My wife and I had two implants completed at Helvetic in 2019. We had to visit a number of time for the treatment, which was much less painful that we expected. This clinic operates on large scale, with patients from all over Europe. We have had no problems with our implants and we have just had a check up which confirmed that all was well. We also took the opportunity to get our teeth cleaned, a very thorough and professional job.

The dentists and hygienists here are super experienced and empathetic. They try to make me as comfortable as possible, from accommodating my locking jaw to both avoiding or providing anaesthetic when appropriate instead of doing a one-size fits all treatment. They have all specialists and modern technology under one roof, provide a detailed treatment plan and medication after procedures, and the customer service is also excellent. For visitors from abroad, the clinic is located inside a hotel which is convenient to stay in. The multiple coordinators who arrange your appointments, answer questions, explain your treatment etc. are also really helpful.

If you have any dental issues, I highly recommend Helvetic Clinic. They offer top-notch quality services. During my holiday, I popped in to see if they could fit me in for a cleaning, and they had an opening the next morning. For just €45, I received a panoramic X-ray and teeth cleaning for €70, saving me almost $800 compared to prices in the US.Two years ago, I came to Helvetic Clinic for several dental implants, crowns, and capping my front teeth. Excellent service and top quality dentist clinic in Budapest. Highly recommend. We came here for the second time and received an exceptional service and top quality implants. Booking and communication process was easy, professional and smooth. Meet and greet at the airport made it easy and quick to get to the hotel. We where provided one night free accommodation at the clinic with 4 star hotel room and excellent breakfast. The treatment was smooth and of a highest quality. Clinic staff is professional and very friendly and helpful. We will certainly come back on a regular basis for a regular check ups at the clinic. Now this is our favourite dentist. Aniko, one if the clinic's staff was looking after us and she is so good, very helpful and always goes out of her way to help! Well done and many thanks to the clinic's staff! Great clinic! I had a complicated molar extraction, and everything went perfectly! The doctor was very kind, explained all the steps we would go through, and performed his job professionally. After the procedure, two additional visits were scheduled to monitor the healing process and remove the stitches.The receptionists are very responsive! I can’t speak highly enough about the Helvetic Clinic. From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave, you are cared for in a very professional way. I had two implants fitted in November 2023, yesterday I had the teeth attached - I couldn’t be more pleased with the result. I have had two more implants , so I will return in 5 months time to have new teeth fitted. By the way Budapest is a wonderful city, so take a holiday and have your implants done at the same time.

I have done a large amount of research before coming to Helvetic Clinics Budapest however being here doesn’t compare at all with what you’ll expect.I am on a journey to restore my whole mouth so I am in need of several implants , feelings , scans , root canals , a lot of work basically , half of the work is already done and I can confirm that all the 5 stars reviews are true because everybody that works at this clinic will always take the time to make you feel comfortable even tho you are at “THE DENTIST”It’s the small details that they are taking care of that makes this clinic special.Dental phobia it’s a major player for a lot of people , yet here I have always spoke to my lead doctor A. Kunszt , which is an absolute hero for me , like a friend not like a dentist.Somehow she and all the people that worked to make me smile again managed to make me feel good about coming to “THE DENTIST” not terrified.You always get these cool sunglasses when they work and one day I forgot my own glasses there , Erwin phoned me in like 2 minutes after I got out of the clinic to return them.A very important mention it’s that they are always correct when it comes to money , even tho a procedure might lead to another you are paying for what has been done not for what was supposed to be done , their well thought sistem showing you everything you need to know.Everyone is very polite and respectful in addition they make the effort to speak multiple languages so you’d feel welcome even tho you don’t speak Hungarian or English.Things like these makes someone wanna come back or start a dental plan with them.Also Budapest has a lot to offer , great food , the city itself it’s very nice , plenty of activities , amazing nightlife , which for me at least made the experience even better.Overall I just want to say that if you decide to come here , this might be the best decision regarding your dental and travel plans.

My experience with Helvetic clinic was very positive and professional from the initial contact to the consultation and through to the treatment.The reception staff were very welcoming , friendly and informative. The dental technicians were very good and reassuring that they could perform a good outcome for my dental requirements. They put me at ease and filled me with confidence from the very outset. Also a mention for the transport team who collected me and returned me to the airport. All in all it has been a very pleasant and positive experience for me.

I cannot recommend this practice enough. They include airport transfers when you book a treatment/procedure and they are so kind and friendly. Nora who is on reception is one of the loveliest people I have met, who is always so helpful. My recent appointment was for a hygienist clean with Orsolya. I have very sensitive gums and she made sure throughout the whole appointment that I was comfortable and to cause me as little pain as possible. As well as giving great advice for aftercare and what would work best for me.I have been coming here from London for years. This is always my first option over London as the work they carry out is far superior than back home. I don't enjoy going to the dentist but Helvetic Clinics and their amazing staff make it a great experience every time.

I travelled from Canada to Hungary to visit my family in December. My father always told me growing up that Hungary had the best dental clinics. He was so right! At first I was nervous, but the service at Helvetic Clinic was incredible! I was always escorted by an English speaking attendant who explained the best treatments for me, and the dentist spoke perfect English too. Dr. Vilnus was patient, gentle, and did an excellent job filling my cavities. My smile looks great! I was very happy with the service I received here. I highly recommend! 🙂

Truly delighted to have found the Helvetic Clinic in Budapest. My wife and myself have come here on a couple of occasions and can only sing the highest praises for this wonderful , centrally located clinic and hotel. Prior to coming here I was fairly nervous as I had very poor dental experiences in the U.K.and I knew I would need extensive treatment. I was very quickly put at ease by the very professional doctors and staff who gently outlined what procedures I would need after my first consultation.My treatment of several extractions, root canal work and implants was performed with such competence and overall care for my general comfort that I cannot speak highly enough of this clinic . I’ve been at Helvetic Clinics in January 2024 and everything was great: The staff are all very welcoming and friendly. The doctors explained everything clearly and it felt very honest. There is a host assigned to every patient and he explained the treatment plan and showed the cost before I was agreeing to it. They charged half the price only for my dental cleaning, because my teeth were quite clean already. Also that was very honest and much appreciated. Free pickup from airport and drop-off at the end of the stay. One free night hotel accommodation. I will definitely come back when I need another treatment.

Just had 3 wonderful days with the staff of Helvetic clinic in Budapest. Despite having 3 tooth extraction in one go with Dr Bendes and his staff, I found the whole experience delightful with the professionalism of the entire staff, including the front desk staff, and not forgetting the personal touch from Kasper, who dealt with both my logistics travel plan from London and handled my hotel booking. Kasper deserves the “Best employee of the Month Award”. I would most definitely recommend this clinic to anyone from the UK looking for a good professional dentist.

Traveling through Budapest and was curious on completing a crown that I had postponed due to insurance coverage. Helvetic provided professional service like everyone said in reviews. No pressure at all to proceed with service but they provided an in depth, free, consultation on my needed procedure. Looking at my dentist quote earlier in the year, Helvetic was 50% the price of my dentist in USA. I only passed on completing here due to travel plans.I did complete a cleaning here and that procedure was on par with professional service I’ve have had in the past. The price was same as Portugal and way cheaper then in USA.Clinic is exceptionally clean and professional. I would and do recommend them. Plan your schedule accordingly!

I have just had some treatment done at Helvetic over the past couple of days & i am over the moon with the whole service provided. I originally wanted composite bonding done on my top & bottom teeth & the dentist who dealt with me advised me honestly & said if she was in my position she would not have bothered getting it done as my teeth were healthy from an aesthetic point of view - i feel like any other dentists may have just taken my money & let me under-go the treatment regardless. This saved me a substantial amount of money on the end!! Not only that but even during my time here in Budapest they managed to squeeze in a couple of different treatments i required in such a short space of time. I got my front teeth touched up as well as some fillings and i can honestly say i am over the moon with them!! I would not hesitate to come back here for any future check-ups or treatments. Came for a wisdom tooth extraction (2 actually) as well as a filling for a carie and a hygienist session and was very well received.The team are professional, very kind and always smiling and make you feel safe.My two wisdom teeth were extracted in less than 15min and the holes did not hurt me even a couple of hours later!All in all I highly recommend this clinic for any kind of dental work; with prices so low, it's worth a small escapade in Hungary 🇭🇺!

I was in Budapest looking for a small dental job to be done and found Helvetic Clinics by looking at reviews and I couldn't have been happier. The structure is very serious and the staff qualified.They offered me a way lower price than I would get home, yet the service was excellent and didn't lack in anything. If you don't speak Hungarian they offer someone to stand by you during the visit, so that you know what they are going to do and understand what the problem might be and the solution offered. The waiting times are not long and communication is great, very recommended

The experienced staff are extremely professional, competent and efficient from the dentists to the drivers -- all very welcoming.Customer service is second to none. On arrival at Budapest you are collected by a dedicated Helvetic Clinic driver. At the clinic your mouth is scanned followed by a detailed treatment, discussed with you in clear detail with costings and options. Thankfully there is no hard sell. There is no language barrier. On a personal level the actual treatment is of the highest standard with great communication and very good pain management.As the clinic is in central Budapest, all sightseeing can be done on foot or by public transport that is widely available and very good. Budapest is fabulous city to visit, great palaces, museums, art galleries and a fascinating history. Lots of Hungarians speak English and are only too willing to help.

Been over three times. Had a tooth removed, implant followed by a crown. I probably needed more work done but there was no hard sell at all. Just gave me what I wanted. Very clean, very friendly, good communication, everything is sorted from the day you arrive. Picked up at the airport with the option of staying at the hotel which is the same building as the dentist. It's pretty hassle free. I had a great experience and Budapest is a great city to spend time in between appointments

I Flew in from Scotland, UK and I was picked up by the HELVETIC clinics driver. He took me to the hotel for one free nights stay. The room was lovely, clean and comfortable. My consultation was at 8am the next morning. Breakfast was served from 7am and it was delicious! Thank you!My consultation was with a lovely gentleman and I do not remember his name! Dark hair & Glasses.I received a panoramic Xray first. The Dr was very knowledgeable and gentle with my gums which my dentist in the UK is not!I appreciated that as it makes me feel uncomfortable. I was given time to explain what work I would like on my mouth.I was then given several quote options of various prices. I was sat down with Ervin who was so lovely and there was no pressure at all! No sales pitch, nothing! Being a sales person myself (in the recent past) I was waiting for it! But nothing! I already felt at ease! So I decided to go ahead and get some treatment done the following day.I had periodontal cleaning and deep clean treatment on a singular tooth. I couldn't receive the other treatments on this visit as they require more time. So I have decided to return early next year.The lady who performed my deep clean was amazing, she worked alone and regularly asked if I was okay. The clean was so thorough and really what I needed!! I have been asking my dentist for years to clean the tooth stains etc, the UK DENTISTS are a rip off! Truth!!The lovely gentleman who performed my singular tooth clean was so gentle, Dr Nemeth Balint. He was also very thorough in his explanation and was showing true concern for the treatment.This really displayed the empathy and concern the Doctors have for their patients here. I didn't feel like it was about money. It was about dentistry and the welfare of its clientele, I thought this was so refreshing in today's world.The ladies at the front desk are always smiling, happy to be at work. All in all, so much more than what I anticipated!I came to Budapest to try this, never have done it before and put my trust in it. My husband and I have just returned to our home in the UK from our first visit to Helvetic Clinics in Budapest and we wanted to let other potential clients know how impressed we were with their professionalism, competence and friendliness. The dentistry professionals are excellent but so are the support staff, with a special thank you to Bettina and Tamas. The logistics are very well managed, from the airport pick-up to the hotel room booking to the initial free consultation to the appointment bookings, and we were very pleased with all the treatments we received including implants, root canal, fillings and teeth whitening. We are returning in May to complete the treatment plan we agreed and even with the cost of flights from London we will save a significant amount compared to UK treatment costs. We highly recommend Helvetic Clinics.

I had my first visit to Budapest to see Helvetic Clinics this week. From the moment I stepped arrived I knew I had made the right choice. The highest standard of care I have ever received, the service they offer is fantastic from start to finish. Thank you Cintia and the whole team. Helvetic clinics have been wonderful to me. Everyone has been friendly and efficient. The reception staff, the housekeepers, the clinic receptionists all speak so many languages perfectly and deliver brilliant service. The people who accompanied me to my appointments and explained procedures were a great source of comfort. My first visit was in feb 2023 where with Dr Berkei a plan was made for the dental work that I needed. I returned in march very nervous for the first stage of my implants to be fitted. The whole team from the dental team and the reception staff were amazing. I return six months later for my impressions to be made. Dr Kiss and the dental nurse were amazing. Returning two weeks later and my bridges and caps wee ready to be fitted.I really can not rate highly enough every member of the Helvetic team for their professionalism and friendlinessThank you Helvetic dentistry for my new smile

I had three visits to Helvetic clinic and each time I had an excellent experience. I had spent a long time deciding on where to go for the dental implants I needed. Helvetic made the process of booking my first appointment and choosing where to stay very seamless. During each visit I was collected and dropped to the airport. My appointments were well organised and I found all members of the team to be welcoming and extremely knowledge about the treatments and aftercare. I had my final appointment in June and am delighted with the results. I cannot recommend Helvetic enough!

Best experience at the dentist I've ever had. I never thought a root canal could be a relaxing and pleasant procedure. Also, the equipment they use seems high end and current. Would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for top-of-the-line dental care.

Communication and professionalism: I think those may be the business guidelines of Helvetic. Everyone (really, from the reception through the "coordinators" to the doctors) is extremely attentive and responsive, they answered all questions on the level it has been asked (simple or complex, as I wanted), they kept me informed all the time at what stage I am, what will happen and when. First time I haven't got a formal appointment so I had to wait more than 5 minutes. 🙂 Next time I came early and the waiting was about 2 minutes; obviously in peak times it'll be longer but they were extremely fast and efficient. The service quality was also excellent, fast, helpful and friendly all the time. There was no pain (and I'm scared shtless from dentists, so that's something).They probably speak most of the major languages, it's no accident that they are in the base floor of a large hotel.Also their prices (compared to other dental services) are fair and also well communicated.Be prepared that there is no street car parking space within a few kilometers radius so you should target one of the parking garages (double-triple price but there are multiple ones nearby), having someone to drop you or use public transport, metro (u-ground) is only a few minutes of walk.Overall they are recommended for both regular control or emergency.

All the Assistants, Coordinators and Doctors are extremely professionals and they reached the highest level of expectations! Not only the environment is amazing and very well equipped but all the services from booking an appointment through under going the treatments until the last checkups are just extremely well organized.Dr. Bárka Csanád is very professional, I highly recommend him! The service I have received today was tremendous, I have no words to express.The staff is great, they remind you for your upcoming appointments and it shows that they care about their patients rather than making profits. I was served by hygienist today , she was really really great. In most of the dental clinic, dentists rush and do their job quickly without knowing that they are doing right or wrong. But I must say the hygienist took her time with my teeth, she was not rushing at all for her next appointment. Thank you Helvetic clinic staff for your great service.

I came to this clinic from the USA because I don’t have health insurance there and I couldn’t afford treatment for a root canal, cleaning, and crown. I was very nervous to leave the comfort of my home country and put my dental care in the hands of someone so far away not to mention my fear of the dentist chair. I have to say that my expectations were totally exceeded at this clinic. The staff was so professional and offered excellent communication from the time of my inquiry to arriving in country to the care and even after care was complete. The whole staff who helped me spoke English fluently and were very kind. The dentist even offered me a candy bar when I mentioned I hadn’t had breakfast because she was concerned I wouldn’t be able to eat for several hours.At my consultation everything was explained to me in detail and since I had been to the dentist in America soon before my visit I can report that I was not offered care beyond what was necessary to bring my health to normal. Their conclusions were the exact same as my dentist isn’t eh states. The prices reported online were exactly the prices that I was quoted at consultation and exactly the price I paid. There were no extras or hidden fees. There weren’t even extra taxes. The staff listened to me and did everything they could to make sure that I was comfortable and taken care of.The offices are very clean and they have such a large support staff to take care of every detail of care. I really enjoyed my experience at the dentist for the first time and would recommend this clinic to anyone. It was such a bonus that Budapest is a beautiful city to visit as well. They even picked me up from the airport and dropped me off when it was time to fly home.If you are having extensive work done, staying in the hotel at the clinic is very convenient and perfect for relaxation and recuperation. I must say that I was quite skeptical of flying from Switzerland to have a my dental work done with an unknown dental establishment so far from home. HOWEVER my experience with Helvetic Clinic would surpass ALL of my expectations in every way! From the friendly and very professional service , to the kind and helpful staff, to the absolute professionalism from the doctors performing my procedures. Everything was First Class and couldn't be better! I am more than satisfied by the timely treatments I received all at a very reasonable price. The hotel stay was also just as impressive, the staff were friendly and helpful, especially Milan who went out of his way to help us find our way around Budapest. If you were like me, not sure if you should make the trip for a dental holiday... I can only say, DO IT NOW at Helvetic Clinics in Budapest!

Top-notch dentist in Budapest. The best I’ve ever been to. I am from the UK and decided to give them a try, based on online reviews - their service, hospitality and professionalism was even more than I expected. I arrived asking for them to replace 3-4 crowns and they suggested only doing one, better to keep the ones I have as they are just fine. No upselling, no ulterior motives, no focus on purely profit. They care, and it shows. They do a remarkable job, and it shows. High quality people and dentistry. Highly recommended. 5 stars all the way. Thank you!!

I am home about 3 months now after finishing a major treatment plan over 2/3 years. I can unreservedly recommend Helvetic Clinics to anyone who may be considering restorative dental work in Hungary. There were highs and lows over the treatments with some complications, but throughout, all the staff in Helvetic were very caring and professional.I was very comforted by regularly seeing the one main dentist Dr Gyorgy every time I visited. A special shout out Nora on Reception also who is very helpful. All the staff are to be commended and are what makes Helvetic stand out. They may not be the cheapest in Budapest, but you pay for what you get and the quality in second to none.

Great experience here. Dentist was very professional have me advice about where to go next with the teeth even when it didn't benifit the clinic. They were more focused on the patients treatment than the money.The rep I had was Stephen and he was really wonderful, very helpful and very easy to approach gave me different options on treatment plan which would be best for me. When I said I didn't want a treatment he didn't try and sell the package he didn't pursue the sell which I really liked about Stephen didn't feel pressured into anything.Great service all round. Pricing was a lot cheaper than originally thought as well.

Had an excellent experience the dentist was kind and gentle...everything was done to an excellent standard!!! All observe the best infection control methods. Everyone was helpful whilst I was in England ensuring everything was done promptly. I travel alone due to the pandemic but was well supported and well cared for at the clinic. I have been in the treatment for 3 years now, which I successfully completed last week with a major renovation of my teeth. A lot was done for me, from dental hygiene, tooth repairs, multiple deep cleanings, jaw bone augmentation, implants with crowns, bridges and inlay. This was the best and most pleasant dentist / dental clinic experience I have ever had to date. The entire team starting with the back office, the reception, the doctors, the dental assistants and the respective supervisors is really at the very best TOP level. I can only recommend Helvectic if you have problems with your teeth, you will get the right help here.

Très bonne expérience, je suis venue pour faire faire deux prothèses, puis selon les examens (radio 3D), il serait possible d’installer des implants, cela fera l’objet d’une prochaine venue , je suis très contente du service , le personnel est au top de la gentillesse ,très bon accueil chaleureux d’Agnes , tout le monde parle français, et en cette période de crises sanitaire tout est bien mis en place pour la protection de chacun .

Je suis absolument ravie du résultat. J'ai hésité avant de venir car comme tout le monde, j'avais lu les avis positifs mais aussi les quelques négatifs. J'avais des dents en bon état il y a 2 ans mais, suite à la prise de médicaments (alendronate), elles ont cassé l'une après l'autre. Franchement, cela vaut vraiment la peine, par rapport à chez nous en Belgique, vous gagnez minimum 30%. La dentiste ainsi que tout le personnel sont d'un professionnalisme et d'une gentillesse hors pair. Je recommande la clinique les yeux fermés !

Really friendly and efficient, competitive price. The staff were all wonderful. The location is great, right in the heart of the wonderful city of Budapest. I have no plans to knock any other teeth out but if I do I'll be happy to come back.Careful about hotel bookings, by default they will book you into the attached 'Revally' hotel, which is nice, but there are cheaper options nearby.

Très satisfaite des soins dentaires reçus par un personnel très professionnel et attentif, malgré le fait qu' au bout de quelques mois, deux inlay ce sont cassés ! Etant sous garantie, la Clinique a entièrement pris en charge le prix de l'avion, de l'hôtel et de la réparation de ces deux inlay. Mon mari, qui avait des traitements plus lourds, est enchanté des résultats obtenus et de la prise en charge globale de ses traitements ! Il a vraiment eu le sentiment d'avoir enfin trouvé le dentiste efficace et compétent pour ses problèmes dentaires. Dès lors, il n'a plus de douleurs dentaires : bravo à tout le personnel de la clinique !

I got some treatment here awhile back. Wasn't overly impressed, although it is a nice facility, clean & fairly professional. They offer one night's stay at attached hotel (the dental clinic is literally in the lobby of the hotel) & airport pick-up etc. Its worth pointing out these are "business dentists". I did already know this by the fact they cater to the dental tourism market. It was clear from the first appt that they are more interested in selling you every treatment under the sun. But, if you ask questions on what is best for you from a health angle don't expect anything other than a sell of further treatments whether they are needed currently or not. Worthy to note, those discussions won't be with the dentist but, the sales rep who acts as a "go between" between patient & dentist & a few times this sales rep seemed to have no idea what he was talking about, which wasn't too reassuring. But, I also wasn't too impressed with the dentist either. I gave them 2 stars for completing the treatment I needed at the moment but, I cancelled further scheduled appts & I refused the rest of their proposed plan because its absolutely not a clinic I'd go back to. You can find a much better dental experience & treatment in Budapest if you do a bit of research.

Unfortunately, my last visit to the dental clinic was highly unpleasant due to interactions with an assistant named Stefan. Despite informing him in advance that we were in a hurry, Stefan wasted our time: it took him 30 minutes to prepare the procedure agreement for signing, and he included services in the bill that we had not discussed. Moreover, his behavior was highly unprofessional—he started being rude and yelling at us, which forced us to leave the clinic. Such a level of service is unacceptable.I want to note that the other staff members made a good impression. The receptionists were very friendly, and the doctor conducted a thorough consultation and was polite. However, Stefan’s conduct completely spoiled our overall experience. Regrettably, one employee can so negatively impact the overall impression of a clinic.

BIG Scam!!!This place is a big scam, please stay away if you care about your teeth! So, all started with me finding them online and trusting their good reviews. I contacted them via email as I had inflammation in one of my teeth. The communication via email was very clear and they have suggested that I should visit their clinic ASAP and they will assure me the best treatment once I am there. Immediately I travelled from London to Budapest and once I arrived there I visited a doctor. My visit took maximum 2 minutes and doctor said I need to extract the tooth but he needs to confirm that with an oral surgeon. They told us to wait, we waited for 2 hours, then a random lady (neither a doctor nor even a nurse) came to me with a dental plan for over 9000 euros and saying I have to extract 5 teeth and do a few other fillings / crowns. Honestly guys are you kidding me!!! I was so pissed to see that even after waiting for 2 hours, the doctor does not even bother to discuss the treatment plan with patients and they send a random person who does have a good knowledge of dentistry and not even able to speak average English!Obviously, I did not let them tool me, be careful as they are trained professionally to convince you to spend so much money there. And everything is super expensive, like a CT scan is 80 euros but I had it done in another clinic for 50. At the end, I visited another clinic in Budapest and I had extracted only my problematic tooth and none of those treatments were necessary.

Worst decision I ever made was to have an implant placed at this clinic. While the cost was relatively lower than in the UK, this clinic seems unethical and its work substandard. Most of their reviews are likely fake, as evidenced by the one-sided nature of the reviewer profiles. Their accounts only seem to have reviewed this clinic.Regarding my experience, they took a CT scan for me and it was clear that I needed bone grafting followed by implant placement. However, likely due to the higher cost of implants, they instead placed an implant in a poor position, the palatal aspect of thin bone. The attached pictures clearly show the implant's misplaced location.Back in the UK, the temporary tooth placed on the implant looked unusual and my bite was off due to the implant's position relative to my lower teeth. The attached pictures illustrate this. Six dentists in the UK have advised removal for a good outcome, followed by bone grafting and a correctly positioned implant which this clinic should've done in the first place, had they had any ethics.I am now discussing legal action with a Budapest solicitor due to this clinic's unethical practices. Please be cautious and avoid this dental practice to prevent a similar scam.
