I can't say enough good things about this clinic! Choosing it for my orthodontic treatment was a game-changer. They use the latest technology, and the personalized care is exceptional.I had lingual braces (behind the teeth), and I'm thrilled with the results and the time necessary to achieve them.The team is super friendly, and they really make you feel at home. They even worked around my busy travel schedule. I highly recommend this place – top-notch all the way!
They destroyed my teeth. My bite is misaligned. They never did a cleaning, ended up with gum disease from the treatment. The staff are all students you only see the main dr on the first day after that nothing. I regret it so much.
Waiting time is always 30 minutes or more, even if they give you a specific time for an appointment. Today before coming I specifically asked them if I will have to wait again, since I am taking time off of work and I cannot afford to wait 30 minutes as usual- they told me not to worry as this will not happen. To my disappointment I had to wait more than 20 minutes (in an empty clinic) to be attended for an appointment that took no more than 5 minutes. Then, after the visit, I was made to wait more than 15 minutes more for a presupuesto! total 45 minutes waiting for a visit of no more than 5 minutes! When I comented this to the staff, noone apologised, and the administracion lady even seemed annoyed and told me to tell this to the doctor- from my experience in customer service the better approach would be to apologize at least and not try to put the blame on your colleague. Not coming my back here…
Very unhappy about the treatment and the staff and outcome! When I starting my invisible aligner treatment in Poblenou I was happy about the service but once that center was closed and I was asked to go to the Sants center everything went downhill and the treatment was not correctly followed up on, appointments have been cancelled and the results is just not even close to what I had been promised! Even the bleaching of the teeth was never finished. Wasted money and time. This is a scam!
I did an orthodontic treatment there, 3.5 years overall, COVID-19 periods included. It was a non-trivial case, I even had to wear Herbst appliances.The team was professional throughout the entire treatment, they always explained the possibilities and trade offs of different solutions. I felt it was very personalized, always calling me by name, welcoming with a smile, and expressing empathy in the challenging situations. I had the impression that they work with the latest technology and innovations.I had old style braces before a few years from an other clinic and the difference is palpable. Finally I could make through it and I’m happy with the result too.

The treatment has been exquisite with all the administrative and medical staff. I never had to wait more than five minutes to be seen and the result has finally been great, especially when I see before and after photos. I have had an orthodontic procedure, managing to place all my teeth straight and later, to correct the color and shape of the teeth, which due to my age (58) were very worn, I have put on veneers. Highly recommended. They recommended it to me because I was going to have surgery on my teeth and I couldn't have chosen better! The treatment is very friendly and attentive. They give you a lot of confidence and security since it shows that they are very good professionals. And the operation and postoperative follow-up is very attentive via WhatsApp and many appointments to see if everything went well. Besides, it was a tooth operation and it was impeccable and I recovered immediately. Very grateful for the deal!

My experience with Sonríe has been long but the end result is very positive. My treatment has taken more than 3 years and that is the only negative point I can say. The average in these cases is 2 years according to what I have been told in the initial interview. Apart from this, the entire team, although young, is very professional and always with a very positive attitude (and several have crossed my mind), which gives you a great sense of security of being in good hands. Obviously highly recommended!
Teamwork and very attentive. Each case is known by everyone and in the event of any doubt, the intervention is collective. It is a modern clinic and they work with multiple strategies. I recommend it!

In 2 months I had already aligned my teeth, and I thought it would be too long! Of course, now one more time to perfect the bite but 2 months were enough to know that it was a great decision, in addition to the fact that the treatment is excellent and familiar, added to the promotions that are taking out ... perfect !.Upgrade:My teeth were perfect at the end of the treatment!

Excelente servicio, la verdad que me sacaron de un apuro ya que las muelas del juicio me estaban doliendo mucho y con todo esto del Covid-19 me sacaron una cita de urgencia de un día para otro. Excelente profesionales y excelente trato. Todo muy bien, lo recomiendo 100%. Tengo que llevar otro tipo de tratamiento más adelante y sin duda lo haré con ellos. Excelente Servicio. Mi esposo tenía una urgencia dental, contactamos por teléfono, nos pidieron descripción del problema y foto (que enviamos por whatsapp) , nos contestaron muy rápido ya con una solución y obtuvimos una cita para el día siguiente (hoy 23 de abril de 2020) , lo cual agradecimos enormemente ya que dada la situación de Covid-19 , es muy difícil encontrar un lugar no solo que tenga la disposición de atenderte sino que te garantice total seguridad, como lo hicieron ellos! Ya mi esposo ha ido y le han solucionado lo que tenía. El servicio ha sido excelente, lo recomiendo totalmente sobretodo si alguien tiene alguna situación urgente ahora en esta situación que estamos viviendo con el Covid-19, pueden contactarlos con total seguridad y darán rápido y efectiva solución a su problema!!
