Me and my wife also had a bad experience, a complete lack of control and the attention is good to demand payment we had two in vitro but they failed. They don't know the excitement that a person and the family have when it is done but Gustavo Carti is an atheist and that doesn't bother me. I didn't like it at all because I'm a big believer in God but they're only interested in money, I don't recommend it at all and I went to another clinic and my wife stayed, thank God, she's already 36 weeks and happy.
I would stay away from this centre. We were told that we could never have children. They did not even do any accurate tests like karyotype analysis or thyroid tests and just blamed me for being at advanced age. The doctor was just so horrible, he did not even record the doses of medication properly. In the end I could only retrieve 2 eggs and he told me that I had low AMH and that I had to go for egg donation. Luckily we changed centres and it turned out that my husband had a translocation, I had hashimoto tiroides and my AMH was actually fine so we had several embryos and they did genetic test to all of them. I am currently seven months pregnant using my own ovaries and my husband's sperm with a genetically tested embryo at the age of 44 and our baby is completely healthy. I would not trust this centre at all.
The girls at the reception are charming, they make you feel part of the process from minute one. Dr Carti is very professional and sincere above all, I cannot say the same about the doctor, to whom I would have appreciated a little more empathy and closeness during visits.
How can I describe in a few words the great happiness that my husband and I have in meeting this great family that thanks to them, I have the greatest treasure that a mother wants to have, his name is Eydan and he is two months old, I recommend 100 percent that after After two attempts at another clinic which I will not name, I finally have my great dream in my house. Thank you, Dr. Cartir, for taking me in as if I were your family and helping me in every way possible. Thank you all. Just a piece of advice. Yes. If you want to be a mother, don't hesitate, they will do everything possible.
Well, for our part, we can say that everything went perfectly and we are now enjoying our little girl. Grateful to the medical team for their professionalism and of course for the treatment received. 100% recommended, something tells me that we will repeat... 🙂

An amazingly kind and professional clinic in Palma - nothing is too much trouble for the team, who were incredibly helpful through out a difficult process, and which ended well, thanks to them. It is worth mentioning that there appear to be 2x clinics that have combined google reviews - one in Menorca, which seems to have bad reviews, and one in Palma Mallorca. I can only say that the clinic in Palma Mallorca is of an exceptionally high standard and I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone. Thank you so very very much.
My experience has been very bad, unfortunately for me and my partner.From the beginning there was already a lack of control in the Menorca clinic. At the first appointment, the doctor was not there at the scheduled time. She arrived almost 1 hour late and arrived so calmly with her coffee in her hand (we were already off to a bad start). We had to be on the lookout and constantly calling to make appointments. When we called, either the doctor or the secretary was not there or our information did not appear.With all of the above, we thought that the “JUANEDA MENORCA” clinic would be a disaster, but in Mallorca it seemed that things were working better, although that was not the case.For us the dates were very important and we had a window of dates to do the procedure. Well, they were giving us the information and documents in pieces. When we needed to do everything together, (they always said that everything was ready, but a few days later, they told us that something else was missing), at the end when everything was supposed to be ready and they were looking for the embryo, (as they told us) . A few days later they write to us again that we need to sign another data protection paper (we signed that paper on the first day in Menorca), and they tell us that until we sign it they cannot start looking for the embryo... this a week after telling us that everything was ready and they were already looking for the embryo.The last thing and what, apart from dates, made us reject the whole process was when my partner had her period (at this point the days and the medication with clock synchronization and with the doctor controlling everything are very important). We notified the doctor (it took her 4 days to respond). Meanwhile, we contacted the doctor from Mallorca who offered us the medication, but without guaranteeing that the embryo would arrive.With all this. They have trampled on our illusions, in something that is very important in people's lives and in ours in particular.
I tried with one of the big clinics and just felt like a number so I decided to try this small clinic. The whole team is great, you get seen on time for your appointments and I feel like they genuinely want it to work out for you. And for me it did - I am currently 17 weeks pregnant and very happy. I would definitely recommend Dr Carti, Dr Ballnus and the team. The first appointment is free so you have nothing to lose.
