The UNICA IVF Clinic in Prague is a sister clinic of the clinic in Brno. The UNICA clinic in Prague is mainly focused on international patients travelling to Prague airport and specialises in fertility, obstetrics and urology, gynaecology and embryology. Your treatment at the Unica IVF Clinic may include in vitro fertilization or artificial insemination. You can also choose to bank your sperm and/or eggs. The staff are more than willing to accommodate your needs and will do everything possible to make your journey a success.

There are three IVF specialists as well as a reproductive endocrinology specialist, a urologist and a genetics specialist. The team is highly qualified, the health professionals and the clinic maintains the highest standards of quality and safety. We found the Unica clinic over the internet quite by accident and it turned out that we chose well. For our part, a good experience and our recommendation. The main goal was to get pregnant and it worked from the first time. We are very happy and thank the whole team especially to our coordinator Nevena with whom we communicated the most and who guided us through the whole process. Thank you and see you again

Me and my husband had Very Very Pleasant experiences at the UNICA Clinic in Prague. Thank God that He had made us find this clinic online and brought us there to try one more treatment!Well, we had a long journey to have babies until we got there; 4 IUIs and 4 IVFs for 6years. Nothing worked for us and we had very disappointing experiences with other clinics. It seemed like they did not care about patients; their unkindness, carelessness, and indifference made the journey more challenging and tough. And they never give you clear answers when you ask questions especially about cost of individual items you do.When we first saw the UNICA's website, however, everything was extremely clear and straightforward. We were very impressed by that. And they responded to our emails quickly for the time difference. They are 7 hours ahead of us.They sent us the treatment plan, the itemized price list, etc. and we could understand how it would go and how much we would pay right away.They assign you a coordinator to help you with everything, A to Z. Our coordinator was Klara and we were SO SO BLESSED to have HER!She was always SWEET and KIND and willing to help us in small or big matters. She was so smart and thoughtful. There was another lady, named Pavla who responded to our emails at the beginning and she was also very kind and helpful. I really appreciate her, too, even though we did not get to meet her there.Anyways, there was no hassle or problem for us to enter Prague, Czech Republic though it was during the pandemic time thanks to the very detalied explanations and documents provided by Klara.When we first got to the UNICA Clinic, everyone at the reception desk was kind. Klara interpreted for us when we met the doctor Cepelak.We really liked the doctor Cepelak because he always had this big warm smile on his face. He makes the atmosphere very light and joyful by speaking in a caring way, smiling brightly.And we could see he knows what he's doing. After he checked my TSH level, he told me to take the thyroid medicine immediately to make the hormone level the most ideal to have babies.No previous doctors mentioned that to me. They would say, it is normal and that was it.Yes, it was in a normal range, but on the higher side of that normal range.I would always feel cold, fatigued, and my skin was too tough and dry/itchy, etc.Dr. Cepelak said, it is good to have TSH level lower than 2.5. By the time, I had taken the thyroid medicine for about 2 weeks, I started feeling very sharp in mind, had no brain fog anymore, my body felt warm, and the skin dryness was gone. WOW! I FELT JUST GOOD!The transfer went very smoothly too because the doctor was very skilled and experienced! He did not have any issues putting the catheter in like the previous doctors had.It was just quick and simple for him to do the transfer.The quality of the embryo was best - AA.I guess it was 5AA0.Best of Best!!!Well, Klara told me to use the urine pregnancy tester on day 14th, but being so impatient ...or if you have tried IVFs, you would understand how it feels to wait ...after you get the transfer done...that 14 days feel FOREVER!I tested on the 7th day; at first, i did not see the test line...waiting...waiting...I started seeing a faint line!! How HAPPY!! The reason why I wanted to test that day was that I saw implantation blood that morning.I continued testing each morning to see the test line getting darker each day...On 14th day, I got my lab done; and me and my husband were so thrilled to get the result!!! It was 559! I was Pregnant for sure!!I am now almost 5weeks pregnant...waiting to see my OB-Gyn for ultrasound.I just cannot believe this...I AM PREGNANT!All my family members are partying...THANK GOD!It was ALL GOD who opened our eyes and hearts to find UNICA and go to UNICA to try this last time!!!UNICA IS BEST of BEST.THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!I WOULD RECOMMEND UNICA TO EVERYONE WHO WANTS TO HAVE BABIES! THANK YOU SO MUCH, UNICA! GOD BLESS YOU!

We chose UNICA because it gave us the impression that the information was transparent, communication was fast, when we were still considering which clinic we should decide for. But we were very disappointed during the treatment. Since we have only got two embryos and no succuss with the first transfer, we will find a new clinic to continue our treatment if no success with the second round. Here are my complaints:1. From the first skype consultation to the present appointment our coordinator kept rushing us to ask questions, as if we were wasting their time.2. We got the prescription without being explained what they’re for, we only could look it up on internet.3. After we bought the first round of medication, and came for the check-up at the clinic, the doctor and coordinator asked us if we have enough medicine. After our reply that we do not know and they need to tell us (we are only the patients) they gave a us a new prescription with way too many packs on it. We then needed to calculate ourselves how many packs we really need to buy.4. We’re told to do the ultrasound in our own country and only after we finished it, we received the form requiring our doctor to fill in the result.5. Our coordinator went on holiday during our treatment (which was okay), but didn’t communicate well enough with her back-up about the arrangement for us.6. On the day of the first ultrasound check, they almost forgot to do the blood test for my husband.7. On the day of transfer, I was told to be at the clinic at 8am, drank water before we went there as instructed. The coordinator first told me I only needed wait for 30 minutes or so. But in the end, I went to the OP-room for the transfer at around 10:30am, during the waiting time we had to pay for the freezing fee, waited for the invoice before we could continue, and I needed to go to toilet for 8 times to bit by bit release my bladder.8. We were only told the quality of embryos when I was on the bed for the transfer and only after I asked twice. We did not get anything written, only verbally. They guarantee two high quality embryos, but there is no way to know that it’s true.9. We got the invoice with a smaller number than we had paid, asked them for a corrected one, got rejected in the e-mail with “thank you for understanding”. (you gotta be kidding us!)10. I needed to actively ask what I should prepare for the next treatment. Then we got two names of tests we should ideally do, again without explanation. I wanted to do the check-up and tests in UNICA-Brno, and I was told sorry they couldn’t help.All the promised good services turned out to be bitter in practice. Is that because we didn't choose the "exclusive" package? Well then we could only say good-bye.

Je recommande sans hésitation! Belle et agréable expérience. Professionnelle et humaine en même temps. Unica était notre dernière chance après 10ans de tentatives en Belgique d'avoir un bébé. Už první návštěva byla velmi zvláští, ale nevěnovala jsem tomu pozornost, protože objednání přes linku bylo velmi milé a příjemné. Dostala jsem veškeré informace a slečna byla velmi milá a příjemná. Když jsem přišla na kliniku v Praze - kyselá recepční, které nebyla co k čemu aby řekla dobrý den, odbyla mě ať si sednu a prostě počkám. Tak jsem čekala. Na to že jsem byla objednaná, nikdo se mi nehodlal věnovat. Po půl hodině jsem dostala dotazníky, ty jsem vyplnila a dál čekala. Přišla paní ředitelka, přes celou recepci začala brblat proč tu jako jsem, že na mě nemá čas ať to prostě nějak recepční zařídí, ale čas na mě prostě nemá. Ředitelka přišla ke mě řekla mi že bohužel nemá čas a že mi večer kolem 6-7 hodiny zavolá. Řekla mi že mi někdo vezme někde krev a že 14 dní bude trvat testování. Přišel jediný světlý bod celé návštěvy a to slečna která mi vzala krev a dobře jsme si u toho popovídali. Večer jsem čekala hovor od paní ředitelky. No na hovor jsem čekala přes 18 dní, a nakonec jsem stejně musela přes recepci musela shánět ředitelku já sama. Skoro jsem dostala ještě vynadáno, že prostě měl někdo dovolenou a že ona ho zastupuje (což mě vůbec nezajímalo). šla jsem na druhou schůzku. Ředitelka byla nepříjemná, opět jsem čekala a čekala a čekala. Nikdo nevěděl jestli se mi brala nebo nebrala krev, co se mi dělalo nebo nedělalo za tesy. Kartu nemohli ani najít. Pořád jsem se to snažila brát jako že toho mají hodně a v době dovolených a pandemie, že se prostě stalo. Dostala jsem léky, žádné informace, žádné pořádné vysvětlení (ještě že už jsem jednou darovala a věděla jsem jak to chodí). No ale měla jsem jiné léky a potřebovala jsem se s ředitelkou poradit co a jak. Zteelfonu co jsem na ní měla (jak ona říkala každou návštěvu 'kdyby cokoliv volejte jsem na telefonu pořád' - haha vtip dobrý) telefon který jsem na ní měla, že kterého mi volala nebyl její, ale nějaké kolegyně. Takže se dovolat někomu vůbec, abych dostala informace byl obrovský problém. Druhá kontrola na který byl i primář byla ještě lepší - byla jsem objednaná na nějaký čas, čas se posunul a nikdo mě neinformoval, a když jsem řekla že ok, tak mi řekli že vlastně se to ještě o hodinu nebo dvě posune. Bez vysvětlení bez čehokoliv dalšího. Nakonec jsem se dostala na řadu i po čekání a ředitel i primář - to jednání? Bože co to mělo být? Hnus!!!!! Mluvili semnou jako s největším póvlem na planetě. To jak bude probíhat odebrání vajíček mi také nikdo neřekl, nikdo mi neřekl co si vzít sebou co a jak, NIC! ( z minulého procesu jsem si pamatovala spoustu věcí proto jsem byla připravená)Nic méně odebrání mám za sebou, naštěstí vše bylo bez komplikací, ale na klinuku do Prahy už mě NIKDY A NIKDO NEDOSTANE. N E D O P O R U Č U J I !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My husband and I had a positive experience. The professional care throughout the entire procedure was greater than I had expected. My coordinator was amazing throughout and made sure I was always well taken care of. The pricing was lower than anywhere I could find at home and the quality was better than I had experienced before.

U procesu sam. Ali zelim da pohvalim osoblje koje je vrlo ljubazno, Doktor ti odgovori na sva pitanja i sve ti lepo objasni. Naravno zelim da se zahvalim mojoj kordinatorki Biljani. We highly recommend this clinic. My husband and I had concerns about traveling outside of Canada for treatment. However, the coordinators spoke very good English and were very helpful. Everything was explained in detail before our trip. Upon arrival to the clinic, the entire staff was very welcoming and professional. Dr. Cepelak did a remarkable job in making us feel safe and secure.

Trotz der Furcht vor der Behandlung im Ausland übertrafen die Dienstleistungen in Unica sehr unsere Erwartungen. Das Personal war schon auf unseren ersten Besuch vorbereitet. Unser Arzt kam sogar auf den Empfang und begrüßte uns, während wir alle Amtsgeschäfte erledigten. Das haben wir vorher nie erlebt und in der vorherigen Klinik wurden wir als namenloser Kunde ohne Beziehung geheilt. Alle waren während ganzer Behandlung sehr geduldig und widmeten uns persönliche Pflege. Zum Beispiel, ich informierte die Klinik vorher darüber, dass wir dorthin 5 Stunden in der Nacht fahren, und unser Koordinator vorbereitete uns Kaffee am hellen und gemütlichen Empfang. Es handelt sich nur um Kleinigkeit, aber es hat uns geholfen, sich mehr entspannt zu fühlen.

La Psychologue Française Nicole Wagner nous a énormément aider pour faire le bon choix dans notre parcours.
