Its wonderful experience there. Hospital services are up to the mark. hospital doctors, staff , receptionists everyone is so humble and friendly. I delivered my baby there. Postnatal care is wonderful. They serve nutritious food to the patients. Cleanliness is excellent. Their lactation consultant kareena is doing wonderful job. She is really encouraging mothers for breastfeeding and very supportive. The way she counsel is mind blowing . I m very happy. ❤️❤️❤️

I had the worst experience at their emergency reception, going with major bleeding arm , after my insurance guided me that this is nearest hospital covered by them , therre were two guys . A.Serag and Hatem , hatem told me the insurance doesn’t cover and we can’t help you , you need to pay 1,000 aed per stitch , I refused and left , called my insurance they confirmed again and asked me to go back to the hospital, went back asked for the manager, Hatem told me let me try to check although he checked before with serag jn the last time , i asked for the manager, after leaving me bleeding for 30 minutes, they told me our mistake, it actually covers!!!!!!Miserable experience, zero professionalism

I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the service I received at Burjeel Hospital. Unfortunately, my recent experience has left me feeling ignored, inconvenienced, and disrespected as a patient.Upon receiving a message from the doctor requesting me to come in early for an appointment, I made sure to wake up early to ensure I would be on time. However, upon my arrival at the hospital, I was informed that the doctor was currently in surgery and that I needed to schedule another appointment. This blatant disregard for my time and inconvenience is unacceptable.Feeling frustrated and confused, I decided to contact the hospital's call center for assistance. To my dismay, the representative I spoke with was unhelpful and provided misleading information. Despite my request for an immediate appointment, I was informed that the hospital was fully booked until the end of the month. This blatant lie only added insult to injury, as it became evident that the call center staff lacked transparency and empathy towards my situation.As a patient, I expected better from a reputed hospital like Burjeel. The lack of accommodation from the reception who is just busy with her mobile doing nothing else, poor communication, and misleading information from the call center have left me questioning the professionalism and ethics of the entire organization. It is disheartening to experience such negligence and disregard for patient care.I strongly urge Burjeel Hospital to review their appointment scheduling system, train their call center staff and reception to provide accurate information, and ensure that patients are not inconvenienced due to miscommunication or lack of coordination within their facility. It is essential for a healthcare institution to prioritize patient satisfaction and uphold the trust patients place in them.In conclusion, my experience at Burjeel Hospital has been incredibly disappointing. The lack of accommodation, combined with the dishonesty of the call center and unhelpful receptionist in the Gynecologist department, has left me feeling neglected as a patient. I hope that my feedback serves as a wake-up call for the management to address these issues promptly and ensure that no other patients face similar inconveniences in the future.

The hospital is equipped with modern facilities, but the staff's poor customer service and lack of concern for the patients, combined with half of them being sick and coughing around the patients, make the experience unpleasant.

Shiva & Zameer were exceptional when it was new years and I needed urgent hospital care. It was New Year’s Eve and both of them made sure that I was in the right care of hands and looked after even with the holidays going on and how busy it was. It’s quite nice to have peoplelike them around who genuinely care and show it especially when they are off duty or even on. Truly care for their patients!

I am Bhuvaneshwari and I delivered a beautiful little princess on December 8th with the help of a wonderful Doctor Dr.Patthukutty and her Team.She was my gynaecologist for my entire pregnancy journey. Since month one. Now, it feels like a quick dream that has come true.She and Her entire team made sure I tried my best for normal delivery. The pharmacy wait time is unacceptable. With 18 counters available, only 8 are operational, leading to a consistently long wait of 60 to 70 minutes for medications. This has been an ongoing issue for the past 8 years, indicating poor management.

I must say that Burjeel is one of the best hospital in Abu Dhabi. They varieties of services they provide is no other hospitals have. And the professionalism in Staffs and Doctors are directly visible in the very first glance. I advice you must bring your Insuarance card to get the best possible treatments and care as early as possible.

I have had the most wonderful experience with Dr Mona from the Ophthalmology department. I had severe eye infection along with a Corneal Abrasion. Dr Mona monitored me closely on a daily basis and explained everything to me and set my expectations of what the process of healing would look like. You can tell she is genuinely caring and not in the job just for money. I’d definitely recommend seeing her for any of your eye health concerns.

Arrived 5pm at the hospital with severe leg pain, got in to IM after 30 mins then got referred to ortho, waiting for 2 hours now and still not seen by the doctor. I asked the nurses if they don't have any prioritization for patient's who are in pain but they're only response is I'm not the one handling your case. No triaging and prioritization from the very beginning in the reception, nurses are overlooking patient's concern because they are not handling your case. After talking to the patient experience representative about my experience, she still told me to wait

We came for a follow up check up in pediatric department. Our appointment is 7pm and we reach the hospital at 645 since then we've been waiting to call us to check my son's vital signs but no one calling us until we are the only one waiting in the waiting area. I follow up the registration in the reception at 735pm and found out that my son is not yet registered since we came. I ask the receptionist taif why she didn't register my son she said she is not the one who received the emirates id of my son but the id was in front of her laying down beside here keyboard and i am sure that I gave the id to her.and the way she talk to me not just to me but to other patients is very rude they are not accommodating and not approachable. No courtesy at all.

I am so thankful and short of words to express my gratitude to Dr. Pathukutty as my gynecologist throughout my pregnancy and delivery process. She was able to guide us well on our every concern which kept us confident through the entire journey. Dr Pathukutty dedication to her patients is commendable. Even when I had doubts regarding normal delivery she was very confident & supportive. It was great to have her part of my beautiful journey. Highly recommended! I just delivered my baby girl with a great and reliable team. Thank you to Dr. Khaled Omar for the smooth CS delivery and amazing how i was able to recover right away he’s always checking on us during our stay in the hospital. To Dr. Karina lactation consultant thank you for the continuous encouragement i am able to breastfeed my baby girl which i was not able to do to my eldest. Nurses and staff are all very nice and helpful 🤗❤️

Very experienced and professional doctors, highly recommend. Super important for me - it is possible to make an appointment in a short notice to highly experienced doctors once issue occurs!!! In my cases I saw doctors next day or in 1-2 days. In Cleveland for example it was possible to make an appointment only in 2-3 weeks to similar specialists..Thanks Burjeel for taking care of people’s health and solving health issues in time.Bear in mind it can take 2-3h for one appointment - queues are almost always the case, so seeing two doctors is a row without time gap between appointments can be a troubleLab report are ready super quickly - next day had my blood tests

Nurse Marian in general surgery, and the nurses in the hospital all was good with me especially Tuesday ago I had my surgery was very good and nurses also especially Edelyn and Shinu and salo and krishna and Rahma and Mensy & Milan ,Mijin , Sherin a Ravathy in lab and all chémotherapy in onco and nurse Tincy. Though I had Gestational Diabetes mid of pregnancy, Doctor Aruna guided me well and her positive approach towards everything made me deliver normally. I was pleased to find that they were understanding and receptive to my concerns.In addition to the medical expertise, I want to highlight two notable features that make Burjeel Hospital even more appealing. Great hospital with an amazing team. Had been to Burjeel for delivery and must say that the entire team who handled the delivery is great. My doctor who handled the delivery was well experienced and ensured the delivery went smooth. The doctors and their entire team are very kind and professional. During labour, the duty doctors explain everything well and brief you on the labour process and also explain the pros and cons of painkillers, epidural, etc. Even post delivery me and the baby were well taken care of. The hospital has high standard service and I would highly recommend this hospital for pregnant women who are looking for a good hospital for their delivery.

2 and a half month ago I got accepted in Burjeel Hospital as a student trainer for my internship. I started with phlebotomy department which was the beginning of the journey.All the staff, or more accurately the team, are very cooperative, hard workers and trustworthy.Each one of them is an essential and valuable member of the team, it’s like they meant to be together.During my stay with the staff, several things have caught my eye which include the way they treat patients and pay attention to details. How they explain to patients why and what are the tests they need. They even take it a step further and recommend alternative solutions for a good result that fit the patient’s needs.One of them would stay even after his duty finishes! Another one would work as fast as he can, despite his need for a break, so the patient would wait less .. such a great commitment!They also have a sweet team full of beautiful receptionists ladies.I realized how lucky I am to be surrounded with such a great people like them!And now my journey has come to an end, I’m really grateful for every single memory I shared with them.May God bless you all and keep you all safe.

Never thought that the clinic that we're going to is only up to 5pm. But the receptionist, Ms. Rafaela, in the nearby department was very kind and accommodating despite the things that she needs to tend to. While ultimately I did not have surgery here, the facility is incredible and the doctors I saw in neurosurgery were highly skilled and compassionate. Getting scheduled for appointments and insurance approvals/billing is easy.A special thanks to the receptionist Dina. She is Intelligent, proactive staff that cares for you with sterling professionalism, yet with the compassion of a loved one.If you live nearby or have the ability to take advantage of Burjeel Hospital, consider yourself blessed.I'll never seek medical care elsewhere. I would like to appreciate the hospitality and kind gestures of the Doctors and nurses here. I was brought to Emergency and the staff are accommodating. Even though I was so sick, I can hear them talking to my husband and making sure that I was feeling better. They gave me medicine and made sure that I'm okay before they released me from the hospital. While waiting for the bill, the nurse, who passed by, stopped and checked on me. Great job to the staff! More power to the Hospital, Management and staff. Stay safe!
