SERVICES OFFERED THROUGH THE INTERMEDIARY
The Intermediary offers the Intermediation Service consisting of storing and distributing to the public information provided by third-party Establishments and enabling the connection between Users of the Site and the recipients of the intermediation service.
This Service includes:
- The referencing and display of content and Services of reconstructive, plastic, hair, dental, bariatric surgery and reproductive medicine offered by third-party Establishments;
- The connection between Users and Partner Establishments.
The connection is made through the “Personalized quote” form on the Site. From this form, the User is invited to specify his request: treatment and desired country. The Intermediary then automatically transmits the User’s quote request to the Establishments corresponding to the search criteria.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
The intermediary is not a medical tourism agency or a medical institution. Its activities are limited to providing an Online Intermediation Service.
It exclusively ensures a passive role, as a technical intermediary between (i) Users of the Site wishing to benefit from quotes relating to care treatments and (ii) Establishments offering Services in reconstructive, plastic, cosmetic, hair, dental, bariatric surgery and reproductive medicine. After the technical stage of establishing contact, the intermediary does not intervene in any way in the Services offered and provided by the Establishments to Users.
The information available on the Site describing the Services of the Establishments corresponds to the information transmitted by the Establishments themselves or is that available on their own websites. The Intermediary does not verify this information.
Concerning the Establishments identified on the Site as “MeilleureClinique”: the selection is made from a list of objective and transparent criteria, based on the declarations of the Establishments themselves. The Intermediary does not carry out any verification of these declarations. It does not control the conformity of the Establishments referenced and does not verify the diplomas, certifications, accreditation or that the Services offered are actually carried out in compliance with the quality and safety standards in force.
After the connection proposed by the Site, the Intermediary no longer intervenes.
The subsequent steps take place exclusively between the User and the selected Establishment(s): pre-diagnosis, sending of quotes, exchange of information relating to the Services, signing of the care contract, performance of the Services, follow-up after care, etc.
It is the User’s responsibility to ensure, after the connection made via the Site, that the Establishment selected and the Services offered correspond to their needs.
The User is therefore invited to contact the selected Establishment in order to request all the necessary information prior to the purchase of Services.
In the event of non-performance or poor non-performance of the Services, the User is informed and accepts that he may not under any circumstances hold the Intermediary liable and may only address his complaint to the Establishment concerned by the Services in question.

Criteria for referencing Establishments on the site
The Referenced Establishments are structures offering restorative, plastic, cosmetic, hair, dental, bariatric and reproductive medicine surgery services. These may be clinics, hospitals or any other type of structure dedicated to surgery, facial or body care. The Referenced Establishments have the particularity of being based abroad. They may be located in countries of the European Union (e.g. Spain, Cyprus, Hungary, etc.) or outside (Turkey, Thailand, Dubai, Tunisia, etc.). Each Establishment referenced on the Site has a presentation sheet.
- Partner establishments
Some Establishments referenced on the Site are commercial partners of the Intermediary. These Establishments are identified as such on the Site (Partner Establishment) on their file.
- “BestClinic” Establishments
The Establishments identified on the Site under the tag “BestClinic” are those which have declared that they meet the following list of criteria:
- Joint Commission International accreditation for quality and safety of care
- ISAPS Membership
- Membership in ASAPS
- Google Reviews: Minimum rating of 4 out of 5
- Commitments made to patients (minimum reflection period after the quote, post-operative follow-up, insurance and liability)
These establishments are currently not accessible on the website due to the fact that verification and validation procedures are underway, in accordance with regulatory requirements and prior checks required to ensure their compliance with current standards before their final online publication.
Organization of the Site and classification of the contents and Services of the Establishment
The Intermediary Site mainly comprises 3 types of pages:
- Category pages: cosmetic surgery; hair implants; PMA/IVF; dental care. Within each category, there is a list of the Establishments concerned. The User can also use a drop-down menu in which he finds a list of treatments by category.
- Establishment pages: Each Establishment referenced on the Site has a presentation sheet. The User can filter Establishments by geography (country, city), by category (liposuction, rhinoplasty). The User can access the official website of the establishment from its presentation sheet. All he has to do is go to the “reviews” section at the bottom of the page and click on the name of the establishment.
- Blog Pages: These pages provide general, non-medical information on reconstructive, plastic, cosmetic, hair, dental, bariatric and reproductive medicine surgery treatments (e.g. definitions, price estimates, frequently asked questions, etc.).
The Site also has a search engine to find pages corresponding to keywords (e.g. liposuction Türkiye).
The ranking of Establishments results from the search criteria entered by the User:
- By treatment category
- By keywords typed into the search engine
- By location (country, city)
Search results are displayed bychronological order, from the most recent (at the top) to the oldest referenced (at the bottom). The order of appearance is in no way influenced by the commercial partnerships established with the Intermediary.
Conditions for delisting
The Intermediary may be required to delist Establishments that no longer meet the criteria referred to in point a), those with which it no longer has a commercial partnership, in the event of a report of illicit Content or in the context of a request from an authority or a court.
REPORTING MECHANISMS SET UP AGAINST ILLEGAL CONTENT
The Intermediary has implemented mechanisms allowing any person or entity to report to it the presence within the site of specific information elements that it considers to be illicit or erroneous Content. The Intermediary holds the intellectual property rights relating to the Site, its content and the elements composing it.
