I had a great experience at the hospital. To those who gave low rates, if you have been to another overseas hospital, you wouldn’t give such rates to one of the best hospitals in the world, in my opinion. Guys, you have to be patient. They are human, and they have a lot of patients per day, and they are doing a great job. Thanks a lot to everyone working in the hospital.

I can’t believe how careless a hospital staff can be! I have Never seen this kind of neglecting towards patients by such well know American hospital! How can this be allowed? Horrible experience in Cleveland at all aspects.. they never answer calls, even with staying on the hold for 45-60 minutes and still they neither answer or call back, noting that most hospitals in UAE call back when they get missed calls.Even confirmed appointments at Cleveland hospital you will need to wait at least 60-90 minutes until you can see your doctor! Never really experienced this anywhere else.. not to forget the receptionist and some doctors bad attitude.. too bad that Cleveland can be in such a low performance.. they focus only on money collection!
Extremely friendly staff, amazing patient care, the emergency visit did not take a long time at all. The parking was easy to locate and easy to get to the emergency area.It feels like a 5 star hotel visit. So far, this is my favorite hospital.
One of the most amazing hospital both on it's interior and exterior. The inside was so spacious and elegant, from the view, to the lounge area, to it's wonderful accessibility which escalators and elevator were both available, to a big parking area, everything. The staffs were friendly and accommodating and during my flu shot this week, I didn't feel even an ant bite from it, the nurse did the job so right and effortless.A must recommended hospital, unfortunately, my insurance is not covered here or else, I will choose this over and over again.God bless and More Power!
Very poor customer service. My appointment was cancelled with no prior notification to me. I was even electronically checked in for my service but still it was cancelled without notification. When you try to call them no one ever answers the line. You are left on hold forever. I would recommend everyone to go elsewhere. Even email response is not replied to. I sent an email several times to the “service excellence” team but not response. My actual rating is a zero. Sorry Cleveland but just not good enough not even to average standards.
very bad hospital and they are not professionali took an appointment to do one test which they confirmed that they have this test ... and when i arrived there the doctor surprise me that they are not provide this test.. they took from insurance the consultant fess for fake servicedo you think i will trust this hospital again??and when i call the call center for this issue i stayed for 60min and no one answer i waste 1h just waiting and they didn't answer the phone ...as a 5 star hospital are not answer the phone how you will rate them ?for me i will give them (-5) they are not professional at alli will not deal with them again... thanks God we have another alternative hospital and they are more professional that CCAD
I have downgraded my review as now it takes 1 and a half hour wait from the time u booked to get to a doctor and 2 months in advance to book so you can wait for hours. This hospital is getting worse. Good doctors, great hospital but always double booked and never on time. You have to wait an hour regardless if you booked previously. Downgraded again as the pharmacy guy said to me he was too busy to check my file.
Got my COVID-19 (PFIZER) vaccine here. The hospital is world class, no doubt that it is consistently ranked as the best in the world.The staff was highly professional and explained everything in detail.The nurse Katrina who gave the vaccine was super friendly, polite and highly professional.Well done and keep it up 👍🏼
It’s our first time in Cleveland Clinic today. A state of art building with an exceptional service. Our nurse Sister Katrina was the one who did our PFIZER booster vaccine. She was very courteous, professional, clearly explained the related details and replied to our questions. Hard work does not go unnoticed; thank you Cleveland for your excellent care.
WORST RECEPTION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER.We've been there in Cleveland Hospital today and we've experienced the worst treatment from the vaccination department specially with Erica Singco whom we believe the reception/customer service representative in the area. She's rude and doesn't know how to treat or respect people properly. I wouldn't suggest anyone to go to Cleveland Hospital anymore.
This building is a monument or a five star hotel that make us feel proud of it however the with today’s experience the True rating is -5 star for poor customer service and call center.As I been coming to this hospital since was opened I would say the customer satisfactory going downward year after year And I would challenge the management for their service quality.My big wish if they can come with old staff and management (5stars)
#CCDA Be Careful if you are on #cash basis.As mentioned in my previous review, I went to CCDA for eye glasses check and they obliged me to see the doctor as I can't see Marese without the doctor consultation. I totally understood the business part of it and I paid the doctor consultation (all details available at the reception counter)It seems the staff took advantage and tried to do extra test which was never required, never communicated and the most important it was never explained to me.At the end of the day, they make you responsible to pay the bill !!!! SERIOUSLY??????
Very irresponsible management attitude towards resolving patient issues and complaints. They made a mistake with one of my tests and gave me the wrong test. I paid for it . When the mistake was discovered , they would not address the issue and did not reimburse me or repeat the test . They lied to me saying they would resolve the issue and would call me . Their behaviour in addressing this issue of medical error has been very unprofessional. I would never trust them to handle any of my tests or test results ever again. They seem to have fired the doctor but did nothing to correct the situation for the patient. They are not to be trusted all they care about is money.
If there was a zero I would have given it a zero. Terrible terrible terrible customer service, terrible medical service, the security team are extremely rude and impolite, worst experience ever in a medical facility, not sure why it has such a big name it's really not worth it at all. The worst medical facility I've been to is much better than this one. The only good thing about it is the building and location it looks like a hotel from inside and outside. But really that's not what patients need.
I wish there was a rating less than 1.Every time I had an appointment something goes wrong or they make up a story to reschedule. last one was yesterday for the Pfizer vaccine appointment.my advice just go to another hospital or clinic who is not interested looking into your condition and not your wallet.
Great hospital and even great doctors. Thoroughly impressed by the professionalism, their diagnostics and facilities. But the experience with their pharmacy, on ongoing basis for last 3 months, has been horrible.Getting hold of our kids medicine, through pharmacy, is a shear disaster and worst possible experience. We have been going through this agony for the last 3 months, and despite registering complains over the phone there has been ZERO progress. Our kid has this eye drop which expires every 2 weeks and it is supposed to be provided without interruption. But every single week, my wife has to spent at least 2 hours of continuous follow up for 3-4 days to ensure the medicine preparation and delivery is confirmed. Such a shame to see this kind of behavior from pharmacy where they have “no ownership” and no regard for their customers. In this week too, since Thursday we have been trying hard to connect for eye drops confirmation but to no avail.Hope the managers/staff takes this up seriously to provide the right resolution. Looking forward to a quick resolution.
We will be filing a complaint with the authorities for a medical condition that the doctor in such an established clinic should have spotted immediately instead of just securing their next appointment. So either there is intention or incompetence. The response to our complaint from the clinic has also been the least to say unsatisfactory.
Not good value for money. Appointment system and internal coordination is a mess.(2020-12-08) Since this time, I have visited Hospital a couple of times again. I had an appointment at 08:00 so arrived the hospital by 07:45. Checked in, and then waited in the waiting room. At 08:15 I reminded the nurse about the 08:00 AM appointment. I was told someone will be with me shortly. When the nurse arrived, he mentioned that they had internal meetings at 08:00 AM. I suggested that the appointment times should be after internal meetings are done.Went to the pharmacy after this, and apparently some medicine was not approved by insurance. Again a long-ish wait time. For a simple eye appointment, i had spent 2 hours at the hospital.I think overall the hospital's ambience is like a 5-star hotel, but the waiting times have let me down few times.Upgraded review to 3 star from 1 star due to service improvement since the last time i went here.
السـْلآمُ عَليكـُمْ وٍُرٍحـَمـْةُ اللًّه وٍَبَرٍكـُآتـُه حابة أشارككم تجربتي مع مستشفى كليفلاند أبوظبي ، للفائدة والتطوير ، أخذت موعد عندهم بالتلفونبسبب مشكلة في الجهاز الهضمي، وعطوني موعد بعد أكثر من شهر ، بقسم الجهاز الهضمي ، سرت الموعد وقعدت مع الممرض كل الوقت ، والدكتور (Noe)دخل نص دقيقة وقرر منظار . والموعد بعد شهرين ويوم المنظار تغير الدكتور كيف وليش مادري، واللي سوى لي المنظار دكتور هندي اسمه (Gurjeet) ، والقهر بعد المنظار كل اللي قاله لازم اسوي مرة ثانية المنظار . بصراحة خفت وناديت المترجمة تسأله إذا ( لاسمح الله فيه شي . والدكتور كان مفهي زي المدوخ ، أو ماله نفس يسوي المنظار . مافهمت .رديت البيت وكلمت المستشفى وقالوا أنه أخذ خزعه والنتيجة بعد أسبوعين.المبنى فخم ضخم جميل ماشاءالله ماعليه كلام ، الممرضين والممرضات ودكتور البنج يستحقون وصف ملائكة الرحمة . ماشاءالله عليهم. الصيدلية منظمة مرتبه بالدور تأخد دواكولكن للأسف الدكاترة أنت وحظك . أكيد فيه كم دكتور شاطرولكن اللي تعاملت معاهم أنا ، ( Noe Quesada vazquez-Gurjeet Gulati)يستحقون نص نجمة . اسأل الله الصحة والعافية لي وللجميع.

La meilleure expérience que j'ai jamais eue dans un hôpital. Mon père a eu un accident vasculaire cérébral et ce fut une période difficile pour ma famille. Le personnel et les médecins de Cleveland ont tout fait pour nous faciliter la tâche. Le personnel et les infirmières sont très sympathiques et professionnels. Ils ont également appelé pour le vérifier un mois après la procédure. J'ai même dû appeler récemment pour poser des questions sur certains symptômes, une dame appelée Joelle a rappelé après 10 minutes et a répondu à toutes mes questions. Merci..

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته المستشفى فعلا كفندق خمس نجوم والرعاية الطبية اقصد الممرضيين عملهم متميز سواء في العناية المركزة او في الأجنحة ولكن للاسف طاقم الأطباء ليس على المستوى الي يتناسب مع المبنى وطاقم الممرضين جعلوا ابنتي حقل تجارب لهم واعطاءها ادويه لا تتناسب مع حالتهاحتى تسببوا بوفاتها الله يرحمها ووقت ما استاءت حالتها الكل بدأ يرمي اللوم على الآخر وهم على علم بانهم اعطوها الادية بالخطأ وكل المستشفى تعرف ابنتي تمام المعرفه لما مرت فيه ، وهذا حدث في ٢٠١٦ ولا أعلم ان كانوا الأطباء مازالوا في المستشفى او خرجوا مثل دكتوره ماريا و محمد المصري وأحمد نصير وغيرهم .لا أتمنى احد يمر بما مررت به فلا يغركم المبنى والبهرجه الاهم الجوده وكان الله في العون .
للاسف قابلت دكتوره قسم الراجه و الجهاز الهضمي بخصوص عندي فتق و انفراق في عضلات المستقيم حوالي ٤ الى ٦ سم ، الم في البطن و الم في الظهر ... طلبت مني ان اتعايش مع الوضع هذا بشكل طبيعي وممارسه الرياضه على ان لايزيد حملي لأي وزن فوق ٥ كيلو، علما ان لدي طفلا رضيع يبلغ من العمر سنتان، وافقت على الحمل و الانجاب مره اخرى علما ان عند الولاده سوف احمل طفلا من جديد وزنه يتعدى الخمس كيلو جرام، لان لو حملت فوق الخمس كيلو جرام سوف يأدي ذالك الى زياده الفتق و انفراق المستقيم، فكيف ترفض حمل فوق وزن ٥ كيلو جرام وتوافق على ان انجب طفلا وحيث ان الطفل من يقوم بأعالته هي أمه وعلما ان وزن الطفل سيبلغ فوق ٥ كيلو او عشر كيلو وسوف تعيلة امه، وسوف يأدي ذالك الى تفاقم المرض و زياده في انفراق المستقيم و زياده في فتق البطن اليس هذا تناقض؟ طلبت مني ان احولها الى التجميل وانا جئت اليها لمعالجتي وليس لاجراء تجميل لي .. وللاسف لم تعطني حلا للموضوع فقط طلبت مني التعايش مع الوضع !!! وللاسف لم تكن نفسيتها معي جيدة عند اسالتي لها وانا من حقي كمريضه ان تعاملني بأفضل معامله حيث ان المريض لم يأتي للشكوى الا وان نفسيته ليست جيده بل سائت نفسيتي أكثر ...

I went for emergency, my ear was infected the level of hospitality was very high starting from the emergency reception desk to collecting my medication from pharmacy what is really bad and surprising is that I have been confirmed by the doctor and nurses that I will get a call for appointment with ENR by Monday but no one called me and my ears during this time got worse by the infection even with using the medication.What is surprising more after waiting on the line for 10 min they told me that when there is availability I am gonna get a call for appointment. Without taking care that I said I am worried about my ears I didn’t have much pain before but now it’s too much painful they gave me this untrue excuse because I am sure hospital like Cleveland would have a near future schedule and call it’s clients and give them appointment. This is really bad impact about this well known name .
الدكتور حسام يونس في قسم الأوعية الدموية لا يجيد التعامل مع المرضى ولا يحترم كبار المواطنين ولايعمل بضمير. كنت ارافق والدي بسبب استياءه من هذا الدكتور سابقا و للتحقق من الواقعه وأثناء الموعد سألناه سؤال واحد فقط يتعلق بالمراجعة وحالة المريض. قال لنا (عندي كتير مرضى ومش فاضي لكم يلا روحوا) كأننا في زيارة لبيته وليس بالمستشفى. لقد تم توثيق الحادثة وتصويره بالفيديو لغرض الإثبات وسيتم التواصل مع وزارة الصحة و إدارة شركة مبادلة لتقديم شكوى على هذا الدكتور الغير مهذب.
I don't have any personal experience with Cliveland hospital but the environment is very unique and beautiful...the outside ground and all is really remarkable...so many people used to come to work out, to become healthy. The exact duty of the hospital, give healthy life. That exactly Cliveland did..I am really thankful about that...But from few days some of the ground is blocked... today is international yoga day and I am requesting you to open that ground again. We will be thankful ...

This review is for their booking system and not their professional care team - I didn't get to that stage.back in mid January I tried making appointment to see a Doctor in the gynaecology unit. To make an appointment one has to call to open a file and then wait for two days to know whether an appointment can be made.After waiting for two full days, I did not get a call back so I called back and to find out that the Doctor requested is on holiday until Feb and earliest appointment is in April.I have read other reviews in here and the company's replies always along the line of "so sorry, please email us at Service Excellence...."I sent an email to this address. I got a call back two days after to say that I can see the other doctor (there are only 2 in that unit) to prep me to see THE Doctor I wanted to see in April.The earliest they can give me was 25 February and I said I cannot have that date, the caller said there is a cancellation on 23 Feb if I want to go on that date. I confirmed.The confirmation text message which I received says 25 Feb and to my own mistake, I did not take the name, department and extension of the caller.I called the company back again to check on the 23 Feb, the call center told me that there's no note in the system.So I asked for a different date altogether and she gave me 1 June.Wow, I mean I salute these patients who are very much patient in waiting this long but I gave up.
I came personally to the hospital to inquire Executive Health Check. The female local doesn't know anything about it and told me "just call the call center, they will tell you", I told her Im already here and wants to check how's the process. She said "I cant understand, just call them", Very unprofessional approach, she shouldn't be there in the reception if she cant do her job well. Good thing, there's a direction in elevator and manage to meet one of the coordinators and explained well every single detail I asked. Besides from that, the hospital looks great and comfy. Nice view, very relaxing.
After some complications in communication with the team they send us in the emergency. There we get treated very fast, lovely and friendly. To get treated is really not cheap, but the team is so unbelievable friendly and cute. Especially one nurse was so nice and took carefully care of me.
