This is why it is very popular with local patients and medical tourists.
Extremely bad hospital, nurses at the counter in the Emergency Department are very rude and impolite to all patientsI witnessed 3 people fighting with nurses for their way of talking to patients and their ignorance to their pain and complain !!! They simply don’t care!! Very slow stuff and only one doctor to all patients!!!
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the experience my father and my family had during his recent stay at your hospital. He was admitted for surgery last week and spent 4 days and 3 nights in a "Royal Suite" on the 5th floor. Regrettably, the condition of the suite and the level of care provided fell far short of our expectations for a facility of your standing. The suite we were assigned was in deplorable condition. It was neither clean nor well-maintained, and many of the amenities were old, broken, and unsanitary. I would not rate it even a single star, nor would I consider it deserving of the "suite" designation. The overall environment was far from what one would expect from a private hospital.Additionally, the level of professionalism and friendliness among the nursing staff was highly disappointing. While three nurses on the morning shift, including two head nurses, were somewhat satisfactory, the rest of the staff displayed a concerning lack of care and engagement. The nurses frequently left the station, making it difficult to find them when needed. This raises serious concerns about the response times in emergency situations, which could have severe consequences for patients. Moreover, there were alarming hygiene issues. One nurse, who came to draw blood from my father, did not wear gloves. When questioned, she mentioned having sanitized her hands, which is not acceptable given she had touched various surfaces on her way to the room. The IV stand and blood pressure machine were filthy, with visible dry blood spots. Such negligence in cleanliness is unacceptable in any healthcare setting and poses a serious risk to patient safety.I am attaching photos to illustrate the conditions described. Despite the negative reviews we had heard previously, we chose your hospital solely because my father’s doctor, who is exceptional, performs surgeries there. It is deeply disappointing to see such a reputable hospital in Jordan in such disarray.I urge you to address these issues urgently and consider necessary renovations and improvements to both the facilities and the level of care provided. It is crucial that changes are implemented to prevent similar experiences for future patients.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope to see significant improvements and a commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and patient care..
Signed in for operation 7 am,the stupid nurse took wrong weight before going into full anesthesia for the operation. The doctors never showed up until 12 noon !The staff were so cold, talking out loud about us.
1/ public toilets bad 2/ cafeteria expensive, not clean, bad smell and not organised 4/ room 3rd floor without mesh : mosquitoes and flies enter the room 5/ curtain between beds not clean 6/ however staff, nurses and doctors helpfull
The worst hospital you could take someone to.The hospital sanitation is terrible, patience end up with liver infection and other dangerous chronic conditions due to the lack of sanitation, the staff are the worst and the front desk keeps sending you around very rude and unprofessional, there is no respect or professionalism at the calling center. Bad service and follow-ups are horrible you can show up to your appointment to find out you weren't scheduled on that day, after you've been giving a specific date and waiting for so long in addition to that medications are unavailable even generics.

The worst experience ever.-Doctors, staff, nurses even the cafeteria. All of them , arrogant , rude , unprofessional,Inhuman.- One of the doctors, even before seeing the r ray was contacting someone to tell him that the price is low and have to raise the price from the doctors syndicate.- No connection between the clinics and the emergency, one the doctor leaves, he disappears.- I have been of corse to other hospitals but what I saw from Jordan hospital Doctors was just horrible
- The worst hospital ever.- bad attitude from the staff.- The clinics didn’t respond to calls by patients.- No good parking, I should leave the car with the security.- three times couldn’t find medicines at the hospital’s pharmacy.- no connection between clinics and hospital, once a doctor told us that we won’t find a medicine at the pharmacy but we found.- weak insurance system.
The nursing staff is unfriendly, very uncooperative, very unprofessional, you ask them for help but they respond after 2 hours, and they rely on you a lot (as the patient's companion). No one wants to be a patient in a hospital, sick and in pain, but having to deal with unfriendly and unprofessional health care providers makes things 100 times worse.
This hospital is the worest among all hospitals in Amman, its service was very disappointing. Staff, nurses, ER doctors were disorganized, aggressive, communication was poor, and the overall atmosphere was unwelcoming. Waiting times were excessively long around (2-3) hours, and it felt like patient care was not a priority. Overall, a frustrating experience.NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!!
I have been around the world and this has been the best hospital I have ever experienced anywhere. The staff were very concerned and helpful. The price was very fair. I'm from the U.S. and after my experience here, I will never go to another American hospital. Jordan hospital is about fixing your medical problem, American hospitals only try to capitalise from you. I have been in Jordan for about 5 months now and the people are absolutely amazing and friendly with the greatest customer service I've seen on this side of the world.
All employees in all departments are so cooperative, kind, and respectful, and systemizing between all departments is amazing.. but the rooms need some simple renews.. thanks a lot😉
Mohammad Qandeel frm the the Endoscopy department was fantastic, he’s super friendly and he has a great attitude, he’s definitely a great asset for this hospital.
Dr. Tareq Bisheh did the ultrasound for my mother in the radiology department , he is a professional and dedicated radiologist.Unfortunately, the nurses in the radiology department are unprofessional. One of them asked a saudi lady about the last time she went to the bathroom in front of everyone in the waiting area. Which is unacceptable and unprofessional at all.Other nurses where taking and laughing or the are using there phones while the waiting room and the corridor is full with waiting patients.
Has many clinical specialties. The only problem I've noticed so far, and arriving long before the appointment, to be able to park the car. Narrow streets and very difficult to get a parking space.
I don't recommend this place, and if there is zero star I would give them zero.I want to share my experience with Jordan hospital, which was shocking for us. I came with my 4-month baby for minor surgery. We were assigned to a room that had nothing (drinking water- tissues). The room wasn't in the best shape. I have to carry my baby to the surgery room, and then I waited in the recovery room for more than one hour the nurses didn't show up, and I was not allowed to take him to the room ( maybe I would run away without paying!!). Finally, I was allowed to carry him down myself since the great nurse never showed up!I asked the nurse to check the drip's needle and take it out of his arm since it was so painful for him and there was no need to keep it, according to the doctor, but she never showed up again!!! I pushed the emergency bottom after 20 minutes, but no one showed up ( as usual)!!! What a great service! They made us wait for 2 hours to write the report. And when I wanted to make a complaint about the service they said to write down your note and push it in the box so looks like nobody cares.I talked to the PR person who tried to show some "fake" interest to the level that he didn't ask for my phone or email to follow up on my complaint, and I am sure nobody cares in this "place". if you need my advice go somewhere else.
Very bad customer support.the lab management is like a market, you call they dont even pick up the phone, they pick up and close immediately.the staff are not cooperative at all in the lab.used to be my go to hospital, now I dont recommend dealing with them at all, even calling the complaints line no one answers!!they dont care to clients at all, its pure money establishment
I am trying to make an appointment and and the answering recording machine gives you the option of dialling 0 to speak to the operator. I tried numerous times but the operator never answered.
Less than expected,I'm writing this while I'm staying with my dad, in the isolated area for covid patients!!The whole rooms are served with one nurse at night, and 2 nurses in the morning!! (Females nurse/s can't hold heavy weight patient)The huge amount of needs required for each patient need more than this number of working staff, including the residents doctor!!One of the doctors refused to deal with patient's family, and he explain the reason for refusing to deal with that patient with (I'm busy)!!One night doctor for the whole hospital (as he claimed) ,Each patient is an important case for his family, as well should be the same for the doctors , nurses, and the management of this hospital that holds the name of a well known medical country JORDAN.
I took an appointment with a doctor for my daughter and went to the information desk as it was my first time in this hospital. I was so shocked it smelled cigarets there that I left immediately. I mean what kind of hospital is that if smoking is allowed?? The government should react.
Hospital looks very old, not clean. YES It has everything you need to feel better. But personally I prefer to see the hospital clean , because mentally will help anyone to get cure.
It's good hospital with many specialty doctors, you should pay for the parking, no free parking available. The area around the hospital is crowded. It's better to get an appointment before you planing to visit.
Bad attitude form the nurseries and doctors
The hospital is good, and it beats a lot of other hospitals.I've seen a lot of people hating on the Filipino workers, but I can say that they work amazing! they're just neglected from the people. The food serving is great, the workers are working good. There is one side note I would like to imply, or maybe two or three. The rooms aren't that Cozy which makes the Patient feels like home, because if he doesn't he could end up having depression from the room. The lights aren't great, they are terrible. The bathroom doors aren't good, they're acceptable since it is only for the looks and privacy.End of my review. I can say this hospital is good and has a lot of good technology but sometimes doctors doesn't accept the Insurance and they let you pay money even though the insurance accepted. There was a problem with one of my family members which really led them to pay 400JDs or more just for a CT scan which is really disappointing. Regs
