Unprofessional staff and poor customer service.Unfortunately , my tooth was knocked out by intubation during anesthesia surgery and I lost my tooth veneer in Dubai London hospital.They told me they didn’t feel responsible for the issue for my tooth. They didn’t care about their fault . I had to pay 3750 aed for replacing my tooth. 🥲🥲

Horrible experience, went there on 13th of June with doctor consultation with Dr Anis he suggested to make a tests ultrasound and urine test ,after that team informed me that they will contact me after few days for result , and nobody called for results and no report , still calling them and demanding for my report after almost 15 days and still waiting . Thought it is unique clinic but unfortunately it is Regular clinic with only high bills. Not suggesting if you need really good service .🥹

Let me tell you how I wasted my time and money with one doctor here. Yes he helped me, but he’s not that competent.I’ve been in and out of this hospital since November 2023 when I first diagnosed with ‘recurrent corneal erosion’ by an ophthalmologist here, whose name I’ll keep confidential for the sake of his career. My eye was accidentally scratched by my baby, and when I googled ophthalmologist near me, his name was one of first I could find so I went to see him. He gave me 2 eye drops one of which I believe is medicine for the pain and the other lubricant. He explained that the outmost layer of my cornea was somehow detached to the underlying layer when it got scratched. So the lubricant is supposed to keep my eye lubricated as these layers heal and reattach.However, just less than 2 months later, I had the same eye pain again like it was freshly scratched the first time - or it was a little worse. I happen to be in Sharjah that time and saw another ophthalmologist and this doctor recommended to get laser to completely heal it. I was hesitant to make that decision immediately so I thought I would go back to the doctor in DLCSH.He explained that whenever I sleep, my eye lid has the tendency to pick the outermost layer up (because it’s not completely healed) that’s why it gets scratched again - that’s why it’s called recurrent corneal erosion. So I asked him, how much time does it usually heal? He said it can heal within a day even (case to case basis, depends on how deep the scratch affected my eye). But that’s not my case. He gave me a thicker lubricant to use in the evening as to avoid this incident.But in another less than 2 months (March) it reoccurred. Up to 3x in a week. I asked him why it’s not healing. He said it takes time. He gave me bandage contact lens which cost AED200 (not covered by insurance) which he said it should stay in my eye for 3 months to give it time to heal. But within 5 days it got out - I don’t even touch my eye for that lens somehow fall out. I went back to him within that week and he gave me even thicker lubricant (ointment consistency) to use. Sadly that night itself, my eye got scratched again. And I went back… again!Now he was saying there is a procedure called ‘anterior stromal puncture’ wherein he will puncture the layer of my cornea for it to heal as one with the underlying layer. Other than it costs around 200-300, I was a bit hesitant because he said it could still reoccur. It will decrease the chances of reoccurring but it would not 100% heal. He said even laser is not a guarantee that it would heal 100%.This was the time I lost faith in him as my doctor. Imagine my pain, I’m taking care of my two kids under 2, so I would still get up at night to feed my babies. Why was he saying it takes a day to heal yet sometimes he said it takes months? Meaning it’s not 100% healed. And for the past 7 months, I could not tell you exactly how much it reoccurred - sometimes the pain would be tolerable, sometimes not. So why would I let a doctor do a procedure on my eye when he’s saying the healing chances are not even that great?So I went to see another doctor in another clinic, explained to her my case, all the lubricants I took, everything. She saw that my eye wasn’t completely healed. There were little white dots on my eye she said that might be viral infection. I told her my first doctor didn’t show me this. He only showed me like the blue xray of my eye. So she gave me eye drops that are anti bacterial, another lubricant (no preservatives), and antibiotics (tablets to intake). Within 10 days, there was drastic improvement. I saw the scans on my eye. The white dots were barely there. There’s still very few, but meaning it could heal. Not within 1 night. And certainly not with lubricants only, not with expensive bandage lens, not with that puncture procedure which I’m so thankful I didn’t proceed!Thanks for the help Doctor but also thanks for wasting my time and money!

Post op appointment was a wonderful experience. I got right in and Dr. Manjunatha was prompt, professional and gave a thorough exam diagnosing the minor problem and getting me on my way quickly. Major surgery with Dr Manjunatha left me with no pain or bleeding from the site. He's definitely an expert orthopedic surgeon with a good sensegood humor and bedside manner. I would definitely see him for any orthopedic needs in the future. Highly recommend!

The hospital is good and we are happy with our doctor. However receptionist is terrible. They claimed that they need number from insurance gatekeeper for my daughter although it is clearly not required as per my policy. They insisted and after several discussions, I called insurance company and insurance team told them I am right. We spent unnecessary time and got stressed. This is unprofessional approach.

I had a disgusting experience today in your unprofessional clinc, while i was getting examined by Dr Mathias who i have no problem with and he is a very respectful Doctor,his unprofessional Filipina nurse asked me to wait while another patient went in to see the doctor while i was still being examined by the doctor himself…. For a minute i thought it was an emergency but turned out to be just a normal consultation.Someone has to do something about thisAnd i will raise a complaint about this to the ministry of health

I was in Dubai for a conference and had an unfortunate fall. I was blessed to find the Dubai London Clinic and Specialty Hospital. I utilized their 24 hour ER clinic on Wednesday night, where x-rays determined that I had a fractured ankle. I followed up with Dr. Manjunatha, the Specialist Orthopaedic Surgeon, on Friday morning. He was amazing with his care for me.My overall experience with the clinic was comforting. Everyone with whom I came into contact was helpful, which eased my overall concern of an injury abroad.Thank you to all of the medical professionals!

This is the best Clinic & Hospital in terms of Doctors, staff and services they provide. I went here a few times for physiotherapy and other consultations. I have to say Dr Annemie Korkie, has literally saved my knee, when I got injured. She is not only knowledgeable and experienced but very empathetic as well and this is what you’re expecting when you go to doctor. She cares about helping and she thinks about every single detail related to recovery time. I wouldn’t have made it without her support. Keep on the good work !Also, their gynaecology department, is one of the best I went to. Especially Dr Jelena Jevtic Akif. Her experience is impeccable!I forgot to mention also the Dermatologist Dr Pooja Gupta, which I recommend, her nurse Jeeta and a lovely reception lady Afra. I’ve felt valued and I appreciate all their efforts.

Worst experience with this clinic. These people are super slow in their processes. I had recently walked in for one of my health issues. The nurses and people reception keep delaying the process and made me wait for 4 days to collect the test samples in spite of insurance approval.They do not even consider to reply to emails or revert back calls even after multiple followups.Worst experience ever.

DLCSH was a very comforting place during my second pregnancy. I shifted to Dr. Shruti, specialist at DLCSH, midway during my pregnancy as I was suggested a cervical stitch to avoid preterm labour, which I was not very comfortable with. Dr. Shruti guided me professionally with a very personal touch throughout the journey and also helped me avoid preterm labour without the cervical stitch. During delivery and post delivery also, the attention and care given was phenomenal. The staff does not even think before going an extra mile in taking care of their patients and their family, and making the journey comfortable. They have very comfortable delivery and post delivery rooms with very trained staff to take care of the new moms and babies. The hospital is well equipped with all the modern technology and well trained staff, and have hassle free policies and processes. Highly recommend.

I have been to all the best hospitals in Dubai but no place better than Dubai London clinics & Hospital.Iv seen Dr Krishna Reddy there and also Dr Sreejith and they are at a different amazing level in terms of knowledge and precise evaluation. They help u understand and take charge of ur life and u feel so safe. Its like finally understanding what a doctor really does which i find so lacking in many places. Doctors need to understand this is not commercial forxus. We have one life and it mattersxto us of not to them.

I recently visited Dubai London Clinic situated in Umme Suqeim 2 on Jumeirah Street for an appointment. The staff were extremely helpful, polite and understanding. There is a little coffee bar inside along with some baked goodies to purchase while you wait.The location is just so pretty. One street behind is the beach. And the road infront has a musjid and restaurants.A view of the Burj Al Arab can be seen.

Me & my husband highly appreciated the services we got from Dubai London Clinic & Hospital, especially from Dr Shruti and her nurses, to Dr Binu - to Dr Fidan & Dr Melissa - to night doctors & Dr Osama - to ALL on duty nurses who look after us - to NICU hands on nurses for our baby - up to the admin, f&b and housekeeping. Thank you so much Dr. Aida and Anum of DLCSH.My day to day has never been the same since i started having abnormal uterine bleeding. I had been with a few hospitals but none was really able to help with my issue, especially when i was bleeding non stop for a month. I was browsing online to check for a specialist doctor who can help with my condition when i came across Dr. Aida Bjelopoljak's profile, OBGyne. Booking an appointment with her at once was the best decision i have made. She really helped me tons! I was severely anemic with hemoglobin at 7.7 when i first visited her. She ordered for necessary tests at once; i was admitted for d&c and had blood transfusion without delay. Dr. Aida is well experienced, and wholeheartedly well recommended. Very rarely to encounter a doctor who really cares and will do everything to help their patients. Dr. Aida's nurse Anum is also very polite and well mannered. Always such a nice experience during my visit, which in a way, helps with whatever the patient is going through.

I had recently visited Dr. Renjeesh for my wife’s diagnosis and his service is highly commendable. His humble nature and detailed explanations to the concern is highly appreciated. Overall experience with the doctor and support nurse is top notch. Building management team- entry to building from parking is confusing and proper signboards are not in place.

Spent 35 minutes waiting to be attended to despite having an appointment. Rude and slow. Outside looks well put together but the inside uncomfortable, tight and the facilities are sub par. The radiology room is a nightmare. Nurses justify bad service and facility with “you’re not the only one, we have many /other customers”. This is a clinic and hospital in a tiny building and is not fit for purpose. The orange juice machine was not checked or cleaned neither is the oranges inside. The machine is a pay before use and you find out after payment that the selected orange to me juiced had mould.

Hospital looks very luxury and it's very pricey as well. I did mistake that we went there for upfront medical coz one of my friend referred to me. After we with the medical they agreed to send the report to my wife and immigration. But it never happened we didn't get any report. Calling them by every day month passed and still no conclusion. Poor customer service and there communication is zero with their team.Finally they transfer the call to Merry (manager on duty) and she couldn't even help. Hanging up the phone on the face even I wasn't finished.If there was zero star ⭐️ option I would have gave.Please don't waste your money and time. There are so many good hospitals in Dubai. Really disappointed

My experience at this hospital was fantastic. The hospital is very clean. My appreciation goes to doctor Dalia came to check on me when I was in the ward. Nurse Blessed made sure I’m getting all the treatment right, all night checking my drip and giving me medicine to reduce the pain..and the house keeping lady from Kenya, she was cleaning my room after now and then just to make me feel I’m in hygienic place.

I had surgery in this hospital in the newer building. It was clean and new and the staff where very helpful polite and great at attending to my after care needs. I give 4 stars because the building was new and their was drilling on the inpatient wing when people are resting from major surgery. In addition I had an issue with a dietary requirement which was resolved with sincere apology from all members of staff involved. Over all a great stay and a great facility.

DR Karla is the best physiotherapist I ever met in my life. I been suffering with my back for decades and no oner ever solved my problem until I met Karla. She focused on working on some scars I had of a surgery done 52 years ago and now day by day this has improved my quality of life and my back pain is 90% recovered and I been able to do sports again after so many years. Friendly staff, however they are terrible at management of time!My appointment was at 9:30 am but seen the dr at 11 am.Waiting for my Simple blood test which takes a day or 2 max by other hospitals and clinics, but with them it took more than 7 days for the results to come out and I had to call them a thousand times to follow up!So if your time is valuable and you want your time to be respected the DO NOT Would deal with this place, would not recommend them at ALL!

43. Dr.Shruti is one of the kindest professionals I’ve ever met, she listens, asks the right questions, takes her time and is honest. I met her when l was 5 weeks pregnant and our journey started till l delivered my baby and l was given 7 star treatment all the way.She is a godsend. She is a very patient person who genuinely cares about her patients. She always takes the time to explain things to me in terms that I can understand.she is diligent in making sure my health is the best it can be. This is my go-to place when Physiotherapy is needed. The Lead Physiotherapist there is named Karla Perez. I have been with Karla intermittently for about 4 years since my back pain became severe. After that, every time that i have the same recurring issue or a new one Karla has treated me always with a high level a professionalism, respect and most of all, going to the root of the pain (not where it feels it hurts) in a sensational way. 100% success with her to date. Totally recomended and thanks Karla for all these good years!!! Kudos!

Several staff (front desk and pharmacy) are not wearing their Covid-19 masks correctly. More generally, they are always happy to prescribe and do more than you need in terms of researches. The nurses do not give me the agreed reminders for my repeat prescriptions. You get very little time with the doctors.

I Owe my life to Dr Ayham Fallouh , the fact that he changed my life in less than 48 hours is an under statement to the work he did in that short amount of time. For 26 year I've suffered from the same symptoms shortness of breathe, asthma and so much of my energy was invested just to take a breathe. He told me I would be reborn again, frankly I underestimate the effectiveness of the surgery. Today I can officially say I took my first breathe ever I am reborn again, I can take a deep breathe with out the pain nor the effort that used to come with every breathe. Do not use for COVID 19 test on Emirates flights! I missed my flight! Only sent SMS to confirm negative. Took a further 24 hours and 3 calls to get an email after the SMS. First two calls I was promised the results would be sent that day. Missed my flight! Terrible service and will cost you more money. No apology and no explanation why the email was sent 24 hours after the SMS.

My wife underwent a surgery here and our experience was fantastic. Doctors and Nursing staffs took care of us very well.Entire stay was smooth and comfortable.Very neat clinic.

Walked in at midnight for a prescribed injection and was the only person in the waiting area. After 20 minutes, In was still sitting waiting, then I see the receptionist giving my file to the security (!!! Where is the patient privacy? Why is secuity handling a patient file?). Security reading my file while walking, took it to the nurse and since nothing was still happening, I decided to leave, because it was becoming ridiculous. So, I told the reception and left. In 5 minutes I get a call from from the nurse asking if I'm still there and justifying the absense of communication by the fact that there was a paperwork of some patients with xyz symptoms/diagnosis they were busy with (once again, why is she telling me anything about other patients?). If every single person in the clinic is way too busy to even acknowledge your presence, what are you supposed to do? Wait an hour for 30 second injection? London Clinic used to be my place to go, but never again. Very unprofessional.

Had a surgery in the hospital. In 2 days nobody came to take out the garbage from the room. Had 3 big bags from Starbucks placed near the garbage bin, no one bothered to take it out. I also asked for it. Didn't see a cleaner to come and clean around the room. My husband spent the night on some half couch, no one asked if he needed a pillow nor blanket... He used a bathroom towel to sleep on it as a pillow. At this point I won't talk about the doctors, but I was received nicely and with care at ER at 2 am. I really don't understand what is so special about this hospital, many hospitals around with better care and facilities.

Dr Luis is the only TMJ specialist I’ve visited that could quickly evaluate my condition and propose the treatment plan. He explained to me clearly the plan and the steps needed to resolve my TMJ problem.I had a locked jaw for many years, and with the exercises, the new dental device, and the surgical procedure he managed to help me open my jaw again. I can finally eat properly and open my jaw without restrictions. I highly recommend Dr Luis to anyone suffering from TMJ and jaw problems.

After some time dealing with dental problems I meet Dr. Luis Gavin who right away pointed that my problem was in my jaw. He explain to me my problem and all the process in detail, suggesting me a treatment. I was given a mild sedation anesthesia and the process was painless, quick and very profesional handled by Dr. Luis Gavin and his team.I found him very approachable and with a high level of expertise. After my experience I would like to recommend Dr. Luis Gavin.

I had a Ganglia Cyst for 8 month and was visiting several doctors until I met one in the DLC who made me comfortable enough to remove it. The consultation and surgery was smooth and very professional. No waiting time, no long procedures and super friendly staff. I felt and still feel very looked after. I would defiantly recommend this hospital to all my friends and family.

Nice clinic with smooth check in procedure. The doctors listen to the problem and explains the situation clearly. Waiting time for each appointment varies from time to time, but overall not too bad.There are vending machines for hot drinks.

The staff are always friendly and helpful! Dr Mina is always friendly and smiling and the reception team are quick! DLC is one clinic you should go to if you have a problem.we have been living in Dubai for 8 years and we just keep coming back because the staff are friendly and helpful:). Keep it up
