I can't recommend the ocean clinic enough. Absolutely everyone was well informed, great communicators, and so kind and gentle. Beautiful location, clean, caring, and quiet. I was under anesthesia during my surgery and don't remember much, but I'm sure I found it a similarly 10/10 experience. Dr. Kaye is warm and talented.The ability to talk on WhatsApp when I have questions or concerns, before and after, was a huge stress reducer for me.

My first experience with Ocean Clinic was in 2015 when I had a lip and neck lift and facial fat transfer. I was thrilled with the results - subtle but a huge improvement. Since then I have returned to the clinic several times for procedures including breast implant replacement and on my neck, eyes and face. Dr Kaye is both an artist and a brilliant surgeon. I have never been disappointed; he can see (and can achieve) exactly what you need and never overdoes things. The results are natural but confidence-boosting for anyone like me who just wants to enhance what they have without extreme change. Dr Kaye is a truly great surgeon who I trust 100%- and also has a fantastic, loyal team who have consistently given me an overall professional, friendly and caring experience. I can fully recommend this clinic.

I came to Ocean clinic with a broken implant from another clinic, apart from a deformation they left me with and told me it was a deformity of my body!, I had a breast implant change with doctor Kaye at Ocean Clinic and I couldn’t be happier and more satisfied with the result! No deformation left at all! Super natural result, scars are minimal…also the staff is amazing, kind and were so helpful with the hole process.Thank you 🙏

After a cancer removal and skin graft on my nose in the U.K. in 2020, it subsequently collapsed on one side, and the graft was very obvious. I approached Ocean Clinic ( I’d had a previous procedure done there) to see if they could help reconstruct the nose, initially via a zoom meeting in December 2021. Earlier this year ( 2022) I came for a physical examination , to set up a plan of action and on March 28th, the operation took place. It was a very complicated 3D reconstruction, that few surgeons in the U.K., wished to take on. It involved a new skin graft, to replace the original graft, and a rebuild of the left nostril. Leaving as little obvious sign of surgery as possible. As of 10 days post op, it’s looking healthy, and just needs to heal well.The staff, both surgical and non surgical, are extremely helpful, supportive, friendly and put you at ease straight away.I’d highly recommend Ocean Clinic.

I love this clinic!! The girls at the front desk are so cute and nice!! All the nurses are very knowledgeable and kind. I felt very comfortable each time I visited and was given a number to text with any questions or concerns. Dr.Kaye was amazing! All my incisions are so tiny & I love my results!! I would definitely come back for more procedures and highly recommend them to my friends!

The best clinic I have ever been to!more than 2 years ago I did my breast at Ocean Clinic with Dr Kai O Kaye and I have just recently done a MACS facelift, Rhinoplasty and blepharoplasty + brow lift with threading with Dr Kaye and I speak from the bottom of my heart - This clinic and Dr Kaye are a standard of their own. The attention to details, professionalism, the exceptional knowledge and the way they tale care of you is from another world. I have never felt so spoiled and cared of by any clinic from the second you step in and all the way to the end and even after your aftercare.Vanessa & Mai in the reception always welcome you with love. Dr Kaye is one of the most talented surgeon I have ever met. before I did my breast here I have a very bad experience and a past of 5 breast surgeries where different surgeons and clinics in Sweden have tried to fix what was a failed first surgery. Never have a met a surgeon who said with confidence that he could help me fix my breast after the past Ive had and so he did! 🙂 and wooooow, I just got the prettiest nose and face on this planet now by him.The surgery day - you feel calm, safe, secure and to me it feels like I am going to a SPA haha. The anaesthetics at OC is the best I have experienced and my favourite nurse Alex always takes such good care of me

I have had two procedures at Ocean Clinic now and have just booked in for my third! From the moment I walked in the receptionists Mai and Vanessa made me feel really welcome. They are both lovely and super helpful.Dr. Kai is very professional and knowledgeable. I am so grateful to him as the results are everything I had wished for and more. The after care is also something I want to highlight as my experience was second to none. Alex the nurse is so kind and gentle. I had 5 lymphatic drainage and 5 massages post both ops. The physio Silvia is remarkable, she takes her time and really explains everything you need to do in detail. She cares about your recovery and it shows. All in all I couldn’t recommend Ocean Clinic more. My experience was brilliant throughout. Thank you so much guys!

The staff were very friendly but I was very disappointed with the result of the Botox treatment.I went just before Christmas and had spoken to the Dr in advance by phone. I chose the clinic based on good reviews and the information provided by the Dr in advance .However the Dr took no history when I was there, she didn’t ask about any contraindications I may have had and I was not made aware of any possible side effects. I was asked the sign the disclaimer (containing most of this information) AFTER the treatment.The treatment left me with a very droopy eyelid which I understand is because the injections were too close to my brow. The eyelid is just starting to improve some weeks later!Following discussions with others who have had treatments in the area I understand that the Ocean Clinic pricing is extremely high. I was charged €450 for the single treatment!The clinic stayed in contact with me after treatment for a short period but have now removed me from their WhatsApp chat. I was left with no solution other than to wait for the effects to wear off.

Incredible "just-in-time" delivery as well - absolutely no waiting time no matter what. This is Harley Street - but in Marbella. Well done team!

The Ocean Clinic team are amongst the friendliest and most helpful clinicians I have come across. From skin care to surgery, they are incredibly knowledgable and I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking at private surgical options, specialised skin care (the creams are freshly blended on the premise), treatments, etc. Dr. Kai is highly skilled and an absolute perfectionist. He managed to repair very unattractive scar tissue from a previous complicated hernia op that other surgeons would not even attempt - with virtually no scar visible. He is an absolute expert and the team are caring, communicative and super quick to respond to email queries. They make the process far easier.

Last year Dr. Kaye performed a consultation on me in order to make my skin better and more hydrated. It was honestly a really good experience. The service was tremendous and I was handled with care. I was in the clinic two weeks ago to do a facial and lymphatic drainage with aesthetician Angela. I am extremely pleased with the clinic and their work. My skin and body feels so much better, and I notice my mood overall being a lot happier. In the clinic, the staff was especially nice with amazing customer service. They offered me water and made sure I was comfortable throughout my whole time there. The receptionist also did an amazing job scheduling the hours, making sure it fit with my schedule. She was respectful, sweet, funny, and very polite. Right when I got there they were ready for me, and I felt very welcome. Aesthetician Angela was amazing and I'm very thankful to have gotten her and chosen this clinic to do my treatment. I highly recommend it.

I did a surgery with Dr. Felix, and the procedure went perfectly. The receptionist was very nice and comforting as well. Overall, I enjoyed my time there, and if I ever need it again, I will gladly be sure to come back. Dr. Felix is a great person, I found them very comfortable to be around, and to trust. The receptionist helped me calm down before each procedure, and was quite nice and easy to talk to. Thank you Ocean Clinic.

Dos veces solicité información por email y ni siquiera me contestaron. Finalmente, llamé. Me dieron cita, acudí y al final, a la hora de darme presupuesto por escrito , me dijeron que era la hora ya de cerrar y que me lo enviarían el lunes por email. De esto hace 8 días. Sigo a la espera. Me crea muy mala imagen y delata poca seriedad con el cliente.

Fui hace 9 años a quitarme un complejo del cuerpo. Me intervino el doctor Kai Kaye y se le fue el bisturí cortando; el resultado fue incluso peor, porque me dejo la piel super sensible por haber cortado demás. Si llego a saber que me iba a dejar así no lo hubiera hecho por nada del mundo, me ha dejado con el mismo complejo y además con la piel " destrozada".

Mi madre y yo buscábamos al mejor profesional xa hacernos una blefaroplastia y despuésde mucho indagar vinimos a Ocean Clinic Marbella recomendados. Después de ver el currículum que tenía el Doctor Kai no podíamos elegir a otro. Vinimos justo después del confinamiento y seguían a raja tabla todo el protocolo de desinfección y seguridad frente al coronavirus, protocolo q no he visto en cualquier otro sitio. Desde el primer momento nos sentimos como en casa y muy arropados por todos y cada uno de los pedazos de profesionales que forman su equipo. Todos muy formados en sus especialidades. Desde Vanessa en recepción, super simpática y atenta, poniéndose de acuerdo con nosotros con respecto a las citas, ya q venimos de fuera, pasando por Louise tan cuidadosa y buena persona, tranquilizándome con su humor inglés, Ángela encargada de los masajes y cuidados del postoperatorio, una máquina!! Y las demás enfermeras y fisios a las q no tuve el gusto de conocer personalmente. Y qué decir de la obra de arte q hizo Kai con nosotros... una maravilla! La mejor inversión de mi vida! Merece la pena!! Y ya q estaba aquí, me presentaron a la Doctora Gabriela la cuál me enseñó su trabajo y no pude resistirme a ponerme un poco de ácido hialurónico en los labios, q me han quedado súper naturales! Estoy tan contento con mi boca!!! No tengo suficientes palabras de agradecimiento con todos ellos! Y no dudaré en darme mis retoquillos estéticos con ellos cuando la vejez y la gravedad vayan apareciendo! Yo no me pongo en manos de cualquiera. Muchísimas gracias por todo!!

Attención al Cliente y servicio que deja MUCHO QUE ESPERAR. Esta clinica solo esta por tu dinero!El doctor me intentaba poner insegura y hasta me hizo comentarios RACISTAS sobre mis rasgos para convencerme de hacer mas tratamientos de las que me quiso hacer . Durante la operacion estaba medio despierta y con dolor, selo dije al Médico pero me dejo sufriendo. SENTí la mayora de la operación! Los resultados no tienen nada que ver con las que yo quería,me han dejado con una cara angulosa y masculina. Las enfermeras muy cotillas e inmmaduras. Guarda tu dinero para una clinica mas HUMANA y EXPERTA

Mi experiencia con esta clínica desde el principio muy buena. Siempre he obtenido unos resultados excelentes (y eso que soy bastante exigente), el trato inmejorable tanto por el equipo médico como por Vanesa, siempre cuidan mucho a sus pacientes. Soy de Málaga y me traslado hasta allí para cualquier tratamiento porque obtengo unos resultados increíbles. Son unos grandes profesionales, muy buenas personas y un equipo increíble.Quiero destacar también el gran trabajo de Ángela, ha conseguido eliminar por completo dos cicatrices que tenía bastante grandes, así como estoy obteniendo unos muy buenos resultados en la eliminación de unas estrías que tenía de hace muchos años, es una gran profesional y una maravillosa persona.

The front end staff at Ocean Clinic are truly exceptional people. From reception, to the nursing staff and the post-op specialists there's not a bad egg anywhere to be seen (there are egg-shaped 'sink in and hide inside' armchairs however). Special mention to Ana, Kamil and Vanessa who are not only very professional but also genuinely wonderful and helpful souls. I've had two procedures so far, and Dr Kaye and Dr Paprottka have been (as far as I can tell) very skilful and dedicated surgeons with very high standards. I took one star off because they're also VERY BUSY people and sometimes you get the impression that they're less concerned about who's present than about who's coming in next. Both Drs explained everything in great detail when prompted. They have their own fully equipped operating theatre in their offices, and a small recovery room with ensuite plus additional facilities upstairs including remedial massage, IR, RF and general testing equipment. There is both staircase access and a lift for those less able or inclined make the journey to the 2nd floor.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ocean Clinic in Marbella.
