The service begins as soon as a medical report is received and forwarded to the appropriate specialist for medical advice. They just prescribed medicines and I couldn’t control my sugar level at all. I wanted to give a try at the Canadian Hospital and I went there in August. When I visited Dr Sarah Alam Endocrinologist my Hba1c level was at 9.9 and yesterday after the test it was down at 6. Such a vast improvement. Dr Sarah’s aim was to control my sugar level. She is so skilled at what she does. I had a lot of health complications when I went to her and now I feel a lot better in every aspect. I never thought I could get better, but she put me on the right medications and gave me the proper treatment. She is keen to know about everything that affects the patient, and treats even the slightest problem they have. Also, she respects your phone calls and messages and replies timely. She calls personally to check up on you. I had the best experience with her, I recommend her to all diabetics who are with uncontrolled sugar levels and others who need to visit an endocrinologist. She’s the best in Dubai. She’s a remarkable doctor and a professional I can trust.

I visited Dr. Sarah Alam, endocrinologist yesterday. I found her to be extremely attentive and knowledgeable. She was very patient with me and listened to what I had to say. She advised me on the next steps with a lot of care and compassion. She answered all the questions I had and did not hurry me at all. I highly recommend her as I found her to be a very competent doctor.
I commend all who have checked on me from emergency to CCU department. The service was the best. I have to do this as I really appreciated what they have done to me. They actioned so fast, did the tests without any delay. The doctors and nurses would check and made sure with me that everything will be fine. Indeed in just over a night, I have gone from being anxious to being calm. All I did was lie down and everyone in the hospital did their part. I checked out yesterday after almost 2 days of being with them and I really felt the concern and sincerety being the only knowing people who would help you at times your only worry is your health. I requested for a callback on their watsap number. A guy called me within 1 hour (Approx) and did not seem to have great listening skills. He seem to struggle to understand my request and even seem rude. Please give proper training to your people and it will be best for them to understand what is a good customer service. First impression last - highly not recommended.
We had our third baby via c section a month back and our gynecologist was Dr Pooja Jaisal. she was such a help. my whole experience with her was smooth and she gave so much relief and assurance from my first visit until my emergency c section. very thankful for her and the whole hospital who cared so well.
I just had my first baby here in Canadian Specialist Hospital. This is one of the best hospital I’ve known so far. My Ob gyne doctor ( Dr. Pooja) is very professional and she took good care of me and my baby and made sure everything will go smooth and perfect for my first child. No hassle for me and my husband. They have taken necessary measures beforehand so when i did the labor, everything is in order. I love the midwife, nurses and all other doctors who helped us along the way. Kudos to this hospital! I would gladly recommend to all the future moms and incoming mothers 🥰💯
Received a Message on my mothers phone to wish her a Happy Birthday, and we were offered to have a free consultation with any doctor of choice. When we called them for an appointment they said it’s only for the day of the birthday.Like I am supposed to visit a Heart Doctor on my moms birthday? Is this Dunkin’ Donuts or something?Poor marketing and customer service. Embarrassing on all levels.
I would like to thank Dr. Puja and all the staff of the hospital and the emergency department for their efforts and quick response for my condition. They were really professional and caring. I wish to thank each and everyone individually and I couldn’t appreciate the timely mannered sequence of getting me inside the operation room. I would like also to mention that it was Eid holiday, but still the Drs and the nurses were there and Dr puja came even though it was her day off.
Services were excellent from receptions to clinics,Staffs, doctors and nurses specially to our OB gyne (Dr. Poojah) are very professional and accommodating. Was so delighted and would recommend to our friends and family.

This was our 1st baby and we were really confused between all the hospitals in Dubai.. The best decision we took by coming to Canadian Specialist Hospital because 1st when we heard the divery prices we were amazed as it was very much affordable compared to many other hospitals we browsed.. We also thought if price is cheaper even the services will be an OK one.. We were glad to see the services from the registration part till my baby was discharged the services were incredible super supportive reception, very sweet and very knowledgeable nurses, they got great doctors special shout out to The belwo ones our gynecologist Dr Marjan, our anesthesia doctor Chandra who gave the injection in such a way that my wife didn't had any pain at all, there were 3 doctors supporting the delivery of our child and each and everyone cared about the delivery, to manage our appointments and were also attended well the emergency team was very well updated what needs to be done .. We are so happy we found the right hospital for our child....suggestion to everyone do visit this hospital and then make your decision for your child you will be amazed too..
This hospital is dysfunctionnal. If you re sick, they prefer waiting for approval from health insurance before providing pills. They try to do more even more analysis even when it's not necessary. Money is their priority, not your health.
Had to call customer service several times and get different answers all the time. They will keep you on hold while they’re checking whatever they need to check and ask you to call back if they don’t have the answer or the other department they’re calling is not answering, instead of them calling you, the patient back.
We had a very good experience with Dr Noobi Koya. We went in to get my son’s vaccination. Dr Noobi talked to him and made him very comfortable before handling the process with utmost care. Thanks a lot Dr Noobi for making his experience a nice one.
Do not take your kids to this hospital.My 2 years old son was in a riskThe worest mistake i have ever done in my life is just visiting the emergency section. It is unbelievable they are with low experience and unhelpful team as i visited them twice they cannot even apply an injection not only in the first round but also in the 4th round too.They showed Such an arrogant behavior that they are not ready for an apology
One of the worst and slowest experiences I ever had in my entire life. I've entered the PCR test to do 11:43 and it took me more than 4 hours to reach my spin. Counter staffs are so slow to register the clients. Also, I had only 98 clients to go before me with the 3 counters. Retaining all the advanced technology and letting the client wait long does not make the services better any longer. I may suggest if any business gets much busier the organization needs to come up with a better plan to execute the great customer service. Add more staff, increase the registers most especially let all your staffs work productively as every customer are seeking the better and quick services for the value of their payments.

One of the worst places when it comes to customer experience.. i had a surgery i wanted to do .. every time they delay it .. they dont update you on the status .. you have to call them 100 times to understand what is happening.. that flow of communication with the patient is extremely bad
The only reason I still go to this hospital is because I love my doctor and she is the onlyOne we trust when it comes to our children. However the hospital needs a lot of improvement. Insurance team is the worst and most incapable, customer service is another nightmare I have to keep calling just to get details about tele consultation the staff don’t have answers they aren’t trained . Had written an escalation email last year regarding insurance issue we had and how unprofessional the staff was but the best part is no one from the hospital ever contacted to apologize or rectify the issue , even till date we still experience the same kind of experience when it comes to the insurance team and other things however our Dr is fantastic and that’s why we are forced to come back here but honestly service is highly disappointing of customer service and other staff at reception and insurance
Rude customer service at Dental Department. Reception people should be well trained on how to communicate with customers who pays their salaries and remember one thing: it’s a hospital but not their own house.I am very dissatisfied and disappointed with these service.As well, obtaining my records of previous medical procedures is a mission. Pentagon has got less dramatic procedures to receive and retrieve information from files and archives.Work on your staff training and do your very best.
The worst ER in Dubai. Nurses, doctors and clerks do not care... they make you wait literally hours for treatment and many more to get your documents ready. Total mess. The only one that has empathy for the patients is the security guard... that bad it is!!! Avoid this place.

Dr. Pooja the gynecologist didn't care and didn't want to waste her time applying for insurance approval. So did I go there just to see her face? I didn't pay for her consultation just to listen from here that insurance will not approve, you apply, your job is to apply!!! She send me home without any tests just taking her consultation and was writing a long list of medications without proper tests !!! and vitamins that I must pay for in cash so that she can get commission !!! All 5 stars are fake reviews !!!

They will never apply for insurance, especially the pharmacy, they will tell you this and that medicines are not covered, because they don’t want to waste their time checking your policy, you have to tell them to apply three times, then they will apply, i know this because i have Daman insurance app and i can see from the app if they applied or not, it’s very easy for them to lie,Second, you will take appointment at 4:00, you go inside the doctor’s room at 05:30Third, they are very lazy the don’t like to apply for insurance not only for medicine also for tests and lab proceduresDon’t know, maybe if the patient is okay with him to pay even if his insurance is covering what he’s going to pay, then it’s more profitable for them....“I’m writing this comment at 06:26 pm sitting in the car waiting for my wife who’s still in the hospital since 4:30 pm waiting for her 4:30 pm appointment for normal consultation (without any lab tests, only seeing doctor and pharmacy) “

The wait was 1 hour and there were still 2 patients ahead of me, when I complained they told me that this is normal in a hospital. Other hospitals seem to have perfected the booking system though, so don't come here if you value your time.
I stayed in the Canadian Specialist Hospital for over a month being treated for shoulder surgery. The facilities are very, very clean and the nursing staff is so kind and accommodating. They are all really special people not just in their professionalism but in their care. The doctor's are also kind and friendly and keep you informed of your progress and what is going on. I was really impressed with the care I received here. This has got to be my favorite hospital ever! I highly recommend it. Thanks to all the staff caring for me in the 5th floor Ward and of course to the Doctors as well. Wish you all the best.
Yesterday visited Canadian Specialist Hospital in Dubai, close to Ministry of the Environment, for covid test, around 6pm, and after 14 hrs, receive results. Upon left hospital, I send message to firstname.lastname@example.org to send results to my email, as recommended by the lab and they did this.Result come as certificate with two stamps of doctors, in color, on the Hospital form.Outstanding. I did not even expect so fast respond.Just guide: on entrance, inform security for purpose and go to elevator and down to B2. Exit to parking, right side, appx 50 mtrs- collecting room entrance. I suggest to come evening- no queue.Good luck and keep safe.
My stay at the Canadian Hospital has been a very enjoyable experience. When I came here I was very sick with a food Bourne virus, 4 strains. My care was beyond reproach. It has been 5 days and I am well, thanks Dr. Sarlakumari and her excellent staff.

Visited to see an ENT on 21st July , my experience was just surprising, first of all while waiting to see the doctor, the nurse asked me of my symptoms out in the hallway (consultation in privacy doesn't exist) Then I got into to see the doctor (that's how literally it was, he sat on his seat and me across the room) no physical exermination when my main complaint was a throat pain, the main reason I came to hospital is to have a doctor physically look at, feel for swelling look at the ears or unusual lumps or colour in the throat etc. But all he did is prescribe medication that I told him I have already been taking for past two days. Of course I raised the matter with the staff but I knew that they wouldn't want to go behind their colleague and they made it look like I dint understand, that the doctor wants me to take medication then return in three days for a proper examination. In my mind am thinking why would I pay consultation to see a doctor only for the doctor to tell me to come back before even doing an evaluation to pay to see him again without having established what was going on in the first place . Such a horrible experience. I definitely will be avoiding this place. I couldn't even argue with them coz I had pain in my throat to talk properly. Will seek an opinion from another hospital.
Great experience being treated at CSH. From the staff at ER, OR, attending nurses at 3rd floor (who checks on me round the clock) the cleaning staff who never gets tired of cleaning the room and the food attendant. The nice food plating or food arrangement and selection of food daily is fantastic. Thank you very much. And the doctors - they are great and friendly😊Overall - fantastic team.
