there’s no issues at the first check up then they wait for you to have serious issues until your teeth need to be pulled. I’m not sure if this is their way of getting more money out of people or just really unqualified dentists but my biggest advice would be to go to another clinic!! All of their branches are the same. Very disappointed

I could not be happier with the level of care and professionalism I experienced at Bangkok Smile on Sukhumvit 5. From the first moment I walked in the door and was greeted with a beautiful smile from the receptionist who literally rushed out from behind the counter to welcome me, to the world-class facilities and incredibly attentive and skillful work of Dr. Luppuyawijit and her amazing assistants, I became more and more impressed. The cost was about a third of what it would cost me back in Canada. I cannot recommend Bangkok Smile Dental enough!

I researched for the best Dentist. Each phase of of my dental work was perfect. They explained what they are doing and what I was to feel, for going to the dentist and getting implants everything is perfect. I am from New York, Bangkok is far from home. It was the best decision I made. Every step is 5 star Dentistry. I have the best implants, I would highly recommend them for anyone needing dental work.

Excellent customer services, friendly staff and high standard of dental procedure. The clinic is extremely clean, I noticed that they have really good and modern dental equipment. Since you arrived you noticed quality in services, I wish that in Australia we should have same customer services. Free WIFI, they offered to me a few bottle of waters with a friendly and warm big smile. I just got a simple cleaning, it was fast and very professional.
