I had a bridge done in June 2024, Dániel Nagy polished my tooth, but he didn't notice that it needed root canal treatment, so he polished it. They originally promised 3 times, but on about the seventh, they announced that they had to start over. I went to another doctor who noticed it right away. The receptionist is often out of place, one of the doctors barely understands Hungarian, they don't issue an outpatient card, they don't even know what it means, they don't upload anything to the EESZT, they're a useless bunch

I went to have them make a harmless bite lifter (which does not involve any intervention, just a sample), but they cut his number quite strongly. I spoke on the spot, but I got nothing but "sorry". Given that it was a week before it healed, I informed them of this in writing, as well as that although everyone can make mistakes, I had quite a lot of discomfort due to the dentist's mistake, so I would appreciate it if they offered some kind of compensation for that.Their response was basically that it happens, so they can't offer me any compensation.They didn't even bother to respond to my later message.Obviously, they are not obliged to recommend anything, but I would think that in a private dental office, if this happens, then it would be appropriate to deal a little with what they can do in order to compensate the patient for the inconvenience caused by their fault.In addition, on another occasion, they waited for almost 1 hour, even though I had an appointment. And if I hadn't said that I should go anyway, who knows how long I would have sat in the waiting room.I do not recommend this dentistry to anyone, because, according to the signs, they are not only clumsy, but also do not care too much about the satisfaction of their patients.They care about the person even more than this in a stk, and here they even ask for money after a case like this.

I approached them saying that I wanted to have full removable lower and upper dentures made with them. For this, 21 of my teeth would have to be extracted, which I also wanted to do with them, if only because of the favor. The doctor told me to forget it because if I don't feel comfortable, I will sue them for health damage. I don't think they have a form that I can sign asking them to do this. Now I can't help but think that they don't do what I want in the private sector anymore, instead I'm trained like a stupid child and they print out an offer of more than one million forints with all kinds of crowns, when I clearly said that I'm not interested in that alternative. Even if you write the discounted price on the website, if you don't do what I ask anyway, you will end up with a much more expensive place and the disappointment that the HUF 600,000 that I would have left there is not worth enough for them to take care of me.

It was hard to bring myself to start on this path, because unfortunately I had more bad than good experiences SO FAR, but now I sit bravely in the chair, they are fair, precise and very attentive! I was 3023 in dentistry. 3 teeth were missing. He counted 5 teeth, I didn't write an opinion because everything looks like charcoal. I thought that after using it, I would see what kind of work my doctor was doing. Now I think I can write an opinion. It was absolutely pain free for sure. As I use it, the seal falls out while eating. The receptionist charges double the price. He shouts his direction with the guests. This woman is not only a receptionist but also an assistant. What I eat goes under the seal. I left hundreds of thousands. I don't recommend it to anyone. Not even the receptionist. The tooth seal is almost on top of the tooth. I don't want to go there anymore.

I had three teeth pulled at once. They administered something, but they didn't wait for it to work, but the doctor immediately fell for the pulls. I didn't even feel any numbness on the way home. So, essentially, the teeth were extracted without anesthesia.I was dizzy and shaking from the pain. So much for pain relief!!!

I am completely satisfied with the service.One thing I found strange, however, is that the offer is still available on the Internet for 27,990, but I paid 29,990 instead. I asked the lady with the payment, she said that the prices have just been raised, so I have to pay that much...

My friend recommended the clinic. It was difficult for me to decide, because I had previously been tortured by another well-known clinic and had bad experiences. But I had to go, I voted for confidence and how well I did. Already during the first treatment, I felt that I could trust the doctor. All 5 sessions were completely painless, I almost looked forward to the appointment. No joke! It was a good feeling to finally go to a place where I never had to wait, there was no unnecessary slap in the face, silly design, and in return a reliable, professional dentist. I need this. And for the first time in my life, I undertook the last filling without anesthetic and it didn't hurt!. So hats off to you. I am very grateful. I wholeheartedly recommend it. Thanks!

It was a pleasant surprise, I really didn't feel any pain, even though I had several teeth pulled! In addition, I received dentures that were comfortable from the first minute, as if I was born with them! I appreciate all the professional care, I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone! I made an appointment for a consultation last week, in the meantime one of my teeth started to hurt a lot, so I called on Monday morning to see if I could get an earlier appointment instead of my Thursday late afternoon appointment, as my tooth hurts excruciatingly. I received it on Tuesday afternoon. I arrived with a puppy, after the ladies at the reception were willing to look up at me, they indicated that the puppy cannot be in the waiting room (I've never encountered such a thing before, but I accept it, of course) I asked what we could do, if there was anything else like this, what happened and they literally shrugged their shoulders , that they didn't even look at me (but not at each other either, so that they figure out together what to do, who was pressing their phone, who was looking at the computer). Finally one of the receptionists said she would go out with him and took him to a back room. There were 2 other ladies at the reception desk, they were laughing as if that was their only job, directions 0, so I sat down... Of course I had to wait. They called me in, took an X-ray, the doctor told me that my tooth needed root canal treatment, and I could make an appointment for that outside. I asked you not to do it now? I haven't been able to eat or sleep for 5 days, the pain is really unbearable. He indicated that no, since I had requested an appointment for a consultation, I should take painkillers. From "Jónad, let's change my appointment to an earlier date because I can't stand it, my tooth hurts so much" - what is a consultation appointment?? And anyway... how can a doctor send me like this?? They said the doctor who does the root canals is not in today. He didn't write a prescription either, but he didn't even ask if he should, although it wouldn't be my job to decide that anyway.Since then, I found a new, nice, much more knowledgeable dentist, to whom, as soon as I told him about my complaint on the phone, he called me in and told me that it was inflamed, so root canal treatment was not possible yet, he took it out of the bite and prescribed painkillers, anti-inflammatory drugs and antibiotics and sent me for a CT scan.I understand that the doctor who performs root canal treatments is not in, but as it turns out, root canal treatment cannot be done yet...All in all, the receptionists probably messed this up, since it wasn't supposed to be a consultation appointment, but the lady doctor wasn't the most knowledgeable either.I would write a longer summary of what I think about it, but I think everyone can draw their own conclusions...

They are very nice and kind. The dentist and staff can speak English very well. The dentist listened to the detail and then he treated my teeth. So my teeth are fixed now! I am very glad.

Nem ajánlom, gyökérkezelt fogamat 40 perc alatt sikerült kihúzni, a sok feszegetés miatt 5 hétig tartó csontmeder gyulladást kaptam ezalatt kialakult egy garat-gége gyulladás is amivel már beszélni se tudtam és a Péterffybe kötöttem ki, remek fogászat, plussz 30 ezrembe volt a rengeteg gyógyszer, antibiotikum,probiotikum és még 2 hét munkakiesés ami megint kiesés nem beszélve az ôrült fájdalomról.

Bölcsességfog-eltávoltításon voltam a Duna Dental-ben. Nem volt egy könnyű menet, de Tóth Péter doktor urat csak ajánlani tudom. A későbbi kontrollok során is nagyon segítőkész volt a társaság. Csak így tovább!

I did dental implants with them last September. It looked good in terms of value for money and based on their google reviews, so I finally chose Duna Dental from several surgeries. I went to P. Levente, it was thorough, if I had pain I got another anesthetic, he x-rayed the tooth site before / after surgery, etc. The implant was a foreign feeling for a couple of months, but eventually my gums got completely used to it, like it was always there.

A tooth was removed in oral surgery 2 weeks ago. I was very scared to leave. There was a nice atmosphere in the office, the doctor was very kind and reassuring. Thanks again to Dr. Palásti for the pain-free tooth extraction and it didn't hurt after that, it was unbelievable for me so far that it exists, but it exists. My "wound" had completely healed by now, as if there was nothing there.

Negatív tapasztalatok.. Nemrég voltam fogfehérítésen + fogkő eltávolításon. A fogaim a kezelés után egy árnyalattal sem lettek világosabbak az előírt szigorú diéta betartása mellett sem, annak ellenére hogy azt hirdetik legalább 4-5 árnyalattal világosodik a kezelés hatására garantáltan és a fogköveimet sem távolították el rendesen mindenhonnan. És akkor azt tanácsolták menjek vissza mégegy kezelésre, mert csak fokozatosan lehet elérni a kívánt árnyalatot. Nagyon bizakodó voltam, főleg mivel ennyi jó értékelést olvastam, de ezekután úgy érzem át lettem verve és nem azt kaptam a pénzemért, amit ígértek. Gyanítom, hogy a sok jó értékelést is nagyrészt beszervezett emberek adták, hogy a marketing meggyőzőbb legyen.

I am waiving my anonymity just to warn other fellow potential consumers about the dangers of this clinic. Please feel free to contact me should you have any doubts regarding the authenticity of me or this post.Do not to go to Duna Dental. I had treatment there in June 2014. They not only provided incomplete information on the extend of the treatment, but mostly convinced us to perform unnecessary aesthetic treatments on healthy teeth to increase the bill. I originally went there to get 3 dental crowns on teeth which had previously received root canal treatments, as recommended by my dentist.I ended up having crowns on the wrong teeth.The Duna dentists don't understand english, and the translator is here as a sales person rather than an intermediate between the patient and the doctor. Which wouldn't be such a big deal if they had performed the treatment well: the before healthy teeth were carved too deep resulting in root inflammation and requiring root canals a few weeks after - plus a whole world of pain for a few weeks. They also bridged the crowns which had 3 other dentists scratched their heads as to why it was necessary to bridge them, as bridging means much more complications later on. As well as the bridging, the crowns weren't fixed properly which required additional fillings to cover the gaps.I was treated by several dentists during the same trip (patient follow up?), and when we asked for the x-ray after the surgery, they mixed up the x-ray with some other patient! Either they had reasons to cover up, or they had a mix up which would explain why my crowns weren't done the way they were supposed to be done.When consulting several dentists afterwards to repair the damage, (I was in so much pain at one point that I had to visit the hospital) the result was unanimous: it was an extremely poor job.These Duna people are not dentists,they are plastic surgeons. Bad ones at that.I am still paying for the problems caused by this trip. The front teeth which had crowns put on, became extremely sensitive to temperature, meaning I had problems drinking tea or water, or even breathing in cold weather. I had one root canal done last month, as the front tooth became infected(as mentioned above) and I am on my way to have yet another root canal on the other front tooth this week.Please be warned.
