The truth is, our experience has been bad, I live in Madrid and my cousin in France asked me to contact a clinic here so she can have her treatment here, it turns out that when I called they asked me for the contact to speak with her directly from the international department through a data protection issue, so far so good! After a couple of failed attempts we wanted to make a third attempt, the doctors have ignored the case, we have basically requested attention and nothing, a telephone appointment and nothing so much so that my cousin came to Madrid on the 30th and at the clinic they told her “this "We'll call you late at 2" and until now we are still waiting for that call, long waits for email contact, very vague attention and quite disinterested staff. Now “the doctor is on vacation” we have decided to change clinics, I do not recommend it.

Although I have not been able to donate eggs due to how difficult it is to locate my veins to do the tests, I have to say that the treatment has been pleasant and very professional. The Ginefiv Barcelona team allowed me to realize my dream of becoming a mother with IVF DO when other clinics had failed.They listen and choose the protocol suited to each person. They don't do expensive exams for nothing.And cost-wise they are very well placed.I did IVF DO guaranteed 1 blasto and finally I had 3!The only downside is that, apart from the rhesus and the age of the donor, nothing was communicated to us about the physical characteristics (eye color, hair, skin, height).

My experience at Ginefiv was very negative, I was there two years ago, I don't usually give bad reviews, but after having been to another clinic and having been able to compare, I think it is my duty to inform other couples who are in the same situation.I don't think the IVF treatment I received was bad, even though it wasn't successful, what is bad is the treatment I received. They want to serve so many people and have so many patients that they make you feel like a single number. Zero empathy, zero closeness and zero emotional support. Every day you are treated by a different gynecologist who has not even read your file and you have to remind her about the treatment. When the laboratory told us that no embryo had survived, we hoped that it would be the gynecologist who would contact us to tell us what had happened and when to try again, or a few simple words of encouragement, but she never called us. At no time, we had to be the ones to make an appointment, this clinic doesn't care about the patients, they only care about the money, we have gone to another clinic and nothing to do with it, the affection with which they treat the patients without taking into account that we have been parents and on the first try.

What can I say, perfect experience. 1st IVF trial with sperm donation. 1 viable embryo on D5 (since I'm 40 and these were my eggs, it's very good) which gave an adorable little girl born in July. He leído las reseñas y por las personas que han tenido mala experiencia lo siento. Es verdad que a veces nos toca mala suerte pero como a todo.Yo mi experiencia por ejemplo llame informándome para ser donante y me preguntaron lo necesario que lo veo normal tipo de color de piel etc, en mi opinión son cosas normales ya que al final es la demanda de las receptoras quien decide elegir la raza o el color de piel de su futuro hijo, he visto muchas quejas hacia ese aspecto pero no es que la clínica no acepte a personas de color o latinas, es el hecho que las que quieren ser madres pues prefieren que sus hijos se parezcan lo posible a ellas. Yo soy latina y no he tenido ningún problema al contrario estoy genial con Ginefiv , repito empecé podiendo información y ya voy para la 4 donación.

Como muchos comentarios que veo, a nosotros también nos recomendaron Ginefiv, después de pasar por otro centro con resultados penosos y muy mala experiencia. Cuando fuimos la primera vez nos impresionó mucho la profesionalidad de la doctora y las opciones que nos dio y que nunca nos habían explicado antes, además de explicarnos claramente las posibilidades que tenemos de conseguirlo. Salimos de la consulta con buenas sensaciones y de hecho ahora estamos en pleno tratamiento y todo va muy bien. Desde aquí recomendamos Ginefiv a todas las personas que estén pasando por lo mismo que nosotros, que no tiren la toalla porque hay equipos muy profesionales para ayudarles.

Hemos visto otros comentarios y a nosotros nos pasó lo mismo, llegamos a Ginefiv tras una mala experiencia en otro centro, casi dejamos de intentarlo, pero tienen un equipo tan cercano y experto que es imposible no estar cómodos con ellos. Se ve que están a la última en técnicas y métodos y después el apoyo de todo el equipo que para nosotros fue fundamental porque como digo ya no confiábamos en poder ser padres. Estos procesos agotan realmente. Pero hoy somos padres gracias a Ginefiv.

Nosotros estamos a dos meses de tener a nuestra niña en brazos. Paramos el tratamiento por culpa del COVID, parece que todo iba en nuestra contra. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe de Ginefiv qui nous a très bien accompagné, avec grand professionnalisme, dans notre démarche de FIV et qui nous a permis de devenir de tres heureux parents d’une merveilleuse petite fille!! Nous avons toujours été bien accueillis et conseillés et nos choix ont été pris en compte et respecté.Je le conseille à tous les couples qui rêvent d’avoir un enfant comme nous mais qui ne peuvent hélas être pris en charge par les Cecos en France du fait de leur âge et/ ou des délais d’attente bien trop longs. Mon expérience avec Ginefiv a été merveilleuse. J ai eu la chance de devenir maman (alors que j avais plus de 40 ans ). Ils m ont donné ma chance et le plus beau cadeau, celui de la vie, un merveilleux petit garçon qui aura bientôt 3 ans.En seulement 2 mois j ai été enceinte. Premier essai décembre 2016 , deuxième en janvier 2017. Mes prières ont été exaucées. Les coordonnatrices sont gentilles. Helas il y a plusieurs coordinatrices pour chaque cas, il devraient y avoir une seule à mon avis. Je recommande cette clinique . Parce que j ai eu rapidement le résultat escompté et à un âge où les chances étaient très reduites.

Plus que médiocre dans leurs experises, ils n'en veulent qu'a notre argent. L'assos Ceki Enfant Ekekdos pareil. Ils ne pensent qu'à facturer pour des résultats en PMA plus que nuls.

Voilà, après 4 ans de traitements chez Ginefiv, tout d’abord en don d’ovocytes et les gamètes de mon mari et plusieurs échecs, la clinique nous a proposé de faire un double don, mais de nouveau un échec. Puis, en France, j’ai rencontré un professeur qui m’a aidé à comprendre pourquoi je ne parvenais pas à être enceinte, malgré les nombreux dons.Il c’est avéré que tout cela provenait d’un mauvais dosage dans le traitement donné par la clinique .En effet, un mauvais équilibre entre les œstrogènes et la progestérone.Grâce au professeur, 2 mois après, mon mari et moi même sommes retournés à la clinique pour un transfert d’un embryon vitrifié que nous avions avec le double don et j’ai enfin réussit à être enceinte et maintenant nous avons un magnifique petit garçon.Il est primordiale d’être très bien suivi en France et de faire vérifier le protocole de la clinique.La clinique est très humaine.

Ginefiv clinic are fantastic.We had initial video conference calls to explain our history and then travelled from London for a weekend to have all our tests and examinations and discuss in full our fertility plan. We were treated very professionally and personally, tests results were returned quickly and treatment dates were set around our needs as we had another child that we had to work around school holidays and travel arrangements etc. Ginefiv was very flexible and accommodating. When arriving all staff were extremely friendly (incl. great English translation) and comforting. By complete surprise we found out we were pregnant on the day we were due to start treatment. The clinic continued their support by scanning and measuring, testing us each week we stayed in Madrid which gave us a great deal of reassurance. When we returned to UK they contacted us monthly to ask how we were doing. I would not hesitate to use Ginefiv again and would definitely recommend the clinic to anyone, especially as we were given a no chance verdict by Dr’s in the UK. Ginefiv make it their mission to make your dreams come true.

Très bonne clinique ,très propre, bel endroit et surtout des professionnels rassurants , à l'écoute et disponibles.Grâce à eux nous avons pu avoir ce dont nous rêvions depuis longtemps, notre bébé.Merci infiniment à notre gynécologue et à notre traductrice coordinatrice qui ont été formidables et très réactives.Je recommande à 100 % cette clinique .Merci Ginefiv de cette expérience qui s'est terminée par le plus grand bonheur.

Notre expérience Ginefiv est une complète réussite. Après un cycle de don d'ovocytes sans succès, nous avons réessayé et obtenu deux enfants. L'équipe internationale Ginefiv a toujours répondu rapidement et clairement à nos questions avec beaucoup d'empathie, et nous a toujours accueilli chaleureusement lors de nos visites. Nous avions espéré mais sans trop y croire. Et voilà notre rêve réalisé. Grace à ginefiv nous avons des jumeaux , un bonheur quotidien. Le suivi est personnalisé , l'équipe est disponible, à l'écoute , toujours souriante et de bonne humeur. Les réponses par mail sont très rapide et claire . Un grand merci à tous .

Excellente prise en charge à Ginefiv. Les explications étaient claires, le contact facile et un soin particulier à été apporté à notre situation (présence d'une traductrice le jour de la ponction, et lors de nos échanges d'une manière générale.Nous venons quelques jours en vacances à Madrid en Aout 2020 et aimerions beaucoup venir a la clinique avec les enfants si c'est possible pour vous.Un immense merci
