After getting an appointment, I was so happy that chose this hospital for my treatment. The doctor was so nice and professional. I just had a bad experience with making an appointment on phone with some person that’s.

I spent 32 hours without food or drink because I was told I would have a surgery to drain an abscess (procedure itself generally takes 30-40 mins). After all those hours I am requesting to get transferred and the head nurse is rejecting the notion. I thought NHS was bad, this is a disgrace… I’m being treated like a 3rd class citizen.

Medically and clinically very good, staff very pleasant and helpful. Site is poorly signposted and difficult to find the department you need on first visit if you're not familiar with it. Parking very difficult and quite expensive. Good selection of on-site retail outlets in the mall. Views over surrounding area are breathtaking.

I was here just to see the stained glass windows (Chagall windows) in the synagogue. They are so beautiful! The entrance fee is 25 which comes with an audio guide and a brochure.

This hospital is against any non israeli patient. We had the worst experience here. I filed multiple complaints and no one ever got back to me and their website will not accept a passport number when filing a complaint.I asked to speak to the professor treating my wife to discuss his procedure, first the nurses said they dont know who is treating my wife, when i kept insisting they said the professor does not speak to anyone, they also never explained anything to my wife until she begged a nurse and he called a resident doctor.We have been here for 14 days and i am still waiting for the doctor to speak to me..After pressing the nurse call button, expect the nurse to come after 5-10 minutes.The floors were dirty and after taking a shower and telling the nurse to get someone to clean the bathroom it took around an hour for someone to come which is a danger to patients that can slip in the bathroom.They have very bad patient care.I will never come back here again.November 21 update: We were discharged today and even at the discharge the doctors wouldn't see me... We were also discharged with some meds, one of which was a blood thinner, the discharge note said to take 40mg but what they gave us was 60mg, giving a patient a wrong dosage of a blood thinner is dangerous.. Just another way of showing how incompitant this hospital and it's staff are.Be careful check your meds they make mistakes all the time.

If I could give a lower grade I would. I just called to Hadasah from the USA to check on my father. He suffered a major life-threatening fire and stayed alive, while his apartment burned down to ashes. He is currently very depressed and I just wanted to know that he is there and is breathing. I called to mahleket pnimit gimel and was put on hold because the operator was having jokes with his coworker. Then he said, “call back later” and hanged up on me. This is the service you get at that hospital. I think this guy should be dismissed because he doesn’t respect the patients who suffered major emotional and physical harm, and their relatives who cannot sleep at night without knowing that their relatives are alive and are okay.

The admissions unit has absolutely no idea of what customer service is. They don't switch the numbers, and then start screaming that everybody must be waiting outside "to prevent corona". People are cramping at the doors, and once you make a request, they barely move and continue chatting with the colleagues or on phone.

For giving birth the place was clean, the staff was overall friendly, the rooms are spacious and the parking/food/Shabbat accommodations are pleasant. The ER is a nightmare and they take you from one room to another and no one knows the right procedure. It can be a hit or miss how well they fix you according to who your doctor they assign you to.

Pretty horrific all around experiences during my many (unfortunately) arrivals in their/your ER's. Was placed on a trolley in the hallway, under full-blasting air conditioner, where people come and go continually for over 8 hours. The attending was arrogant and cruel, unfamiliar with the rather rare condition I suffer from (endocrine), left me lingering there for the duration, coming once to me as I pleaded that some do so, reluctantly he came by and began pounding on my back (!!) *Here? HERE?!!* - in full psychopath fashion. I was beyond shocked but kept my senses, not wanting to make a scene, been there before, know the drill. I was given an IV that was not warranted, was discharged at 4:40 am feeling bruised, kicked to the curb (once again) by the outfit named Hadassah. No specialist was called in, not one nurse or staff asked how I was doing. The place is constantly crowded and famously horrifically run with staff overwhelmed and everyone is blocked emotionally unless they're with other staff or talking on their phones. Interfacing with patients - they're like robots.Hadassah is basically a corporation, they're there to serve themselves and their directors. The human/patient component is a chore for them to endure unless they can find them useful - see also human experimentation (they call them trials) and getting some surgical notches and medical experience under their belts so they can then boast to the world what a great and advanced facility they are. But we know it's a big farce. By the way, the air vents throughout the hospital - I've seen both in cardiology (looks like a horror movie backdrop) and the ER - have BLACK MOLD. Notice their PR - it's all show and the positive reviews? Would like to interview each of them and ask them how much they paid to get that kind of care and who they know in the system.

Клініка сама гірша з яких я бачив, лікарі некомпитентні, повна антисанітарія, таке враження що Ізраїль медицина застрягла в розвитку, можливо років 10 назад це була гарна клініка, а ціни в них вищі ніж в Німечині, нікому нераджу їхати, це просто видурювання грошей в людей

Bonjour,Suite à des recherches généalogiques, j'ai retrouvé une parente Madame Léah Zwanger qui a travaillé l'Hôpital hadassah dans les années 1947-1954. Le lien est la famille Bronfenbrenner venant de Moscou et d’Odessa. Toute la famille ces exilée en France, USA et Israël .Pouvez-vous m’aider ?j e n'ai trouvé que se lien pour avoir des informations.Merci

את הדברים אני כותבת בצער רב ויגון קודר אחרי הכרות עמוקה מאוד אם הדסה עין כרם, אני מסכימה לחלוטין אם התגובה מטה מבחינה טכנולוגית רפואית מדובר בבית חולים מהמתקדמים בארץ אבל מבחינה בין אישית בושה וחרפה את הרופאים בהדסה מלמדים להיות רפאים אבל לא בני אדם מה שמעניין את הרופאים בהדסה זה האגו שלהם האינטרסים שלהם והכסף שלהם החיים של המטופלים לא מעניינים אותם כלל וכלל זה תקף גם לגבי עובדים אחרים כמובן אבל בראש ובראשונה לרופאים והאצבע המאשימה מופנית לאלו שמנהלים את הדסה מכם מתחיל הכל תתביישו בעצמכם!!! על אף שאנחנו חיים במדינה מושחתת ואפאטית שלא דואגת לאזרחים שלה אני מאוד מקווה שמישהוא יתערב ויערוך שינוי גדול בבית החולים הדסה עין כרם

אני לא אוהבת להעביר ביקורת על אף אחד ושום דבר אבל כלפי הדסה אני חייבת להעביר ביקורת מבחינה טכנולוגית אין ספק שמדובר בבית חולים מספר 1 בארץ אבל הבעיה המרכזית בהדסה היא שמדובר במוסד מושחת ורקוב כמו כל הגופים במדינה הזו ,העובדים שמעסיקים שם הם תת רמה ומספיקה אינטראקציה של דקה איתם כדי להבין שזה מוסד רקוב מאוד זה מתחיל בכניסה אם המאבטחים אח"כ עובדי הקניון ואז העובדים במחלקות ואני מתכוונת לכל התפקידים עם זה המנקים המזכירות האחיות עובדי שינוע וכמובן ד הפרופסורים שהם הכי בעייתיים מרבית הפרופסורים בהדסה סבורים שבגלל שהם פרופסורים אין הבדל בינם לבין אלוהים והם לא יודעים את מקומם לגבי המרכזייה ומחלקות אחרות שאמורות להעניק תמיכה וסיוע כזה או אחר גם שם המצב תת רמה והכל מתחיל מההנהלה וכוח האדם שם העובדים ברובם אליטסיים נרקסיסטיים אגואיסטים וחסרי אנושיות בקיצור מוסד רקוב מכף רגל ועד ראש שדורש התערבות ממשלתית ופיקוח רציני ביותר על כל העובדים בכל המחלקות וכל התפקידים כולל ההנהלה וכוח האדם שמהם כמו שציינתי מתחיל הכל לצד כל מה שכתבתי אני סבורה שיש שם עובדים מדהימים ואנושיים אבל ההתרשמות שלי מהרוב הייתה גרועה מאוד ואני מקווה שהמוסד הזה יעבור שינוי רציני בהקדם אחרת העובדים הטובים שם והמטופלים ימשיכו לסבול ללא הרף ולמגיב מטה שכותב שצריך לפנות לפניות הציבור מעבר לזה שאת הפרטים שלי אני מעדיפה להשאיר חסויים אני יודעת שלטפל בפנייה שלי יקח זמן ויכול להיות שבכלל לא יטפלו בה אבל אם יש לך אפשרות להעביר את המידע לגורמים הרלוונטים אני אשמח כמו שציינתי בית החולים הדסה צריך לעבור שינוי גדול מאוד

ילדנו שם שלושה מילדינו. ההרגשה עם הצוות הייתה טובה. היינו גם בפגייה עם יחס מקצועי ויש גם חדרונים לטובת ההורים לשהייה קרובה ליד התינוק

ילדתי בעבר שני ילדים שם והייתי מאוד מרוצה מהיחס והצוות.הגעתי השבוע להפלה אחרי שקבעתי תור והגעתי עם כל המסמכים הרלוונטים, היחס מהצוות היה זוועה השאירו אותי מהבוקר עד 16:00 בהמתנה למיון ובסוף מודיעים לי שהם לא יוכלו לבצע לי את ההפלה ושאני אקבע תור למהלך השבוע כשכל הזמן הזה אני בצום. חוסר מקצועיות ויחס משפיל לא מומלץ בכלל להגיע לשם מנגד הלכתי לשערי צדק והיחס היה אנושי ומקסים כמו שאמור להיות בבית חולים מקווה שגורמים רלוונטים יקראו את התגובה ויפעלו לתקן ולשנות.

מדא לקחו אותי לשם בגלל בעיה מסויימץ שאמרו להם בבית חולים שאפשר לפתוראחרי רבע שעה היתי בחוץ סתם שילמתי 2000 שח על השירות המזעזעה שלהם בלי שהם עזרו לי בכלום סוג של עקיצה רק שמנצלים את הבריאות שלך כדי שתשלם כסף

Рак толстой кишки. Оперировал профессор Алон Пикарски. Ноябрь 2019. Низкий поклон. Золотые руки. Врач от " бога". Рекомендую. И кроме профессионализма у Алона есть настоящая харизма, при прямом общении - понимаешь - он сделает все, что в его силах. Да, он не волшебник и не всегда побеждает болезнь. Но он - один из лучших хирургов нашего мира .Онколог - Аяла Хуберт. Знаток своего дела. Огромный опыт. Приятна в общении. Специалист высокого класса. Рекомендую. Спасибо младшему мед персоналу хирургии. Молодцы. Одно замечание - для мед. сестер и братьев хирургии - нужны дополнительные курсы по установке катетеров в вену. Попадают в вену с 6 раза. Ставили 4 раза катетер и всегда проблемы.

בית רפואה נקי ומסודר שירות מקצועי אמין מאוד, נהנו מהשרות שהביא לאבא שלי ועל היחס הנדיב, החדרים גדולים מאוד ואפשר להישאר עם החולה לישון, דבר מאוד טוב שיש בתוך הבית חולים זה סופר עם כל המצרכים הדרושים וזה ממש מבורך.
