Came in for an orthodontic & surgical consultation. Dr Hakim & Dr Roy (together with their entire team) were very attentive, knowledgeable, and patient in answering concerns and curiosities. All manner of communication were very normal in the sense that some other places tend to repeat a scripted/rehearsed response.Both Doctors’ bedside manners and care for patients were fantastic, informative, and effective. My kids also felt relaxed and confident.Post operation care and attention, availability to ask post op questions really made the experience seamless and stress-free.It’s a bit on the expensive side but I was happy with the stress-free experience, proximity, and ease of availability. The team also did well to try their best to fit my schedule which was really cool.

I have known Dr. Indraniil Roy for a while now. He's my go to person for any complicated dental concerns.This time around it was a surgical extraction of impacted wisdom tooth. Right from consulting to leaving the dental chair was such a remarkable experience. The surgical procedure was so painless and he walked me through it and ensured I was at ease throughout. Handled it with utmost care. Post surgery instructions were given. I’ve stuck to the script and have had no further stress or issues. He does check in on you. I can’t remember the last time a Doctor did that. Touch of professionalism and personal bridge.I would recommend Dr. Roy 100/10.Even the clinic staff were friendly and the whole process was great.My only feedback is please consider having a music system in the theatre room. Because most patients are anxious before/during any type of procedure. So calming playlist or based on the patients preference would be great.Besides that overall I’m pleased and happy.sp

Got referred to Dr Roy for multiple surgical extractions for 3 wisdom teeth (in one sitting). I gotta say Dr Roy is amazing. He's very knowledgeable, experienced, meticulous, super easy going, kind and takes you through the work he needs to do patiently. He also checks up on you consistently after procedures and is available to chat to during aftercare. It's really a great experience. Highly recommend!!!

My daughter had her 4 wisdom teeth removed the same day by doctor Roy and all went very well. I was expecting more swallen and pain. She was doing very well after only 2 days. The nurses and ladies at the reception are very nice too. Doctor explained us very well all the procedure and did the follow up by WhatsApp over the weekend too… I highly recommend doctor Roy and the Same day clinic.

We went for a double wisdom tooth extraction surgery for my daughter. Dr. Roy was immensely gentle, thoroughly professional, meticulously detailed and surprisingly caring throughout. He was available to us on WhatsApp all the way until complete healing had happened. And we never had to wait for a response and they were always detailed, simplified and reassuring. Dr Karim was recommended to me by a few friends, after my long term dentist left Dubai.I’m the kind of (nervous) patient that will travel anywhere (yes even to a different city) for a good dentist, and in Dr Karim, I found a great one.He’s very ethical imo, and I’m aligned with his philosophy of “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it!”He is very thorough yet patient.. takes the time to explain everything in as much detail as you need, very skilled and gentle. All the procedures I’ve had with him across the years have been extremely smooth, thankfully.The clinic is well maintained, very friendly and competent staff. I had a small chip off from my crown , the implant was done 4 years ago by the expert Dr Costa.I contacted their office by WhatsApp since I live in Qatar and the clinic assistant Ms Myra told me that the crown is under 5 year warranty and I can visit Dubai to have to fixed/replaced as required.When I visited their office in UAE Dr Ramy attended as said he will have my crown fixed within few days since I came from Qatar and he did as promised, Dr Ramy is like a God sent Angel because when he fixed the crown he said that he was not satisfied and said he will fix small issues he found were not to his satisfaction After a day he called me again and fixed the crown perfectly . Dr Ramy is such a down to earth person and gives personal attention , of course Dr Costa is also very humble and very co operative .All staff at the Clinic are very welcoming and I can’t thank each one enough for their excellent service .My sincere thanks to Dr Costa, Dr Ramy , Ms Myra and all the smiling nurses/assistants whose names I don’t know.I hundred percent recommend this implant place to anyone who is looking for excellent services and follow up service .

Although I was not the individual who was directly receiving the dental care but was involved personally with every step of the process. The implants were for my mother (75 yo).The care was provided by not only doctors and team members but also by human beings whom they took care of you from the moment you land in the airport to the day you are taking your flight returning home.In short, what my mother received was a care that improved her quality of life. I had implants done by Dr costa and Dr Ramy. I'm really scared of the dentist and after years of not going to the dentist my teeth were in a complete mess. The whole process was really well organized and the procedure was a lot less painful than I imagined. They did exactly what they said they would do with no problems. The after care is excellent, I had a few checkups in the week after the implant operation and nothing was an issue for Dr Ramy. The whole team at Sameday are excellent !

I cannot recommend Same Day Clinic enough. I have been with the clinic for almost a year now and had implant treatments, veneers and orthodontic treatment, which I am still undergoing. The reception staff are always friendly and welcoming and respond and facilitate communication effectively. Dr Costa, Dr Petros, Dr Ramy and Dr Hakim who have performed different procedures for me are incredibly accomplished professionals, who are truly dedicated to what they do. In my experience they are always willing to explain any technicalities, fully understand patient's concerns or questions and support through the treatment and post treatment process. The nurses are also amazing and extremely professional. Dental treatments can be cause of a lot of worries and concerns and I personally found that my during my visits/treatments that all of these were completely minimised and alleviated through professionalism of everyone in the clinic. I am very grateful for everything that has been done for me. It had a huge positive impact on my health, my confidence. I did implant last year, first i was scared and totally terrified if I’m gonna do it or no, I met Ms. Myra, very sweet Filipina lady she explain to me everything i need to know about doing an implant, i was wearing dentures since long time then i decided to do it finally.On the day of my surgery they arranged everything including Rolls Royce car service. For a very long time, I was considering having implants, but because of the cost I was hesitating. Finally when i got the courage, I went to this Clinic for assessment. Upon checking my teeth, Dr. Costa advised for implants, and unexpectedly and I will forever be grateful, they gave me a payment plan where i can manage to pay without compromising the quality of service and implants that they were going to provide. Today and always, I will be very thankful to them, to Dr. Costa, Dr. Ramy, Ms. Myra and all the nurses who helped me and took care of me. From start to finish the whole procedure was faultless !! My new tooth implant was a front tooth so in a very sensitive place but can honestly say I felt next to no pain at all unlike other implants at a completely different clinic. I wish I had used this clinic for the previous implants. We had quite unpleasant experience. First, there were four people looking in my husband's mouth without Dr Costa introducing them to us. When asked who these people are, the doctor gave quite a defensive answer that they're all doctors. During examination, he missed the fact that wisdom teeth had been removed and was advising to get them out. The doctor was in a hurry and we had to repeat questions to get full answers. The doctors may be good specialists at the clinic, but need to work on their communication skills and emotional intelligence. We won't be going back.

When a perfect knowledgeable doctorate Ramy, the very easy appointment booking system which together with friendly atmosphere and excellent caring service given makes a perfect combination that makes going to the dentist so much more favourable than trying to avoid the inevitable.

I am so impressed with the services of Dr Costa and his team that I have decided to post this as I regularly google and verify services of anywhere and anything before I even call any place up.From the first enquiry call, speaking to Myra, the phone etiquette has been most professional and informative.Dr Costa and Dr Fokian were amazing, the whole experience of having 2 implants inserted and then having my third tooth which was hurting suddenly and another implant done at the same time with no pain....I asked the doctor beforehand, please no pain and he did keep his word.Then in the late afternoon, I had the teeth placed, now I feel like the teeth were there forever. Thank you for the efficient work and wonderful service.

Excellent experience! had implants done however the "torture " was not painful. The 2 dentists made me very comfortable and updated me throughout. Staff on site are very supportive and caring. Easy parking too!
