I visited several clinics but since I entered Fertility and had the first consultation with Óscar I knew that I wanted to stay here. I felt listened to, supported and well cared for at all times by both the gynecologists (Ana, Óscar and Jon) and the nurses (especially Sandra and Cris), the embryologists(with Mar I had the most beautiful transfer in the world) and the girls at the reception. Any questions, concerns or concerns have been resolved with a lot of empathy and affection. After a long time and bad experiences I felt that I had found the right place to search for my pregnancy. It is a hard process and, in our case, longer than we would have liked, but we feel supported and understood at all times. I give one star because you can't give less, the worst clinic I've ever seen in my life, from the first appointment we heard nothing but lies, they did a biopsy that didn't even last 10 minutes on my partner for which he didn't even see a The urologist didn't even do the relevant tests and said they didn't find any sperm, thank goodness we decided not to continue with the treatment because they proposed sperm donation. We went to another clinic for a second opinion, where we told them everything that happened and they were even surprised, where they performed another biopsy and what a coincidence that it did have sperm...

I haven't started my cycle yet but had a consultation with Dr Alcantara in English and he was amazing. Very informative and answered all of my questions clearly (and I had lots of questions). Gave me a list of tests to do. He was realistic about the expectations and I loved his warm and upbeat personality. I can't recommend enough. I was recommended by a friend who had a baby with them after multiple failures at a "top" Spanish IVF clinic.

I don't give 0 stars because it's not possible. I came to this clinic recommended by a friend. My partner and I are 39 years old, I have an antimulerine of almost 4 and my partner has sperm with little mobility but has a much larger quantity than normal.We start the cycle with them.In this cycle the doctor counted 18 follicles.From the beginning they told me that they almost certainly couldn't transfer me fresh because it would surely overstimulate me.On the second day, during the stimulation, they did tests to see my estradiol, which they already sensed would be high, and they told me that if they called me, to start injecting Orgalutran that night and if they didn't call me, to start the next night. They didn't call me that night and I didn't get it, but I was surprised when the doctor called me the next day at 7 a.m. to tell me that I was at my limit and that he should give me the Orgalutran that morning and that night and the following days only at night, I didn't like this but I trusted that the doctor knew what he was doing, that that was what the professional was for.The day of the puncture arrived, they took 14, 10 mature ones and fertilized 7. (They sent me progesterone for the next 5 days, they were not going to transfer me fresh but I still trusted them, if they sent it to me it would be for a reason... ..)Unfortunately, from the first day my embryos had a very chaotic division and finally none of them made it to Blasto.The last day the embryologist called me, she told me that this is due to poor egg quality and for this there is no remedy (only the supplements that I was already taking) and she recommended egg donation. Days passed and I was waiting for a call from my doctor to talk to us, but that call never came and finally we called and made an appointment with him, his response was the same as the embryologist, poor egg quality, there is no remedy, but he told me. He recommended trying it again, knowing that it was most likely that it would turn out just as badly and in the best case scenario that one might end up in Blasto. This made me feel terrible as a woman, my spirits, my self-esteem, absolutely EVERYTHING collapsed, I didn't stop crying for days, I didn't want my husband to even touch me, I felt like I was rotten inside...When I was calmer, my husband convinced me to go to a clinic specialized in difficult fertility problems and we tried the cycle again, everything was very personalized but within the norm, they did not make a special protocol, and today I have 5 frozen embryos !!!!!!! All the embryos have been developing normally, although some have fallen by the wayside, which is normal. There was no poor egg quality!!!!I understand that this is not an exact science, as Fertility kept telling me, but was it really necessary to take responsibility for the bad cycle???? Is it necessary to burden women with that responsibility??????? I had a very bad time for many days and I don't think I deserved it. To this day I think that having injected two doses of Orgalutran in one day deteriorated the quality of my eggs. I think they are very systematic and do not personalize anything and when something is out of the ordinary they are not able to manage it, that is why they sent me progesterone when they would not have even given me a fresh transfer if I had had embryos... The worst of all this The thing is that they made me bear the responsibility of the bad cycle. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC IN ANY WAY!!!!!!!

I ended up very disappointed with the clinic. I think that the process of being a mother is very delicate and every detail counts. The first doctor forgot to ask me for some tests (which luckily my personal gynecologist identified so I didn't have to repeat tests). But the most serious thing was that the psychologist, with whom I had never spoken or asked to speak, called me to discuss my poor results from the process, when the new doctor assigned to my case had not even communicated them to me. I think they must improve a lot in the ways and delicacy with which they treat patients, and more, in a process as sensitive and mobilizing as wanting to be a mother.

I must say that my husband and I are eternally grateful to this wonderful clinic. Thanks to the extremely professional work, kindness, closeness, the speed when faced with any questions, the affection with which absolutely everyone has treated us and for fulfilling our dream for which so many For years (10) we have been dreaming after going through several clinics in Switzerland, it was to meet them and opt 100% for them. At the beginning of the process I was in another clinic, but it had things that did not convince me, such as a standard hormonal treatment for all women and I decided to change clinics. It is one of the best clinics in Madrid, if not the best. Humane treatment to the fullest and above all they do not go only for the pasta. We did not get to do treatment with them because we were in the SS but they guided us to the limit with the things that in the SS did not arrive and without asking for anything in return. I am now 30 weeks and looking forward to taking our little girl... (4 years of SS treatments, 3 inses, 2 IVF cycles).

Al principio pedimos presupuestos en varias clínicas. Más o menos te ofrecen lo mismo en todas partes. La diferencia es que aquí encontré un ambiente de tranquilidad total. Nos encantó. Todos son amables. Pero tras hablar con los doctores y la genetista, que nos explicaron todo muy claramente y además están al día con los últimos estudios y sabiendo lo bueno y lo malo, sólo nos cupo tranquilidad y esperanza. Las instalaciones son cómodas, el quirófano para las extracciones de óvulos y las implantaciones está allí mismo. Tienen un tlf 24h para lo que necesites. Hay una psicóloga si lo malo ocurre. Te hacen continuas ecografias ... es que no tengo ni un "pero".Y dio resultado. Tenemos a nuestra bebé preciosa y sana con nosotros. Nunca hubiera podido existir sin ellos y sus mil cuidados y previsiones. Nunca lo podré agradecer suficiente.

Après avoir visité plusieurs cliniques d'élevage, nous avons opté pour la fertilité. Nous les recherchions pour nous faire confiance et non seulement ils nous l'ont donnée dès le premier instant, mais le traitement était très proche et nous a mis à l'aise.Nous n'avons pas tort. Du personnel soignant, Gema et Maria, en passant par les infirmières, Cristina et Yasmine, et les embryologistes, Aitziber et Mar, à Rafa, le gynécologue qui était celui qui a pris notre traitement (et plus tard la grossesse), ils nous ont tous traités à merveille. . Ce sont eux avec lesquels nous avons eu le plus de contacts, mais le reste du personnel était également recommandé.Nous sommes partis avec l'idée que la première fois, cela allait être impossible, mais ils l'ont rendu possible.Nous devons juste aller présenter notre petite fille que sans son aide nous ne l'aurions pas avec nous.

Hola mi nombre es Alicia .Me gustaría contar mi experiencia somos una pareja que lleva muchos años intentando ser papas después de muchas clínicas tome la mejor decisión venir a esta clínica .Todo el personal desde que entras son profesional , personas , en todo momento me han dado mas ayuda de la q podía imaginar , realmente preocupan no eres un cheque de dinero eres una persona para ellos y van todos a una para conseguir tu objetivo. Muy buenas a tod@s antes que nada queremos agradecerles por el trato y la paciencia que habéis tenido con nosotros Fernando y yo estamos tan contentos de haberlos elegido para poner en vuestras manos a nuestro futuro como familia después de casi 6 años en la lucha muchas pruebas y meses perdidos con otros tratamientos decidimos dar un paso e ir a por todas FIV-ICSI y después de muchas visitas en varias clínicas de Madrid que no nos convencían nada nos recomendaron al doc Oscar Oviedo y desde nuestra primera cita hasta la última no tuvimos ninguna duda sobre su experiencia y todos los consejos profesionales recibidos, su positivismo nos lo contagió siempre y gracias a eso podemos decir que estamos en la semana 11 con nuestros mellis. Fertility es en mi opinión la MEJOR clínica de reproducción asistida de toda la Comunidad de Madrid. El trato con el paciente es realmente bueno. Tiene un gran equipo de profesionales, entre los que se encuentra Jose Luis De Pablo, especialista en embriología clínica. En temas de reproducción asistida es realmente importante que el embriólogo sea bueno. Ponerse en manos de Jose Luis De Pablo es sin duda ponerse en las mejores manos porque es sin duda el mejor embriólogo. Gracias a él y al equipo de Fertility tenemos una niña preciosa.

Mi experiencia en esta clínica no fue muy buena.Hicimos un tratamiento hace unos meses y no conseguimos el embarazo.Al principio todo fue muy bien el trato fue excelente pero tras la punción empezamos a observar dejadez por parte de la clínica.Tuvimos varias situaciones que nos llevaron a pensar esto,mail con consultas que no se contestaban,llamadas que no se devolvían, incluso el día que me tenían que llamar para darme el resultado de la prueba de embarazo a la enfermera se le olvidó llamarnos.Esta prueba en principio fue positiva,pero la hormona estaba baja por lo que no era buen pronóstico.Finalmente no estaba embarazada.Después de esto decidimos esperar un tiempo para hacer el segundo intento ya que la clínica quería que hiciéramos varias pruebas antes de hacerlo.Al final paso casi un año y durante este tiempo no tuvimos ningún contacto con ellos,no se molestaron en saber nada de nosotros,solo nos enviaron una carta en la que nos decían que si no pagábamos descongelaban el semen que había nuestro allí.Hasta el punto de que cuando se cumplía el plazo de la para mantener el embrión en la clínica tuve que llamar para preguntar qué ocurría,la persona que atendió no tenía ni idea y al cabo de unos días recibimos un mail con la mismas pautas o pagábamos o se descongelaba.Cómo nuestra decisión fue la de no intentarlo en ese momento comenzaron las llamadas por parte de médicos y psicólogos del centro para convencerme de que lo intentará con el embrión a pesar de las pocas posibilidades que había.No lo hicimos y decidimos donar el embrión la ciencia.No sabemos si algún día volveremos a intentar ser padres pero no será en esta clínica.

He tenido el inmenso placer de conocer a todo el equipo de Fertility, estupendos profesionales, no diré nombres por no olvidar a ninguno. Desde que llegas a la clínica te sientes en casa! Tengo 40 años, un solo ovocito; jamás una falsa esperanza por parte de los médicos, pero siempre positivos y a por todas!!! Hoy tengo 8 semanas de embarazo.. Al primer intento de FIV un resultado POSITIVO!!! Y es que son punteros en tecnología y en buenas manos!!! Os los recomiendo al 100%Un abrazo a todos!!
