I was in desperate need of dental service to repair a broken crown whilst on holiday in Palma for our son’s wedding. Needed to be able to smile with confidence in the wedding pictures.Managed to get an appointment within 24 hours(Thursday/Friday), prompt response.From the minute I arrived was very impressed with the quality service, reception, then X-ray, and then preliminary assessment by Dr. Jose.Dr. Jose spoke excellent English and was very clear on the challenge and what needed to be done now, and in follow up on my return home.Throughout the repair process Dr. Jose was thorough and explained what he was doing, which is something I like to understand.I would not hesitate to recommend Globaldent Balear to anyone in Palma who requires quality and professional dental service.Thank you
I have recently completed an extensive course of treatment at Global dent in Palma Mallorca. It was a complicated procedure and took 15 appointments over two years to conclude.I can honestly say that I am absolutely delighted with the results, not only that but very impressed with the professionalism and outstanding technical ability provided by the Doctor and nurses.All the staff are friendly and reassuring in their attitude to patient care and comfort.I was given an estimate of costs before commencing treatment which was adhered to throughout at a very reasonable price.Thanks to all at GD.
Our experience with GlobalDent in Spain was deeply disappointing. As international patients unable to access necessary treatment at home, we requested a simple confirmation letter for visa purposes to ensure my son could receive his treatment. GlobalDent’s response was rudely dismissive, stating “we don’t do it” and offering no further assistance. Even after securing the visa independently, our request for an appointment was met with a flat “NO”, followed by a refusal to discuss further and an abrupt BLOCK from their communication channels. This lack of professionalism and empathy from GlobalDent, especially in a situation requiring international medical care, was both surprising and unacceptable. Potential patients, particularly those from abroad seeking critical treatment, deserve to be aware of this behavior.
