Hospital Tour by Grace is highly informative. She shared many helpful and practical tips. It was a pity most room types were occupied so the group only managed to view 3 rooms. Nevertheless the info shared by Grace helped us make a decision.Jas Wong and Michelle from the Information Counter were equally professional and helpful. Both provided us with a lot of info. Their friendliness and approachability make us feel very much at home.
Great experience having our first baby at TMC.We attended the hospital tour and was served by Bridget who gave us a very informative tour and explanation of the various rooms and packages etc.Our gynae was Dr Benjamin Tham who was fantastic throughout out as well and also for his deep expertise on the actual delivery itself. For a detailed gynae review on Dr Benjamin, pls refer to my other 5* review on him instead. The whole delivery experience and stay there was fantastic. Special shoutout to the fish and papaya soup which was simply delicious.Special mention to the staff at the delivery suites, Bebe, Amanda, Noemi and also the nurses whom attended to us at Room 529 from 10/09 to 12/09.If you are curious about the pricing, the total bill came up to $12k+ after medisave deduction for assisted birth with epidural. About 10k for the mother and 2k+ for the baby.Overall, had a wonderful experience here and will recommend TMC and DrBenjamin.
We wanted to extend our sincere thanks to Angie for the warm and insightful room tour visit. As first-time parents, my spouse and I truly appreciate her sharing valuable pregnancy knowledge, which gave us better understanding of what to expect and helped us to feel more prepared for the upcoming labor. We are incredibly grateful for the excellent service she provided and her support during this existing time.

Information Clarity: The information provided during the tour was informative and easy to understand. It helped me gain a better understanding of the hospital's services, specialties, and patient care approach.4. Sr Angie is an expert and very detailed in hospital tour in TMC. Didn’t expect that she’s just pass age of 80, her energy and sharing tips inspired not only me but all mommy and daddy to be in the tour was amazed and surprised by her knowledge! Thank you so much for everything you did to us! ♥️ so meaningful and blessed to know Sr Angie Ng
Had both of my children here, everything about the maternity ward is fantastic, from the nurses to the reception staff and housekeeping, and of course the in-house pediatrician who is very knowledgeable. The staff working in the delivery suites operating theatre are seemless in their work, the nurses, surgeons and anaesthetist. I had a pain-free experience despite being brought in for an emergency delivery. The reception staff were even kind enough to take care of our young daughter which gave my husband some time to come in to see baby and myself. It feels like everyone working in the maternity ward cares about your recovery, all the staff are warm and caring.
Grace is an excellent guide for maternity tour. She’s very experienced and shared a lot of good tips along with details for delivery. It’s very comprehensive and helpful. I am going to delivery my second baby and find her tour insightful still. It will be great for any new mum and dad to join her tour.
Kacy is a great lactation consultant! She’s very knowledgeable and gave very practical tips to proper latching! Even when my wife’s nipples are already sore from improper latching in the first day, her techniques and tips ensured my wife’s nipples had no pain at all from a proper deep latch. She also taught training techniques to improve baby’s sucking motion and reflex, which in turn improves breast milk flow and also reduces potential engorgement. A must have for any mummy who is planning to go for the breastfeeding route!
LC Thiri is very caring and helpful! She teaches me how to latch baby to breast successfully and most importantly, in a comfortable position for mummy! I’ve enjoyed her session really well, she is really a gem!
Hospital tour is conducted by Sister Angie. She is very experience and knowledgeable, shared in detailed of birth process, room types in TMC and about breastfeeding. She has a warm and helpful personality. One of the more informative hospital tour.
Bridget provided exceptional assistance and service during our time at Thomson Medical. She was joyful and insightful! Additionally, Sister Angie was incredibly helpful and made our entire experience at Thomson feel welcoming. We truly appreciate the dedication and expertise of both Bridget and Sister Angie 😀
Thiri was my LC who visited me during my hospital stay. The sessions with her were very informative and given at the right time. She is very kind and shares her knowledge in a way we understand and able to benefit from it. I am so grateful of how much of a help her suggestions have been for my breastfeeding journey.
Great hospital tour by Grace! She was very engaging and shared a detailed flow of what to expect for new mothers and fathers. She also gave tips on delivery and maternity like types of food to eat.
I have always done my mammograms regularly at this hospital and once had a minimally invasive surgery here. After many gynecological check-ups, I am very satisfied. The nurses are very professional, attentive, and patient. I always make an appointment and usually wait about 30 minutes before the check-up starts, and the entire process takes around an hour. This time, the mammogram was much more painful than before. The nurse explained that it's because of the new machine, as the old one had been used for many years and was replaced. So, be prepared that the new machine can be quite painful. 😅I remember the last time I had surgery, the hospital's arrangements and the nurses' professionalism left me very satisfied. After the surgery, I also ordered their nutritional meals. They were very delicious and healthy, perfect for postnatal or postoperative recovery. I highly recommend them. The only inconvenience is the location. They provide a shuttle bus to and from Novena shopping mall, but there is no service on weekends. I usually call a Grab, which feels more convenient. However, there is no canteen, only a small café available as an option.
We went for a tour with Angie. She is extremely knowledgeable and willing to render any assistance to pregnant mums and dads. Glad that we were able to learn many things from her in a short one hour! Thank you, Angie!
Amazing tour experience conducted by Sister Angie! Very thorough explanation about the delivery suite, process and also the different maternity wards! She’s super thoughtful, and cover all bases! She even provided us with her personal number for any questions we might have along the way!
Ms. Angie Ng from the hospital was excellent in providing us with a very informative and thorough tour, and took time to explain to us what we would expect at each point- from the delivery room to the maternity ward. She also provided very useful tips in how we should prepare ourselves prior to delivery, and was very patient in answering all questions. Thank you Ms. Angie for your brilliant guidance!
Dear Dolores, Komala, Ethylene, Catherine, Sarah, Jasmine, Faye, and Stephanie,I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional care you provided to my wife during her 2-week stay at Thomson Medical Centre. Your kindness, compassion, and dedication to her well-being were truly remarkable. Each of you went above and beyond to ensure her comfort and recovery, and your professionalism and expertise were evident in every aspect of her care. Grace was our hospital tour guide. She is very informative and very helpful. She gave valuable insights and tips on maternity. Best of all, she gave an exciting and cheerful vibe throughout the tour 👍🏻
My husband and I went for a Hospital Tour, at Thomson Medical Centre, to prepare for Delivery. The tour was well facilitated by Grace; she is clearly very passionate about her job, and is knowledgeable in her field. Both my husband and I got to know so much more, as first-time parents (to-be).
The tour was very informative and Grace was very enthusiastic and generous with her time. Only downside was we weren’t able to see water birth suites or hydro therapy rooms which I was keen to view. Would have been good to have seen some high quality photos as a replacement for them being occupied to have an improved understanding versus before I took the tour.
Very experienced tour from Grace, for first timers mummies. Took the extra effort to find each and every room available to give us a complete tour. And tips for mummies after labor. She has given informations showing her caring and expertise like shes becoming one of your own family.
My husband and I went for the hospital tour on 21st June, conducted by Angie. She’s been really helpful even before the tour, sharing with us the perks and packages that they offer for Mummy and Baby through WhatsApp.During the tour, she was very thorough explaining the process the moment we come in for labour all the way till discharge. She answered all the questions that other couples had during our tour. Hats off to Angie for bringing us around Thomson Medical Centre’s delivery area. It really gave me and my husband an insight of how it will be when the day comes! We also would like to thank the staffs that helped with the registration, they were friendly and very approachable too.
Besides bringing us through the hospital tour, Angie is very helpful with her advice on the delivery process and breastfeeding journey. This is exceptional helpful for a first time parent. Thank you!
Enjoyed the hospital tour conducted by Sister Grace. She showed us around the different types of room and gave informative tips of how to prepare nutritious green papaya fish soup and how to use the frozen cabbage to relieve engorgments. She's very motherly and comforting for new mums.
Jas wong at customer service was very approachable and friendly. She handled all our queries patiently, professionally and had all the information at the tip of her fingers. Truly a great Thomson experience!
Pleasant experience for hospital tour with TMC Senior Guest Services Officer, Bridget. Tks for bringing us through the admission/discharge and maternity process in TMC. 🙏🙏
We have just attended a hospital tour hosted by midwife/nurse Grace and we are very thankful for the insightful sharing. Not just on the hardware part of the hospital, but also tips on how we can prepare for some maternity related matters.Thank you so much Grace!
We attended the tour and had Angie as our guide. It was not what we expected at all. On top of the regular tour of the rooms and whatnot, she shared a lot of useful information for soon-to-be mothers. Her attitude and servitude towards patients is commendable. Highly recommended!
Angie our guide for the hospital tour was friendly and informative. She frequently stopped for us to ask questions. Her professionalism also shone through when one of our tour member fainted during the tour. Good job, thank you!
Attended the maternity tour. Unable to view the rooms. Understand that they are occupied. Perhaps could have photos for us to view the rooms so we can decided better on which room to go for. Also on the website for the rooms could also put some pictures of the toilet in addition to the rooms
Went down to level 1 to do admission paperwork for my child last week. Went to the counter marked Admissions Discharge, only to find out that they actually don't do admissions, and it was all the unmarked counters beside them. Bad design and direction signs.Thank you to Bridget, Jas and Michele for their patience.
Went for TMC room tour on 18/05/2024. Sister Grace Au is really patient, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. I can feel her passion and appreciate all her sharing, especially the one about her cooking recipes.
Sharing on behalf of my brother and his wife. "We had Thiri as our Lactation Consultant(LC). She did an amazing job with our Son and mama. She was patient and took all the time to explain and teach the proper methods to successfully enable our baby to latch. She was very positive and encouraging, which created a very relaxing environment for mama to learn. There was no pressure from the LC throughout the session. 10/10 experience. Would recommend to friends for sure".
Enjoyed the Hospital Tour that is guided by Ms Grace. Very experienced nurse, she given us many additional information from rooms pricing to birth experiences. Very caring. Keep up the good effort!!
Angie was so detailed and friendly during the Hospital Tour. She is very informative and I can tell that she really has a heart for us mummies and babies. Also, can’t believe she is 80, still so healthy and looking so young.
Angie led the tour for us today and she was eloquent and professional. She has shared a lot of useful information! Highly recommended to join the tour.
Went for hospital tour.Sister Grace was very detailed and meticulous, explaining the different procedures and attending to our queries. Very reassuring.Downside when we went down they were undergoing renovation in the first floor so it gets noisy and dusty.
Review is based on a hospital tour and information counter services. The hospital tour conducted by nurse Grace Au and we would highly recommend it. She was passionate, experienced (45 years as a nurse/ mid wife) and very endearing. She shared plenty of tips from the perspective of an experienced nurse.Bridget Pereira from the info counter front desk delivered great service. Guiding us through the rather convoluted plans available with patience - keeping her composure despite the crowd.
Had a really great session with LC Kacy. She gave me a lot of important things to know for successful breastfeeding. She taught me good position for my baby to latch on effectively.Even if I'm a second time mom, but there are so many new things I learnt. Thank you very much for your help and time. Appreciate it a lot.
Horrible service. 5 people working. No one ahead of us and no help at admissions.Since I can’t respond to below and have already sent a dm via their channel with no reply, I needed to add more context. There were no other patients, I had to physically ask for help and still no one spoke and had I not gone over and posted the above review not one of the 5 people would have spoken to me. So rather than saying I waited for 4 minutes while my friend was in pain, maybe they should take responsibility for the bad service and poor processes and recognize they made mistakes - rather than justifying.
This my 2nd time choosing thomson medical for delivery. First of all thank you for the good service and thank you for those who taking care of my wife and my daughter. Well i am still very very very dissapointed for the operation team, i am sure doc woo did tell the team that i want to cut my daughter unbilical cord as i already inform my doc earler on,but the indian nurse did not ask me if i want to cut it of not and this is happend twice ! First was 2016 and now 2024 !, Well tbh i am to excited to see my daughter untill i can"t think of saying or do anything, as a experience staff the nurse should ask but nurse simply ignore even tho i am standing beside her. Her dedication and knowledge made the tour truly insightful and enjoyable. Bridget was also patient in answering all my questions. Kudos to the guest services team for their commitment to excellence!

Especially I would like to thanks to Lactation Consultant Liqin because she was teaching me professionally and patiently how to breast feed my baby. Wonderful experience for the hospital tour service with sister Grace and CS staff Danish who were knowledgeable and comprehensive in their sharing. They value added with additional tips about the birthing process to what to expect after birth. Also, they directed us to resources and how best to attain other information that we need.
Nurse Angie is very patient and thorough with her explanation of the hospital tour. She answered every of our questions and also gave us very good advice of what to do and what not to do when baby is born. As for the hospital bag what to prepare and when to prepare when it’s nearer to EDD.
Grace was very friendly and knowledgeable. She shared a lot during the hospital tour and some useful tips to new parents as well. She always welcome any queries and ready to answer them. Great tour experience for new parents like us as we have no idea what to expect.
Had a maternity room tour conducted by Angie. She gives very detailed explanation of the different types of room and the delivery rooms. Now me and my wife feel more confident.

Attended the maternity tour at Thomson Medical Centre conducted by Angie Ng. She was very enthusiastic and informative with the tour. She shared a lot of information that was beneficial for new dad and mum and this was very heartwarming for us. We enjoyed the tour!
Made an appointment with LC Kacy to learn about the latching as well as learning on the usage of breast pump. She is very patience and understanding. She knows what mummy concern and attended to the inquiry immediately. Really great to has her as our LC. Thank you!
Sun Rong is my breast consultant and she very professional. She guide me on how to breast feed my baby boy and manual hand pump the breast milk with patiently. And also guide me how to massage my breast. I feel very comfortable with her during the full consultant session.
Upon our registration, we were learn that we qualified for six months of free diapers. However, since that initial notification, we have not received any further communication or guidance on how to avail of this benefit. Before our departure from the hospital, a member of the team advised us that someone would reach out to us via email to inquire about the required diaper sizes and provide further details about the process. Regrettably, it has now been more than a month, and we have not received any such communication. To address this issue, I called the hospital earlier today. To my surprise, I was informed that we do not qualify for the free diaper benefit because we did not pay a $200 deposit. This information was unexpected, as during our registration process, we were not made aware of any requirement to submit a deposit to be eligible for this benefit.Furthermore, upon our discharge from the hospital, we were assured that we would be contacted regarding the free diaper program, with no mention of a deposit being necessary.I would like to kindly request your assistance in clarifying the qualification criteria for the free diaper benefit, as well as understanding why this deposit requirement was not communicated to us during the registration process. We value transparency and open communication and hope to resolve this matter in a fair and satisfactory manner.
Joined the Thomson Hospital Tour held by Angie and it was very informative. She attended to all inquiries and provided insights based on her own experience as a midwife. Thank you!
A smooth visit to the hospital, at both the outpatient and the laboratory. Tiffany was excellent, and Alinah from concierge was superb. Alinah saw me struggle and she quickly came forward to help me carry my kid until the car arrived. Such kindness!
As first time parents we are very grateful for the assistance that Ms Chua has given us to clear our many queries. She gave practical advices and showed us how to do proper hand expression which is a lifesaver while waiting for the correct flange size to be delivered.
Lactation Specialist LC Thiri is very thorough, detailed, patient, and encouraging. I felt so motivated after my session with her, and all my fears and worries were addressed. I am more confident now to continue my breastfeeding journey! Thank you!
Ms Alina exhibited exceptional patience and attention to detail while explaining to me about the room packages. She went above and beyond by sharing and elucidating additional valuable information that I had not been aware of. I genuinely appreciate the outstanding service provided here. Thank you!
Very detail and good MS ALINAH really friendly and helpful :)) But the service on the staffs at lvl 5 is not very friendly when we press the panic button they took far too long to come morning shift is still ok but night shift I really need to go out side to the counter and inform them to come in to help out my wife . Quite disappointed on the service as I heard all good review on this hospital that’s why I choose this hospital but end up choosing the premier room is nothing different from 2 bed or 4 bed room . And please take note the food compare to other hospital it’s bad tasteless .
Sister Amanda is a very knowledgeable nurse and answers questions well. We had a great overall experience and my wife was well taken care of. Lactation Consultant Thiri is very assuring and explained to us breastfeeding methods really well.
I had a great experience with their inpatient lactation consultant Thiri, who was very encouraging with breastfeeding and taught us many hands on tips on the correct position to feed baby. She was thoughtful and caring to know I had a C-section done and shared useful positions to avoid pressure on my wound. Thanks Thiri!
Angie provided an amazing FTM hospital tour. Her warm and knowledgeable approach made the experience both informative and enjoyable. Her attention to detail and willingness to answer questions left me feeling reassured and well-prepared. Thanks to Angie, this tour was truly outstanding!
Madam Angie Ng was our tour host…very friendly and patient at answering the group’s questions and repeatedly apologising for having to run such a big group due to leave…overall very positive experience. Shout out to Mikela who’s interning at information counter for meeting our request for a wheelchair despite of the short notice and accompanying us for half of the tour! Highly recommended for all parents to book early and attend 👍🏻
I had a great experience delivering at Thomson! The nurses were very encouraging and I am super glad to have their guidance. I am always worried I could not latch but lactation consultant Thiri reassures me and taught me different methods to try out and not get discourage. Highly recommend the hospital to all mummies-to-be!
Mdm Angie brought us for first time mum tour and she is very good. Very informative. Very caring when I almost faint. Explain well and loves her job that even with a call incoming she continue to entertain us. Love her motherly spirit.
20230718 TuesdayThank you Grace (from Delivery Suite) for an insightful and educational hospital tour. The information and tips are useful, in addition to answering our questions. Much thanks again 😊20230704 TuesdayAlinah from Guest Services was most helpful in rescheduling the hospital tour, following up with a call and answering my questions. Thank you 😊
Went for the hospital tour for first-time mums today with the tour led by Sister Angie. She brought us around through the delivery suite and the various types of rooms available, and was very clear and detailed with her explanation. She also gave us lots of helpful advice throughout the tour, sharing her wealth of knowledge with the years of experience that she has. Thank you Sister Angie! 🙂
Great work to Shazehan who provided an excellent tour of the hospital for soon to be parents for us. The tour gave us even more confidence in Thomson Medical Centre. Thank you!
Ms Sufiah at the Birth Registration is very friendly, being patient to all the inquiries and providing clear and efficient advice/instruction for every step during the procedure.Appreciate much the support and big thumb up on her service.
My son had a day surgery on Feb 17. Although the surgery went well and the care rendered by the surgeon and outpatient ward nurses were amazing, unfortunately the post discharged experience was a disaster. We followed up with the business office on the e-filing for insurance claim in March after receiving a text saying that no e-file has been received and was told that they have back logs and the person in charge will revert to us. No follow up or whatsoever so we assume everything is in place. We were surprised to receive a letter from the insurance company last week (after close to 2 months) stating that they have yet to receive the e-filing from the hospital.I called the hotline and was assisted by a very helpful lady called Sarina on May 6 and who sent an email to the business office with my son’s details and told me to call back if no one contacted me within 2 days. Of course no one called me. I called back on May 10 and assisted by Sarina again and she traced back the email and resend to the team in charge stating the urgency. It has been 3 days now and no one bothers to call me.I’m happy if the hospital prefers to absorb this medical bill but I’m just taken aback by the level of ignorance and incompetence given Thomson medical is one of the so called reputable hospital for mums and kids.Someone in the insurance department needs to step up and look into this matter. The other two private hospitals that I have come across are very professional and i don’t need to waste my time chasing insurance.
The experience is too good to be true1. We asked for 1 bedder stay and that was confirmed by the clinic, but ended up in a 2 bedder room, with that I cannot accompany my wife overnight. They said we are in the queue for 1 bedder and room will be available only at 3pm tomorrow but my wife will checkout at 11am. Ridiculous.2. We stood for 30mins for the room to be ready. My wife suppose to insert the pill at 10am but only it was inserted at 11:45am. The pill has to be inserted 4 hours before the surgery and initially we were told surgery time is 2pm3. We were told the surgery time was 2pm. One day before the surgery day we were told it become 2-3pm. During admission we were told it became 3:30pm4. There is no dedicated nurse for my wife and no nurse can speak Chinese5. Nurses are very occupied. Sometimes it took 30mins - 2 hours for nurse to come after ringing the bell6. Since I cannot accompany my wife, at ground floor reception I was told I can come back and accompany my wife tomorrow at 7-8am. But at ward level there is a sign saying visiting is only between 1-8pm. Staff at ward level said I can come back in the morning tomorrow and show ART result to the ground staff and he will provide me a yellow band to go to the ward. Ended up from the main entrance to the ward no one asked for my ART result, no one asked me anything and I can go straight to the ward. Chaos.7. It took 2 hours for them to prepare a bill. At ward level we were told to wait till the bill to be ready before discharge. Then they say we can do express checkout. But At ground floor reception we were told we are free to go without signing anything. Till now we have no idea what is the final bill. Chaos.8. No one inform us what can or cannot be done after the surgery. Only when at home we realize some procedures were done of which we were not told at all. What a wonderful experience! What a shame if it is the Singapore standard.
Sheryl L gave my wife and me, an insightful tour of the facilities. She was very patience and knowledgeable.Great service, do check her out for her great service.
Went to the so called « 24/7 » clinic, took a queue number and waited 1 hour. Nobody attended to me (i was the only person waiting). Do not waste your time going there.
Great service and follow ups by Thomson Medical. Special compliments to Weijie from Guest Services who is very patient and resourceful in answering all my queries 👍
My 5yo daughter was admitted to Thomson Medical due to an asthma attack and was amazingly taken care by their professional team. The nurses at level 4 Pediatrics ward were so caring and knowledgeable. They took care of my Daughter like their own and constantly made me feel at ease. Kudos to the nursing team! Oh and the room is so nice and clean too. There was a nice table for me to do my work while my daughter was resting.
Staff are friendly but the process is less than efficient. Considering that I’m visiting its 24 hr family clinic, there is no single doctor available to tide through the change over between shifts. 20min of pure waiting for the arrival of the doctor to execute the change over.
TMC guest service impress me with their awesome responsiveness and warmth solutions to our needs. Special thank you to Senior Manager guest service for rendering a wonderful guest journey.
Dear Thomson Medical staff,You did an incredible job getting us ready for birth and catering to our every needs thereafter in hospital. All staff involved were professional, kindhearted, very helpful and thoroughly committed. We had a great experience with you and are very grateful.Thank you very much.
Ultra efficient hospital. Truly world class. They have streamlined process from the checking in to admission up to discharge. It brings a huge boost by employing Filipino nurses. They are the best in care. I recently delivered at this hospital and I must say they have taken care of me so well. The doctors along with all the rest of the hospital staff work together to deliver utmost care and performance of their duties professionally.
Good first mum tour by Sister Angie. Very informative and gave us a lot of advices. She ran through the whole labor process with us, so at least now, we know what to expect when the day come. Thanks!

Good option for delivery. May not look the newest, but team well trained and competent. Nurses on ward can be incredible at times. Current fathers able to be at delivery (incl. C-sections I believe) during Covid. Good water birth options available.
Joined the first-time mum maternity tour with my wife. Angie provided us with great and detailed service and shared a lot of knowledge regarding breastfeeding as well. Highly recommend.
Had a very pleasant experience with Angie Ng during the First Time Mum hospital tour.. It was educational and she was also very ready to help when we had questions
While the nursing staff are excellent the overall experience is quite poor. Parking is an absolute nightmare, poor food choices (deliFrance option is terrible, very poor quality, rude staff, always out of food).
I strongly recommend Thomson Medical TCM to anyone seeking pain relief. My first visit at Thomson Punggol had been a wonderful experience. The encounter with the counter staff and the acupressure therapist, Leona Chia had been very pleasant. They are patient, helpful, and most importantly, caring.Leona is very skilful in her treatment and knowledgeable too. She would spontaneously share tips on how to eat well and live well. Whenever she performs acupressure, she makes me feel well taken care of as she would not just treat the area of pain, instead she will go on to treat places where the pain could be linked. The strength applied is just right too. Leona definitely cares about the health of her patients. Before I went back, she even came along to the counter to share with me 3 exercises I could do at home so as to assist me in healing faster. I have since switch my treatment to Thomson from RMC and I have enjoyed every session at both NUH & Punggol. Thank you Thomson Medical & Leona! 🤗
Merci Mme Ng!
Booked a hospital tour and was attended to by Ms Loh Jin Feng who is really pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. As a FTM, there were many questions thrown at Jin Feng but she proved to be really patient in addressing every one of our concerns. Tour was also well managed, punctual and smooth. Thank you TMC for the experience.
My husband and i went for hospital tour guided by Angie! She was very passionate as she walks us thru the whole delivery process which gives us more confidence n assurance as first time parents on what to expect during the entire labour process. She was also very friendly n informative as she shares some of the tips with us based on her past experiences.. it was really useful n we benefited frm it esp during this covid season.. Thank you for your time Angie! Really appreciate it 🙂
Our stay at Thomson Medical has been amazing! It felt like a staycation amidst the circuit breaker! Some days I even forget that I was in a hospital as their service was like a mixture between a confinement centre and a hospital which made transition into confinement practices a bit easier after discharge. A very special thanks to the professional doctors took care of me medically and to the caring nurses that motivated me during my delivery and nurses that continued to care for recovery.Looking back at my experience, I’m missing the stay and everyone that I met during my stay. Everyone was so pleasant and positive and it made it a good start to parenthood!
We went for hospital tour guided by Angie! She was very informative and friendly which we appreciate! Make first-time parents feel more assured. Thank you for your time! 🙂
Was at Thomson last time when wanted to find out more information about maternity ante and postnatal service, Ms Polly was really helpful and gave us a comprehensive information. She was friendly, sincerely and warmly asking us beyond our questions to make sure a newly wed couple could have a proper plan to go the next step of having a child. Thank you so much for your great help Ms Polly.
Delivered my first child here and had an excellent experience! The nurses were kind, warm, encouraging and put me at ease. I was well looked after right from admission. The hospital staff are also very helpful and patient in answering any queries I had. In particular, Polly - a wonderful hospital ambassador, who was always a joy to speak with! All in all, my experience at Thomson medical centre was extremely positive and I felt completely at ease at every visit even during a global pandemic.
Had a hospital tour for ftm. Staff very helpful and warm. Rooms are nice and clean. Special thanks to sister angie for the tour and helpful information staff grace!
Thumbs up to Customer Service Officer Zairy. He is very helpful and attentive. Even with his mask on u can see the smile in his eyes. Thank you for looking out for always looking out for all the expectant mommies and patrons when we alight at the drop off area/ taxi stand. Cheers.
We have hospital tour 07/07/2020 Guide by: Ms Polly FongI feel so blessed to have guest service like Ms. Polly, She's really great, Her english really clear, easy to understand and answer our question with her professionalism. Me and my husband really enjoy our hospital tour session. Thank you so much Ms. Polly
We were assisted very well and kindly by Ms Polly Fong with regards to delivery ward booking and related questions. She even gave us a couple of maternity freebies and made sure all our concerns were properly addressed.
My wife was suffering from severe pain due to contraction when we reach at the hospital at around 7:30pm, Tuesday 30June. Upon arrival at the entrance we were greeted by the security personnel, they politely assisted and standby the wheel chair.Everything was on a rush as they found out that my wife will deliver the baby very soon. Immediately they alerted Dr Ang while they are preparing the tools for delivery. I went down to the reception at level 1 for admission. I was greeted by Helen, she calmly explained the details and the estimated cost before making the deposit. Half way during the process I told her that I have to go back to delivery suite because my wife will deliver anytime. She told me not to worry as she will just bring the papers for me to sign later. At around 8:14pm after a few push my wife give birth to a beautiful little princess. Big thanks to the Nurses at delivery suites attention to details, and to Dr Lawrence Ang our trusted and the best Doctor. Also to Helen of the paediatric ward, my wife is really happy with her great service. She took care of my new born very well, and gave a lot of advise to my wife in nursing the babies.Overall, we are very satisfied with Thomson medical team. Kudos to all of you!
TERRIBLE TERRIBLE experience here! Nurses and staff were extremely rude and hostile. My mother was here for her delivery and was in a lot of pain, the Nurses were screaming and yelling at her to “keep quiet” and “shut up”. Service was also extremely slow. You would think since it’s a private hospital, service and experience would be better. Everybody is better off at a government hospital, prices are also much more affordable with better service. I would never come here for my own delivery or medical needs and would recommend my friends/family to do the same. Not to mention their IVF mix up a few years ago. Please do yourself a favour and never come here!!!!l
Bad service, unclear instructions, paid for delivery at hospital but still have to pay for parking. food catered is overpriced, no food options within facility. Paid as a stay in visitor but given a sofa to sleep on, still have to pay separately for lunch and dinner on top of stay in fee. DisappointingOnly excellent experience was from the delivery team and staff at level 3 and 4. Level 1 staff just spoilt the whole experience for me.
Love the stay in Thomson Medical during 26Feb to 29Feb! The Nurses are so attentive and sensitive to mummy needs! That is the reason why I chose to come back Thomson again for my second delivery.
The labour ward Nurses were very supportive and caring. It made the stressful labour duration much more enjoyable for both parents. The meticulous effort of each staff and nurse right from the front desk to the wards are commendable. The Nurses helped answered questions that us as first time parents were very curious and worried about. Handle our questions in the most professional way to ease our concerns.
Had an unbelievable experience at this hospital while visiting my relative, the girls at the entrance conducting the health screen and the front desk were so nice and helpful , the Nurses were all cheerful and pleasant as wellbut was shocked when we encountered an extremely rude and condescending person who was raising her voice and with no basic courtesy at all .What was even more shocking was that she's the Director of Quality ( Deborah EE ) How can a organization like Thomson Medical engage such a low class person for the job of Director - She's definitely not refined or skilled enough for the job- How can the Management and Board of Directors condone such behavior and still be oblivious of it.No way she will be able to train her staff on Quality management which includes customer service. ( My Family just believe that ). we were there for 3 days and all other staff including the security people were all so courteous and nice- Hope she will send for counseling and retraining
Service was prompt and staff were very patient and attentive. Special shout out to Hafizah for her excellent service and personal touch that made the stay really comfortable. Food was good and servings were decent.
We came for our son’s medical examination but he did all the wrong and he is doing business here not practicing what he is suppose to be.Charging also a huge amountDon’t come here.
I would like to thank the Thomson Medical staff who assisted with the safe delivery of my 3rd baby boy. I checked in on 31 May 2019 and was there till 2 June 2019. All the staff at the delivery suite Room 7 did a fantastic job!I would also like to thank the nurses and lactation consultant who helped me in all ways while I was warded in Room 325B while in TMC! Thank you!!😍🥰👍
