I came to Hospitadent to get my smile back. I had some bad memories with dentists, but not here. Everyone was gentle, nice and patient with me. All of my questions and doubts were answered that I wasn't scared anymore. They helped me with everything, starting with transport and accommodation and finishing with some nice places to visit during my free time. Very satisfied with the care my 3 year old daughter received at this dental hospital. Thank you to Doctor Damla for your expertise. From the very first consultation she gained our confidence. My child is scared of dentists and gave a little trouble to Doctor Damla on examination but Doctor Damla was very patient, kind and quick and immediately noticed everything that needed to be done accurately. The anesthesiologist Doctor Elif also was wonderful and put our mind at ease many times throughout the operation. We appreciate the professionalism and the kindness we received at this dental hospital. We were very nervous for our child to undergo general anesthesia, but are very happy that we made a great choice at Hospitadent. Our child received great work, our concerns were heard, and she recovered that same day with almost no pain despite extensive treatment. Thank you also to patient coordinator and translator Sinan, who helped us every step of the way. He made the process possible as we do not speak Turkish. He helped with everything from arranging the appointment to translating the instructions on our child’s medication. He also was there throughout the entire 3 hour procedure, providing comfort and translating every update from the doctors regarding our daughter. We are very thankful for how well this experience went and can genuinely recommend Hospitadent to others looking for great work and doctors who care.

Sağlığını ve dişini düşünenleri burayı asla tavsiye etmiyorum. Parayı verene kadar çok nazikler. Muayene ederkende ama yapılan zirkonyum kaplama 6 ay sonra düştü. Bayram tatili olduğundan başka acil diş hastanesinde yapıştırdılar. Ve yeni dişlerim 3 sene dolmadan altındakı dişin kırılmasıyla kullanılamaz hale geldi. Almanyada baktırdım yanlış yapıldığını söylediler. Arayip söyledim ama tamamen dalga geçerek ve saygısızca konuştu Tuğba hanım. Şimdi implant yaptırmam gerekir onun içinde cüzii indirim yaptılar alay eder gibi. O kadar kişiyede tavsiye ettim ama bir daha asla…

I went for my daughter's (6 years old) teeth..because it is close to my house..because there is a pedodontics department, she was Dr. Damla. I took my older daughter, I was satisfied at first, but the treatment for my little girl was unsuccessful.. I had the root canal treatment and all the fillings done in the summer, at a very high cost. .there was no cavities left..a few months later, his tooth ached and swelled, we went back to the tooth he treated, six uncleaned back teeth, and he insisted that he did not treat this tooth, and he waited for me to believe it with his ignorant mind. ...now he has to do his half-done job with a competent dr.. AND DUE TO THE MISSING WRONG PROCEDURE DONE, MY Daughter's tooth will be pulled out and a space holder will be placed in that space for 5 years. PARENTS AND CHILDREN SHALL NOT LIVE...THAT IS A STRICKED PLACE I WENT TO WITH GOOD FAITH BUT FINALLY FAILED.

2017'de burada yaptırdığım implantların kaplaması sürekli yerinden çıkıyordu (-1 yıldız bunun için).2021'de bu sorunları düzelttirmek için Hospitadentle tekrar irtibata geçtim ve bana gayet çözüm odaklı yaklaşıldı. Sonuç: Doktor Sevdenur hanım tüm düzeltmeleri ve diğer dişlerimdeki sorunları başarıyla tedavi etti. Buna implant ve kaplama yerleştirme, dolgular, profesyonel diş temizlemesi ve botoks dahildi.Yeni bir implant ve kaplaması garanti dahilinde olduğu için, bunlara ücret talep edilmedi.

İmplant tedavim için yakınlarımın tavsiyesi için Almanya’dan fatih şubesine geldim. Öncelikle ilk şubeyi aradığımda bile size kendinizi değerli hissettiren bir yer burası. Telefonla irtibat halinde olduğum Tuğba hanım çok ilgiliydi her şeyimizle bizzat ilgilendi. İlk geldiğimiz de başhekim Mustafa bey muayene ederek bizlerin korkusunu yenmemize sebep oldu. İmplant tedavimi yapan Cerrah Melike hanım dolgu kanal tedavilerimi yapan Sevdenur Hanıma çok teşekkür ederim. Karşılama olsun Hijyen olsun her şeyiyle çok fazla kaliteli bir klinik. It's one of the most beautiful dental hospitals I've ever seen. All the staff are smiling, I can say that the hospital smells sparkling clean 🙂 I went for dental calculus cleaning and Dr. Ms. Rüveyda was interested. She is an incredibly smiling and positive doctor. He was definitely someone who helped me get over my general fear of the dentist. The procedure was also painless and took a short time.Here, I wanted to express my gratitude and satisfaction.

I had my tooth extracted in this hospital, but after the extraction, the area was constantly sore and it did not go away, I went to the hospital again and although I told the problem, it was said that there was no problem and it would get better. The side that was pulled constantly for a year was aching in the same way and I went to another dentist yesterday. I just paid 300 TL for a CT scan and they looked at what happened. It turns out that these dentist disguised left the root inside while pulling the tooth, and for a year, this root became inflamed and melted the jaw. They said that they had to put bone powder in the jaw to make implants just because of their mistake, I paid 1900 TL for it. Long story short, I lost both my health and money for going here. Do not be deceived by the name or something. I'm attaching a picture of the X-ray that the hospital is a little ashamed of doing.

Daha önce yapılan dişim için gittim kanal tedavisi tekrarımı emir bey yaptı ve uzun süredir süren ağrılarım sona erdi resepsiyon asistan ve doktorlar çöm ilgili ve Güler yüzle karşıladılar şimdi tekrar tüm tedavilerim için tercihimi Fatih Hospitadentden yana kullanacağım tavsiye ederim çok memnun kalacaksınız

The dentist at the Hospitadent Frankfurt branch is cocky and gets into a lot of squabbles in defense of the hospitadent. The blonde lady found all the blame on clenching my teeth at night in order to defend the poor quality materials and the novice so-called dentists, which I regret going to the Istanbul Fatih branch, which started in 2009. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, don't go even if they pay for it. No matter where the hospitadent is. Employees' communication with each other throws zero balls at each other. I refer to Allah those who caused the torture I have suffered for 12 years, I hope they will experience the same suffering.

09.09.2020 Çarşamba günü, dişimdeki dolgunun düşmesi üzerine internetten açık hastane aradım. Hospitadent’in internet sitesine girdiğimde bu pandemi döneminde bütün şubelerinin saat 22.00’a kadar açık olduğu yazıyordu. Ben de acil ihtiyacımdan dolayı saat 21.39’da Fatih şubesine gittim, kapıyı kilitlemişlerdi. Camı tıklattığımda kapalı olduğunu belirten işaret yaptılar. Bir kaç dakika sonra da zaten işareti yapan arkadaş ile doktor olduğunu düşündüğüm kişi klinikten ayrıldı. Şimdi bu durumdan Hospident’in haberi var mı, varsa internet sitesinde neden böyle bir yanlış bilgilendirme yapıyor; yoksa eğer haberi olsun ve müdahale etsin ki bu durumdan başka insanlar, birilerinin keyfi yüzünden mağdur olmasın.
