Founded in 2008, IVF Spain Madrid is an international fertility centre that offers treatments such as donor insemination (DI), egg donation and in vitro fertilisation (IVF), with the aim of creating a clinic that combines the latest technical advances while customising each treatment to meet the individual needs of each patient.

Très bonne clinique, un merveilleux soutien, un suivi parfait et à tout moment! Nous avons réussi à avoir un enfant au bout de deux inséminations. L'équipe est très agréable, l'accueil également. J’ai été très bien informé de la part du dr.jennifer Rayward. Elle nous a bien expliqué ce qui était le mieux dans notre cas et quels étaient nos chances de réussite pour un traitement ou un autre. Ce qui a poussé notre choix pour procreatec a été la disponibilité du personnel, qui nous a toujours répondu très vite et clairement, et également le choix de techniques plus sûres en laboratoire. Après comparaison avec d’autre centres, Procreatec présente un laboratoire plus avancé et de meilleurs résultats. Nous sommes très satisfaits de Procreatec et tenions à le faire partager.

I highly recommend IVF Madrid where i was carefully followed for fertility preservation. From the first contact to the follow up call, they showed deep care and reactivity to any single question I had. My husband and I had an amazing experience with IVF Life Madrid. We live in Ireland but chose to go abroad for our IVF treatment as the Irish clinics can in no way compare to the expertise and care provided by this clinic.The staff at the clinic have always been person-centred and extremely kind and caring. From the very first call with the clinic (with the wonderful Clara) I knew we were getting a completely different experience from other clinics I had contacted. Clara explained in great detail every stage of the process-this had never been done with me before with other clinics (in Ireland). I immediately had a good feeling once I got off the call with Clara. This positive experience continued right throughout our communications and visits to the clinic. We worked with Dr Izquierdo who also was a wonderfully kind and empathetic man. He explained everything in great detail and gave us time to ask questions-again, this was very different to our previous experiences with other clinics where we felt rushed etc.The staff of this clinic really helped to make our ivf journey a very positive one. Each and every one of them that we encountered had a smile, shared kind words with us and helped us feel at ease. The communication with the clinic (Clara especially) was excellent and quick. We never had to chase or follow up with them as all emails were promptly replied to.We underwent an egg collection and 2 FETs with this clinic and hope to welcome our baby in April 25.

We were recommended IVF Spain by my partner’s cousin, who had twins using their Alicante clinic, after we had a failed embryo transfer and inadequate service from a fertility clinic in Bristol, UK.Right from the start, there was a huge difference in the way the clinic in Madrid operated. We liked the way we could pick and choose the package that met our needs, and the team were no less than exceptional at every stage of our journey. We were impressed by the speed at which things happened from organising our initial chat, zoom calls with the doctor when we had questions, to finding an appropriate donor. We really appreciated all the extra tests, the confidence with which they shared their knowledge and the consistent contact throughout (Clara was amazing and was always there for us). Having had such a disappointing and emotional time with the clinic in Bristol, we had complete faith in what the team were doing to help us get pregnant.We were lucky to get pregnant on our 2nd embryo transfer just 7 months after our first contact with the clinic and only 3 short trips to Madrid. In May this year, we welcomed our darling daughter into the world and couldn’t be happier, she is perfect.We will be forever grateful to the Madrid team who made our dreams of having a baby come true and can’t recommend them highly enough.

I had an amazing experience with egg freezing at the clinic. I strongly recommend them. I traveled from abroad for the procedure and had a great experience throughout the process. I did the medication and tests etc in my country of residence and was extremely well supported by the clinic’s staff. The staff and the doctors are extremely component, understanding and caring.

We had a very positive experience with this clinic in Madrid from the very first email exchange to the moment our daughter was finally born. All of the staff members we were in touch with throughout our IVF journey were very responsive, attentive, and professional, and we cannot recommend IVF Spain enough.We are particularly grateful to Dr. Manuel Izquierdo and director of nursing Raquel Pascual- not only for the excellent medical care, but particularly for the emotional support and encouragement they provided throughout the whole process, which as many of those going through an IVF will know is very taxing.I would certainly encourage couples who are not based in Spain to consider this clinic- we are based in Benelux, but the instructions provided were so clear, and the communication so smooth, that the procedure did not require many back-and-forth flights.Thanks to the whole IVF Spain team- the receptionists, the embryologists, the nurses and the doctors, for helping our greatest dream come true.

We would put 6 stars if we could, and would recommend wholeheartedly to anyone looking for individualized attention. The medical and para-medical staff were all highly competent, but also kind / compassionate, available to answer all questions and ensure the smoothest possible process, while minimizing medication. We didn't feel pressured to sign for more expensive treatments - but were instead informed of all available options. Procreatec was also able to connect us with a fantastic and specialized acuponcturist, Mio, who followed me for the entire process, and whom we recommend warmly.

I'm very happy with treatment I had with IVF.It's never easy to go through all the process of cycle mentally and physically. Each couple have their own various problems. Here they identify abnormalities, determine the best embryos to use, and increase your success rate. I really appreciate our doctora that at our first meeting she had throughly reviewed every detail of our previous history and proposed a complete plan with her reviews all daily blood draws/ultrasounds personally and makes adjustment in terms of medications during the IVF process. With IVF, I reached my new record of ovum upon all my cycles.

Stay away if you expect good communication. They have little idea about how to support foreign patients. The nurse assigned to me was living in a world of her own. I felt I was bugging her whenever I asked her a question. If this clinic is supposed to be one of the best I cannot imagine how the ones rated as bad could be !

Horrible !!!!Jai payé très cher une fiv double don pour tres peu d embryons et de très mauvaises qualité et effectivement aucun suivi ...jai du parler 20 minutes aux médecins ce sont les secrétaires médicales qui parlent à leur place et se permettent d emettre des avis médicaux !!!!le travail est à la chaîne ils n'ont même pas pris el temps que le sédatif fasse effet ils ont effectuer le transfert et jai hurler de douleur cer je souffre d endométriose. Ils mont laisser me reposer 15 minutes et mont dit de partir !faites attention ils sont avec des associations vous pouvez payer moins cher mais ils se gardent bien de leur !on ma transfer deux embryons mais jai fait une fausse couche même aux urgences je n'arrivais pas a joindre u médecins..a fuir absolument

Manque de sérieux et de professionnalisme. Peu d'embryons et de très mauvaise qualité. Aucun suivi médical une fois de retour en France. Impossible d'avoir un médecin au téléphone. Seuls interlocuteurs les secrétaires médicale. À fuir absolument.

IVF-Life destroyed our viable embryos (mosaics) without consent or authority. They refuse to accept that they have done anything wrong and, as they are a private clinic, they say they are unregulated by any professional body in Spain. We switched to IVF-Life from another clinic in Madrid and deeply regret that decision. Go elsewhere.

Like others, we are experiencing poor communication and lack coordination between the medical side and business/scheduling office. We were told we were on track to be pregnant by a doctor but then the scheduling office suddenly couldn’t accommodate us and follow-up inquiries went unanswered. We aren’t sure, but suspect business problems. Despite already investing thousands in blood tests and pre-payments, we are talking to other clinics. Save yourself the heartache ❤️‍🩹 and stay away.

Since I paid, the most sentences I heard is: We are sorry.Then I never get replied before I call or write to them twice.First circle, they forgot to give me prescription and let me have injections immediately, otherwise my eggs would be grown enough and lost, and I don't even have a prescription. Then I just got TWO embryo, of which ONLY ONE could be transferred. AND FAILED.Second and the last term, they give me prescription suddenly afternoon, let me out for looking for late-opening pharmacy, just 3hours after my transfer.Choose them and you will lern several ways to say: I/we am/are sorry.

A big disappointment. We experienced bad communication but the most concerning was the result of our IVF with Egg donor. We questioned clearly the quality of our egg donor, requested more info cause the volume of eggs we got was clearly under the normal average (an egg donor usually provide 10-20 eggs). Since our request was sent 4 months ago, no response. We don't recommend that clinic at all for the lack of honesty and clear communication.
