Dr. Salazar, a great professional, finally after 10 years doing annual check-ups for social security and going with more and more fear for the damage they did to me with a simple cytology and I thought it was normal, well today thanks to this gynecologist I have realized that it does not hurt at all, I recommend it because the treatment and how it explains everything is excellent. Tuvimos mi pareja y yo una consulta hace dos meses y se suponía que nos iban a llamar en dos semanas. Después de entonces nadie se ha puesto en contacto con nosotros. Hemos llamado hasta 5 veces a la clínica para preguntar y simplemente nos cogen los datos, nos dicen que nos llamarán y nunca ocurre. Me he sentido muy cómoda con el doctor Salazar , muy amable y agradable , nos ha explicado todo genial y se nota cuando estás delante de un doctor que tiene años de experiencia. Hemos salido contentísimos y las mujeres que le ayudan muy amables también.

Vi los comentarios y me pareció una clínica seria, pero tengo que decir que me equivoqué. Nunca cogen el teléfono, tienes que dejar un mensaje en el contestador y te llaman cuando quieren. Pedí cita y dos días antes ir, solicité un certificado para poder desplazarme hasta Torrejón, ya que no vivo allí, y con todo esta tema del covid, lo necesitaba. Me dijeron que esa misma tarde me lo enviaban. No recibí nada y volví a insistir al día siguiente (día antes de la cita). Lógicamente, no me cogieron el teléfono y dejé un mensaje volviendo a dar mis datos y pidiendo el certificado. Ese certificado nunca me llegó y el día de la cita me llaman poniendo excusas y diciéndome que habían anotado mal mi correo (dejé un mensaje el día de antes diciendo que si había un error porque no me había llegado y lo volví a dar) y que ellos han perdido media hora al no acudir yo. La mujer del teléfono sin dejarme hablar y encima diciéndome como que es mi culpa. El servicio de ginecología no sé cómo será pero desde luego, el trato recibido, deja mucho que desear.
Estuvimos ayer, somos de fuera y me atendió como mi ginecólogo de toda la vida. Tanto el doctor, como las dos mujeres son unos profesionales increíbles. Un trato excelente, una tranquilidad y un buen hacer que se agradece. Los tres se han portado conmigo muy bien, sin duda voy a repetir y cuando se está embarazada la confianza es muy importante.Pd: la mujer que atiende en recepción es simplemente maravillosa desde que llamas pidiendo cita e información.
