im so glad i chose hairsmith clinic. dr. prema is an awesome doctor & should be classified as royalty. i was charged a fraction of what the usa quoted me & hairsmith also gave me 1 year meds for free, as well as 1 year follow-ups. its only been 4 months & just look at the results. i never felt any pain from day one. i fell in love with thailand the very first time i visited but now thailand has my heart as well. the staff was also very kind. thank you hairsmith, ill never forget what youve done for me. highly recommended.

I have been reflecting on my experience and the way I was treated at hairsmith, and I think it is important that you take my experienceinto account, and listen to, and empathize with your customers.Because ultimately it is your customers who will spread the word about your capabilities and commitment.I was very excited to get an eyebrow transplant at hairsmith a few years ago.After a full year, I went in for a touch-up, and then a second several months later.I then waited very patiently for my eyebrows to fully grow in, but they never did.There are gaps that the doctor told me could not be filled, the tail end of one of my eyebrows does not look full, or properly tapered at the end. This particular eyebrow actually looks broken into two parts. It is not fully uniform.During my last visit a few months ago, I was told that I am asking “too much”.I think any patient spending this kind of money should not be told that they are asking too much, especially when their eyebrows are not even completely filled in.Is that not part of procedure, fully complete eyebrows?When doing the procedure the surgeon is supposed to carefully implant the hair in such a way that it doesn’t grow out wild and unruly. My eyebrow hair is sticking up and out, and all over the place.According to the information I have gathered on eyebrow implants, that is not the way they are supposed to look.They should have been implanted in the direction that the eyebrows grow, which is vertical, cross patch, and horizontal. The implants should have also been placed in such a way that the hair doesn’t curl up and out.All I had to do was look at other images of eyebrow transplants, and cross reference them with mine to see the lack of quality in terms of shape and fullness.I am very disappointed.I shouldn’t have to still fill my eyebrows in with makeup or keep them in place with a glue-stick.In all of the images and videos that I have found of eyebrow implants, the patients have extremely full eyebrows, but I was told that it was not possible to fill in my gaps.Why is that?It really feels like there was about a 50% effort put into my procedure, and I am very angry and frustrated about that.What it looks like from my end, is that hairsmith does not do quality expert work that completely satisfies their customers, or they don’t really care.Either way, it doesn’t look good on your business.I contacted some hair transplant surgeons with photos of my eyebrows, and unsurprisingly they didn’t have very positive things to say about how they were done.The way I see it, is if you can fill in an entire head of hair, surely you can fill in a pair of eyebrows in the style your client asked for.And I’m sure this review will get a reply from your office that has been somewhat edited and regurgitated to fit your narrative and justification for why my eyebrow implant turned out this way; but the bottom line is, I am incredibly unhappy with the way they turned out-especially after seeing all of the beautifully full and shapely eyebrows from other surgeons.The point of getting this surgery done was to not have to worry about, or spend any time (other than trimming) on my eyebrows, but unfortunately I am still having to add makeup and use glue to shape them properly.If you are looking for a business that is invested in making sure their client is 100% satisfied with their procedure; look elsewhere.

It's been exactly one year since my hair transplant. If anyone is looking for a place to get a hair transplant, I highly recommend Hairsmith Clinic. I impressed with the results. My friends and family have all noticed a significant difference in my hair. It looks thicker, my face looks younger, and it looks natural.Dr. Prima is a professional doctor from the American Board of Hair Restoration Surgery. My results now 12 months post operation has been amazing. Family and friends have all said I look naturally decades younger. Doubters who first made fun of me now ask for the contact and information regarding procedures here.Not only the result, but the experience at Hairsmith Clinic was also very enjoyable. Dr Prima and the staffs took very good care of me during and even months after the session, I felt like I could always rely on them whenever I have any issue or question regarding my hair.Very recommended.

They have a very strange policy about appointments. After making and confirming your appointment, they will then email you again for another final confirmation one day before that appointment. If you do not confirm that second (and redundant) confirmation instantly, they cancel your appointment. I confirmed their second confirmation request email in 24 hours but they said it was too late, they had already cancelled my appointment and given it to another patient. When I complained, they said this is their standard protocol. I recommend proceeding with caution, customer service is a problem at this clinic.

Even without much marketing campaign, Hairsmith Clinic is undoubtedly one of the best (if not the best) hair transplant services in the country. Even though the price is not cheap, considering the quality, it is definitely inexpensive.In their website, Dr. Prima wrote many articles about hair transplant and by reading them, you will soon realize how professional and honest this clinic is. It gives you explanations, not advertisements. Very informative and convincing at the same time.The operation is painless and does not take long. Dr. Prima was very caring and attentive to details. You know you are in safe hands at all times.The result of the transplant is as good as it can be. You cannot expect more and there is nothing to complain whatsoever.The customer service is average, except for the a salesperson named May, who always gives clear and helpful advices before and after the operation. Outstanding.

I definitely recommend this clinic for anyone who wants to look natural after hair transplant surgery, doctor Prima she’s very professional and well understood patients wish for new hair line and the clinic’s treatment program aims to achieve fully cover bald area, my first impression through the doctor and her team is that they could deliver their promises since the 2 consultation, but I had pre consultation before making a decision to have my hair transplant online, which I think this is very useful to let the doctor know and learn on her patients to achieve the best result, and I’ve got quite obvious good result since the 3rd month post-surgery, and 6 months result will surprise me again, but I would say result may be differ depending on each person, anyway I attempt to follow all suggestions from the clinic, I keep up on taking medicines as they recommended, I would give extra credit to all clinic team members they keep following up my case closely and promptly reply my questions accordingly to post-surgery, they’re professional to handle it online via Line apps, few days after surgery they also took good care of washing my wounds and I was also asked to have a laser cap to rapid wounds healing (all of this is covered in the treatment package) to order medicines online is also very simple just write them a massage, pay by Thai bank apps, they will ship it to Thai address on the next day, the 2nd picture is result after 3 month and it’s already covered the temple , the treatment also covers with good results guarantee, free one session PRP treatment which normally we would need to pay at least 560€ Thank you Pat Belgium

I do not recommend this clinic. I had surgery in 2020. On the day of the surgery, the doctors and nurses were very patient and everything was done smoothly. Before the operation, they said that after the operation, I can go to the clinic to wash my head for 3 days for free But the next day ,when I asked to go back to the clinic to wash my hair I was rejected saying that they were very busy and had no time to help me .the customers service is really bad . after 1 year the operation is not ideal. Many places are still empty. When I told the clinic, they said that they didn’t top up the empty places. If you want to re-operate, you need to pay extra. and now It's been 3 years and the hair is still thinning.

I had my operation one year ago, result is good however after one year there are still some spot empty and hairs are not thick. Service level extrmely poor. I asked to postpone my operation because my flight was canceled ( during pandemic) and i was denied . The followups are bad, script and not really in depth. I have to contact them and remind them every time. The touch up was approved only because i requested it... the doctor seemed to be fine with the hole and the thickness problem .

My partner had his FUE hair transplant at Hairsmith Clinic in Bangkok 12 months ago. I spent countless hours researching FUE transplant doctors and clinics all over the world and we landed on Bangkok as the best place for the procedure. After contacting dozens of clinics and corresponding over many emails it was clear that Hairsmith clinic was the way to go. We made this decision based on the excellent communication from the front office team, competitive pricing and before and after photos. From the very beginning the office staff were so friendly, responsive, professional and thoughtful with our needs. It was a bit daunting for my partner to travel by himself to Bangkok for the procedure but he was well taken care of by the Hairsmith clinic team. The service provided before, during, and after was outstanding and I would definitely recommend Dr. Prima to anyone looking to get this procedure done. It’s been 12 months now since the procedure and his hair is much fuller around the front, top and sides. Thanks Wanwisa, Utoo and Dr. Prima!

Pris Tima seems to be very straight down line with your hairloss concerns and tells you realistically what can be done and the best way to go about. Just do your research and you will find hairsmith doesn't promise the world, but promises the best for your hairloss concerns.

And I have not even visited the clinic yet! I am from Sydney and have been tossing up between Turkey and Thailand. Been chatting via email with Pris and to be honest, so far Hairsmith Clinic seems the best choice. They have not made unrealistic promises. Having read others reviews I am about 100% certain I am going to go with this clinic. Hope to visit next year and will provide an update.

FUE Procedure: 27 - 29 August 2018After being recommended several professional hair restoration clinics in Bangkok, I settled on having a consultation at Hairsmith Clinic Bangkok to discuss which procedure would meet my hair expectations. Doctor Prima and the Clinics Manager Pris gave me reasonable assurance and provided rational answers consistent with my research in highlighting the pros and cons of having FUE (which I decided having) versus alternative procedures they also provide.Hairsmith Clinic proved to be first class in every respect from my initial consultation to my post-operative assistance. They have stylish, comfortable premises with a friendly and professional team who make you feel relaxed and confident at every stage and at a cost much less than if I had it done in Perth, Australia but most importantly to me, without sacrificing Quality. Bear in mind that each restoration procedure outcome will be dependent on individual needs and expectations but thankfully my FUE operation went without problem due to the highly trained and skilled doctor and her experienced team. I strongly recommend them on all levels of customer satisfaction; quality, price and service delivery.A big thank you to Dr Prima, Kris and all the Hairsmith team who provided such professional service.
