Very nice experience! Monitoring and support that we unfortunately do not find in our hospitals in France.Cristina and the medical staff were always there to answer our questions and very quickly! After, like many, a very complicated 6-year journey in France, made up of failures and long months of waiting, the responsiveness and support of IVF was a cocoon of reassurance. Cristina always made herself available to answer our questions, the transfer is optimized so that the patient feels at her best. Each visit to the clinic went very well (even the eldest, for whom we had no childcare solution, wanted to go back to find the kind lady at reception who had printed out his coloring pages for him on demand...) . On a technical and medical level, we feel the difference with France... I am delighted to have turned to them, they made my dream come true, a dream in which I was beginning to no longer believe...

After a long PMA journey in France strewn with pitfalls and failures, we went to IVF Donostia to do IVF. The search for the clinic was done on the internet.We immediately had a very warm welcome from all the staff with a special mention for Naroa who was always there to answer our questions, in impeccable French and always with his smile and kindness.The premises are on a human scale, clean and access is easy (parking and highway).We were able to benefit from in-depth examinations which allowed us to identify what was “wrong” and adapt the protocol at each stage (unlike in France where we constantly did the same treatments without looking into the why). failure and without any humanity).The clinic has always been accommodating with schedules (we live abroad).Lots of kindness at the clinic throughout the IVF PGD process: stimulations, punctures, and during the transfer where a special atmosphere was established with the doctor, laboratory assistant, the future dad and me.We highly recommend this clinic.Today, I am 5 months pregnant and everything is going well!

An English couple going abroad for IVF can be very stressful. It is a very stressful experience no matter where you go to do it,but it’s always reassuring to know you are in the hands of professionals which is what this clinic definitely delivers.Sometimes the clinic seems almost too thorough however it all makes sense when you see the clinic at work.Aside from the amazing work from Dr Rodriguez an Paola there is the emotional support constantly provided by Maeva and other members of the team to guide you through this process. Specialmention for Maeva as I emailed her almost every day even with the most stupid questions! However she always happy to help! Thanks so much to this brilliant team and clinic!

We will be forever grateful to the entire IVF-Life Donostia team especially Naroa, who accompanied us throughout our journey. After 8 years of fighting, while our multiple punctures and transfers to France only failed, with each new attempt, we were offered the same protocol which did not work and caused cysts which we had to puncture, our very first attempt in Spain worked the first time. And what a welcome, what empathy, kindness, and availability! We were not used to so much kindness in France. This clinic on a human scale allowed us to feel accompanied, supported, and always confident, to have the feeling that our project was also important to them; which is the case. Each of the members of this institution is a professional in their field, they know what they are doing, and this ultimately allowed us to finally let go and let ourselves be guided. It's now almost a year since we made our first contact, and today we are expecting a child in the spring. We will never forget this laborious and ultimately happy journey to Donostia. We chose IVF DONASTIA after several failures in another clinic. We were wonderfully received by the entire team who were very professional, competent, human and attentive, particularly Naora who accompanied us very well and the gynecologist who followed us. We had personalized follow-up and the doctors were able to perfectly target the problem. Following a 4-year Medically Assisted Reproduction journey strewn with pitfalls and unsuccessfully in France, we turned to IVF Donestia. From the start, we appreciated the optimism of the team and the speed of support. We will always remember this phrase “Having a child is a good time”. Between the first appointment in August 2022 and the transfer of the embryo in February 2023, all the stages took place with simplicity, gentleness and kindness. We particularly appreciated the professionalism and the felt experience of the entire team in terms of the precision of the protocol, the simple and rapid actions, the adaptation of the treatment according to the results, without forgetting the monitoring and availability of the team who have always been perfect, responding quickly to our questions and leaving no room for worry. Thank you to the whole team, and especially to our coordinator Cristina, feeling supported and surrounded has changed our experience of IVF. Today our little angel is with us. I chose IVF-Life Donostia for egg freezing. While this might be just part of a longer process, I could not have been happier with my choice so far.From my first inquiries to post-retrieval, I feel listened to, guided and never pressured. The process was very well adapted to my international lifestyle and I managed to get the prescreening tests in country A, ovarian stimulation in country B and retrieval in Spain. I started the process in mid-June and finished it in mid-September.The staff at the clinic, in my case Segolene for the administrative part, Maeva for the daily follow-up and Dr. Santolaria, was very professional and caring. I also particularly liked that all the staff I met were women.Highly recommended!

Our daughter was born 3 months ago and I can't say anything other than that IVF had an impeccable follow-up with us. We tried twice and it didn't work, we took a 6 month break and the third time was the charm! After years of failures in France, a first IVF in another clinic in Bilbao where we were more than disappointed, we decided to trust the Donosti IVF clinic for our last chance. Clinique au top !Le suivi est très professionnel et la relation est extrêmement bienveillante.Tout au long de la préparation, mon interlocutrice directe a été très disponible et aidante que ce soit sur le suivi médical, administratif, ou d'organisation.Une fois sur place, je n'ai été en contact qu'avec des gens à l'écoute et positifs dans leur façon de dialoguer. We were well received. The support was quick. Doctors and assistants are efficient and very friendly. After the 3rd attempt and after 2 miscarriages, I am finally three and a half months pregnant. I almost didn't realize this last attempt but the doctor strongly advised me to do so.My pregnancy is going well so far.I recommend this clinic for its human and professional side.

An absolutely extraordinary clinic and team. The welcome is warm and benevolent, you immediately feel at ease and in confidence. Nous sommes très heureuses d'avoir fait notre parcours de pma dans cette clinique.Toute l'équipe est vraiment super, à l'écoute, très compréhensive et on a vraiment eu un accompagnement mieux qu'on l'espérait. On toujours eu des réponses à toutes nos questions très rapidement, par téléphone, en visio et/ou par mail. Les retours suite à l'envoi par mail des examens réalisés en France ont toujours été très rapides.Le jour de l'insémination, nous avons vraiment été très bien reçues par toute l'équipe qui est vraiment bienveillante et rassurante. Tout le contexte est fait pour rendre ce moment spécial et magique.Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir notre petite fille en seulement 1 insémination.L'accompagnement à encore été vraiment super, même après l'insémination quand on avait d'autres questions ou interrogations.Nous sommes vraiment reconnaissantes et nous recommandons vivement cette clinique à toutes les personnes qui ont un désire d'enfant.

Excellente clinique !Nous sommes venues en mars pour une FIV. L’équipe est très professionnelle et chaleureuse. Nous avons été très bien accueillies et conseillées. Naroa et Amaiur sont très réactives et sympathiques. Amaiur a toujours été disponible et devançait nos besoins. L’équipe médicale, infirmières, doctoresses et biologiste ont été exceptionnelles et à l’écoute. De plus, technologiquement les équipements de la clinique sont au top. Nous avons eu l’énorme chance et joie que le transfert fonctionne, cela va presque faire 3 mois que je suis enceinte grâce à cette clinique que je recommande de tout mon cœur et auprès de laquelle nous retournerons sans hésiter pour le deuxième même si la PMA est passée en France !

Nous avons été très bien accueilli à IVF donostia, et le suivi effectué par l’équipe a été irréprochable du début à la fin. Nous avons été accompagné pas à pas, avons pu poser toutes nos questions sans problème au fur et à mesure. Toutes les conditions ont été mises en œuvre pour que l’on se sente en confiance. Les médecins sont sérieux, un planning est présenté pour savoir où on va, chaque étape est expliquée, de même s’il y a un changement qui s’impose. Le moment du transfert n’a pas été mené comme un simple geste médical, car l’équipe en a fait un événement, une expérience humaine et émouvante, que les personnes présentes étaient heureuses de partager avec nous. Nous attendons aujourd’hui notre premier enfant et entrons dans le quatrième mois. Je recommande à ceux qui ne savent pas où aller et pour qui, au-delà du professionnalisme, l’aspect humain est important, d’aller chez IVF Donostia.

Nuestra experiencia en IVF ha sido muy buena. Antes habíamos sido tratados en otros 2 centros de reproducción (Zuatzu y Quiron) y debo decir que no tienen nada que ver. Tanto en Zuatzu como en Quiron no nos gustó la forma en que nos atendieron, nos sentíamos más unos números (que no hacían nada más que soltar dinero) que personas. Nos faltó el trato personal y humano que luego sí tuvimos en IVF. Debo decir que en IVF también hubo momentos muy difíciles, cuando los tratamientos no salían bien o nos daban malos resultados, pero la actitud del personal nunca nos falló. Se tomaban el tiempo necesario para atendernos, nos sentíamos comprendidos y respetaban nuestras decisiones en cada momento. El proceso de reproducción es muy duro psicológicamente y el sentirte comprendido y respetado para mí no tiene precio. En nuestro caso hemos sentido todo el apoyo tanto por parte de las doctoras Estefanía y Elisa como por parte de las enfermeras Edurne y Andrea. Médicamente también tenemos la sensación de que están más adelantados que otros centros en los que nos trataron y otros que consultamos. Nos han hecho pruebas que en otros centros ni tienen opción a hacerte y por lo tanto pueden enfocarse mejor en cada caso.Resumiendo, pensamos que son la mejor opción tanto por el trato personal como por la parte profesional.

Une équipe incroyable : professionnalisme, écoute, bienveillance .. une vraie famille ! Un coup de cœur particulier pour mon ange gardien Lucia qui a été d'une extrême disponibilité, répondant à toutes mes interrogations (et dieu sait si j'ai pu l’embêter !). Prise de contact avec IVF en mai 2019, début du traitement en septembre 2019, février 2020 : je suis enceinte de 2 mois et cela au 1er essai (et j'ai 43 ans). Ils partent tous français ce qui aide considérablement. On sent une vraie prise en charge. Je vous recommande IVF à 1000% ! Je garderai contact avec cette équipe qui fait désormais partie de mon histoire et celle de mon enfant.
