Imelda Hospital was founded in 1933 as a sanatorium and became a general hospital in 1961. It is a medium-sized regional hospital located in Bonheiden. I went there for a MIR,I didn’t feel well after the scan, by the way nobody was present and nobody came to tell me to leave. I calked a nurse, silence, after 10min a lady came and I told her I’m not feeling good. She said go to the restaurant and drink water. Without any assistance I left. I go never back. This isn’t a hospital , it’s a private money pit.
At 9pm was asked about a letter from the family doctor! We said this was an emergency case! Asked about the nationality of our kid (it is in in the ID card!). The receptionist was very impolite and rude. Took us three hour to get the work done. Sure we will never approach this hospital! A pure example of suburban mentality in Belgium!
Une catastrophe jamais vu cela il y avait en tout 3 personnes aux urgences plus de 4h d'attente pourtant aucune prise en charge sérieuse des internes incompétents un SCandale je me suis baladée en toute liberté dans un.lieu ou les portes étaient ouvertes aucune surveillance...j aurais pu piller le service
Op spoed geweest 3 uur moeten wachten en nog steeds niet geholpen. Mensen met voetpijn werden voor ons geholpen. Mijn broer zat met steentjes in zijn knie was niet erg genoeg. Ze zouden beter ook een beetje in volgorde werken ipv op ernst. In het verleden ook al slechte ervaringen mee gehad. Ik raad dit ziekenhuis niet aan, ga nog liever naar Mechelen!
Op spoed toekomen om 16u het is nu 22.30u. Als mijn dochter nog geen Corona had heeft ze het nu wel van hier te wachten. Terwijl het personeel rustig pizza eet en zeggen dat ze het ook niet weten...
In 2010 onvergetelijke stage gehad bij technische dienst, dat mij nog steeds bijgebleven is, allemaal top mensen, hier is de service goed, time flies!Ze kunnen hier precies iets van komen leren, aan de andere reacties te zien.
Procedure planned on this day at 3 o'clock, already waiting for 3 hours in the waiting room. When finally ready to go, waiting for 20 minutes in operation clothes and got sent back in waiting room because something came up.They told they would call if we would have to come later for the procedure and I didn't receive anything so I come at 3 like planned and learn that I might have to wait until 6 because the appointment is planned on "reserve".I sit here with my wife and a baby of 4 month that needs to sleep, that needs his bed.This is not how you treat people, I'm fed up and won't come here ever again.
Si vous avez une urgence, evitez d’y aller car ils montrent clairement qu’on les derange le soir!!! Dégouté.. surtout le medecin!! Je suis resté calme car mon fils de 3 ans était malade mais le medecin n’avait aucun respect!! Agressive et n’a pas voulu trop aidé et n’a prescrit aucun medicament pour soulager la douleur de mon fils.. Je suis patient, je dois etre bilingue mais un medecin ne veut pas parler francais.. On a l’impression d’avoir été aux urgences au Pays Bas en plus.. Je connais pas son nom au medecin mais si je la croise encore, je pense que c’est moi qui va etre agressive cette fois-ci..
