ISO 9001:2008 accreditation Egg donation is the process by which a woman donates eggs for assisted reproduction or biomedical research purposes. These eggs are inseminated with the sperm of the recipient’s or sperm donor’s partner. The resulting embryos are transferred to the recipient woman’s uterus in order to achieve a pregnancy.

We were absolutely amazed by the level of care we have received at IGIN. Having had contact with other clinics in the UK in the past, where we always felt treated awfully and disrespectfully, we couldn't believe how warm and incredibly professional everyone was at IGIN. They really care, all the way through. Their communication is impeccable, and they really know everything they are doing. It is such a stressful journey, being looked after by people who cares and respect you makes such a huge difference. We highly, highly recommend IGIN. I’ve only great things to say about igin, we fulfilled our dream of having a baby thanks to them. They were always very supportive, available and ready to address any doubt or question we had. The clinic is super clean and beautiful, the staff is very friendly and they speak multiple languages. We’ll be going back there for our second baby for sure as it was such a great experience for us.

Igin doctors are very thorough and identified a couple of medical issues that our previous clinics had completely missed.Our coordinator, Silvia, was very efficient and always prompt with responding to messages and requests. She was also lovely in person and was there for our every need.Our little girl is due in December!

We decided to invest our savings in expanding the family since we couldn't do it the traditional way and we wanted to be in the best hands. After much information we decided to go for igin. It is the best clinic where you can put your trust in seeing the greatest desire of your life come true. All the staff are scrupulous, attentive, precise and sensitive. You are followed along the path both emotionally and physically step by step, never feeling alone and with personalized protocols leaving no room for gaps. I love what I experienced with them. They made the route special and less burdensome. Now we hug our little baby and are happy to say that there is no place or clinic where I would have wanted to start this dream. I only have words of gratitude. The process of getting pregnant, for the majority of cases that we go to these centers, is not easy. That is why the human and professional treatment during the process is appreciated. We have nothing good to say about this clinic.We had an operation pending for two months (which is already a long time in these cases)10 days after the operation they cancel it and postpone it to another month. Without further explanation, with my requested leave, my husband had asked for time off from work, we had canceled a vacation….This is something very hard. And in this clinic empathy is conspicuous by its absence.The girl who answered me on the phone should not work in something like this, her education, respect and empathy were zero! I wish he had given me his name, because I would have put a complaint form on him!We have not been to IVI and without a doubt what a big mistake they trust in Igin instead of Ivi from the first moment.I went on Monday, and in a week I have surgery and soon our treatment will finally begin.I can only say that the colleagues at Santander were polite and empathetic. But if you doubt where to go to start a serious treatment... it's not here.

If you are an non-Spainish patient seeking care, stay away and find another clinic. Its nearly impossible to speak or communicate with the Dr. You will find no email address of any Dr., on the website and the person assigned to us (Silvia Ruiz) was totally clueless and stubborn in not wanting to help. The process was not explained with any degree of clarity and the only person who we could email with would take days to reply back simple answers. While if you are local and can speak to them easily, it may be a good clinic, this review is specifically as a foreigner in Britian. If the Doctors were serious in our business they could open channels of communication rather than make is so difficult to understand basic process. We chose a different clinic after wasting out time and money at iGin.

Hello everyone, we are Anna and Marco.We met Igin last year after several searches and video calls with many Spanish clinics. After our first meeting via Skype, we immediately felt that it was the staff we wanted to rely on.Professionals, empathic, attentive, smiling and very scrupulous and precise in every explanation.Our journey began full of fears because we already came from an unsuccessful experience here in Italy.They took us by the hand and guided us step by step, always present, until our stay in Bilbao.The city and the clinic have amazed us day after day, despite the fact that it is not easy to experience certain moments of expectations and uncertainties.On the day of the transfer the doctor caressed me and gave me the ultrasound, saying these words to me "Here is your First ultrasound!"I never imagined having a wonderful baby in my arms 9 months later.We don't know how to thank them .. Nous avons été accompagnées, conseillées et soutenues avec un professionnalisme et une bienveillance qui mériteraient bien plus que 5⭐. Notre projet de fonder notre famille était un rêve, mais avec les difficultés et les embûches d'un tel parcours, nous avions commencé à accepter l'idée que peut-être il faudrait y renoncer et en faire le deuil. Extraordinary people who can make dreams come true. We chose this clinic for the humanity and sensitivity of the staff. Part of the team is Italian and this was another factor that made us choose this clinic. We had done many consultations before but none convinced us and then… love at first sight. Despite the first unsuccessful attempt (due to age) we chose them again and we relied on the advice of their geneticists and now this dream has become a reality.They always had with us a continuous exchange of e-mails, advice even in the face of doubts or perplexities that life put before us, they never stopped explaining and reassuring us.We have not only received assistance from a health point of view but also from a practical and touristic point of view. In fact, they constantly updated us on the Covid situation to travel even when it was not possible, they showed us where and how to swabs for the return, the rules imposed at that time and provided us with a nice guide to visit the city. My adventure is not over yet (work in progress ...) but if I went back I would still choose their clinic.A super thanks to Erika, Stefania and Nicholas.

Llevé con el Dr. Urueña el seguimiento de mi embarazo. Todo iba bien hasta la semana 34 que me empezó a decir que el niño venía muy grande y me invitó a que leyera sobre los efectos de la macrosomía fetal . Yo me angustié pensando en un parto horrible incluso en malformaciones del niño y entonces me animó a inducir el parto. Estaba muy asustada, y aunque reservé cita para la inducción, no era lo que yo quería, y finalmente no llegué a hacerlo porque en las revisiones en el hospital público me decían que todo estaba normal.Este doctor también trabaja en el servicio público de Salud y fue casualidad que la última revisión en el ambulatorio antes de mi parto natural fue con él. Había una enfermera en la sala y la fecha para la inducción en el hospital privado que él me había recomendado ya había pasado hacía 2 días. En esta consulta no me dijo lo mismo, sino que todo estaba muy bien y que ya sólo quedaba esperar a que me pusiera de parto.Mi hijo nació con medidas normales pero tuve pesadillas hasta el último momento. No he vuelto a ir por su consulta.

My husband and I, thanks to the iGin Institute, we managed to fulfill our dream of becoming parents and it would seem obvious a positive review only for the final result. In reality their immense skill starts mainly from the beginning of the path: great professionalism, great humanity and constant presence! Well yes, presence: despite the kilometers away, everyone (the Spanish doctor and the Italian guys who translated everything and who answered our emails and phone calls) were extremely helpful and present. The first cognitive interview takes place via an exhaustive video call, but there is no lack of further clarifications along the way. We have toured many centers in Italy, but no one (and I repeat never) has ever been so attentive to our needs as the iGin: they lovingly took us by the hand all those months and we will never forget it. Do not be discouraged by the distance, just organize yourself and arm yourself with a lot of patience, we have succeeded even in the middle of the pandemic. A huge thank you to all the fabulous staff at the iGin!

Hello everyone! Our experience at this clinic was very good. After unsuccessful attempts in Italy for which we have only spent money and time, we finally managed to become parents only and exclusively thanks to Igin. I regret not having met them before!The availability and clarity of the staff, of Dr. Devalillo and of the Italian staff was truly exemplary. We have always felt pampered and understood.We will return to Bilbao with our little one and maybe even to look for a little brother.Thanks again Igin !!! Salve non consiglio per niente questo centro ho fatto due trasfer che non sono andati a buon fine , e alla mia domanda il perché non sono andati a buon fine , mi hanno risposto che non ci sta una ragione , anzi non me l’anno data perché non la sapevano nemmeno loro , inizialmente fanno vedere che ti seguono poi una volta fatto il bonifico sei un numero , da premettere che io ho già due figlie dal mio precedente matrimonio e non avevo problemi, ora avendo 46 anni ovviamente ovociti scarsi per L età , darei 5 stelle solo a Nicolas e Stefania che sono splendidi , Erika una maleducata insensibile , comunque voi che leggete cercate un programma con garanzia bebè , e non vi fidate di questa clinica io gli darei zero

What about they "simply" realized our dream after two years of research where we did not see a light at the end of the tunnel, after many failed attempts here in Italy, we chose them. The choice was immediate, from the gut, after the first phone call, we immediately felt understood and decided to rely on them. They guided us in this entire path in an excellent way, offering us important support, especially on an emotional level. We came to IGin on the advice of friends and we couldn't have made a better choice. We were welcomed by professionally trained people, always available and incredibly human.Throughout our journey we have had support, clear and timely information and the staff at our disposal. Nicholas, Erica and Stefania were extremely important to us. It was enough to say our name because they knew exactly our situation and where we were and for us this was very important and allowed us to live the experience peacefully. Simply fantastic! Five stars are also few in my opinion. After five years of searching for a pregnancy without getting results, and several cycles of MAP in Italy, with them we saw our first positive, an immense joy! Very good the very prepared Doctor who has chosen the most suitable therapy for me who have several hormonal problems, not easy to manage.Nicholas, Erika and Stefania are unique, not only for their professionalism but also and above all for their humanity.Unfortunately, due to the pandemic I found myself in a complicated situation but they were able to manage everything in the best possible way both bureaucratically and morally with great affection.What can I say ... a clinic that makes the difference, that follows you before, during and after.As already said by other couples, in this clinic you are not a number but a person with a dream to fulfill.Many thanks from our heartsStefania and Raffaele

My wife and I turned to this clinic after a long internet search ... there would have been others closer and much more convenient to reach, bigger and better known clinics, but we had the feeling that we were alone for them. numbers ... while Nicholas, Stefania and Erika made us feel immediately in the right place. We were very scared, we didn't know what to do and how to do it, but above all how to deal with it, and they knew how to take us by the hand and accompany us in this adventure in the most serene and simple way possible. Ours was a real obstacle course, in the end we made a transfer and it didn't go well. It is hard to overcome, but we hope to return as soon as possible to try again, also because we have 9 embryos waiting for us !! Whatever happens, we will never stop thanking the whole team for the competence, professionalism and empathy shown.Jessica & Elena

Accueil et suivi professionnels, hyper réactivité, clarté dans les explications, du prix jusqu'au traitement. Chaque question a sa réponse quasi immédiate. Les RDV se font à distance avec traductrice, tout le personnel est charmant et aux petits soins.La clinique a adouci du mieux possible ce parcours du combattant pénible, rempli de sacrifices et physiquement éprouvant, pour en faire une belle réussite. J'hésitais entre plusieurs cliniques et ne regrette pas mon choix, le 1er RDV à distance a été déterminant, la suite du parcours m'a conforté dans mon choix, même si cela reste un budget.

Pour notre première expérience au sein d'une clinique à l'étranger, celle-ci fut géniale. Le suivi médical, le suivi personnel, l'encadrement et le personnel médical ont été vraiment à notre écoute et ils ont tous mis en oeuvre pour que notre rêve se réalise. Après plusieurs échanges avec le corps médical, nous avons opté pour la réalisation d'une FIV. Et celle-ci a été bénéfique car nous allons devenir parents pour 2021. Nous remercions tout particulièrement Karine et Lucile qui ont été à notre écoute et qui ont fait preuve de patience auprès de nous. Nous recommandons vraiment cette clinique pour les couples français qui ont des difficultés à concevoir et qui désirent tenter l’expérience en Espagne. Merci encore à vous !

Nous n'avons pas hésité une seule seconde pour choisir cette clinique après notre premier rendez vous Skype. C'est une clinique à taille humaine où le personnel est à l'écoute et sympathique. La barrière de la langue était une vraie crainte pour nous, mais nous avons eu la chance de rencontrer Karine, notre traductrice et interlocutrice directe, disponible, gentille et rassurante. Le personnel soignant est quant à lui professionnel et clair dans ces instructions, ce qui nous a permis de bien comprendre chaque étape de notre FIV.Aujourd'hui, enceinte de 3 mois et demi après notre première tentative, nous recommandons fortement cette clinique en qui nous avons eu confiance des le départ.Encore merci à toute l'équipe. Par son accompagnement sans faille, sa grande disponibilité et son professionnalisme, nous avons cheminé en confiance. nous avons été agréablement surpris par toute notre prise en charge. En France nous avons fait 2 cliniques et à chaque fois nous avons été déçu de la prise en charge, du manque de sérieux de certains professionnels, du manque de respect et d'empathie. Chez Igin, toute l'équipe est très professionnelle, disponible, et respectueuse. Toutes les explications étaient claires, et nous avons bien été suivis jusqu'au bout. Nous avons réussi à avoir un formidable petit garçon au 2ème transfert d'embryons.

Expérience très négative, nous avons eu le sentiment de nous faire arnaquer : mauvaise information (traitement pris trop longtemps - 40j d'oestrogènes sans progestérone ! Dangereux pour la santé ! - et visiblement problèmes pendant le protocole du côté de la clinique, mais assurance que ce retard de 15 jours était normal...), médecins / commerciaux qui veulent vendre des options à 2500 euros en nous faisant peur avec des risques de fausse couche éventuels (au final inexistants selon d'autres spécialistes consultés), refus d'appliquer la garantie en trouvant un prétexte et culpabilisation du mari, négociation finale avec excuses de la clinique et proposition d'un rabais comme si véritablement on était en train de négocier le prix d'un tapis. Nous avons hésité à entreprendre une action en justice, mais avons préféré mettre notre argent, notre temps et notre énergie ailleurs dans un projet avec une clinique plus sérieuse.
