I can’t express enough gratitude for the wonderful care my 5-year-old daughter received during her recent stay at Medeor Hospital.The pediatric doctor was not only highly skilled but also incredibly compassionate. They took the time to explain every procedure in a way we could understand, which made us feel safe and cared for. Not a good experience. Nurse that put my IV doesn’t know what she’s doing. Blood is everywhere. This was last aug 23,2024. And today i have a follow up check up after a month of operation, twice they cancelled my appointment!

Extremely bad experience not recommended at all.I was admitted in emergency award, There is no enough nurses to deal patience only one nurse dealing to five beds and even if there is an other emergency, she have to go there if I request to high management, they keep on saying sorry we have an other emergencyAfter all I request for my leave paper even they don’t have that person who will make that live paper they said tomorrow we will send to your email but even tomorrow I did receive then I called to call center. He said I follow up, but I don’t have any idea when .

The rude and unprofessional approach of a nurse named Ginsey of the Neurology Dept. Sending us away and telling us not to sit in the waiting area. So unfair of her as it was me and my son only were told and not those others that were sitting also. I was accompanying my sister for a follow-up check-up who had just recently undergone surgery with Dr. Dildar. I was so disappointed! Where’s the hospitality and customer service? Such a shame! My sister even gave the hospital a 5-star review as she was delighted by how Dr. Dildar and his team treated her while inside the hospital facilities. 😔😩 How did that happen? While for me was completely the opposite! 😒😏

Dr. Hema Diwakar and Dr. Prayrna Sharma are very accomodating and explain in details every procedure done and laboratory results. Nurses show their expertise in caring for their patient with love. Foods served are “in my taste buds”. Cleanliness are well maintain. Suprabha from Operations shows dedication in her job as she truly enjoys it. Over-all, I recommend Medeor Hospital as the best hospital in Dubai.Since Medeor Hospital Burdubai was opened it is where we go for emergencies and I gave birth of our two kids.

I'm so very happy and thankful that I delivered my baby here in Medeor Hospital Dubai. From the doctor, Dra. Elizabeth Matthew (obgyne), to the midwives, to the nurses that have duties starting 16.07.24 in the morning up to now 18.07.24 were very good. To the pediatricians, nursing aids/nursing assistants, maintenance, cleaners, admission staffs, operations staffs, staffs in nursery all of you, you did the great job. And also the food that they gave to the patients were very good also. You have a great service in your patients, you treat us like your family. Keep it up!!! High 5 🖐

My colleague suggested me this hospital since she had good experience with her doctors.Without hesitation, I booked an appointment and chose a Laparoscopic Surgeon, Dr Shekhar Shivam. Alhamdulillah, he carefully check and do all the test for my gallbladder and decided to do the surgery. He did an extramile to take care of me during his day off, where he monitored me when i had a severe stomach pain. Hats off to him.Last June 29, he did the Laparoscopy procedure and removed my Gallblader. With him, i feel at ease, got no tension at all. A very good doctor, indeed.The nurse on duty, specially Reenu (NS) and Julie (DS), take good care of me during my recovery. While the operations, has accomodated all my request during my recovery.Overall, an exceptional experience without any drama.Alhamdulillah

My Colleague has suggested medeor 24×7 hospital for my wife's maternity treatment. my wife's delivery happened on Sunday. we consulted with Doctor Elisabeth. She is very kind and good personality and is treated very well. She did my wife's cesarean. after the delivery pediatrician and all nursing staff were very kind and patient. they explained very clearly. especially room and their services are appreciatable. It was my first time at the hospital in the UAE, and I was very nervous about it. Dr. Vishnu Sura and Dr. Abdul Patterkadavan were amazing, they were very careful and kind. I was admitted for three days, and I was surprised how quickly and efficiently the treatment worked. The nursing team was supportive, helpful and friendly, they always treated me well. This was my first time in Medeor 24x7 Hospital and they exceeded my expectations. I met Dr Usha Kiran because she was highly recommended by my OB-Gynae (from other clinic) for my hysteroscopic polypectomy surgery. I came here early morning alone and was admitted here at 2:30am (Feb22), to be honest this is my first time for surgery and i never felt scared or alone cos Nurse Stephy from the ward welcomed, assisted and explained to me what i need to know from her end, keep on letting me know if i need anything just press the button next to my bed. The private room and wc is very clean, well sanitized by another staff everytime feels homy the room is spacious.Food is also good and tasty. Most especially thanks to Dr Usha Kiran and her team they are amazing in delivering proper health care to me as her patient, i cant mentioned their names all cos i forgot to ask, anyway it was a smooth and fast process. Plus everytime they do something to me they explain it first what it is and what it is for, even if i dont bother asking about it. Pharmacist have to come in my room to explain my meds, Finally, Suprabha from back end operation, came to visit me today and i told her my experIence in this hospital was great and good job to all team members. Well deserved for 5 star review. 🫶✨ thank you so much for taking care of me🤍

The surgery recovery area and nursing working where are excellent.. and on top of all I highly highly recommend Dr. kishore .. great experienced doctor i am so glad he did my surgery. I am extremely unhappy with the waiting game happening in this hospital! They really do not value their customer's time. You set an appointment, took and paid a taxi just to ensure that you will be on time and to your surprise? After 1 hour and of half waiting, they will ask you to reschedule your appointment as the doctor cannot make it?! Like whattt? Are you guys serious? It took me more than 4 hours waiting for this ultrasound and until this very moment, like this current moment I am still waiting. My appointment is at 3:30 pm, time check it's 7:15pm! I do not recommend this hospital and will definitely will not come back!

I am always thankful that I got to meet such doctor starting from Dr. Elizabeth Mathew as my OB doctor when I had my 1st baby to my 2nd child. And to Dr. Jobby Jacob as a pediatric doctor of my kids. I would always recommend them whenever someone ask me to which doctor I am seeing whenever I need one for my maternity health needs and for my babies health needs. They always provide that kind of health care that I am expecting as a mother for my kids, the expertise they have always passes my expectations. I am also a healthcare professional which I don't usually disclose whenever I am seeking for a healthcare treatment from a hospital to a clinic so I would be treated as a regular patient who doesn't have knowledge from any kind of healthcare settings. I was able to go to different kind of hospitals and clinics and meet different doctors and was treated like I don't want to come back from them after such encounter, I even once treated with an stereotype and racist doctor and other healthcare provider who is careless that gives me trauma. And finally I ended up here at medeor hospital and was very much satisfied with what care I deserve for myself and for my children. With or without insurance they are always giving you an equal care that you deserve and always giving that concern about your financial status. They are not always after the income that they can get from you but the care that they can offer for you and for your family, to serve you and your kids for the health care that you need. The hospital requires to improve quality patient care. As we encountered staffs who never explain the procedure or even the time waiting in tbe fast track. Furthermore, nurses were to rude to approached the patients. Overall, I think staffs should be teach on how to provide a high quality patinet care with the right attitudes.

Pregnancy , Labor giving birth journey. First of all i would like to thank all the Doctors and staff who assist as during and even to the last day of our stay there in the hospital. Dr. Anu her Ob gyne Dr.sana in labor room Dr. Kalyan our baby's pedia Dr.Anjo obstetrician Dr. Jeofrey pedia ,nurses Remya in NICU yebonia Pratheetha,stephy and all the nurses help us in our stay in the hospital. The pantry staff and cleaners never fail to give their full services. All in all it was a 5 star for quality service 5 stars for the politeness and good personality of all the doctors and nurses and staff. The worst ever experience. They only want money and they will do unnecessarily test. If u have pain of Gall bladder. They will scan whole of your body. The Dr. Treated me but gave me wrong medicine. I reported it written and also met their manager but of no use. Earlier it was good but from last 2 years I feel they take patients for granted. The nurses in the emergency and rude and don't care the patient is in the ward and needs treatment. I went there twice in emergency but had to wait for half n hour to get my treatment to start.

If you are looking for a hospital where you can deliver your baby, ABSOLUTELY MEDEOR HOSPITAL IS THE PLACE.Here are only few of my heroes which I have encounter.Would like to give my most sincere appreciation and gratitude to Dr Sagimole for being the most professional doctor and same time very patient during my labor.She took care of my little angel during pregnancy and same time my self. Apart from that she has that sparkle on her which gives you piece of mind and complete trust you can rely on.If you are expecting a baby, ensure your doctor is Dr Sagimole and believe me when I say that everything will be much more easy on you. 🙏🙏Other very important members I had during my delivery journey was nurse Yebonia and nurse Neethu ( wish you a very healthy pregnancy and wish all the best for your baby 😇😇👶) which were with me during my most painful moments which was the labor.However both of them, had only good words on their mouth and a huge smile all the time apart from not giving the back even for a second.Am pretty sure that without their assistance I would have been very stressed.Last but not the least from "NICU" who took care of my baby after delivery nurse Jomoi. My son had a surgery yesterday at Medeor Hospital Dubai. The services that we received was excellent. The nurses were very accommodating and helpful before and after the surgery especially Pratheetha and Revathy. Dr. Arif Ansari did the great job with my son's surgery (circumcision). His highly recommended. His expert in his field and very accommodating. I liked it when he always assure my son (who is very worried about his surgery) that he should not worry and they will take care of him. Overall we are very happy with the services of Medeor Hospital Dubai.

I was here due to my Psoriasis got severe for 6 days, all my body is in pain and wounds. Nurses and Doctors are all professional and very accommodating. Especially all the nurses in ICU are very friendly and they make sure that you are good, they take good care of you. They will cheer you up especially if your feeling depressed. Since check up to get admitted for 2days in medeor hospital for my surgery,up to discharge today,Im very much satisfied with the services they give..specially Doctor Dildar the surgeon, he is very kind and helpful,he even ask to change my room after surgery next to nurse station so that ill be taken care of properly. so thankful to him for the success of my surgery. The nurses are kind and friendly too..they take care of my needs timely. Cleanliness of the hospital is excellent,time to time there are housekeeping cleaning the room. The foods they serves for the patient was good and on time..overall Im very satisfied and happy for the services in Medeor hospital. Even when im at home they still called and check on me. I really feel well taken cared of..Thanks to all the staffs and management of Medeor hospital..keep it up👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

I was there for holiday dialysis, it was really great there. the nurses and doctor were very nice, the equipment and machines were excellent. I can absolutely recommend it. Unfortunately, dialysis is relatively expensive (1100AED) and therefore significantly more expensive than in other hospitals in Dubai.

Very good service. Went there with a neck sprain and back issue. Thanks to Dr Manjunatha for advising for physio sessions. The physio therapy department is excellent. Mr . Faisal was the therapist. He found out the correct issues and gave me good treatment and advice. The pain went away and I was able to regain my muscle strength as well. Very committed team with excellent follow-up. Will recommend for anyone looking for good care.

We had a great experience with this hospital during my delivery with Dr Elizabeth Mathew.She has delivered both of my son. She was amazing during both my pregnancies.She is very caring and understanding. I really feel blessed to have her as my gynecologist.We are also very thankful for Dr Jobby Jacob who is the pediatrician for both of our kids.He has taken very good care of my elder son during his hospitalization.

Great Team. Went there for my wrist pain and met Dr. Anurag. He suggested ultrasound for my wrist and after seeing my results he recommended physiotherapy. Booked my appointment and my physiotherapist was Mr. Faisal. Had put great hard work on my wrist for the five sessions I had with him. After the fifth session I had no pain left in my wrist. I would highly recommend this hospital for the hospitality and hard work they put on each and every patient.Physiotherapy department is the best. The receptionist is very hard working and calls each patient to confirm their appointment for the day.All the best great team.

I have been going for regular physio sessions due to multiple issues which impacted various areas of my life. I have recently been to the dental department in Medeor and visited Dr. Benjamin Samuel.He is very professional and puts the patient at ease. He constantly checks while performing any procedure whether the patient is feeling okay or has any discomfort. His work is very good. I have previously also done various procedures and never needed to worry about the same issue again. He always gives the correct advise and correct diagnosis and ensures that there is no waste of time, effort, pain or money. I have recommended many of my friends and relatives to Dr. Benjamin and they also have had a good experience.

Extremely happy with the service we were provided. The team headed by Dr. Elizabeth Mathew (Gynecologist) and Dr. Asma Patel (Anesthesiologist) along with the other Doctors and supporting staff did an amazing job when my wife had to check in for her preterm delivery. There were complications during the labor but the Doctors and Staff were exceptionally supportive and understanding. The care they provided post delivery during our stay at the hospital is also commendable. Really grateful to the entire team. Keep up the good work!

I’ve been going for physiotherapy with Dr. Meryl for quite sometime now and I must say that he is one of the best doctor who has always encouraged me and worked with me to get better. The way he cheered me up when I achieved something really motivated me to get better. Great experience as a first timer. Dr. Sajimol is incredible. Not only has she taken great care of my health, but also she is lovely to speak with at every appointment. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient. Also, the nurses are very friendly and professional. I highly recommend her to anyone!

Honestly if it wasn't close to my house I myself would not go here. There is no proper system. I was told to come as a walk-in even though I tried calling in advance to book an appointment as I don't like waiting in a hospital in these times. When I reached the reception they told me the test will be done in 10 to 15 mins depending on the nurse availability. It eventually took them an hour. Apparently there was only one nurse on duty at that time which the reception staff didn't communicate when i first got there. Finally the nurse was rude and very rough. The nasal swab was put in so roughly that my nostril was bleeding. Would not recommend this hospital unless it's an absolute emergency.

We had a very good experience with Dr Garima. She explained in very simple words about the need for space maintainer in my son's teeth and the entire procedure was very smooth and painless. Dr. Saheer has been very kind and helpful to treat my case. My covid-19 related pulmonary issues were well diagnosed and prescribed appropriate medication for my quick recovery. I started feeling better in couple of days of my medications.He is not only professional doctor, more over understand his patients and explain the sickness and medication course personally to show the importance and care.Today was my second visit to the hospital. Highly impressed with the friendly approach of Dr Garima Khandelwal along with my daughter throughout the treatment , I have earlier seen kids very frightened to visit the dentist fearing the pain the same i had seen with my daughter on her very 1st visit but after the 1st visit and the way Dr Garima had conversation with my daughter the fear went off and my daughter Shresta was actually excited to visit her the Doctor for rest of her future visits . Posting on 13/9/2020 after a visit gone terribly bad. Visited the dermatologist 4 days before for an allergy. She send samples for biopsy. I received a msg saying reports are ready the next. I confirm it over a call and schedule my next visit. I reached today and waited for 1.5 hrs in this COVID situation to be told that my reports aren't ready. They didn't even have an idea that a visit had happened few days before. They are explaining to me about having more than one file open under my name. Why should I care if you have more than one file open or not. It your responsibility and especially considering the delicate situation when ppl think twice before visiting a hospital that your patients and their rights are catered too. It's not not just enough to frame about patient rights in every wall of yours it's important to practice them too. I'll think twice about visiting you again.a

Very good hospital I went to there emergency twice and they are very fast and there staff are very nice there doctors are very good but once when I was in the emergency my knee twisted I did an X-ray nothing showed then I had to do an MRI but it took very very long time they asked for the MRI at 6pm and I waited there till 11pm until I did it .

Just had a wonderful experience with my daughter with Dr Garima . She is very gentle when it comes to nervous children. My daughter is now very happy to see the dentist , she didn’t want to leave the clinic . Dr Garima was also very honest and explained all the treatment options very clearly. I recommend her to all my friends now. Could not be happier! My daughter loved to put her picture on the bravery wall.

Taken my grandmother in an emergency 2 days back. She was thankfully discharged the same night. however with shortage of hospital staff evrything took a lot of time. I called back the hospital yesterday as i wanted to speak to the doctor incharge for a query. The call centre agent transferred the call but there was no answer and i was promised a call back within the day but it has been more than 24 hours and i have not yet received any call back. is this a service you give for a patient who was bought in emergency?? Again today morning i have been trying to get connected to the hospital but yet no answer and you have to keep waiting on the line even if it is for 30 minutesWe understand that you must be busy with walk in patients but again due to the pandemic one should understand it is not always possible to get the patient who is 78 years old to keep getting her to the hospital everytime and one should be atleast avaialble over phone to answer our queires.

Been attended my physio therapy here, it was the best experience to be with jolly therapist. I really appreciate at very accommodating during my recovery period. Dr Garima is one of the best pediatric dentist that I have known. She is very courteous and gentle with kids and has a high level of knowledge and expertise in her field. My niece has been a v difficult to deal with , but Dr Garima handled her so well that she loved her dental experience. I would recommend her for all problems with your child’s teeth. She is the best in town.

We went to Dr. Garima after reading the positive reviews. Glad to say our experience with her is in line with what people have already said about her. Our son who's 6 years old, had undergone teeth extraction, which can be a daunting thing even for an adult. The doctor helped him relax and made the process as smooth as you can imagine. She uses techniques to keep the kids calm and rewards them for bravery.

Exceeded all my expectations.I visited the Hospital yesterday and consulted with Dr. Mounir Hamad for the first time.He truly cares about his patients. He treated me like he knows me although it was my first visit to him.He made me do tests immediately. He shared results later via watsapp and called personally to explain what I was reading.AS for the hospital itself, it is clean and feels safe.The staff there is super helpful, understanding and compassionate.

We consulted various dentists and pediatric dentists for cavities in my 2 year old daughters teeth. We were given many options but none of them made us so comfortable like Dr Garima. She patiently answered all our queries and treated my daughter very efficiently under general Anesthesia. I had an emergency surgery for my appendix removal by Dr Rohit Kumar.Though I was not mentally prepared for it... He made it easy for me through proper counselling and guidance. He is a great professional and amazing at his work. Everything happened so seamlessly and i am doing well and recovered in just 7 days. I always consult Dr Deepak Gandhi, the best pediatrician for my daughter. He's very kind and humble and checked my daughter in detail. He's an optimist doctor and never scare us in any situation only positive words and advises. I would recommend him to every parent. May God bless him.

During the epidemic also, hospitals have no staffing. Moreover, the emergency services is pathetic with rude receptionist and the time consumed will be more than the regular visit. Deepak at the emergency reception is very rude, no mannerism and unfit to be in this profession or maybe he is tired working.Doctor checked after 20 minutes but for the medicine prescription it took 1 hour.And the best of all, hospital reception and pharmacy is with NO STAFF

Suite à une piqure d insecte à Paris quelques jours avant mon départ en vacances à Dubai, j'ai dû me rendre dans cet hôpital car avec le vol et la chaleur mon pied c est infecté. L' hôpital est très propre et on se sent comme à la maison. Le personnel est d'une gentillesse exceptionnelle et les médecins sont compétents et très à l'écoute des patients. Rien à voir avec le corps médical français qui devrait faire un stage dans ce genre d' hôpital pour retrouver les fondamentaux de leur métier... Donc si vous devez vous rendre dans un hôpital à Dubai (je ne le souhaite à personne) n'hésitez pas et allez y, vous ne serez pas déçu. Donc encore une fois, merci à l'ensemble de l'équipe et mention spéciale au Dr DILDAR Hussain qui est au top .Il n'y a rien à redire sur cet hôpital. Samy
