I have gone through the effort of flying in to Istanbul for taking an insider look at a couple of clinics. The idea was to shake things up a bit by asking for a free consultation on-site. This way I could see how the employees were able to handle a slightly non-playbook customer journey.Out of the 4 places I have verified, Clinicana was the least professional.I have been largely ignored by one of the customer care representatives and provided with fake promises about a possible consultation. Essentially, she was making up lies on the fly while interacting with me.I could also sense from the patients entering and leaving the lobby area that they were anxious and in a lot of doubt and discomfort about the procedures.The reception desk did not speak English and could barely handle business as usual matters.Recommending that patients check out other clinics in Istanbul. Clinicana seems like a lower end option, better pay more and avoid the stressful disappointment.

Value for the money, very good service! I was guided by Kristina, she is excellent, speaks perfect English, she took a good care of me, was checking on me during surgery and was available for any of my questions. The process itself was smooth and people very friendly. They explained me everything step by step and what happens next. It was important as I was by my own and people attitude and understanding helped me to calm down anxieties and relax. Procedure was painless and ladies performing it knew what they were doing. People were very professional and the clinic looked high end too. Overall I can fully recommend it.

From the moment of first contact with Clinicana to very last, which was the day after my hair plantation, everything was to a very high standard. Staffs were very polite, friendly and professional. I traveled from Australia. I’ve been very well looked after by the whole team at Clinicana and hotel only 5 minutes walk or 2 minute shuttle bus from hospital was great , amazing food . After operation I felt their hotel nearby is needed. Ecem is still always there to support me via phone no matter how many questions I ask. 12 days after operation it’s on the way to showing effective results. I can add more photos after 4 months. Operation took 11 hours not 7 because my head is hard, over 4000 grafts no extra charge was given. Photos before and 12 days after operation.

I am still recovering from my hair transplant from Clinicana. It was a very good experience. They walk you thru everything and give you everything you need to make it a success. There are a lot of places to choose from out there but I feel I made the right choice with them. The anesthesia is painful! Be prepared for that. But after that part its not to bad

My husband had a hair transplant done here. The clinic is in the Acibadem hospital. He was so happy with the result and the way everything was handled. Kristina was our coordinator and she was great. The clinic is very busy with people from all over the world. We will be sending pics at different stages throughout the year and can contact them if we have any questions or concerns. A couple things - we were a bit surprised that they shaved his entire head - was not expecting that but not a big deal. Also, could not believe it took over 12 hours from start to finish. Not a problem on either just did not know.I highly recommend this place!

They care about every detail, from the airport pickup to the hotel room, which was so comfortable and the service was amazing. My experience with Clinicana was extremely positive. Throughout the whole process my expectations were met with professionalism and diligence.From the moment I arrived in Istanbul, I felt like I was in good hands. The logistics between the Clinic and the hotel were on point and the clinic itself is very modern. Staff were very friendly. Perhaps some of the nurses could communicate a little better and offer better guidance especially during the procedure. Nevertheless I am satisfied with the results and I think I made the right choice. I am now looking forward to the results. A special mention to Chinara, for being warm and welcoming, she did a great job organising everything, thank you!

The entire process from enquiry till the end was handled very professionally.The contact person Çinara was guiding through every step of the process and helped with many queries I had about the process and surgery. All questions were carefully answered and the support availability at all times was commendable.The package for the surgery ensures that patient has a seamless experience, the clinic arranges for pick up from airport, stay at a 4 star hotel, breakfast included, shuttles to and from the hospital to hotel, medications and drop to the airport again.The surgery went well and the after care has been explained. I was looking for a good hair transplant clinic in Turkey and found Clinicana with good reviews and customer satisfaction, along with the package they offer with the reasonable price.They overall experience all the from the hotel pick up, stay and the hair transplant surgery was very good. I got my two hair transplants done from Clinicana. In the first hair transplant, they taken out 4500 grafts to cover my front mostly and little bit of crown, while in the second visit, they taken out 3300 grafts to fully cover the crown and the other spots with less density. I am fully satisfied with my results and highly recommend Clinicana in Istanbul Turkey to others for the hair transplant.Thanks

The procedure was not bad at all - started and finished within 7 hours. (4500 grafts). I did my hair transplant at clinicalna. Everthing has been nice since I have arrived Istanbul. I met Omar, the driver at the airport, then we went to the hospital to do the labs then drove me to the hotel. Haya was the coordinator for the whole process. She has been following up with me since I started texting Clinicana. She provided me with appropriate direction for all the steps. It was a very smooth and convenient. The operation was long about 8 hours. The anesthesia was little painful but everything after that was awesome.

They provide me NAZ city hotel for stay it’s about 3 to 5 minutes walk away to hospital.Hospital is very clean and stuff very friendly. My translator was Mr Baris, he’s best I’ll attach some pictures later.Mr Baris explains me everything from USA to Istanbul which day have my hair transplant means everything, he was with me whole time my surgery.Before surgery Doctor draw my hairline, and he explained me very well. He said to me you need around 4000 grafts, and after hair transplant how to care my hair he’s very professional thumbs, up to him👍🏼.My operation did 2 ladies they are best in Field nice talk during surgery.My surgery took around 8.30 hours but don’t worry drowning surgery they’ll give break and lunch provided.After surgery Driver drop you at hotel and next morning pick you up for first hair wash they will show you how to wash your hair back to your country.Hotel is very clean and breakfast is free. Awesome breakfast you guys love it. The communication was perfect. Would like to highlight perfect support from coordinator Ali before and after the surgery. Everything was explained clearly and video materials were shared.Can’t talk about results yet, as it is barely 2 week after the surgery.Surgery itself took approximately 8 hours with a break for a lunch. Important to mention that surgery wasn’t performed by the doctor, who just came twice to see how I am doing, but by very young personnel. I would assume it was nurse and technician.Let’s wait for the results. Hopefully everything gonna be fine :)At this point in time would definitely recommend Clinicana!

Service was byond expectations. Lara on the WhatsApp support is exceptional baring with my questions since 2020 and until I did in March 2023, yet she kept patient with me and supported me afterwards like nothing I have seen before. Nazefa who did me the operation was an artist who does her work with great sincerity. Results are great and my whole family are happy with my new hairline and full hair looks. I arrived in Istanbul Airport and within minutes a driver was waiting for me. I was taken to hospital to have my bloods taken and then on to my hotel. The hotel was fantastic with a spa and Pool to which I made good use of. I was met by the co-ordinator (translator) who was fantastic. She told me in depth about what was happening and made sure everything ran smoothly without any issues. The operation itself im not going to lie was quite painful but that was mainly due to the injections of anaesthesia. After it was complete they monitored me to make sure I was fine then drove ne back to my hotel. Its currently a week since my operation and I'm recovering well all be it with a few headaches. I would highly recommended CLINICANA, im looking forward to the fully regrowth of my hair.

I did my hair transplant at Clinicana in Istanbul and it was amazing from beginning to the finish. I was satisfied with absolutely everything. The doctor responsible, their professor, the surgical team and a special thanks to the coordinator Ms Ecem that guided me thru the whole experience and made all the information so much easier to understand. 🙏🏻The hotel that was included in the package was the best hotel I ever stayed at, the clinic was modern, clean and I felt safe at all times. The free shuttle service they provide to take you between the airport, hospital and the hotel worked amazing at all times too.I also want to point out that this clinic is very serious and don’t do this just to make money. They don’t give you false expectations just to make a buck, they give you realistic expectation about what is possible in your specific situation. To me they said during the consultation they would probably be able to transplant 4000-4500 grafts but in the end they were able to transplant as much as 5900 grafts!I recommend everyone who is considering to make a hair transplant procedure in Turkey to choose clinicana, they really are the best.Thank you so much for everything you done for me and the next time I visit your beautiful city I will come to the clinic to say hello and show you the progress my new hair has made. I was In Turkey and decided to look into a hair transplant. I was contacted by Chinara who guided me and informed me of the entire process.I decided to pursue the surgery and Chinara helped set up the appointments, transportation, and lodging. The whole process was very professional and the clinic felt very safe as it was hosted within a Hospital.Chinara was there through the entire process which was a huge comfort, answering questions, translating where need be, checking in on me and supporting with other administrative needs. She was extremely nice and a huge part of why I had a good experience during my time.Would highly recommend this clinic to others. Only hiccup was with regards to payment. Was very difficult in Istanbul to take out large sums of cash using a CA card and also had issues paying online due to the websites security not meeting CA standards. Would recommend bringing the cash (€) from home or exchanging at the airport to avoid any issues.

I arrived on the 19th September and was collected by a very friendly driver and taken directly to Clinicana for blood tests. The driver waited and drove me the few minutes to my hotel - Nexum ( very nice ). I was then collected on the 20th for post blood results, examination and procedures. Everyone was very friendly and No thinking was involved. I was literally led by the hand every step of the way. Whilst the initial local anaesthesia injections were a little painful, the actual transplant procedure was pain free. The doctor and nurses performing the procedure were incredibly pleasant and constantly checking on my well being. Post procedure I was driven back to the hotel to rest overnight. Final day involved hair washing, examination and video of how to treat the transplanted area with shampoos and foams post procedure. All very straight forward. After I was driven from the hotel back to the airport for flight home.The whole time I was here I felt very relaxed and at ease. I cannot thank the team here enough for their care and attention. Special mention to Kristina whom was my direct liaison whom guided me through the whole process and helped me every step of the way.I highly recommend with 10/10 reference/review.

I was connected with a lady named Ecem who helped guide me through the process and she was incredibly helpful. Having her made me feel a lot more comfortable, and made it easier to navigate the process. The hospital facilities were very impressive, in fact event nicer than hospitals I have been in back home in Canada. Came to Istanbul after taking a leap of faith, you can imagine sitting in Canada wondering how the country is how is the clinic and staff is it true what they are portraying or not. Brilliant service all the wayI came through Hair Transplant Solutions with Tony, it was an extremely professional service every step of the way, Tony kept in touch with me all the way through my journey, I was personally chaperoned all the way to the hotel and the medical building itself. We had an amazing translator and guide Chinara who was extremely helpful and comforting. You will be kept in the loop the whole Time and the surgery and recovery itself I couldn’t say enough good thins about it. Amazing value for money and overall a very pleasant process.

Whatever you do don’t come here for a hair transplant they artificially fake how many grafts they’re giving you but mostly destroy your donor area to make it hard for you to get a 2nd transplant as well as giving you a hairline with not much density. If you tell them they’ll say ahh you should be happy you got even that much. I still wear a hat and now my hairline is a failed transplant.

This place is very, very, impressive. I recently had my 2nd hair transplant with them. My 1st one back in 2019 went great. The operation was really smooth and clear. The post-operation maintenance process was outlined very clearly too. The results of the new hair growth were incredible and it honestly changed my life. The recent 2nd operation went great too. The people are very professional, friendly, and organized (makes sense since it’s inside an actual hospital). The meal they gave me during break time was very good. My translator Iram was excellent in her communication of everything we needed to know and all the aspects of the operation.

I had a great experience at Clinicana hair clinic, the operation was mouth and the results look good, I’m very happy with the staff, very professional, organized and honest.. I recommend this place if you plan on getting hair transplant, I research many places, this is a clinic at one if the most popular hospitals in Turkey.. they hire the right staff. Absolute disaster! They took absolutely no responsibility for the terrible mistake they did with me. After 14 months of the operation I saw no visible change. They offered to do the operation again but I absolutely do not trust them for it. My donor area still has scars and I'm unsure it's good enough to have another operation and fix the issues. Be very careful before choosing this clinic, I see good reviews but if things go wrong as with some people this clinic will take absolutely no responsibility for it. Nurses do the operation , not the doctors (1 or 2 I saw) and the anaesthesia was very painful. I also got a terrible headache 6-8 hours after the operation. Look elsewhere if possible.This is in response to your reply which I saw very recently.1. I did not get the results that you promised me, not even 10% and you did not offer me a satisfactory or fair resolution to my problem. Most of the 5-star reviews of your Clinic are fake, left by accounts without even a decent review history and nearly all of those reviews have 0 likes. Your negative reviews (1 star) are more popular, the first 32  1-star reviews have 300 likes alone – check them!2. I contacted your clinic after 12 months following the operation as you advised, there were no results and you did not offer me a satisfactory or fair resolution to the problem. You did not take responsibility for this.3. I did contact your clinic and it was disappointing.4. I did not expect amazing results, I expected the results that you promise to everybody on your website. As a doctor, you should know how patients of different ages react to the treatment and you should make them aware of any potential complications before proceeding with the operation, I was not told about this or much else at all.5. Your medical staff are not qualified well enough as they failed to accomplish any desired results in my case and I was left with a terrible headache for 8 hours following the operation, it was a painful, very disappointing and inconvenient experience for me.6. You forgot to mention the migrane post operation.7. I contacted you and you offered paracetamol which worked after 6 hours.To conclude, most of your positive reviews are false, a lot of your past patients would not recommend you and you do not take responsibility for your mistakes. Stop making false promises!!!

Everything went well from the first day. All of the days were well planned. I was assigned a chaperone throughout all of my visits to the hospital. It was superior service and excellent quality. The treatment I had on October 28, 2021 at Clinicana, due to the lack of knowledge of medical terminology in English, was organized from Poland by Meditravel. I highly appreciate the accommodation and the care of the Polish translator. The four-star hotel in which I was accommodated provided comfortable conditions and friendly service. I highly appreciate both the standard of the Clinicana's treatment rooms and the work of its employees. The doctor gave me very detailed information about the hairline and the expected results of the treatment. During the 7-hour treatment, the team did everything to make me feel as comfortable as possible. I received a set of cosmetics from the Clinicana and a pillow to sleep on after the treatment. Currently, 13 days have passed since the procedure, everything is healing properly, I have already cleaned my scalp and it is clearly visible that the grafts have been tested very evenly. I am waiting for further effects .....

A friend of mine went here to have his hairtransplant done a while ago. I was curious to how his experience was as I am considering getting the procedure done myself. He mentioned the organization and marketing being great BUT the procedure itself being done by TECHNICIANS/NURSES not medical Doctors. The only thing that he said was done by a Doctor was the drawing of the new hairline. After checking many sources online and consulting with Turkish law, I have found out that it is indeed ILLEGAL for these kinds of procedures to be performed by Technicians. ONLY MEDICAL DOCTORS are allowed to do this under Turkish Law. Keep this in mind, if you consider going to this or any other similar Turkish clinic.

I am 5 months after the transplant. The clinic infected me with staphylococcus. I am struggling to heal myself but it is not easy. my hair is falling out. I reported this several times to Meditravel in Poland, but everyone avoids me.they pretend to send information to the clinic and silence. There is no guarantee for hair. I advise you to think carefully because when something goes wrong, no one will help you. I am currently paying a lot of money for my treatment. As soon as I have finished my treatment, I will be suing for compensation in court.

I couldn't recommend them highly enough.Choosing a hair transplant clinic necessarily means trusting it with your physical appearance, so you don't want to take that lightly. Their remarkable professionalism, extensive experience and attention to detail, however, puts you at ease during the entire journey. They take your mind off practicalities and assist you in great detail on what to do and what to expect.Especially Mrs Güler is doing an amazing job (another thanks to her).The facilities are top notch and the entire process seamless. Also from a price-quality perspective, I wouldn't know who's going to beat them.I'm eagerly waiting for the results to show in a few months but I have full confidence it's going to turn out as promised.

Bonjour j’ai effectué ma greffe de cheveux chez Clinicana et j’en suis satisfait en tout points : que ce soit par les taxis qui ont effectués mes déplacements et qui étaient assidus, que ce soit par les informations reçues ainsi que par le personnel médical qui a fait un très bon travail. Bonjour,Je viens d’effectuer une greffe de barbe chez Clinicana et je peux vous l’affirmer en toute liberté : j’ai été amplement satisfait à la fois par la qualité de la clinique et par le professionnalisme des équipes (chargée de communication, chirurgien, soignants, hôtel, chauffeur,) tous ont été très professionnels.Dès le début de mes démarches, j’ai été pris en charge par Mme.Gulsum que je remercie infiniment pour son professionnalisme et son accompagnement.Mme.Gulsum a non seulement su répondre à toutes mes interrogations liées à l’opération mais elle a également su me conseiller sur les démarches pour me rendre en Turquie en cette période de COVID-19. Pendant l’opération, Mme.Gulsum était également à mes côtés pour répondre à toutes mes questions mais aussi s’assurer que l’équipe médicale suive bien les recommandations faites par le chirurgien et la volonté du patient. Un grand merci Madame.Concernant la clinique, je vous informe que celle-ci est située dans un hôpital privé de haut standing. Ceci n’est pas négligeable en cas de problème. J’ai été très satisfait par les normes d’hygiène et de sécurité sanitaires mises en place pour garantir la sécurité de toutes personnes accédant à la clinique.Le bloc opératoire et les équipes médicales sont à la hauteur de cet hôpital : très propres et vraiment professionnelles. Une pensée particulière et surtout un grand merci au deux soignantes qui m’ont pris en charge car elles ont tout fait pour rendre mon intervention agréable et sans aucune douleur ☺️☺️.Si vous faites le choix de vous lancer dans une opération de ce type alors : Foncez chez Clinicana 👍

Je vous recommande cette clinique plutôt deux fois qu'une. J'ai l'expérience d'une première greffe dans l'une des meilleures cliniques parisiennes et je peux vous dire que je ne regrette pas mon choix pour cette deuxième greffe. Tout est simplifié par Mme Gulsum, qui organise et fait le lien avec le personnel médical.  Tellement disponible et réactive qu'on ne ressent pas du tout la barrière de la langue. Même à mon arrivée à minuit...franchement impeccable.Très bonne organisation des rdv et des transferts aéroport-hôtel-clinique. Clinique moderne et hôtel bon standing même si ce n'est pas la priorité.Cerise sur le gâteau, un après midi de libre pour se balader dans les rues d'Istanbul :)Il faut juste prévoir une journée supplémentaire sur place (3 au lieu de 2) pour faire un test PCR le jour de l'arrivée, Covid oblige. Dans l'attente du résultat final d'ici quelques mois...

Consultez Internationalhairloss vous aurez d'autres avis objectif sur cette clinique. De vrais avis par des vrais patients et ça fait froid dans le dos.... photos à l'appui... Ils se sont même mis dans ce groupe pour contredire les avis des patients ... Assez hallucinant ! Economisez un peu plus et faites faire ça par des pros après il sera trop tard...

J’étais très content par les services fournis par la clinique. Mon interlocuteur était Gulsum qui est super professionnelle, très réactive, elle comprend bien le fait qu’un patient étranger a besoin des réponses à ses questions pour finalement prendre la décision de faire la greffe des cheveux. L’opération et le voyage à été très bien organisé. Les locaux de l’hôpital sont moderne et luxueux. Personnellement j’ai surtout apprécié le fait qu’ils ne harcèlent pas les clients comme d’autres cliniques à Istanbul et qu’ils conseillent le client et le guident. C’est pas du genre à faire de l’argent à tout prix si le traitement n’est pas adapté au client particulier.

Une prise en charge parfaite de l’aéroport jusqu’à l’hôtel.Hôtel propre chambre bon standing.A disposition un véhicule qui vous dépose à la clinique et qui vous récupère une fois terminé votre greffe, vos shampoings ou autres besoins.La clinique très professionnelle, mon opération c’est très bien passé.Je reviens pour la seconde fois et si je le peux je reviendrai à nouveau.Je recommande Clinicana

Une expérience qui c'est extrêmement bien passée à tous points de vu :Pris en charge dès l'arrivée à l'aéroport. L'hôtel et le personnel impeccable. A la clinique, un accompagnement plus que parfait, tout est bien expliqué, les différentes étapes, les soins et surtout un suivi personnalisé durant les mois suivant l'opération. Un professionnalisme irréprochable. Je suis de nature à faire confiance à mon instinct et à mon étoile, ils ne m'ont vraiment pas fait défaut pour cette aventure. Maintenant qu'elle est vécue, j'en suis vraiment ravi. Je ne peux que la conseiller. Belle expérience à vous.
