Underwent a hair procedure recently with the staff at HairTran. The staff are a pleasure to talk to even before the procedure. They are very patient when answering questions and they were very understanding when I needed to move my appointment date.The clinic itself is easily accessible via public transport with many accommodation options nearby. The clinic is clean and when you begin the procedure itself, you will immediately be at ease as the staff there are very professional and seem experienced at what they do.Dr. Patty is highly recommended.

I had been considering a hair transplant for a while, and opted for Hairtran due to the good reviews I'd seen here and across a few other sites/forums, and because I'm a Thai national so I could also get to visit some family.Leading up to the appointment, I alternated between excitement/anxiety, but meeting Dr. Patty on the day really turned it all into excitement. She is friendly and incredibly personable - as is Kevalee who handles the administrative side. Dr. Patty and Kevalee both speak impeccable English, so there are no communication problems. Dr. Patty lists all the potential side effects and complications, taking the approach of expect the worst and hope for the best. I have had no complications to speak of, nor had any of the other men I talked to in the clinic.I let Dr. Patty design my new hairline (3500 grafts) and didn't offer any changes myself. A nurse and Kevalee suggested slight adjustments here and there, and eventually settled on one. Then it was under the table where I barely felt a thing thanks to the local (even for the local injections someone rubs your feet during so you don't think about the needle). They were able to do 3500 grafts in a day which was frankly incredible.My new hairline looks so natural I seriously can't remember what my old one was like without looking at pictures. The aftercare process at Hairtran is also great and covered in the cost of the procedure. I came in multiple times for the included hair wash, and laser therapy and even walking around with the buzzcut after I felt so much more confident. I can't recommend the procedure enough, and I would definitely recommend Hairtran too.TL;DR: Super professional, super quick, great doctor and communication.

I have conducted a two-time FUE transplant with Dr Pukpinya Jangjetriew at Hairtran Clinic. The first transplant was on 08 Aug 2022, and the second was on 9 Feb 2024. My experience with Dr. Pukpinya Jangjetriew was great, and I am grateful that she took full responsibility for my thin hair at no charge when I had a second transplant.Based on my experience with Her, she seems intelligent, skilled at her job, and polite and kindness. The first transplant was to focus on the frontal area rather than the whole scalp.Dr Pukpinya Jangjetriew reported that she did just over 3500 grafts for the frontal area of my scalp. I also opted for one PRP treatment at the time of the surgery. Dr Pukpinya Jangjetriew went through the process to minimize the risk associated with transplant and to have healthy grafts. Regarding the first-time FUE transplant, I am satisfied with the first transplant; however, the frontal area should be.I discussed it with Dr. Pukpinya Jangjetriew over the Zoom meeting, and she agreed to touch up the area. They arranged a second transplant during the Chinese New Year’s holiday period.During my second FUE transplant, the doctor reviewed the area that required a transplant and observed that I needed approximately 3500 grafts. Out of these grafts, 850 were designated for touch-ups in the frontal area, and there was no charge for the 850.Having completed the transplant, she advised the most interesting tourist area in Bangkok. She wrote my hotel name and hotel address/ pagoda name in Thai on the notecard so that I could show it to the taxi driver to return to the hotel where I was staying. This was a great example of how she takes care of her clients - very helpful and kind.

Had a procedure done recently. I was initially very scared, but staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything was explained well and the procedure went super smooth. I came back every day to use the red light cap. No complications so far, and I am very happy. Will update later if needed.

I recently had a hair transplant procedure done at Hairtran clinic, and I must say, my experience exceeded all expectations. From the initial follow-up before the day of the procedure to the post-operation care, every aspect of my journey with this clinic was exceptional.Before arriving for the procedure, I was understandably nervous. However, the moment I walked into the clinic, any anxiety I had dissipated. The staff and doctor were incredibly friendly and hospitable, instantly putting me at ease.The level of professionalism exhibited by the entire team was truly commendable. Every process within the clinic was effective and time-efficient, ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish.Speaking of the doctor, they were not only extremely friendly but also highly knowledgeable. She took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explained their hairline design approach, making sure I was comfortable and confident in the procedure.During the operation itself, I experienced no pain whatsoever, and the entire process was surprisingly comfortable. The skill and expertise of the medical team were evident, further reassuring me that I was in good hands.Following the procedure, the post-operation follow-up was just as impressive. I got a hair transplant in Turkey 1 year ago. Went well, but the crown was still thin, 1 year later. I had the crown done at this clinic, today.The hair transplant experience is easier in Turkey (pick up from the airport. Hotel is booked for you. Food in the hotel is excellent. They take you to and from the clinic. They take you back to the airport) but the clinics are doing 30 guys a day, and it's like an assembly line. Brutal, but cheap and easy.This clinic has a more professional, relaxing, and faster process. More care was taken. But they do not arrange hotels or transportation. I took the train to the clinic. Walked from the station (1 minute) to the clinic. Got the operation. Walked 2 minutes to the hotel across the street. The next morning I walked back to the clinic. Hair washed. Then took a cab back to my regular hotel.Stop watching YouTube videos. Pick a clinic. Get your hair back. You'll look better in 1 year.

I’ll spare the readers as to the reason why I chose to get a hair transplant as its not that relevant in this context. When I did decide, the next logical question that I asked myself was where? This is where Hairtran Clinic came into the picture. You can go down a rabbit hole in researching where to do the surgery, with multiple clinic options in multiple countries. I made the decision to go with Hairtran Clinic based on information provided on their website, the initial consultation with the clinic, and the fact that I was going to be in Thailand within that particular time frame.I have to say I was very impressed with the communication and attention to detail prior to arriving for the procedure. Therefore, it was no surprise on the day of the surgery of the top notched professionalism and service. Everyone was kind, respectful and made you felt comfortable (I guess as comfortable as one could be getting a cosmetic surgery done ☺)The surgery went really well. Dr Pukpinya and her team front and back of house did a fantastic job. I enjoyed witnessing the efficiency of the whole process. I would highly recommend this team to any one still on the fence as to where they want to have their transplant surgery done you will not be disappointed. As for me, it is now time to wait and look forward to seeing the results.

I've been self-conscious for many years about my hairline that is high at the temples which I've always tried to hide. My family and friends would tease me from a young age and ask if I'm starting to go bald already when I was just 22. After much research and planning, I just had my hair transplant yesterday and can't put into words how happy I am. I am just so fortunate to be in the care of Dr. Patty and her team of kind, helpful staff.I admit what drew me to Dr. Patty and her clinic was a combination of affordability and technical expertise. The reasons that led me to that conclusion include honest unpaid-for reviews on multiple platforms, a clear unedited gallery of before/afters that showed the quality of her results, a website that shows her commitment to learning and using best techniques, and the promise of complete care and followup including a one year touchup if needed.Kevalee (spelling?), the international coordinator, helped me initially set everything up. I used Line for communicating with the clinic. She has been nice to meet in person as well and I appreciate her brevity. You can tell she is very good at her role and her English sounds nearly like a native speaker.Upon our appointment date I got to meet Dr Patty in person. Her English is also excellent. She is very smart and kind, easy to talk to, and caring. She has a lot of love and really wants what is best for you after careful consideration of you as a unique individual. I felt very much like I received personalized care, and was not just a number. As for my case, to my surprise she suggested I may not even need a transplant at all and asked if I may change my mind! Now that is honesty, she cares more about the patient and just doing the right thing, not just making a profit.During the consult Dr Patty designed my hairline after I gave her some suggestions of what I wanted. Honestly, I wanted a little more hair filled in but she said it would look unnatural. I appreciated her candor and since I trusted her I went with her recommendation. Of course, I will have to wait a year or so for the final results.After hair washing, a haircut (top is optional but I felt it would help the doctor to see and be easier for post op care), and photos came the procedure which went well. Her large team of at least 5-6 people worked either under or alongside her to complete the various steps in the procedure. I could tell they were a very well orchestrated team as they worked together. I was asked several times how my comfort was and if I needed breaks during the multi hour procedure. Since my case involved ~1800 grafts we were done by noon and I was provided a well appreciated lunch. I was given some medications to take home and a stylish (sarcasm intended) black poofy bandana to protect the follicles.I had my first hair washing today at the clinic and they say I can come back daily for hair washing and low level laser therapy which I'll take advantage of while I'm in town. The Dr is also monitoring some swelling I have (which happens often). In all, I couldn't be happier and can't wait to see how the final result will look and bring back my confidence.If Dr Patty or her staff are reading this, please don't change anything and keep doing what you're doing because I can't think of anything I would change.Thank you, Robert

Very recommended. Communication beforehand is smooth, online consultation with the surgeon, Dr Pukpinya Jangjetriew, and the international patient consultant, Kevalee, was very informative, letting me know what I could expect. Clinic is in a great location next to a Ekkamai BTS Skytrain Station and there are plenty of hotel options nearby. Day of the surgery was very straightforward, everything about the experience left me feeling comfortable and confident (between the doctor, nurses and technicians, throughout the day you constantly have several people tending to you). Surgery itself can be a bit uncomfortable but local anesthetic removes any pain (I managed to sleep through most of it), the surgeon and her staff seem extremely attentive at every stage. Six months later, already very impressed with the results and have been told I can expect the transplanted hair to get even thicker in the next few months

I contacted Hairtran via email for a hair transplant in 2022 and received detailed guidance on the process. I came to Thailand for the transplant, had the frontal hairline done smoothly, and after a year, I am very satisfied. I revisited Hairtran in 2023 for a second hair transplant on the crown, and just like the first time, the entire process was smooth and comfortable. I expect a good result from the second transplant as well. I highly recommend Hairtran for anyone considering a hair transplant.

From the start to the final result, I was impressed with the whole team. Their English was perfect so no misunderstandings. The results far exceeded my expectations. The price was less than 25% of what I would have paid in Australia. There was virtually no pain throughout the whole procedure. The first week I only had a very mild discomfort and needed no pain relief. A month later virtually all numbness had gone and my hair was regrowing in line with the advice I was given. 3 months later and I was showing off my full head of hair with confidence. All my friends can’t believe how different I look and how much younger I look. I shopped around before going to Hairtran. They were my top pick due to their complete professionalism. I completely recommend them to anyone wanting to have this life changing procedure and have already referred several friends.Now the only problem I have with my hair is which haircut to get.You will not be disappointed. Flew over to Bangkok from Singapore to get my hair transplant done at Hairtran a month ago and have to say I have no regrets in choosing this clinic. The prices quoted were very reasonable and the service provided was top notch.The doctor and staff very professional and the entire process was done smoothly with minimal discomfort. I also experienced no pain throughout the procedure as well as the days after it was completed.There was no issues with the language barrier as well as most of the staff are able to speak English. I’d highly recommend the clinic if you’re looking to get your transplant done in Bkk.

I had my procedure done here in June, so I'm still awaiting final results (they take about six months to start to be noticable) but I can say I had an excellent experience with this clinic.Setting up an appointment was a breeze. The clinic is available to answer any and all questions on Whatsapp or other messaging programs. You can also schedule a free consultation via video chat (if you live far away like me).The staff was extremely accommodating and Dr. Patty was very professional and kind. She made everything so easy. Before the procedure started she explained in detail how the day would go so I knew exactly what to expect.I have to stress, she's an artist when it comes to hairlines. I've seen so many unnatural looking hairlines that look too perfect, like a doll's. But she carefully designed a natural looking hairline on me, erasing and redrawing when needed. You can tell her what you'd like and she'll figure out a way to make it compliment your facial structure.After the procedure she was readily available to see me and check that everything was good and healing properly. She really showed that she values her clinic's reputation and customer satisfaction above all else. She even offers touch ups if the density doesn't match what was intended.I can't say enough good things about this clinic. My experience was fantastic and I can't wait to see my final results!I'll update this review later with pictures once everything has grown in.

I highly recommend Hairtran clinic. I had 3700 grafts done 6 months ago and I laugh at my thick hair whenever I look in the mirror. They did a great job, were very professional and did not make any false promises. Lovely staff on the day of the procedure, everyone made me very comfortable. I wouldn't make any plans for the day after the procedure as it was pretty uncomfortable for about a day. I experienced a bit of shock loss and it took about 4 months to really see the growth but since then it's been getting thicker weekly. VERY SATISFIED!

I recently made the decision to address my hair thinning concerns by undergoing a hair transplant at Hairtran in late June. After stumbling upon a YouTube video by the Best Food Review Show and conducting thorough research on Reddit, I found Hairtran to be the ideal choice.I had initially contemplated between Turkey and Bangkok, but considering my proximity to Singapore, Bangkok seemed more convenient despite being slightly pricier due to reduced flight hours and costs.The consultation process at Hairtran was exceptionally smooth. The surgeon and staff worked in perfect harmony, with the surgeon handling the incisions while the staff expertly implanted the hair follicles. The entire procedure was remarkably manpower intensive, and I was impressed to see more than 8 staff members dedicated to assisting me. Naturally, this level of personalized care contributed to the higher cost, but it was well worth it. The surgeon oversaw every step of the process, ensuring utmost precision and a successful outcome.Post-operation, I experienced outstanding care and support. The very next day, I returned for a hair wash and laser treatment, which significantly expedited the healing process. I was pleasantly surprised when they allowed me to have another hair wash the following day as well. This attentive aftercare truly made a difference.Remarkably, I experienced minimal swelling and pain after the procedure, with the most discomfort arising from the anesthesia. On a pain scale of 1 to 10, I would rate the anesthesia at least an 8, but it only lasted for a few minutes. The skilled medical team ensured my comfort throughout the process.Communicating in a country where the primary language differs can be challenging. However, I was fortunate that the doctor and the account manager both spoke excellent English. This language proficiency eliminated any possibility of miscommunication, giving me peace of mind.There are quite a lot of bought review in some of the turkey transplant clinic. It is very obvious with the low review count. But mine is legit as heck.Well I am still at the start of the journey, but i am excited for what is next! See you in 6 months 🙂

As a middle-aged man the loss of hair made my self-esteem quite low. Through thorough searching I found Hairtran Clinic and I have not regret my decision of making hair transplant, the knowledge and the artistic way of making a natural look from this clinic is amazing. I was a bit worried about the surgery concerning pain and healing in the thai climate but that was not a concern at all after going through the process.The professional contact from my initial request through the process as well as the follow up is flawless. I searched the internet & within 3 weeks I attended the clinic for 3000 grafts to be carried out. It was unbelievable how quickly I attended, how relaxed & informative the preliminarily interview was. In total i was in attendance for a 9 hour procedure … i cannot recommend this place enough, 100%, 3018 grafts, the doctor & staff highly professional & dedicated … 4 days after, no pain, no swelling, no bleeding, no infection … very happy & I am a person very hard to please … well done & thank you for going far beyond my expectations … all phone calls & emails were returned by Kevalee, even on a Sunday her day off ! first class

I scheduled an appointment to get my hair done but when I was unexpectedly forced to leave Thailand early I asked for a refund of my 500$/15000baht reservation payment over a work week before my appointment was scheduled. This business had me sign a form that stated no refunds 45 days before an appointment, but I had only booked the appointment, signed paperwork, and then cancelled within a single week and I was not verbally informed of the no cancellation availability. The contract was not signed 45 days before the appointment so should not be enforced. This would never have happened in the USA, and I would’ve received my money back, but feel I am being unfairly bullied as a foreigner and having my money scammed from me. I advise everyone on staying away from this place. I wish I could rate them lower than a 1star, they stole my money. Buyers Beware!

I am impressed by their down to the smallest detailed service on the surgical day. Not only has Doctor Pukpinya Jangjetriew provided me with tailored professional consultations before a full-day long surgery and seemingly done a good job too(well I cannot comment on this yet, but I will provide an update one year later), her entire nursing team has also been caring and professional during the day.I also must mention her assistant Kevalee. From the very first consultation online, which she gave me a prompt response regarding the estimated number of grafts and cost, through the process of confirming the surgical date, which I had to change the date quite a few times due to COVID and sort out the deposit overseas, till the postsurgical session, she has been professional, accomdating and sweet.As far as I am concerned, HT clinic has a great medical team that people like me who was looking for a professional hair transplant service also at a fair price should consider.

From the very beginning, I've received exceptional service and care by Dr. Patty, Kevalee (her assistant) and rest of the staff. Starting with a free video consultation when I was at home to pre-operative consultation after arriving in Thailand. They were patient, explained the entire procedure and answered my questions in detail. When it came to the actual procedure, there was no surprise. Afterwards, they provided me with all the medicine, with follow up and hair wash the next day. Although, they provided me with pain medicine, I experienced very little discomfort and did not use it. It is day 3 now, I was told to expect some swelling but in my case, it is very minor. I appreciate all the follow up care and prompt response to all my queries before and after the procedure. I'm confident the end results will also be just as good.

I am absolutely thrilled with the result!I come from Germany. One year ago (12.03.2020) I flew to Thailand and went on holiday there.One of the reasons I came to Bangkok was the possibility of having a hair transplant. The fact that we were able to get an appointment at such short notice was also a reason why I chose this clinic.During the consultation with Dr Pukpinya Jangjetriew, we discussed all options, my concerns and how an operation usually proceeds.After the consultation with Dr "Patty" I had had a good feeling, so I decided to have my hair transplant done by her.I scheduled a total of 3 days in Bangkok. The whole team was very friendly, helpful and customer-oriented.Especially the receptionist (Lek) was very helpful and helped us to find a hotel.The surgery itself was pleasant. A local anaesthetic was applied to the head. The pain was limited, but there was still a lot of pain at certain points. In total, my operation lasted about 6 hours.You have to be very patient after the operation.The crusts usually fall off by themselves after 7 to 14 days,However, this depends on the number of grafts transplanted,the density and size of the incisions made in the recipient area.I was told that you have to be patient for visible progress.The freshly transplanted grafts first have to grow properly and this healing phase takes some time.Growth only starts a few months after the transplant.The fact that the hair initially falls out again is a completely natural process. As a rule, you can see the result after 10-12 months, when everything has healed.Overall, I am very, very satisfied and happy that I found this clinic by chance.I would like to take this opportunity to thank the Hairtran Clinic team once again for their great work!!!You guys were really amazing!!!

Après quelques mois à y réfléchir et à visiter quelques autres cliniques à Bangkok, j'ai finalement décidé de faire la procédure Fue la semaine dernière à Hairtran. Depuis la première consultation avec le doc Patty j'ai eu un très bon pressentiment. Elle m'a expliqué toute la procédure et m'a conseillé sur ce qui sera le mieux pour mon cas. Le jour de la chirurgie, tout s'est très bien passé et c'était moins tendu et douloureux que prévu. Je me suis même endormi la plupart du temps. Ils vous expliquent toujours ce qu'ils font à votre tête: anesthésie, extraction, trous et tout ce que vous demandez. L'endroit est bien entretenu et propre. Enfin, je veux souligner positivement le niveau professionnel du personnel, en particulier Kevelin, qui vous assiste pendant toutes les phases pré-opératoires, post-opératoires, réservations, médicaments, etc. Maintenant, je veux juste attendre quelques mois le résultat, mais concernant le jour de la chirurgie et les dispositions prises, je suis déjà satisfait à cent pour cent.

หลังจากที่มองหาคลินิกปลูกผมอยู่นาน ผมก็ได้มาเจอ hairtran clinic ได้เข้าไปสอบถามแอดมินเรื่องกราฟท์และค่าใช้จ่ายคร่าวๆ ก็ได้ตัดสินใจเข้าไปคลินิกครั้งแรกพนักงานให้การตอนรับเป็นกันเองมากและที่สำคัญคุณหมอ น่ารักมากและการพูดคุยเป็นกันเองมาก ตอนแรกคุณหมอประเมินกราฟท์ให้ประมาณ 1500 กราฟ แนะนำขั้นตอนการทำและผลลัพธ์ที่จะได้รับหลังทำหลังจากกลับคลินิกก็ใช้เวลาคิดอยู่นานพอสมควรว่าจะทำดีไหม แต่ก็ตัดสิ้นใจทำ แต่ covid – 19 เข้ามาก่อนจึงทำให้เลื่อนการทำไปประมาณ 4 เดือน วันที่ 3 กรกฎาคม 63 ได้นัดทางคลินิกเพื่อทำการปลูกผม ก่อนทำรู้สึกประหม่ามากนอนไม่ค่อยหลับ ตื่นเต้นมากเพราะเป็นการศัลยกรรมครั้งแรกหลักจากวัดกราฟท์ครั้งที่แล้ววัดครั้งล่าสุดกราฟท์เพิ่มเป็น 1700 หลังจากเข้าห้องผ่าตัด กราฟท์ที่ทำจริงๆ เพิ่มเป็น 2000 กราฟเพิ่มขึ้นมา 500 กราฟท์ คุณหมอทำให้แน่นมาก รู้สึกอุ่นใจขึ้นไปอีก เหตุผลหลัก ๆ ที่ตัดสิ้นใจเข้ามา hairtran clinic คือ1. ทางคลินิกรับประกันหลังทำไปแล้ว ถ้าผมไม่ขึ้นปลูกใหม่โดยไม่เสียค่าใช่จ่าย2. รู้สึกประทับใจตั้งแต่ครังแรกเลยตอนที่เข้าไปปรึกษาคุณหมอ ทั้งด้านการบริการ และ คุณหมอใจดีมากครับขอขอบคุณคุณหมอและคุณพยาบาลครับที่ดูแลตลอดจนการผ่าตัดเสร็จสิ้น สำหรับผลลัพธ์ก็ต้องรอดูครับใครที่กำลังมองหาคลินิกปลูกผมอยู่ผมแนะนำลองเข้าไปปรึกษาคุณหมอแพตตี้ดูครับคุณหมอให้คำแนะนำดีมากก

I got hair trasplant done at Hairtran clinic on 17 December 2019. Before the surgery day, I admitted that I was really nervous and scared because it was the first cosmetic surgery in my mid-40s but it turned out it was the best decision I've made ever!Let's start with the location and the place itself. Its location is very easy to access both by BTS skytrain ( It's directly connected with Ekkamai station) and by car. As I drove there, I found that the car park was so convenient and rather private ( which I liked best, I would't suppose to see lots of people after the surgery, would I ^_^). I could easily find the parking space and go directly to the elevator which took me to the clinic in a few steps. The clinic was nice and clean as I expected and most importantly very private. I was the only customer that day and that made me feel more comfortable. There were a restroom and a private rest area for me including lockers, delicious meals and even drinks! I quite liked the meal they served (chicken fried rice).For staff, as I said that I was scared at first because I had''t got any cosmetic surgeries done before and I hadn't even met the doctor yet. I had just texted her and talked to her on the phone once. Even though Dr. Patty had given me enough information to help me make decision to put deposit on the surgery but I was not so sure until I met her in person on the operation day. She was totally different from the surgeon in my imagination. She was more like a pediatrician who was so good at explaining and calming the patients down. She explained everything that I concerned all over again and told me exactly what's gonna happen next step by step and how long it would take. That really calmed me down and I was so confident with my decision. Dr. Patty was not only good at explaining but she was also an experienced artist. She drew my new hairline and adjusted it until it looked nice on me and I was satisfied. Dr. Patty and her OR team were also professional and quick. They really knew what needed to be done and they did it so neatly. Even after long-opertion hours, they were very friendly and considerate to me till the end. The other staff members in the front office were also very helplful. They even booked a nearby hotel for me because they were worried that it might not be safe if I drove back home by myself. I am so thankful and really appriciate their hospitality.For the results : It's been about 4 months so far and as you guys can see in the pictures that some of the transplant hair has grown quite well. Infact, it is much more than I expected. I expected about 10-15% of transplant hair to grow at this period but it seems to grow much more than that ^_^. I am so happy with the results right now and many of my friends and relatives start to admire my now appearance. I can't wait to see the final result after a year and I promise to myself not to forget to take finasteride and minoxidil regularly.For the price : Great value and quite affordable!I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for hair transplant surgery.

When I came for the surgery everything was prepared and the doctor arrived already late what delayed the start of my surgery. I was not in a rush but been told it takes a long time and I was aiming for the best result of course. Before the surgery, I was told to take antibiotics, a sleeping pill and pain killer. I never took sleeping pills and denied it, but was told to do it. This was not mentioned in the consultation before. The surgery started and I had 2 people sitting on my head to inject the local anaesthetic. While one person did it that I did not feel anything of it, the other did it that I felt a lot of pain, it was obviously not necessary. The harvesting started and was done by the nurses as it is an easy task. I asked how many we got and got the answer 2700 (I think 2731 to be exact). I asked to please harvest more as I got time, want to do the procedure ones and want the best result. The doctor then said that we take the risk of "shock loss". In the consultation before she told me about this, hair can fall out over a huge area and takes time to grow again. I told her in the consultation that I do not mind this as I will stay bold after the surgery till my hair fully grows. So far so good. Now came the part of implanting the grafts. Through the sleeping pill, I often fall asleep and I had my eyes always covered with a patch by the nurses. I heard the door often and knew people were going in and out. I know everybody needs to go to the toilet, drink, eat, etc. And I was sure the doctor was not there all the time. Anyhow, I got the feeling she was not even there 50% of the implanting process. When I asked to please go to the toilet, they told me to wait a bit. A person went out and got the doctor. She came in and told me I can go now. Why do they need to hide that she was not in the surgery room? I disliked this behaviour of hiding this a lot. After the surgery was done I saw a board standing there with numbers that could fit my surgery. On top, it looked like it was planned for 2900 grafts, even agreed on 3000. All was written in Thai and this is assumptions, I think I got a maximum of 2700-2800 grafts. I later on contacted the Kevalee as I found I was treated unfairly and got a mail of the doctor. She said that totally 2899 healthy grafts were placed and she put even 180 unhealthy ones more, which she did not count as they might fall out. The 2899 fit the stated goal of 2900 on the board, even agreed on 3000 and I am not sure if the unhealthy ones are just an excuse. Now 2 month the result can not be seen yet and I will adjust this rating later on based on the result to either 3 or 1 star depending on the result. What I totally disliked was the non-transparency line while the surgery and missing parts in the consultation, e.g. that your surgery area will be numb for up to 6 months and so on. The most negative things were not mentioned. Transparency could be very easy, just showing the number of harvested grafts on the counting machine and telling when the doctor is around or not and what is planned (2900 grafts). I know many things are assumptions and it is not good to rate on this base, but it is a result of the non-transparency, which I found the biggest problem.

Amazing place. They know what are they doing and willing to go extra mile in a friendly and relaxing way. Not only in service expert and fast, price is fair. Furthermore, they take time and educate you. Highly recommend this place!

If you’re looking for the best solution to your baldness, I highly recommend you to undergo the hair-transplant at Hairtran Clinic. I accompanied my brother just a week ago to do the hair transplant by Doctor Pukpinya , we are far away from Indonesia flying to Bangkok (It’s our first time to visit Bangkok) just for the appointment. We sure were worried at first but after undergoing the treatment it turned out to be like what we expected, even better.Several things we really love about their service:1. Even tough my brother is an International patient, It was not difficult at all in terms of communication. Their representative was very communicative and fluent in english, also very polite and kind. The response was fast, they answered to our questions right away. All the information were delivered very clearly and not confusing at all. especially, about the preparation before the operation. 2. The doctor, Pukpinya Jangjetriew, M.D, is hospitable and kind, she made my brother felt less worried before the operation. She was very educative, she explained about what causes baldness, how hair-transplant is going to be done, how to maintain & nurture the hair growth right after and made sure we really understand the information. Plus, she is very funny and friendly.3. The price is super affordable, I can assure that you won’t get any less cheaper price for a hair transplant with super great service in Bangkok except here in Hairtran Clinic.4. The location of the clinic was also strategic, very near to Ekkamai BTS Station.We are now waiting for the full result in the next 6 months and my brother is coming back for the 2nd session in June 2019! We really can’t wait.
