We were well cared for with IVF-Life in Alicante. The staff and doctors were all really nice. They did more tests than had been done previously at the clinic I went to in Iceland. I also got medicine that I had been told in Iceland that would not be necessary. After being treated by them I am now 23 weeks pregnant on my first try with them.

Most technologically advanced and the warmest human touch.I have recommended IVF Spain to many couples wanting to realise their family dream.The process with them felt a breeze and they found out something about my reproductive health that no other clinic spotted. Great team for challenging cases!The costs are considerably lower (compared to Switzerland), the country promotes the donation of reproductive material for both, male and female donors (IVF will screen fertilised embryos against 200+ genetic diseases), and the trip to Alicante feels like a vacation. You will be in great hands with them.

What can we say! Thank you just isn’t enough! We had been trying for over 10 years with 5 IVF treatments in the UK. I was recommended IVF-Spain by my acupuncturist. From the first meeting at a fertility show in London to the very end we couldn’t fault IVF-Spain! I almost had an IVF plan leaving London that day! We started our journey in March 2022 with 2 visits to Spain to ending the journey with our little baby boy born on the 22nd June 2023. The Doctors, Nurses, Acupuncturist and clerical staff were so professional from start to finish and every part of our journey was meticulously planned to ascertain optimum time for embryo transfer which I felt I had never had before in all my other treatments in the UK! Even after getting a positive pregnancy test the clinic were still looking out for me back in the UK. We want to thank IVF- Spain clinic from the bottom of our hearts for finally giving us what we have always wanted. Oh and we now have a 1 year old!

We had an amazing experience with the clinic. 100% success on the first attempt. They really know how this is done. The entire staff is well trained, welcoming and very pleasant. I have done an extensive research of the clinics around Europe, and I concluded that this is the one of the best clinics. Our journey lasted about a year, with multiple visits and many studies. We have always been treated well, with patience, with attention. Pregnant with our second miracle baby! We were told at our own hospital that we would probably never conceive with my own eggs. However, at IVF Spain the approach was very different. A personalized treatment, a lot of testing and tweaking the treatment plan until we found the right approach for us.Dr. Pack and the rest of the team are very professional but also very approachable. And the results speak for themselves. Thank you once again!Would definitely recommend!

This clinic was brilliant and am now 26 weeks pregnant with a little girl. I had a previous bad experience in Prague with one failed attempt where I waited 2 weeks after it didn’t work for any communication of what went wrong and they’re only answer was ‘just try again’. I did not want to try Ireland where I live because it is expensive and does not have the advancements Spain has.As soon as I met the team at IVF Spain Alicante I was really impressed with them. Carmen responded to my enquiry straight away and I was only in Alicante for 2 days on the way to menorca and she accomadated me. I felt that they cared and were really on the ball and I really felt Dr Herrerer would do her absolute best for us and that she did. She is what I would ask for from an IVF doctor honest, and compassionate. Sarah was very intelligent and quick as our Nurse. Claudia and Hector always a pleasant welcome when arriving at the clean and attractive clinic.The whole procedure took a little more time than other clinics with a biopsy and IM-Map before implanting the embryo but the method is really smart because it protects you from the emotional upset from loss of embryos unnecessarily. They make sure conditions are perfect for implantation and do they’re absolute best to make it work. It was found my immunity was not supporting implantation and the timing of receptivity was different so I’m glad I tested. We did a round of IVF and then another for embryo banking and we were left with 3 genetically tested good quality frozen embryos. With the first implantation success!Me and my husband always enjoyed our trips to Alicante tho it sounds surprising because IVF can be very hard, but we enjoyed the sun and the food and the people this made an overall difference to my well being during treatment. It was always a pleasure to see the staff at the clinic and responses we’re always quick which made a huge difference to my emotional wellbeing. I would actually say it did not find the process difficult once I switched to this clinic. Me and my husband also asked if we could not receive emails after retrieval until the embryo’s had reached blastocyst to avoid the rollercoaster while the embryo’s cultivated. The clinic supported our decision. They were also very supportive of genetic testing which I did not find in other countries.I recommend this clinic so much and will think of them positively and will return for our 2 frozen embryos! I have great fondness for all the staff because they made life better when feeling the difficulties from other clinics. Even if it had not worked I saw a nurse hugging a patient who was upset supporting her, that compassion means a lot

How can you put into words the gift they have given us? The whole team, especially our doctor, Dr. Pack, and our nurse Sara Hurst are miracle workers. We traveled from the States after researching clinics throughout the world. My husband and I are both over 40. We knew from the minute we met Dr. Pack that this was the right clinic for us. I am in my 3rd trimester and the pregnancy has gone very well. We were blessed with a positive test on our first implant. Dr. Pack and the whole team was professional, caring, considerate and guided our journey to success. The clinic is top-notch. I highly recommend and I wish I could tell the world about this clinic. I would like to share our experience with the IVF clinic. For me and my husband it was an experience with many obstacles and difficulties but also the most beautiful experience of our lives because we succeeded and the miracle happened. Now we are in the second trimester and we are extremely happy every day is going well. I would like to thank the whole team from the bottom of my heart because they were always there for us, always very responsive when we needed them. I can say that they stood by us and encouraged and helped us in everything they know and can do. And I would especially like to thank Sarah Hurst, our nurse, who was so patient with us, and Dr. Sergio Rogel, who was given by God to work miracles on earth. This man has a gift from God and is blessed to bring happiness to people's families! Thank you for everything you do for us!

I can't comment on the quality of their treatments, but I can comment on why I chose not to proceed with them. Overall it was an upsetting experience.Firstly (the less upsetting reason, but an important one for logistics), unlike other clinics, they insist on forms being printed. At first they said this was for legal reasons (but it's not legally true - electronic signing was recgonised by Spanish law in 2014), then they went back on this and said it was just because they hadn't set up electronic processes yet and wanted original copies. Which seemed strange because if I printed and scanned it still wouldn't be original. I offered a range of different options - postage, email completion, dropping off hard copies when I visited...but Cindy (the person I spoke with) still maintained that I needed to be able to print lots of forms in order to proceed.Maybe that's not a big deal for people, but if you are considering doing this from outside Spain (as many do), then it becomes a bit tricky to manage, especially given many people don't have access to a printer. It's also just a bit surprising they wouldn't find a workaround. I tried to see if I could escalate this (as cancelling my consultation because I couldn't print seemed extreme) but wasn't given contact details of their management.The second and main reason was an unfortunate incident. After getting off the phone with Cindy, who explained their printing policy, I received another call immediately afterwards from them, which I couldn't answer as was on a work call, so it went to voicemail. It was a call made to me by accident I think, where I could hear Cindy talking to her colleague about me and the call we just had. It was in Spanish, but my mother is Spanish and so I understand it fluently. It wasn't very nice. Obviously she didn't intend for me to hear this, and I understand that it may be common for some workers to complain about their customers, and maybe she thought I was being difficult wanting to work electronically...but equally - this clinic is catering to a particular audience, and charging a very high fee. I would have thought they put the customers first, and never engaged in such a dialogue. I've saved the message in case it for now, but it's very upsetting to listen to.Ultimately, I've decided to progress with a clinic that offers electronic forms (most of the others do), and who is just generally a bit more tech savvy. I also hope they don't accidentally send me voicemail messages talking about me 🙁

Please think twice about using this clinic. Myself and a few other ladies I know have had several failed donor egg transfers at this clinic. They just keep throwing more meds at you after each failure and don’t actually try to find out why there have been failures. I have spent approx 30k with this clinic and had no success, they have made mistakes in nearly every cycle I went through in the treatment plans which caused me so much stress. I am now looking into a new clinic. 4 of the other ladies who I know that used the clinic have all had success FIRST time at other clinics - they all also all been told the quality of their embryos at IVFS were very poor and that they wouldn’t have used them. IVFS make you feel that the problem is you when sometimes it’s actually the poor quality embryos that they use. They of course tell you that your embryos are brilliant top quality!

I had issues with communication: they didnt explain sometimes important things about the medication what they prescribed.But they dont really know how (they are not beter at al then another clinic, just more expensive).I had 14 eggs but they could make only 1 embryo. They said i had problem with the quality of my eggs (but actualy they have to stimulate it longer then they did - lots of my eggs were not ripe, by the punction they were not big enough). Only 5 month before this treatment another clinic made 6 embryo`s from 12 eggs. (in the Netherlands)And now because of their treatment i got hormoon problems aswell. I never had issues with it before.So if you plan to go there from Netherland i can offer you better clinic here. No way to go.

You're reading this because you're searching for an IVF Clinic. I was in your shoes. Combing through reviews, stats, treatment options, etc. Let me tell you this: no matter the outcome here, from our very first video call with the doctor I knew we found the right clinic. This clinic is easy to work with, IMO affordable, had a variety of treatment options and what I appreciated is that when the first cycle was a no go, they changed up the plan for better results. For both cycles, I spent several weeks in Alicante so the doctor and staff could support me directly. I did all my bloodwork and scans at the clinic (you can use your own doctor at home though). I was often solo while my husband had to be back in Italy working. I felt so welcome and cared for. When I was scared and stressed, they knew it and helped calm me. They even called me on a weekend after hours when I was panicking. When I was calm and brave, they stood beside me and were genuinely excited with me. From the admins at the desk, my personal assistant, to the nurses, doc H, the lab, and the specialist in the OR, these people cared about our results. They were fighting for us, WITH us. When we got bad news, they even cried with us. I really felt special working with this team. They are very communicative and answered questions quickly; professional and it's evident, they know IVF! I love Dr H and I love my assistant Maria. This clinic truly changed our life. And in the end, after 4 cycles (2 in Italy and 2 with IVF Spain) we had 1 embryo survive, our loan survivor. Our designated survivor! We had a fresh transfer and as of today, we are 6 weeks and 3 days pregnant. I'm 41 years old. Again, no matter the outcome I will still recommend this clinic. Every woman, every story, every journey is so different...no one can guarantee this will work or your dreams will come true. Or that even this clinic is the best one for you. But we CAN tell you to keep fighting and trust the process. I was only going to do 3 cycles. 3. We were encouraged to try 1 last time and here we are pregnant. I can also tell you that working with IVF Spain was the best decision we made through our IVF journey.

There are so many good things I can say about IVF-Spain.I'm no stranger to fertility treatments, having done (unsuccessfully) 2 IUI'S and 5 egg retrievals and embryo transfers. We made the decision after those attempts to travel abroad to a clinic in Spain. Out of all the clinics we interviewed, we chose IVF-Spain specifically because of our conversation with the doctor (who ended up being our doctor through out the whole process), Dr. Pack. We also were impressed with their success rates. Additionally, we liked that we spoke/emailed the same person through out the process. Before we became patients we interacted with Cindy Clarke, and after choosing IVF-Spain and in preparing for our cycle, we emailed with Cristina Martinez. Cristina handled all of our questions with extreme professionalism- always kind and very quick to respond. In the occasional event she could not, a knowledgeable member of the IVF Spain team was there to help us.In researching the clinic, we read some reviews that stated communication was an issue- although that was not our experience, which is amazing considering that we communicated exclusively through email with a 9 hour time zone difference. Most of my questions were about my medication regime and Cristina was always very patient and explained things to me until I understood it correctly. One thing I would advise to anyone doing IVF is to be proactive about understanding the process. Ask all the questions until you understand, but don't think a Google search makes you as knowledgeable as the doctor. We also had issues with test results (from the US) being sent in time, and getting medications internationally, but Cristina was there to help us through every step.Something that we never anticipated was the Covid pandemic. We had to cancel our cycle, and visit to Spain the day before we were to leave in March 2020. Obviously this was not the clinic's fault, but they were supportive and kept in touch with us. We were able to arrange a new cycle for later in the year. There was so much emailing back and forth, and necessary forms- it got a little hectic, and Cristina always responded so promptly. It's hard to imagine navigating the whole process without her help.If we were impressed before heading to Spain, I must tell you how pleasantly surprised we were when we finally made it to the clinic. Even though there were lots of patients, we felt very safe given the situation with Covid-19. The staff was always very busy BUT very prompt, professional, and kind. If anyone of them was having a bad day, it was not obvious to us as patients. Dr. Pack is an amazing doctor and we were more impressed with him in person than over Skype - we appreciated his direct, honest, and warm personality. We were very sorry we couldn't meet Cristina in person (due to Covid), but she still helped us tremendously over email and phone. And really every person we interacted with was super professional.After going through so much IVF, it is a "give in" that sometimes the treatments don't work despite the very best medicine has to offer. I would rate this clinic highly no matter our outcome, given the reasons mentioned above. However, I am happy to say that our IVF cycle did work, and we have a beautiful and healthy baby girl.So Thank you IVF-Spain! We are glad we trusted you with our care, and would trust you again in a heartbeat if and when we decide to have another baby.

El mejor equipo que se puede desear tanto a nivel profesional como personal. Te hacen sentir como en casa, el trato de todos y cada uno de los profesionales que forman parte de él (desde los recepcionistas, enfermeras, ginecólogos, embriólogas, anestesistas...)es inmejorable. Te ofrecen un trato personalizado, el Doctor Rogel piensa en todos los detalles y es un profesional digno de admirar técnicamente pero además te resuelve todas tus dudas con una paciencia infinita y te trata de una forma cercana y agradable. La comunicación con la clínica telefónicamente es una maravilla, están disponibles en todo momento y te resuelven cualquier duda o problema de una forma fluida y rápida. La flexibilidad horaria a la hora de coger las citas también es de agradecer ya que siempre intentan, en la medida de lo posible, facilitarnos las cosas. Convierten el día de la transferencia embrionaria en un momento mágico y especial lleno de detalles bonitos e inolvidables. No pudimos tomar mejor decisión al elegir esta clínica, no nos cansaremos de recomendarla.

I was diagnosed with premature ovarian insufficiency four years ago when my husband and I started trying to conceive. I was devastated at first but we really wanted a child, so our devastation was replaced with determination. We have tried various so-called generic treatments in our hometown after which I had 2 miscarriages. It started to feel hopeless but we decided to look for fertility clinics abroad and landed on this one. Our whole experience with IVF Spain was very positive and everyone who was involved in our case showed great empathy towards us. To be honest the whole experience is a blur now because I get to hold my baby in my arms every single day and it is all that matters to me. I was scared that the treatments weren't going to work, and yes, it did take some time for me to get pregnant, but the personalized treatment plan that the doctors developed for me worked! I really appreciated the round the clock service too because I was very nervous and had lots of questions and concerns. I just want to say thank you thank you thank you IVF Spain for giving me my child. I hope everyone in need of treatment achieves their dreams just like my husband and I did.

UPDATE:IVF Spain lies to discredit negative reviews! They now deleted the last names of the one star reviewers “Charley H” and “Mary Jones” after I pointed out the privacy violation. You can clearly see the responses from IVF Spain were edited recently even though the reviews were from 1 and 3 years ago respectively. Before my post, the reviewers were addressed by IVF Spain using their full names instead of their ‘public names’. IVF Spain, if you made a mistake, recognise it and apologise would be way more ethical and honest than making up lies to cover up your misconducts!! The other lies in IVF Spain‘s response: Free online consultation was never offered to me at any given point during our email exchanges. This ’standard payment reminders’ was never received either. At first I thought IVF Spain was unprofessional. But now I’m personally experiencing these incessant lying and shady behaviours, this is actually an unconscionable clinic who prey on people going through a difficult time!! Thank god that IVF Spain never offered me this free consultation! I truly dodged a bullet!!END OF UPDATEI’d decided not to use my name for this review as I read in previous reviews, IVF Spain violated patient privacy and exposed the patients' names in rebuttals to the reviews.I contacted IVF Spain a few months ago because my best friend was doing her IVF cycles there. We thought it could be great to have the support system and do it together in the same clinic. When I first reached out to IVF Spain, they said they could offer me a 2-4 hour medical consultation, including freezing and thawing of semen, Ultrasound scan and Doppler, free taxi service from the airport, for 200 Euros once I arrive at the clinic. Once I reminded them again I live abroad, they replied that since it’s difficult to come all the way to Spain for the first visit, they could offer me a one hour Skype session for 150 Euros. To be honest, I thought a 50 euro discount for a consultation that would be significantly shorter than the original one to discuss my medical history didn’t seem fair or respectful. Considering I’d be travelling internationally during the height of Covid so should be offered sufficient time to answer all my questions especially if it’s a paid consultation. Many other clinics I spoke to either offered free Skype consultation, cost cheaper and/or didn’t have a limit on time so I didn’t answer IVF Spain right away. Couple of days later, I received a quite rude email saying that they will have to cancel the appointment if they do not get a message from me by tomorrow. I was slightly taken aback by the tone of the email to a potential client. Yes appointment was offered but it was never confirmed by either party so why the pushy email? Due to the funny feeling I had about them as well as less than friendly attitude, I decided to interview other clinics first and ended up liking one of them. Boy am I glad that I trusted my gut instinct and interviewed other clinics first! My friend ended up having such disastrous experience at IVF Spain. Her cycles were riddled with mistakes and negligence that I felt really sorry but also lucky that I didn’t waste my money and time on IVF Spain for such important treatment. IVF is such a difficult journey physically, financially and emotionally. Make sure to do the research and find one that will be a champion for you. Trust yourself if the clinic doesn’t feel quite right from any of the interactions even if it’s at the very beginning of your search as it was in my case!!

INTERNATIONAL PATIENTS BEWARE !A warning about IVF Spain's highly unethical behavior I never write reviews but feel a strong duty towards fellow women who try to fulfill their dream of becoming a mother. Everything seemed perfect in the beginning. I was impressed by the beautiful facility. Being diagnosed with diminished ovarian reserve, I was determined to put in my absolute best effort so that no matter the outcome, I will have no regrets. I planned to do the embryo banking program with PGT-A at IVF Spain.The first cycle went ok. The thing I noticed was that during each appointment, our fertility doctor could not remember who we were or any details of our case. But I was nevertheless happy to finish my first round of IVF with 100% of mature eggs fertilized and according to the fertility doctor, they were even good quality as well!The second stimulation was a complete disaster. The most shocking part is the unethical behavior of the senior management at IVF Spain.My fertility doctor again was not very engaged. But this time, he made a grave mistake of forgetting to start Orgalutran (the antagonist). Instructions read to start at lead follicle size 12-14mm.By the time I realized this mistake, my lead follicle was already 24mm !That’s right, it wasn’t the doctor who realized the mistake but me. Needless to say, you can imagine the deep shock I suffered, realizing that this cycle was lost.Human mistakes do happen, but how they are dealt with is crucial. This determines the ethics of the responsible party.The senior management of IVF Spain reacted to the failed cycle due to their own misconduct exactly like other reviewers pointed it out in these previous reviews:There is no way of contacting the management directly. All communications were conducted through assistants and non-identifiable people. This mannerism alone is a tremendous disrespect towards patients who are paying clients and deserve a direct statement or at least an offering of solutions after such a mishandling. Instead, it was impossible to get an open dialogue going or to receive any answers/resolutions. The assistant did alway promise that I would hear back soon. But this didn't happen. Just look at all the other 1- star reviews! This seems to be the tactic to treat patients who raise issues with them. The only effort they put in was directed towards deflecting all responsibility.This highly unethical behavior is a abusive power dynamic. Again, no direct contact possible and patients have to wait at the ‘mercy’ of management if they actually decide to react to your case. This is clearly a strategy to keep patients in the position of asking and waiting.After many phone calls and emails, we finally received a statement from IVF Spain. They blame my egg quality! During the second cycle, none of the retrieved eggs were fertilized. However, the previous cycle had a 100% fertilization rate. According to the management team, the 0% fertilization rate was completely my fault and not at all due to the fact that they had forgotten to administer a very important medication at the right time.I got an assessment from a very prominent fertility doctor in the US (who appeared on Oprah) and received a very clear answer to our case: this cycle was a mishandling of the protocol. Due to this faulty protocol, it was expected that none of the eggs would be fertilized.I wish I had taken the 1-star reviews more seriously before. The replies by IVF Spain underneath each negative review misled me to believe that they genuinely wanted to resolve any issues with their patients. Unfortunately we paid the high price with a lot money and time wasted, stress and heart-break to realize that this was just a tactic to protect their image all along.It probably won’t take long until a seemingly caring response will appear underneath this review (and exposing my full name, just like another 1* reviewer. Another silencing technique?)Don’t be fooled.

A parte de que nos habéis proporcionado el regalo más bonito de nuestras vidas, tengo que destacar el trato increíble y cercano. Nos habéis hecho sentir muy cómodos con lo difícil que era esa situación para nosotros. No tenemos más que bonitas palabras y nuestro mayor agradecimiento. "We are delighted with IVF Spain. We had little hope after several treatments in the UK when we turned to IVF Spain. We were aware that other clinics did not want us as patients as it was not likely that I would get pregnant. In IVF Spain they did not give up and tried different approaches tailored to our personal circumstances and we are now expecting our child in 20 weeks time!It has always been easy to get support, advice and answers to any questions that we have had both on the phone and email.All the staff at the clinic have always been professional as well as caring and friendly."

This clinic does not deserve any stars. They are the MOST UNETHICAL clinic in Spain. It doesnt matter how much money you spend with them they will continue to not answer your emails and not call you back. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE especially when it comes to your dreams of becoming parents. I will not go into detail on here about what they have done but when I say unethical I mean worse than you can imagine, make sure you look around there are plenty of clinics out there that believe in transparency with the patients but this clinic isnt one of them. Dont place your dreams in the hands of this untrustworthy clinic.

Nous sommes très content de la clique et de leurs résultats.Le docteur Herrera à 100% de réussite avec les patientes Francophone et c'est vrai en tout cas pour nous.Après beaucoup de tentative en Belgique, nous testés plusieurs cliniques en Espagne et celle-ci est la meilleure de toutes.=>exemples :Le personnel super sympa et attentionné, l’hôtel proposé, la propreté et la qualité des services(boissons, Goodies,chocolats,fruits,taxi aéroport,...) de la clinique, les traducteurs sur places pour facilité (aussi non, c'est en anglais) la sécurité de la clinique.Les techniques de la clinique sont très avancées avec des médecins très qualifiés, ils sont plus de technique que chez nous et plus de machines et technologies.Le prix est parfois un peu élevé pour le tout, car il faut aussi prendre des traitements dans notre pays mais les résultats sont aussi la donc ca vaut la peine. Le docteur Herrera est très bien car elle prend en compte toutes les caractéristiques et c'est ça qui donne des résultats.La clinique ne vous donnera jamais de faux espoirs et ne vous fera jamais venir s'ils ne sont pas sur que ça a toutes les chances de fonctionné. Même si parfois c'est frustrant d'avoir pris le traitement pendant 1 mois et de ne pas pouvoir partir, c'est mieux que de payé l’avion, l’hôtel et prendre congé pour au final ne rien avoir et recommencer.En Belgique vous aurez des transfères même s'ils savent eux que ca fonctionnent pas et après vous avez des déceptions et vous devez aussi recommencer.Ils faut leurs faire confiance et croire en eux, mais vous devez aussi faire votre travail (écouter les conseils, prendre vos traitements, et suivre le protocole) aussi non ils ne sont pas responsable.Petits conseils: Prendre l'option TimesLaps, acheter les médicaments dans votre pays.Encore un tout grand merci à toute l'équipe que l'ont a eu.Dr Herrera, Stella, Sarah, Claudia, .....

Ce centre est une vrais usine à fric les échographies à 200€Des procédures de fertilisation de 5000€ à 10000€ sans résultat. De mensonge sur le résultat. Des médecins se foutant de la guelle des patients cela en est assez d’abuser de la détresse des couples en recherche.Je déconseille vivement ce centre
