I'm not usually one to leave reviews, but choosing a place for a procedure is a big decision, so hopefully I can help someone undecided to choose this amazing hospital.2 weeks ago I flew to Thailand from Australia for a rhinoplasty at PPSI. Absolutely incredible standards, on par with Sydney hospitals. Amazing service from nurses during my stay, my surgeon; Dr. Piyapas Pichaichanarong was very professional and kind. The recovery was very quick and painless, making the surgery feel a lot less invasive than it was. Absolutely every question I had was answered during my consultation, leaving me with no doubts or worries.Be aware when getting a nose job that the results take around 6 months to fully develop, so don't get discouraged if it is very swollen when the cast first comes off!My only minor criticism would be the initial difficulty communicating via email. Sometimes it would take a few days to get a reply and have my questions answered. If this was fixed, it would be a lot easier for foreigners looking for cosmetic surgery to be equipped with all the information they need.Kind, professional, attentive nurses and doctors and amazing results so far, for a quarter of the Australian price.I am surprised there are not more reviews for PPSI (part of Bangkok hospital), so if anyone has any questions, I can only answer from my personal experience. feel free to reach out! My instagram is saskiafinnan
Dear Dr Piyapas,Even though the surgery of my brother couldn't happen because of our situation and choices, thank you so much for your kind suggesstions during our visits. You are a lovely doctor whom we regret we couldn't go with. Thank you for your time and consideration. Your input on my brother’s case is hugely respected. Thank you again for waiting and all the reschedules you did for us. You are wonderful 💐💐💐💐💐💐.- Kavi & Dhan.
Botched job by one of the doctor from this hospital. if you ever consider to go here because of the cheap price, just think twice. i have to live my life with one eyelid bigger than the other. the doctor name is boonchai. I've submit the result of the surgery so other patient will do the evaluation. i have the worst experience in here, might as well going to singapore than have a regret like this.
I would just like to say a BIG THANK YOU to DR. PIYAPAS PICHAICHANARONG and to all the nurses and staff for everything they did for me in a very professional way throughout my 2 days at PPSI Bangkok hospital phuket my private room was wonderful.I highly recommend to everyone ,that if you want any type of Cosmetics Surgery you should go to above name of surgeons hospitals they’re All truly amazing excellent in their work & after care.Thank you very much,Joan hall
I had the best experience at this hospital for my breast augmentation, they looked after me so well and checked up on me every few hours in the night to make sure I was okay. The room was spacious and very clean. All of the nurses/cleaners/ receptionists/ doctors were super friendly and helpful. They answered any questions I had and made me feel comfortable. I am also very happy with the result of the surgery.Thank you so much
Terrible service. As many others, I sent my photos and waited for a reply. After many, many mails finally there was a response from Jason but after that it went quiet again. I’ve sent so many mails and filled in requests for a follow up in the websites chat box with no response. I don’t actually know how people from overseas are supposed to make appointments. If you don’t want patients then close the place down.
The best Hospital, I think its the biggest hospital in Phuket Thailand, nice and clean. I flight from dubai to phuket for my breast implant surgery, this is my first time to have surgery. I kinda nervous and anxious but this hospital really amazing. Staff very kind and friendly, i have my breast implant with motiva, my surgeon is Dr Sanguan Kunaporn, he is so good, he make me calm, he has a great smile and very very professional, from consulting till operating he always makes me smile and calm. The hospital room like a hotel with 5 stars service, room, bathroom, my bed it’s good clean big, with tv and aircon. Every one hour nurse keep come and check my body temperature and blood pressure, I feel good and safe. The food service very delicious, people’s witnesses breast implant very very painful after woke up from surgery but I feel almost no pain, it’s feel easy and good. I can eat well, walk by my self to wash room. This feeling so amazing, the results will be great and I am really thankful.Kindly recommend PPSI hospital for plastic surgery
Feb 2022My mom had a facelift with dr Jip … the consultation was Believable .. dr jip said he will do SMAS facelift ..sadly the facelift was a botched job.. he changed the position of the ears, pulling it right back and the ears were uneven on both sides. The scars were at the back of the ears not at the front of ears, hence he did not do the SMAS ..when ask in regards to the position of ears, he denied it was different .. not true .. my mom study her face she knows where her ears was positioned before…the facelift was $10,000 ..we cannot believe what he did .. literally not lifted her face but botched up her ears and pocket $10,000We did email the clinic and they offered a revision to the value of $500 and 1 night stay in hospital ..to be honest definitely too scared to come back for revision with any of these doctorsDr Jip lied to your face about the surgery it’s disgusting 🤢
I had the same experience as Kim, sending photos as requested to Jason. Then being asked to resend and never receiving another response.I previously had surgery with the Phuket Aesthetic Centre 13 years ago, it was a smooth and well orchestrated process from start to finish.I wouldn't trust it now after my experience with Jason, which was about a year ago.
I made an appointment to see Dr Jib who came highly recommended by friends for a BA revision. On the day of the appointment, I waited for 1.5hrs before seeing Dr Jib. This seems to defeat the purpose of making an appointment and showing up early to register myself.During the consult, Dr Jib was kind and professional. And recommended Motiva. I left Dr Jib's room and waited another 1hour outside for a quotation. The reception staff provided me with 2 quotes for 2 models. This was not discussed at all with Dr Jib, thus I was taken back. The staff said one is softer than the other. But I wanted Dr Jib's recommendation since this is a BA revision. If he had mentioned 2 different models during the consult, I would have asked more questions then. This discussion with the reception staff went on for about 10 mins, and I was uncomfortable with this. It would have been better if they took me into a room to discuss the quote, rather than just hand me a piece of paper after paying for the consult. There was also no discussion about possible schedule for the surgery when I specifically asked Dr Jib about his schedule.I wanted to discuss about the different models with Dr Jib but he was already with another patient. So I asked if I can send Dr Jib and email or via other communication methods. They say he does not reply to emails or any other communication channels! But I can write in to their general enquiry email address.I did write in that very same day with about 6-7 questions but failed to get a response after 5 days. So I called in and was transferred to a Jason. He managed to send me a reply a few days later but only replied to one of my questions. I wrote back at once asking for more answers but they have gone silent for the last 10 days or so. I called 2 days ago to reach Jason since he is the gatekeeper, left my name and number, but so far no reply.I am floored that the surgeon does not reply to questions. The procedures may be routine to him but it is a big surgery to me. So questions are normal. And I am put off that he is so unreachable with gatekeepers protecting him like a god.At the end of the day, the prices are the same as in Singapore. I might as well go to Singapore for the procedure. The surgeon and his team there are also so much more responsive and caring.
Clean and professional. Best hospital I have ever been in, rooms were massive for surgery and large menu to order in house food for decent price. Bedside manners of staff were great and felt very safe and cared for.
I had a consultation with Dr Piyapas to hopefully fix my previously broken nose.I was given a quote of 250000 baht for a rhinoplasty and septoplasty before I had even had the inside of my nose looked at.After a nasal endoscopy was done, we found that my septom is fine.I asked recption what the new quote would be as I wouldn't require a septoplasty and I never heard back.Surgeon seemed very causal and offered me the highest quote* before he knew what was involved.Unprofessional and disappointing. I had waited over a week for the consultation and felt like I was brushed off.Highest quote according to research from Google and another company in Bangkok
I flew from America to have a consultation with Dr. V. The office staff is efficient and competent. I emailed with Jason before the trip and communication was a bit difficult due to the time difference, but the staff from tech to front office to nursing is wonderful. Dr V recommended a breast reduction with implants. I am 2 1/2 weeks post surgery and I am very happy. Dr. V is humble, intelligent, and incredibly talented. I would do this again.
I am a returning client of PPSI. I came in 2013 for a breast lift and augmentation and I've returned in 2022 for another breast augmentation to increase the size. I cannot speak highly enough of the Doctors, nurses and the hospital overall. You are in such good hands and I was very well taken care of. I would always come back to PPSI for any other plastic surgery or cosmetic procedures. Dr Witoon did my first surgery and I've just had my surgery with Dr. Pongsakorn. They are both highly regarded as surgeons in Thailand and are both very skilled.
Very poor service.Been to this hospital twice for consultation. They just made me wait for an hour for nothing. In the end I was told dr was on the way but already late for the appointment time.If the dr can’t be on time for their patient with a proper reason. This call unprofessional! It happened twice.Never coming back to this hospital and won’t recommend to anyone.
I had a facelift at PPSI Phuket 14 months ago.Since then I've noticed droopy jowls and I have decided to visit again for a follow up and hopefully revision. I travel next week. But correspondence with the doctor suggests he may not do anything because it may not be safe to do so. Why, after 14 months remains unclear. Additionally, I have seuters protruding through the skin and only the surgeon can realistically fix that problem. My second visit will be expensive, I will also pay for the consult and have to make my own way to the hospital from Sydney. The hospital does not provide assistance. Correspondence with the hospital, language barriers at the hospital last year and complications following surgery have left me feeling exhausted. The distance between patient and doctor is the real nightmare here and for that reason I'd seriously suggest if you're thinking of cosmetic surgery reconsider and go local.
I had breast implants done here 2 years ago with dr witoon ... best experience and best surgeon not a single problem or complaint.. I'll go back there for sure
Came here the first time for consultation after doing some google research. But google research won’t be enough because thai people don’t really use google and not all the people that came here did the reviews. So I’m going to tell you what to do. Book an online appointment (consultation or surgery) or make a call to the PPSI (Phuket Plastic Surgery Institute). They’ll tell you what to do, when to come, and approximation of the fees. Go here as scheduled.Though the PPSI personnel are able to speak English fluently the other staff here don’t. Go straight to 4th floor (PPSI floor) and do what you need to do here.If you don’t know how to get here in the first place, take Local Bus Line 1 from Bus Terminal 1 (Pink bus with number 1 on it) 15 TB/person and asked for Big C as destination, PPSI just next to it. If you want to leave after surgery I suggest you book a rental car. If not you can take Local Bus Line 1 again to Bus Terminal 1.
Came from Australia with a lot of people saying my wife was crazy to get plastic surgery in Thailand. It wasn't the first procedure she has had, as she has had others in Australia, but it was her best experience. They are seriously professional, Dr Narupon technical skills are amazing, she received perfect results and was treated like royalty. Phuket International hospital, like its staff are world class. If looking for the same facilities with a plastic surgeon with the same experience of Dr Narupon in Australia, it would have cost 10K more.
