Seen at Juaneda whilst on holiday in Majorca. Excellent service prompt and very thorough. Seen straight away. All staff were friendly and helpful especially Edward. It was really reassuring to have someone who could also translate.

During our holiday my 19 year old son got severe food poisoning, all the staff involved in his care were exceptional from the doctor who came to the hotel to the ambulance crew and all the hospital staff who were involved in his care. We were treated with respect, humility and compassion which made a very scary, upsetting situation less stressful. I can't thank all those involved enough.

I spent 5 days there after a herniated disc while in holiday, the translator was brilliant & made a horrid experience slightly easier, some staff were nicer than others, food was not great & discovered after days of not being washed that it’s not the staffs job, it’s your family members or visitors. I then had a problem with my bladder due to my back issue & was put in adult nappies for my full stay which was absolutely degrading.A Dr I saw at the end of my staff before they moved me for 3 days to Inca hospital was horrified I had not been given a catheter.A lack of care & understanding towards a tourist who ends up there was very upsetting.I spent long days & nights feeling very isolated & lonely.There were 1 or 2 staff who genuinely did care & tried to help but on a whole you were just another number.It was nearest hospital to where I was on holiday & had to be taken there as I was unfit until day 6 to be moved to Inca.Word of warning- make sure you have Travel Insurance, I did but did not cover some things, I needed an urgent MRI scan but was told if I couldn’t pay for it I wouldn’t get it, I only got it when I returned home to the Uk.

According to my experience it's a good clinic, doctors are very experienced and also if you go in in emergency it's not very much crowded like other clinics in Palma.The only problem I find sometimes that on weekend it's a issue with doctors availability if you go in emergency service and another big problem is free parking nearby is very complicated, it's residential area as lot of big schools are nearby so it's always a problem to park.

My mother, Susan Stevenson, was lucky enough to receive excellent treatment at this brilliant hospital. This is her review:"Following a fall on the island, I have been amazed and grateful for the medical care I have received at Clinica Juaneda. The neurosurgeon Dr.Palpan was so thorough in his search to find the true cause of my symptoms. I had a series of tests in very quick succession to eliminate possible conditions and finally confirm a diagnosis of hydrocephalus.I feel fortunate that he was able to operate on me speedily and skilfully. Not only did he and his team find a condition I didn't know I had, they have successfully treated me and I feel that they have saved me from a very debilitated future and given me the chance to get my life back.My family and I are so grateful to Dr. Palpan, the anaesthetist Dr. Rodriguez and the staff at Juaneda for their care, skill and kindness. A very special mention must go to Sol Sanz - a vital part of the team - who took us under her wing as she coordinated everything with extraordinary efficiency, sensitivity and kindness. I will need to return to Juaneda for future check-ups but after my experience there, I feel safe in the hands of the team and the hospital."

Yesterday we visited this clinic, because the insurance company sent us there. My child ( 2 years old) injured his hand when we were playing in the sea. There were visible injuries on his hand, but he didn’t move it and cried, I was worried that he wouldn’t be given the correct diagnosis. But the clinic helped us, the girl from the reception was very friendly and attentive, she helped us communicate with the doctors who spoke Spanish. The child was examined by a nurse and then x-rayed. Then they took us to the doctor, who said that everything was fine on the x-ray. The doctor examined the child and a few minutes made the correct diagnosis - dislocation of the elbow joint, in a couple of seconds the doctor put the elbow joint in place and after 20 minutes my child was completely active and healthy. All the doctors who examined the child and gave him an x-ray were very attentive to him and entertain him so that he would not cry. The girl from the reception paid us a lot of attention and provided a lot of help. I am very grateful to all the clinic’s services.

Came in following a ruptured Achilles, the level of service has been amazing. From Urgencias, to consultant, surgery and after care. Also the translation team and ladies on mail reception - fabulous! I spent 3 nights at the hospital and have been coming 3 times per week since. All the staff are kind, helpful and caring.

Absolutely first class service. We came to Majorca for holiday. On the first day my wife injured her foot. She was seen by the doctor within 15 mins, the doctor came from outside of the hotel. The doctor arranged for her to be taken by ambulance to the hospital. The ambulance took only 10 mins to come. The staff took her in promptly, the X-ray was done, results came in and the doctor attended to her straight away. We were in the hospital and out within one hour. In England we would have been stuck in A&E for anything between 6-8 hours

My daughter on holiday with her boyfriend went in with a severe pain in her right side. The hospital was fantastic, they knew exactly what to do and all the staff from reception to nurses were so polite and patient with me. As a worrying father they put my mind at rest. My daughter was very impressed as well and loved the friendly staff and admired how modern and clean the hospital was. Thank you Juaneda staff from reception to nurse and doctors for looking after my daughter.

Absolutely First class medical care…Without any doubt my best ever medical experience I’ve ever had.I was booked in, seen by the doctor, had an ECG, had blood tests taken, had medication provided, received blood test results, received ECG results, had an x-ray, received x-ray results, given a prescription, had a consultation with the doctor, sent home ALL IN UNDER 3 HOURS!!!Read that again…that’s amazing!All the staff were polite, efficient, helpful, friendly and highly competent.Very good hospital indeed.Highly recommended

Stayed here for 11 nights following a cycling accident on the island. Staff gave excellent care. All necessary scans were done quickly and appropriate medical specialists were seen promptly. Had a private en-suite room, food was decent and varied. Interpreter service provided when necessary. Overall excellent care during a very worrying time for myself and my husband.

We visited June 2022 and received outstanding service and treatment. We arrived 07:30 in the morning with sever pains, and left at 10:30 having seen two Drs, multiple nurses and technical staff. Treatment included a physical exam, blood and urine samples/results, painkillers delivered via drip, ultrasonic scan, final consultation, prescription, and treatment plan. All within 3 hours!Super happy with the service and friendly delivery by every member of staff we met. All in ~ Euro 550. Icing on the cake is that the subsequent prescription at the pharmacy was only Euro2...!!!!

We used Juenda for our fit to fly test in their office in Puerto Pollenca. They were very busy but saw us on time for our pre-booked appointment. The process was very slick and professional and keenly priced. Most importantly we had our results within the promised 30 minutes. I recommend them unreservedly . Shaun Smith 27/07/21

Absolutely amazing. I presented in serious pain and within an hour I was in theatre. The issues I’d been palmed off with in the uk was the start of sepsis! Sadly my insurance wouldn’t cover me but the cost wasn’t too bad!Dr Lopez was lovely as were the rest of the staff.Without a doubt saved my life, made me feel very comfortable, reassured and cared.

Came here for a Covid Antigen Test for travel purposes for 30€. After spending hours looking for a reliable review. Was very reluctant to use this clinic from previous reviews but for a Covid testing centre specific for travel I had no troubles. In fact, waited no more than 15 minutes for my results which were printed and accepted by the airline and my destination of travel. For travellers looking for a quick, convenient and friendly service this place comes highly recommended.

i had a very unpleasant experience with the member of staff Silvia Clar who attended me at the reception with despise and prejudice. when i mentioned it to her, she said it was because i am foreigner and she could not understand me with the mask. i wonder if it is not because i am Asian too. next time i will look for another clinic.

Des tarifs multipliés par 5 ou 6 selon ma sécurité sociale et ma mutuelle.Ce, pour tous les actes. En gros, ma consultation en urgence avec une radio et une petite prise de sang me coûte 1000€.Mes assurances pourtant très biens me disent que les tarifs sont délirants. Du jamais vu alors que je viens du pays ou les soins sont les plus chers d’Europe.De plus, leur diagnostic s’est révélé faux au final, un endroit à éviter. C’est une machine à fric.

En general el trato en la clínica es bueno y referente a los médicos, una vez que ya estás ingresado, es muy bueno. El único "pero" que encontramos mi marido y yo es el médico que suele estar de guardia en urgencias x la noche. Es muy flojito y no nos dió mucha confianza. En una clínica como la Juaneda debería haber un par de médicos de urgencias y no sólo uno que no da confianza, la verdad. Si volvemos a necesitar urgencias una noche no sabemos si volveremos a la Juaneda x si acaso...

Son unos incompetentes pides cita telefonica (teleconsulta) a primera hora por la mañana llega el día y no te llaman en todo el día, les llamas para ver que pasa por la tarde y se ponen chulos diciendo que era presencial. Te dicen que te llaman en una semana por unos resultados, pasan las dos semanas y tampoco llaman. No sé que pasa , para la gestión es lamentable, dudo que vuelva a pedir cita en esta clínica.

Mi reseña es sobre la cafetería. En los tiempos que corren creo que si hay un lugar donde la desinfección y la limpieza deba ser extrema es en un hospital... Estuvimos en la cafetería, nos sentamos en una mesa en la que, honestamente, no estábamos seguras de que estuvieran desinfectadas, y al levantarnos, pasaron dos minutos y llegó una doctora y se sentó en nuestra mesa sin que, esta vez a ciencia cierta, NADIE la desinfectara previamente... Es complicado estar en todas partes en todos los trabajos, pero, especialmente cara al paciente/cliente, deberían tener más cuidado y más manos para atender las necesidades actuales.

No Stars, left in isolation in pain with a very high temp 39.8. No care from staff at all, I had to do all my own vitals, no interpreter available, I asked for 24 hrs No Dr available to examine me. Phone in room didn't work. Nurses didn't speak a word of English. Discharged after 24hrs feeling worse than I went into hospital. Couldn't risk staying in as I would have died, SEPSIS. Rushed back to London where I was admitted as an URGENT case for an abdominal abscess, dehydration, high temperature 38.8 and heavy weight antibiotics intravenously. Operated on 6 hours after leaving the hospital in Majorca.I had full care in London a further operation 48 hrs after leaving Majorca and let home after six days in the London Clinic. I have never been more distressed in a hospital in my life. Im a terminal cancer patient and needed proper medical care and reassurance. Get home to be treated. I have repeatedly contacted the hospital for an apology and return of my payment. Im taking legal advice, no one should have to suffer like I did. food terrible and my shower room like a cleaners cupboard full of bleach mops and buckets. My stay was like being in prison, but worse as I felt so ill and was ignored. Stay away.

Hace ya muchos años que habitualmente utilizo los servicios médicos de la clínica Juaneda, desde el servicio de urgencias hasta las consultas y/o tratamientos médicos y la hospitalización. Por ello no puedo si no dejar constancia de que TODO el personal tiene un trato exquisito. Siempre hay alguna pequeña excepción, pero con tantos años valoro más la parte positiva y tiene muchas. No me olvido del servicio de cafetería, las chicas FANTÁSTICAS. GRACIAS......

Despite being severely injured, I have to wait a month for an arthrogram because it turns out there’s ONE specialist in charge of this kind imaging that goes ONCE a week to the hospital to do only ONE patient. As I have been informed several times by the staff members, it is neither possible to arrange two arthrograms in one day nor request the radiographer to go two different days in the same week. Beyond belief...

Falta absoluta de personal en urgencias! Tan solo una enfermera y un médico para todo un hospital en Urgencias, ni siquiera una auxiliar. Por tanto puedes tirarte horas para que te atiendan o te administren los medicamentos. La enfermera que nos atendió fue encantadora pero no podía hacer mucho ella sola con tantos pacientes a su cargo. Una auténtica vergüenza para ser un hospital privado.

Замечательная современная клиника. Прекрасный дружелюбный персонал. Особенно хочется отметить Богушу Василевску, которая помогает не только в преодолении языковых барьеров, но и составляет удобный график лечения консультаций.,исследований. Всегда чёткая ответственная, очень приятная. Мне невероятно повезло, что есть Богуша!!! Спасибо!

I spent 1 night in ICU where they stopped my heart and restarted it with electric shocks. I was kept informed of everything in English and all the staff were fantastic. Excellent! THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING X

Tried few different departments over past years and generally the treatment was always correct. The waiting time could be shorter, cafeteria and parking could be cheaper, but at least they have all these facilities, even a small playground for kids. You can get appointment and your results online, what saves you time. Many people work here, majority was always friendly and helpful. Parking cannot be paid by credit card, but still a place to recommend. Many translators available those not speaking Spanish.

HONTEUX clinique vous demandant 800,00 euros pour 2 kilometres en ambulance . si vous n'avez pas d'assistance ils vous virent . dès votre arrivée ils sautent sur votre carte bleue . 120,00 euros pour une consultation d'un generaliste de bas étage . un conseil soignez vous dans le public au son espaces ou vous serez pris en charge gratuitement et par de bons médecins du public . Bonsoir Nous avons été bien reçu mon épouse et moi par le personnel de clinique et essentiellement par le Dr JOAN ALGUERSUARI CABISCOL.Je parle peu espagnol et je suis arrive a comprendre ce médecin car il a été très gentil et .coopérant avec nous Nous tenons a remercier vivement la dame ( Mme SUSANA NOGUEIRA ) qui s 'occupe des relations publiques c'est une personne très agréable très gentille , dévouée elle mérite toute notre sympathie .Dr HADJ BEKKOUCHE MOURAD Dr HADJ BEKKOUCHE AMINA
