I had the pleasure to find this company thru a friend, everything was spot on since first time when I started talking with Dylan( a very nice and helpful person which was looking after everything) till last moment in Antalya. The hotel was great, the clinic was amazing, staff very nice and friendly which made me a little bit more comfortable. My family and I have always used the Saluss Medical clinics. I have had 2 hair transplants and my partner regular dental work.We’ve always been charged reasonable prices and I’ve always had fast reactive feedback to questions from the team, both before and after treatments.Prior to each treatment we are always fully briefed and have a qualified interpreter on hand to help during the process.These are definitely a good team and well worth using.

I am a tourist in Turkey. I was having a fever and sore throat. I am worried if it is COVID. It’s very uncomfortable and I don’t know what to do. I saw this medical group on Google Map. I contacted them immediately and they provided me medical service in hotel! I got IV and PCR test in one hour. The nurse was fantastic and professional. Medical coordinator will provide you everything you need when communicating with you.

I had a Hair transplant procedure, and entire organisation was perfekt. From first contact with Suad, through Airport Limousin shuttle, hotel was 10 meter from clinic. The Team was very young, professional and friendly. I didn't feel any pain, and they did it maximal good. Especially they all speak English, despite that Intetpreter was there... all recommendations for Sallus Group and Antalya as City.

SALUSS Medical is an excellent clinic in Antalya , Turkey. The clinic is very clean, and well equipped, with the latest in Hair Transplant also in Dental implants and so on .I was met at the airport from Mehmet , he organized accommodation and transport and I was taken to and from the clinic, which is located in the centre of town. Mehmet is brilliant at putting your mind at easy and explains everything step by step . I cannot thank the team enough for their welcoming hospitality on top of the brilliant service they provide. If I could give more than 5 stars I would, When I first contacted Dr Selah about dental implants he couldn't have been more helpful. From the moment I stepped of the plane his team provided a first class service and were exceptionally friendly and professional putting me completely at ease about the surgery and my stay. Everything was arranged with updates, information and assistance every step of the way. Dr Selah and his team are first class in every way possible, and I really want to thank every single one of them for their support and great work from beginning to end. There is a expert team of veterinarians and the staff is ready to look after your pet.So if you have a pet and you live in Turkey, if you are on holiday and you will find a injured animal and if you want to adopt a animal, please do not hesitate to contact them. Service is very good! I live in the Netherlands and found a abandoned kitten ( she was four weeks) in the hotel with a broken leg. I recently had my dental work done with Saluss Medical Group in Antalya. What an AMAZING experience! The entire team, from the airport pick up driver to the dentist, was just beyond anything I could have expected. I had wanted 12 crowns and when I showed up, the dentist told me I only needed 8. That’s when I was sure this was healthcare first and foremost. He gave me honesty and transparency and showed me all my treatment care plan options. The patient centred collaborative care put me at ease. The technology and cleanliness of the clinic was also very impressive.My health coordinator, Ipak, was just an absolute gem. She was available 24/7 without hesitation. She helped me navigate and acted as my advocate at every dental appointment. She went above and beyond the call of duty for sure. I felt like family by the end of the trip.As someone who works in the health care field, I can be sure that this is not the standard in North America. I was blown away by the service, expertise and hospitality of the Saluss Medical Group. 10/10!!! I can not recommend enough!

Had my dental treatment here. I was very nervous at first but everyone at the clinic was so nice and really comforted me. The dentists were so professional and caring. Initially I went for just the upper jaw for crowns and 2 implants. The dentist was so honest to say I do t really need the I plants it can all be done with crowns and instead of the implants I got crowns for my lower jaw. All for the same price. My teeth look amazing. My coordinator Inna was an Angel. She was always there for me and translated when I was at the clinic. She was driving me ba k and forward and we had a lovely dinner too. It was simply amazing and I would recommend this at any time to anyone. Well done Saluss and a special thanks to Inna ❤

Felt too easy to book, they are very laid back and I kept thinking something would go wrong. But no all went smoothly and easily. Be prepared to rush around for tests the first night and then off for surgery. Sleeve - not for the feint hearted if you suffer from gas pain but worth 24 hrs of pain. Inna was very reassuring and supportive always only a text message away.

Where do I start from all the clinic staff were fantastic and met my every need. I went in for 22 zirconium crowns and Dr Ismail completed all the work in 4 days which was unbelievable. They also took care of all my transportation needs to and from the clinic. Also Eray was wonderful and took care of all my needs and kept in contact every step of the way.I would definitely recommend anyone who wants to get a perfect smile to come down and visit these guys. Everything was just PERFECT PERFECT PERFECT ! Picking up straight from the airport to the hotel. First day - getting straight to the business and prepping my teeth and shaving them, temporary teeth for two days while laboratory was making my zirconium crowns. Fourth day - putting on my beautiful teeth on. Was wearing them, few additional meet ups just to check if they are fitting in perfectly without any discomfort. And that’s it. The entire trip, back in August, and the surgeries went very smooth and exactly how it was presented to us from the begging. I had a blepharoplasty surgery and my husband had gastric sleeve and hair transplant done. The entire team was terrific, from the moment they picked us up from the airport until we left. We had Özgün , our English-speaking person in contact with us 24/7, answering all our questions. Everyone , spoke just enough English that we never felt like we can not communicate. The time in hospital was the hard part, just because we had the procedures done . The hospital was clean and all the people were friendly and took good care of us. After the procedures, they put us in a hotel on the beach with a beautiful view , just as promised. Özgün, Ashlan and the entire staff are very professional and friendly people. I had BBL 2 days before in Saluss Medical Group. In a friendly, sincere family warmth, they never made me feel lonely even though I didn't have a companion. Saluss is one of the best in Istanbul. I had a very good experience with all of them. Specially when i contact Inna (medical consultant), she answer very quick and next u know u have ur surgery/treatment. Inna arranges everything for u, so there is nothing to worried about. I came from Romania for a gastric sleeve surgery with Saluss Medical group on 2.10.2020 and I want to let you know that you have no reason to be nervous or worried about your choice. The whole time I was in Turkey from the moment I was picked up to the moment I was dropped off was excellent.The whole team was great and the conditions were more than I expected. I must mention in particular 2 people I interacted with the most :my translator Osgun - English native speaker and my dietitian Nigora. They both were absolute amazing, answered any question, curiosity or concern; Nigora's personal experience similar to mine was very helpful and Ozgun was with me the whole time through all the procedures explaining what was happening. The hospital is modern and clean and the personal was great. I left very pleased about my surgery and the treatment I had with them.Reduced costs were a plus as well. I paid about half of what I would have given in my country for similar services.Thank you again for your professionalism : dr. Salah, Ozgun, Nigora, dr. Erdal and whole team!Keep up the good work! I cannot recommend them enough. I’m so happy with everything. I had upper eyelid lift, Botox and gastric sleeve. Before you go in for surgery they do loads of tests first. They found that I had pneumonia and I didn’t have a fever or anything. They showed me the X-ray and my lungs were almost completely white. They were full of bacteria which was caused from mold in my house. They saved my life, I never knew I was so sick. They gave me breathing treatments, antibiotics drips and breathing tests. They kept me in the hospital until all was clear. They did gastric sleeve and found a huge hernia and fixed it. They are all so wonderful and helpful. I’m especially thankful to Özgün who translated everything for me and went above and beyond to help me. I’m so glad I made the choice to go with Saluss. If you’re thinking of surgery don’t hesitate they are the best!!!

Gastric BalloonIt was an amazing experience considering I came by myself. They did everything promised in the invoice/quote and the hospital where the surgery was done was clean and I was in a nice suite by myself and treated right. If I needed anything all i had to do was text and it was gotten for me. WORST COMPANY EVER!!breast surgery was told transfers would be included in my package the wrong doctor turned up we met in a hotel room for examination . Very rude and very unreliable service . On the day of the operation after complaining about no transport they arranged transport for me to get to the hospital for my operation . They didn't turn up to collect me so I rang the doctor to be told they didn't want my money and they cancelled my operation . Not only did I pay for my flights here I was left here having to find another surgeon in the short stay I have left . This happened this morning . I CAME ALL THE WAY FROM THE UK for this

Very Unprofessional, I was offered a job with saluss medical as an employee, I worked for Dr Salah living in the UK calling patients and making content for his website, all which he said I will be paid for. He thenoffered me to come to turkey and work on trail for a week however was not willing to tell me where I would be staying the name of hotel etc then when I asked for confirmation I was told it isn't a hotel it's an apartment on his name, then I said so do you have any confirmation of that and he said he will renew his contract later and then he will send me which didn't happen.I asked if I can get everything on email he agreed at first then later said no I have to trust him! Then I said you agreed first I need to know before flying out I need to be sure where I am staying the name etc and can I please get paid for the work I have done while staying in the UK and he replied saying thank you for your time I'll look for someone else! Disgusting as a UK citizen and in every other country things are done via email to ensure scam and fraud like this doesn't exist and you actually do get paid for the work you did, I worked for months from home only for him to not pay me as I "trusted" him they are very Unprofessional and expect me to come to turkey without giving any confirmation of where I will stay ontop changing things he had agreed to for example sending me everything on email and I was supposed to be in a hotel then changed to apartment which he couldn't provide any proof of, please be careful if you do choose to take a job they will suck you dry of your work not pay you and I honestly don't know what would have happend if I did fly out to them they are very Unprofessional, and as for people as patients if they are so unprofessional with staff I ensure you they wouldn't be professional when it comes to treating you and your after care all they are about is their work being done and in your case money being paid please be careful everyone.Mariya

Provided ineffective teeth whitening treatment. Teeth are just as yellow or more yellow than before I started. I have photos to prove it. It cost 2150TL cash. I told both Saluss and MyMediTravel that I am unhappy, but I got no reply at all. I sent 3 emails in the last 2 weeks. It’s unprofessional. Before my treatment/payment, they always responded very quickly. Now nothing and it has stressed me out. Now they have my money they don’t care about my satisfaction or the results. I will not use again or recommend.

I had a hair transplant and it was terrible. I requested revision one year later. Although saying the operation was guaranteed my request was denied. This is a company which does not care for its patients after getting their money. Definitely not a clinic. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I went for surgery they told me it would cost £2000 but charged me £2500 when I arrived they took my money just to come back to England and i got rushed into hospital to have implants taking out and have more operation I was very ill and in hospital for 2 weeks would never use this service again very very bad surgeons doctor sala was who delt with it 👎👎👎
