Merci pour l'accueil et quel accueil ! Après 5 ans d'une longue route, 2 petites filles en 2017 après un premier essai. Un coût évidemment mais au regard du coût en France (pour la secu !) , des rdv et longueurs sans espoirs, de l'accueil qqfois méprisant... Ce n'est finalement pas tant que ça pour le projet d'une vie. Encore merci et nous reviendrons avec mes poupettes sur ce chemin de leur parcours à elles aussi !
Clinique au top ! Après 4 inséminations négatives, nous avons fait une FIV qui à fonctionné du premier coup ! Des jumelles :), elles ont 2 mois actuellementJe recommande cette clinique, ils sont vraiment à votre écoute. Bon courage à ceux dans le même parcours

After unsuccessful rounds of IVF with my own eggs in Switzerland I was given Eugin's contact details. We wanted to start the process with them in 2020 but then covid got in the way. We decided to contact them, again in January 2023, for one last attempt at IVF but this time with a donor egg - now that I am 43 years old and we 'wasted' two years! From the very first contact the process was seamless. They gave step by step support and instructions were always very clear. It only required 2 in person appointments to Spain, one in March for a meeting with the medical staff, and the other on the date of the scheduled transfer. During our first medical appointment in March we were able to get all the bloodwork and Ultrasound done on the day to complete my file - i was impressed by that!..... Well almost 8 months on and I am now pregnant and couldn't be more ecstatic! Clinic Eugin really made it happen and chose the right protocol for me. The distance (I am in Switzerland) they are in Spain did not matter as they responded within 48 hours either via message or a call back. They have long opening hours and you can even reach them on Saturday which I really appreciated. I read some of the google reviews and would like to comment on some of those. Yes, I agree once or twice the 'receptionist' , depending on the language spoken, was quite abrupt, one might even say to the point of being rude. Eugin Barclelona may need to do a better selection process on staff who speak multiple languages to ensure they can be understood over the phone - but this is a minor detail. For the most part, the receptionist and all medical staff were wonderful and very efficient. They were on time at both of my appointments and this clinic really prides itself on privacy!!! This is what I appreciated the most, it really felt like a personalised service rather than an 'industrial' service where you are just a number on a long list of number of people waiting to conceive via IVF. If I have to give a review on the overall experience then I am giving it a 10/10 and highly recommend the clinic to anyone who is trying to conceive.
It was our last try after many unsuccessful IVFs. As we tried for 15 years to get pregnant and my age of 45 my hopes were not very high, however I got pregnant with their program of blood-thinners additionalProgesterone injections and hormones. The pregnancy was perfect no issues and I delivered a healthy baby boy. I am really grateful to the team.

We were last friday the 22/11-2019 for a transfer at Eugin. And I can tell that everything went very well. Although I recognize all the problems in case of communication. We had the same problems and were also worried and upset. Cause yes it's true they really didn't do a good job in this. Apparently they were installing a new computer system and moving also.Though this is never an excuse I know. Anyway Iwould like to say they really caught up. A super nice team and everything done with a lot of care. I recommend them really. In case of the work they do. They do really well. Hope I can calm down some worried people thanks our experience. It will be ok.
A chaque questions une réponse , à chaque e-mails envoyés un retour , à chaque appel un rappel si la personne n’avait pas la réponse .Un service vraiment sérieux .La clinique est propre . Le personnel est serviable attentif professionnel. C’est impeccable niveau hygiène.Tout est fait pour qu’on s’y sente bien .Merci de rendre nos parcours si périlleux si éprouvants , plus agréable .
Nous avons fait appel à eux en 2017 puis 2019, aucune déception, clinique au top de l'organisation par mail et sur place une réception et compétence de qualité. I had my first frozen donor egg transfer April 2019 which was sadly unsuccessful. Second frozen donor egg transfer July 2019. Now 24 weeks pregnant at 46 years old.We paid for some extras (Embroscope and genetic testing of my partner's sample) but did not feel pushed into doing this. The choices were ours.I found everyone caring and professional. The first transfer I travel from the UK to Barcelona alone and the staff were very supportive and recognised what a hard journey this is.My patient liaison person (Anna) was amazing, no question was too ridiculous and she talked through everything,Only thing stopping 5 stars is that calling from UK to Barcelona cost a lot so I'd message them on the platform and wait for them to get back to me which could take a few days.Prescriptions were also a problem as UK pharmacies will only accept hand written ones which meant either them posting, which took a while (up to 2 werks) or using the courier service the clinic recommends which is where they phone a UK pharmacy to deliver meds to me....a bit more expensive but not ridiculously so and it was reliable (even being willing to deliver to my place of work)I know that I still have 16 weeks before really counting my blessings but I have a lot to thank Eugin for and am pleased with the choices which we made. Thank you.
I froze my eggs at Eugin a few years ago. I was frustrated throughout the process by the disorganization (never being contacted by the same person or seeing the same doctor throughout the process, always being addressed in French- a language I don't understand, being given instructions for non-local residents, etc.), I was happy with the result at first. But 4 years later, only 10 of my 26 mature frozen eggs survived being unfrozen. The last straw was making an appointment and receiving a text message, email and phone call confirming the time, only to arrive and be asked by staff why I had "gotten there so early". They then left me sitting in a room for over an hour, forgetting I was there and blaming me again for coming "so early". I am so thankful I found a different clinic with personalized care and attention where I carried out the rest of the process.
Money is above all ethical reasoning. Unfortunately the way the process is leaded is all based on strategys to make money and do not put ethics before and never give you the chance to choose in knowledge. They do not inform you in advance end manipulate you in other to reach their goals: Money!!!! Very sad for the humanity !!!!!
I am going to be honest here ,Eugin is a very non-standard black clinic, they will not give you all the inspection report, the business is not transparent, the doctor does not have medical ethics, set the time to do surgery, but the doctor chats in the office, does not care about the patient's feelings, The assistant nurse could not find the machine switch. The doctor did not disinfect the customer before the operation. If something wrong , they would say that it was our own mistake. It is recommended not to go there and be deceived. The clinic is like a vegetable market, you are cheating on your money. It is recommended to go to google ⬆️ to check out those good hospitals, those are real reviews of customers.
À la première rencontre, ils font miroiter une grande compétence, écoute et disponibilité et dès que vous avez payé le service administratif met des semaines à répondre à vos mails et appels. J'ai eu des questions et des craintes lors du traitement, il a fallu que j'appelle 4 jours d'affilés pour qu'une personne me rappel. Et je suis toujours en attente de ma facture.
To answer your comment, you seem to be more efficient on google maps (answering after 2 days) than when I was a patient at your clinic (months without an answer or when I received an email it was always a different person who "didn't know", I think I talked to more than 20 different people). There is only one general phone number, you never know who you're talking to and they tell you they're going to call you back, but never do... I think this clinic has good and serious doctors (I had a good experience with them) and it's definitely one of the leader when it comes to fertility clinics, but the administration service is so so chaotic. On the first appointment, they make you think they're very serious and once you've paid and completed the customer feedback, they quality service change drastically. At the end, I decided to leave and go to another clinic because I just lost trust in Eugin and found all the situation unnecessarily stressful. From the beginning I was aware about the commercial aspect and was ok with that cause I had my goals to reach,, but I couldn't tolerate this lack of professionalism. My experience was with the french speaking medical secretaries who are supposed to call you to provide indication about the secure platform.She was extremely emotional and unstable, ended up hanging up on me when I informed her that unfortunately for her that all my calls are recorded for professional reasons. She knew she was misbehaving that’s probably why she hung up.If the reception is like this I am not sure how to trust EUJIN for the rest of the journey when one would suppose collaboration and kindness given the difficult nature of this particular business.
a very terrible experience! we are from italy and at the same date we are flying to barcelona as i remember clearly they called us to inform that they cancelled our appointment for the next day. imagine all your test, flight, and hotel reservations will be all cancell also. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME!
If you want to be swindled and ruined psychologically and financially, please go to this clinic. They are professionals in making the most of money and doing the least they can. We spent 2 years with an infinite number of transfers where none gave positive. Instead of testing to see if there was a problem, they just repeated the same process over and over again without any results.This shows that it is a limited clinic that cannot offer all the necessary services to any couple. Just basic services, but how do you know you will be a basic case or more complex?Their philosophy is to put the embryos on day 3, a way of acting from the last century when there was not enough technology as most embryos survive to day 3. However, a good clinic with advanced technology today offers a blastocyst culture (on day 5-6) where implantation rates are much higher and you don't waste time putting embryos that you don't know if they will evolve.The current price is not competitive. Its prices are comparable to those of the most pioneering clinics when this clinic has lagged far behind in technology, services and its action protocol.It was getting out of Eugin and getting pregnant in another clinic, obviously thanks to many tests that gave us the reason why I didn't get pregnant. Tests that Eugin refused to perform!!!Thank you Eugin Team for destroying my life for 2 years.
