Brilliant service all the wayI came through Hair Transplant Solutions with Tony, it was an extremely professional service every step of the way, Tony kept in touch with me all the way through my journey, I was personally chaperoned all the way to the hotel and the medical building itself. We had an amazing translator and guide Chinara who was extremely helpful and comforting. You will be kept in the loop the whole Time and the surgery and recovery itself I couldn’t say enough good thins about it. Amazing value for money and overall a very pleasant process.

Whatever you do don’t come here for a hair transplant they artificially fake how many grafts they’re giving you but mostly destroy your donor area to make it hard for you to get a 2nd transplant as well as giving you a hairline with not much density. If you tell them they’ll say ahh you should be happy you got even that much. I still wear a hat and now my hairline is a failed transplant.

This place is very, very, impressive. I recently had my 2nd hair transplant with them. My 1st one back in 2019 went great. The operation was really smooth and clear. The post-operation maintenance process was outlined very clearly too. The results of the new hair growth were incredible and it honestly changed my life. The recent 2nd operation went great too. The people are very professional, friendly, and organized (makes sense since it’s inside an actual hospital). The meal they gave me during break time was very good. My translator Iram was excellent in her communication of everything we needed to know and all the aspects of the operation.

This is a fresh review right after the final checkup. I was taken very good care from the beginning till the end. Doctors there are involved and hands on. I had a great experience at Clinicana hair clinic, the operation was mouth and the results look good, I’m very happy with the staff, very professional, organized and honest.. I recommend this place if you plan on getting hair transplant, I research many places, this is a clinic at one if the most popular hospitals in Turkey.. they hire the right staff. The doctor was very nice, went over everything with me prior to the operation and gave me his advice on how my transplant should be.I am glad I came and got my transplant here..

Absolute disaster! They took absolutely no responsibility for the terrible mistake they did with me. After 14 months of the operation I saw no visible change. They offered to do the operation again but I absolutely do not trust them for it. My donor area still has scars and I'm unsure it's good enough to have another operation and fix the issues. Be very careful before choosing this clinic, I see good reviews but if things go wrong as with some people this clinic will take absolutely no responsibility for it. Nurses do the operation , not the doctors (1 or 2 I saw) and the anaesthesia was very painful. I also got a terrible headache 6-8 hours after the operation. Look elsewhere if possible.This is in response to your reply which I saw very recently.1. I did not get the results that you promised me, not even 10% and you did not offer me a satisfactory or fair resolution to my problem. Most of the 5-star reviews of your Clinic are fake, left by accounts without even a decent review history and nearly all of those reviews have 0 likes. Your negative reviews (1 star) are more popular, the first 32  1-star reviews have 300 likes alone – check them!2. I contacted your clinic after 12 months following the operation as you advised, there were no results and you did not offer me a satisfactory or fair resolution to the problem. You did not take responsibility for this.3. I did contact your clinic and it was disappointing.4. I did not expect amazing results, I expected the results that you promise to everybody on your website. As a doctor, you should know how patients of different ages react to the treatment and you should make them aware of any potential complications before proceeding with the operation, I was not told about this or much else at all.5. Your medical staff are not qualified well enough as they failed to accomplish any desired results in my case and I was left with a terrible headache for 8 hours following the operation, it was a painful, very disappointing and inconvenient experience for me.6. You forgot to mention the migrane post operation.7. I contacted you and you offered paracetamol which worked after 6 hours.To conclude, most of your positive reviews are false, a lot of your past patients would not recommend you and you do not take responsibility for your mistakes. Stop making false promises!!!

Everything went well from the first day. All of the days were well planned. I was assigned a chaperone throughout all of my visits to the hospital. It was superior service and excellent quality. The staff was kind and forthcoming. The surgery was long, but the precision and care was worth the time spent during surgery. I was pleased with their service.

The treatment I had on October 28, 2021 at Clinicana, due to the lack of knowledge of medical terminology in English, was organized from Poland by Meditravel. I highly appreciate the accommodation and the care of the Polish translator. The four-star hotel in which I was accommodated provided comfortable conditions and friendly service. I highly appreciate both the standard of the Clinicana's treatment rooms and the work of its employees. The doctor gave me very detailed information about the hairline and the expected results of the treatment. During the 7-hour treatment, the team did everything to make me feel as comfortable as possible. I received a set of cosmetics from the Clinicana and a pillow to sleep on after the treatment. Currently, 13 days have passed since the procedure, everything is healing properly, I have already cleaned my scalp and it is clearly visible that the grafts have been tested very evenly. I am waiting for further effects .....

Since I contacted them they have made me feel very safe about everything.The service and hospitality they provide which is excellent along the operation and the stay in turkey.The clinic is very impressive. A friend of mine went here to have his hairtransplant done a while ago. I was curious to how his experience was as I am considering getting the procedure done myself. He mentioned the organization and marketing being great BUT the procedure itself being done by TECHNICIANS/NURSES not medical Doctors. The only thing that he said was done by a Doctor was the drawing of the new hairline. After checking many sources online and consulting with Turkish law, I have found out that it is indeed ILLEGAL for these kinds of procedures to be performed by Technicians. ONLY MEDICAL DOCTORS are allowed to do this under Turkish Law. Keep this in mind, if you consider going to this or any other similar Turkish clinic.

I am 5 months after the transplant. The clinic infected me with staphylococcus. I am struggling to heal myself but it is not easy. my hair is falling out. I reported this several times to Meditravel in Poland, but everyone avoids me.they pretend to send information to the clinic and silence. There is no guarantee for hair. I advise you to think carefully because when something goes wrong, no one will help you. I am currently paying a lot of money for my treatment. As soon as I have finished my treatment, I will be suing for compensation in court.

I couldn't recommend them highly enough.Choosing a hair transplant clinic necessarily means trusting it with your physical appearance, so you don't want to take that lightly. Their remarkable professionalism, extensive experience and attention to detail, however, puts you at ease during the entire journey. They take your mind off practicalities and assist you in great detail on what to do and what to expect.Especially Mrs Güler is doing an amazing job (another thanks to her).The facilities are top notch and the entire process seamless. Also from a price-quality perspective, I wouldn't know who's going to beat them.I'm eagerly waiting for the results to show in a few months but I have full confidence it's going to turn out as promised.

Bonjour j’ai effectué ma greffe de cheveux chez Clinicana et j’en suis satisfait en tout points : que ce soit par les taxis qui ont effectués mes déplacements et qui étaient assidus, que ce soit par les informations reçues ainsi que par le personnel médical qui a fait un très bon travail. Je recommande fortement cette clinique à ceux qui sont intéressés par une greffe de cheveux, vous ne serez pas déçus et le suivi avec la clinique se fait à distance même après l’opération pour voir la progression.Très satisfait 👍

Bonjour,Je viens d’effectuer une greffe de barbe chez Clinicana et je peux vous l’affirmer en toute liberté : j’ai été amplement satisfait à la fois par la qualité de la clinique et par le professionnalisme des équipes (chargée de communication, chirurgien, soignants, hôtel, chauffeur,) tous ont été très professionnels.Dès le début de mes démarches, j’ai été pris en charge par Mme.Gulsum que je remercie infiniment pour son professionnalisme et son accompagnement.Mme.Gulsum a non seulement su répondre à toutes mes interrogations liées à l’opération mais elle a également su me conseiller sur les démarches pour me rendre en Turquie en cette période de COVID-19. Pendant l’opération, Mme.Gulsum était également à mes côtés pour répondre à toutes mes questions mais aussi s’assurer que l’équipe médicale suive bien les recommandations faites par le chirurgien et la volonté du patient. Un grand merci Madame.Concernant la clinique, je vous informe que celle-ci est située dans un hôpital privé de haut standing. Ceci n’est pas négligeable en cas de problème. J’ai été très satisfait par les normes d’hygiène et de sécurité sanitaires mises en place pour garantir la sécurité de toutes personnes accédant à la clinique.Le bloc opératoire et les équipes médicales sont à la hauteur de cet hôpital : très propres et vraiment professionnelles. Une pensée particulière et surtout un grand merci au deux soignantes qui m’ont pris en charge car elles ont tout fait pour rendre mon intervention agréable et sans aucune douleur ☺️☺️.Si vous faites le choix de vous lancer dans une opération de ce type alors : Foncez chez Clinicana 👍

Je vous recommande cette clinique plutôt deux fois qu'une. J'ai l'expérience d'une première greffe dans l'une des meilleures cliniques parisiennes et je peux vous dire que je ne regrette pas mon choix pour cette deuxième greffe. Tout est simplifié par Mme Gulsum, qui organise et fait le lien avec le personnel médical.  Tellement disponible et réactive qu'on ne ressent pas du tout la barrière de la langue. Même à mon arrivée à minuit...franchement impeccable.Très bonne organisation des rdv et des transferts aéroport-hôtel-clinique. Clinique moderne et hôtel bon standing même si ce n'est pas la priorité.Cerise sur le gâteau, un après midi de libre pour se balader dans les rues d'Istanbul :)Il faut juste prévoir une journée supplémentaire sur place (3 au lieu de 2) pour faire un test PCR le jour de l'arrivée, Covid oblige. Dans l'attente du résultat final d'ici quelques mois...

Consultez Internationalhairloss vous aurez d'autres avis objectif sur cette clinique. De vrais avis par des vrais patients et ça fait froid dans le dos.... photos à l'appui... Ils se sont même mis dans ce groupe pour contredire les avis des patients ... Assez hallucinant ! Economisez un peu plus et faites faire ça par des pros après il sera trop tard...

J’étais très content par les services fournis par la clinique. Mon interlocuteur était Gulsum qui est super professionnelle, très réactive, elle comprend bien le fait qu’un patient étranger a besoin des réponses à ses questions pour finalement prendre la décision de faire la greffe des cheveux. L’opération et le voyage à été très bien organisé. Les locaux de l’hôpital sont moderne et luxueux. Personnellement j’ai surtout apprécié le fait qu’ils ne harcèlent pas les clients comme d’autres cliniques à Istanbul et qu’ils conseillent le client et le guident. C’est pas du genre à faire de l’argent à tout prix si le traitement n’est pas adapté au client particulier.

Une prise en charge parfaite de l’aéroport jusqu’à l’hôtel.Hôtel propre chambre bon standing.A disposition un véhicule qui vous dépose à la clinique et qui vous récupère une fois terminé votre greffe, vos shampoings ou autres besoins.La clinique très professionnelle, mon opération c’est très bien passé.Je reviens pour la seconde fois et si je le peux je reviendrai à nouveau.Je recommande Clinicana

Une expérience qui c'est extrêmement bien passée à tous points de vu :Pris en charge dès l'arrivée à l'aéroport. L'hôtel et le personnel impeccable. A la clinique, un accompagnement plus que parfait, tout est bien expliqué, les différentes étapes, les soins et surtout un suivi personnalisé durant les mois suivant l'opération. Un professionnalisme irréprochable. Je suis de nature à faire confiance à mon instinct et à mon étoile, ils ne m'ont vraiment pas fait défaut pour cette aventure. Maintenant qu'elle est vécue, j'en suis vraiment ravi. Je ne peux que la conseiller. Belle expérience à vous.
