Can’t fault this hospital at all excellent service staff were amazing they saved my husbands life and I can’t thank them enough I would like to thank especially Dr Laura Carlos and Helen the interpreter they were very professional My husband is recovering really well and it’s all thanks to yourselves
Awful. Treated my partner for gastroenteritis. Admitted him and just left him in a room with virtually no contact for 2 full days.Food, when eventually provided, was atrocious. I appreciate it was gastroenteritis, but every patient was served the same dry chicken and plain carrots, tasteless watery “soup”. Truly awful. Nursing staff not interested in helping non Spanish speaking patients. The only person who helped was Lynn in the patient discharging team, she showed signs of caring and an interest in helping my partner.Do NOT go to this hospital by choice or by referral, in my opinion you would be better anywhere but here.
Had to be treated there in the emergency reception because of an accident that happened while being on holiday.It is a private hospital but they cooperate with several big German health insurance companies (AOK, TK).The staff was super friendly and in a good mood. They also speak a lot of languages (i.e. English, German, Swedish is what I noticed) there. It only took me one hour in total to see a doctor and get the wounds cleaned and treated.I had to come back after two days for wound treatment and I experienced the same as on my first visit.Thank you!
We arrived with an injury and were quickly taken care of by nice and professional staff. Everything went smoothly and there was no problem with English. Great care from the trauma team and receptionist. Very thankful, gracias.

Exemplary - from swift immediate tests & quick admission to discharge to checkup & staples removal (appointment with surgeon at 9.50 today and over at 9.55! If I could give this hospital a zero I would, my partner after a few drinks damaged his wrist, went down there for help and they were rude until one lovely lady said she’d wrap it so he was happy, he went to the toilet and fell asleep by accident ( less than 20mins) and was woken up to a cleaner spraying chemicals in his face. Then when questioned about it squirted him again in the face. After some harsh words as you could expect they then called the armed police, he was willing to pay and hadn’t even got to that point, he wasn’t aggressive or rude until the cleaner sprayed CLEANING PRODUCTS INTO HIS EYES. Disgusting - we are fully insured and have all documentation - but it just wasn’t good enough. Clearly have an issue with the English/ Tourists. I will be making a formal complaint. Disgusting
I was admitted as emergency due to breathing problems. The staff, nurses, doctors where excellent and consistent in times with medication.I do have a question as to how I will get my deposit that I paid of £500 reimbursed
Got to the hospital because of an emergency while on holidays. Staff was very friendly and caring. No long waiting times and the doctor explained every steps with patience and gave me a good checkup. Thank you!
Had to seek emergency care here as a UK citizen whilst on holiday. I was seen very quickly and I had very good 1-1 care here. I stayed overnight. I had my own room with an en-suite and the healthcare professionals involved in my care were really lovely. The food was nice too. Better than my local hospital at home where I would have waited a minimum of 6 hours to be seen. obviously as it's private it does cost but I have no issue with this if it means I'm getting adequate care, which I did. I highly recommend.
Not sure why so many negative reviews. Came in one morning for some pediatric issue, saw the doctor after 5 min, waited for the lab test for another 20 min, followed up with the doctor straight away and left with diagnosis and prescription. All in all 1 hour in total.
We arrived to the pediatrician and I think we were 3rd in a queue, after 65 minutes of waiting we still have 1 kid in front of us, taking to account that they have 2 doctors it's extremely slow. 2 times we have seen that kids of other doctors from this hospital comes and go to the doctors without a queue. It's a private clinic so they suppose to work quick and efficiently, no option to make an appointment, you have to stay with your kids in the waiting area. Really not a kids friendly place.
How can anyone look at this longer than a day and not fundamentally change how things are run? 60 people crowding a hospital entrance. Emergencies could be blocked, viruses could spread. This is beyond irresponsible. Apparently it was due to front desk/admin slowing things down. Testing only took seconds (as it should).- Hire staff / let people put their data in themself. Honestly the front desk ladies looked on the verge of breakdown.- Don't give out appointments in 5 min slots if you need 10 min to gather info & test (duh)- Let the people without appointments take tickets and wait outside.
In short: Overwhelmed, very bad organisation, no system, no informations, no security, no corona-separated entrance. Waiting for hours and hours.4pm, more than 20 persons in line, waiting, with other hospital visitors (old, sick people). No informations at all, no security on the spot, fake informations ongoing. After one year Corona, this hospital did not learn anything. Very bad organisation. Dont trust their website !!
Took a PCR Covid test for 90€ and received the next day a password encoded zip-file without a password. Tried to call but no one answers, nor via email. Extremely poor organization and service. Go somewhere else when you need real help.
The worst experience ever!We wanted to make an antigene test on the third of April 2021 and waited there for 7 hours (!!!!) to get tested. They open at 9:00 and we went there by 08:30. There were already a lot of people. May be 100 but not more. Super slow testing. They don´t send e-mails with the result. You have to come back and go to the laboratory to receive them....

La primera vez que voy a Muro por que me mandan de la clinica de Inca y recibo un trato pésimo por parte de una recepcionista de radiologia, tratandome como si no mereciera estar ahi y riendose de mi mientras me habla. Me exige un papel para poder dejarme pasar a MI CITA, cuando esas cosas se les muestran al medico y NO a la recepcionista. Como no llevaba el papel por que le iba a explicar yo misma las cosas al medico, no me deja pasar. Le hable bien en todo momento preguntandole las cosas con respeto y las contestaciones que recibo dejan muchisimo que desear en cuanto a profesionalidad. Le pregunto a ver si puede llamar para pedir el historial clinico y RIENDOSE de mi me dice que no va a llamar cuando un simple no podemos hacer eso bastaba.Alfinal me fui igual que vine. Seguro privado para recibir este trato y esta perdida de tiempo. ¿Tan complicado era dejarme pasar para hablar yo en persona con el medico? Ahora a esperar otra semana para llevar un papelito que dice lo mismo que lo que iba a decir yo en persona.Y ya ni hablemos de la distancia de seguridad que era imposible guardar.
El servicio de atención telefónica es pésimo!!! Durante una tarde llame 6 veces sin poder comunicarme con el hospital.Al día siguiente llamo a primera hora,me atienden la llamada y cuando les pregunto para informarme sobre traumatología me dicen que llame a las 9:00h eran las 8:55,les explico que es muy difícil que atiendan telefónicamente y me contesta que es lo que hay.Vamos todo un servicio!!!
Ich war mit einer Magen-/ Darminfektion ein paar Tage dort. Hervorragende Behandlung.Für diejenigen die kein Spanisch sprechen können, es wurde sogar eine deutschsprachige Krankenschwester organisiert...
Me han hecho el PCR y ha sido muy doloroso. Casi me desmayo al salir. La enfermera ha sido muy bruta; si se hace bien no tiene por qué doler tanto; no debía de tener ni experiencia ni habilidad. Llevo dos días con dolor en el interior de la nariz.
A disaster. Rude receptionist only worried about their payment. I offered to self-pay, they charged me and then left me waiting with pulmonary symptoms in the main hall while it was quite full of people. The doctor and second receptionist were very nice and helpful but the whole agreviation was too much by then. A pity bc the medical service is good but unfortunately takes a lot to reach them.
he tenido que ir varias veces en verano por veranear cerca de allí y nunca me ha gustado la atención de urgencias, no así la de consulta pediátrica que utilicé en su día y me encantó.Sigo pensando que si tienes la posibilidad puedes ir a Palma y te atienden muchísimo mejor.Ayer mismo me encontré en urgencias con un médico apático y desganado y una recepcionista antipática. Esto me daría igual si me hubieran solucionado el problema, pero no solo no lo hicieron si no que pusieron en duda que lo tuviese y me remitieron a Palma donde en quirón palma planas me atendieron entre ayer en urgencias y hoy en consultas divinamente y me resolvieron el problema.
herzlichen Dank an das hervorragende GesundheitsTeam des Hospitals, leider musste ich kürzlich dessen Dienste in Anspruch nehmen, habe mich aber von der ersten Minute an gut aufgehoben gefühlt: professionelle, schnellst mögliche Hilfe bei starken Schmerzen, dabei mit in "Corona Zeiten" grosser Besonnenheit (also keine Sorge, dieses Krankenhaus um Hilfe zu bitten, alles sehr gut strukturiert), dabei mit genügend Zeit, mir alles zu erklären und mich nach meinem Krankenhaus Aufenthalt zu briefen, dass es nun für mich gesund weitergehen kann! sehr freundlich, sehr menschlich, kein ganz neues Gebäude, aber für ein Krankenhaus "sauber", das Essen, als ich endlich wieder essen durfte 😉 abwechslungsreich und schmackhaft, ich hatte grosses Glück!
Wir sind überrascht dass es teilweise so schlechte Bewertungen gibt. Aber Erfahrungen sind eben individuell. Wir waren heute vorort und wurden schnell, freundlich und kompetent behandelt. Als normaler Kassenpatient mussten nur übliche Formulare ausgefüllt werden. War ein kleiner Eingriff (Seeigel), alles sehr gut !
I had a heart attack on May 7th 2001.Everone at the hospital were absolutely amazing and without their superb care..I dont think I would be here. I was sent to Palma to have 2 stents, then back to Muro to be nursed some more..Eventually I was allowed back to England with my husband to fully recuperate. We will never be able to thank them enough..
Por mi experiencia en varias especialidades, la atención del personal es normalmente buena. Pero las horas de las citas no son realistas. Prepárate para esperar 1h mínimo. Las listas de espera para una cita de algunas especialidades puede ser larga (6 sem. o más). El equipamiento medico (como algunos ecografos) me parecen viejos o muy básicos si los comparas con hospitales públicos como el de Inca.
My husband had dislocated his knee the staff were amazing. My husband saw a doctor and a consultant and had X Rays and MRI all done within 3 hours. Could not fault anything, in England it would have been 8 hours at least. Insurance claim as on holiday so only had to pay the excess.
Tuvimos un accidente de tráfico estando de vacaciones y nos trajo la ambulancia a este hospital. Estaba yo con dos niños pequeños , uno de ellos bebé, y tuvimos que esperar más de dos horas a que nos atendieran. El trato fue correcto. Pero teniendo en cuenta que yo casi ni me podía mover y que los niños eran muy pequeños y nos habían dado un gran golpe hubiese agradecido que alguien nos hubiese mirado antes o una ayuda en mi situación
