I wanted to wait until my results were final before reviewing but I think if this helps anyone before then it's worth sharing now. I'd read the comments about lack of communication and whatnot thought I'd be fine. I'm pretty chill and I've lived in Southeast Asia for a few years. My results are looking ok so far. But I wouldn't go back to Kamol. I could list all the little things that negatively affected my patient experience, but essentially I felt totally alone. The surgeons are some of the best in the world at some of the surgeries performed here and everybody wants a great result. But if you choose to come here, make sure you do your own research about what to expect, how to prepare for recovery, and what you can and can't do in the weeks following your surgery. All the articles guidance online will include 'but listen to the advice of your surgeon'. You will not get any. I am not over exaggerating when I say I've been sent home from an ear piercing appointment with more guidance and information about at home care. I've just left my follow up appointment. I thought I was coming back to see the doctor, but the nurses just took my stitches out and sent me on my way. I hope that was the intention for today's appointment because they were asking me and I had no idea. I'd just been handed a card to come back at this time. And I hope I never have to go back again.

Had my very first Rhinoplasty done here. I am so glad to have achieved a one-time success, as I've heard stories of revision cases in other places. Pictures shown are 2 weeks post surgery as I'm writing this. I wanted a natural look, and Dr. Kamol gave me that 🥹🥰. Understandably, more healing time (up to one year) is required to see the final results.One thing I wish to emphasize for those considering, do remember to remove face ID on the phone just before surgery. I had a hard time resetting face ID on my iphone after 🫠

10/10 would recommend Kamol Hospital & Full Hair by DHT clinic (reside within Kamol Hospital) for jaw reduction & hair transplant.I did 3,500 graft with Dr Pasu and I really love the result. They took consideration of my overall face shape to recommend the desired hairline. Can’t wait to see the new hair growing in months to come ❤️I also want to give a special shoutout to the team, Tik, Puie, Nud & Fai for making me feel home during my one month stay in Bangkok. I had gender reassignment by the srs-ppv procedure on the 30/04/2024 at the age of 63. I am now 3 months post surgery and I couldn't be happier. The care I received was superb, it just couldn't have been better. This is a professional clinic with a capital P. The attention to detail is second to none. From the moment you walk out of the terminal, they take care of everything. The hotel and clinic are spotlessly clean, just as you'd expect, and the staff are happy to help in any way they can.Following a couple of meetings with Dr Kamol you have an appointment with the cardiologist to assess whether you're fit enough for surgery. They take no chances and that shows just how professional this clinic is.The care post surgery is simply the best you could wish for, nurses in and out of your room checking everything. This continues the whole week plus some visits from Dr Kamol as well.The care continues when you get back to the hotel with staff on hand 24 hours a day.On the 2nd floor there is a clinic staffed by 2 nurse and you visit them twice a day to clean and check on your wounds.I was at the Kamol clinic and hotel for just under 5 weeks and the staff in both places became like my family, always there for me and even now if I message them with a question they are happy to help.You will make your own decision as to where you go for surgery and so you should, but you should give the Kamol clinic some serious consideration, after all, it is the place that makes your dreams come true.Alison Holley

I recently had the chance to visit the hospital and I would like to share my positive experience. From the moment I entered the facility, I was greeted by a friendly atmosphere. The receptionists were attentive and helpful, which immediately created a comfortable feeling.The hospital staff are true professionals in their field. The doctors are not only highly qualified specialists, but also very sensitive people. They paid attention to every question I had, explained all the procedures and did everything possible to make me feel calm. I've been in Kamol several times. 3 times to be exact. First my consultant was Darcie. She's fine but she never assisted me on my consultation to Dr. Kamol so my surgeries we're botched.The second and third was to Layal. Layal for me is better than her. She assisted me when i came to surgery consultantion, To the medical analysis, during my surgery, all the way til my healing. I really like her suggestions to because she did her FFS from Kamol. By the way, all my first surgery from Darcie we're all Re-done. So in my own opinion, doing surgery to kamol is not enough, you must find a good consultant. And that is Layal. She can communicate well in English. If i am not mistaken she can speak well Arab and Portugese. Reach out for Layal, not anyone else if you don't want to loose your money in Botched surgery. I am still planning to go back there for my voice and srs soon because of Layal. I will post my surgery Photos from Darcie's to Layal's.

I rarely leave reviews but in this instance I am compelled to do so . The Kamol Hospital made me feel like a member of the Thai Royal Family from the moment I set foot in the hospital . As it turned out I was unable due to my own “Health issues” to proceed with my surgery ,however the level of professionalism compassion and care was simply first class . From the great man Dr Kamol himself to the receptionist on the front desk I was shown nothing but high levels of genuine concern and care.Simply every detail and every member of staff I came into contact with was both highly polite professional and caring . Nothing was too much trouble for this Hospital arranging free transportation and going to great lengths at every stage to keep me informed of what was happening .I have visited many hospitals on the Western world but none simply none could replicate the high degree of personal care and attention I was shown.It was simply a pleasure to meet all of the staff involved and I would not hesitate to recommend this hospital for anything .My original booking was for a full facelift and neck lift but my risk was too high . My first thought about this hospital is very friendly and professional. Since i have bad experience with Yanhee hospital if not say worst, this hospital seem good in everything. The only bad thing happened to me is that after i had done the ppv surgery my vagina tissue is getting closed and i couldn't get back to the depth of 5,5-6 inch like before. I always do what the doctor told me what to do every day and found out i lose the depth. The skin tissue is healing and it's closed just like the skin grap surgery. It didnt like what he said that the ppv is never closed like skin grap, plus the surgery cost double over the regular surgery prices. They never meantion me about this problem and they want me to spend another $1000 flight ticket to go back??? And I dont even know if they can fix it?! Because after a year the skin is already healing, how come they stretch it back like before??! Im very disappointed, unhappy, and angry with the result about what they showed me, didnt match with what they said. Dont ever come here!!! They re very bad service, just want to take your money!!!!

My experience at Kamol Cosmetic Hospital certainly cannot be summarized in a few words... Of course, undergoing surgical procedures because of the gender transition process is not a joke. At the beginning of my transition, my expectations were low given my initial situation. From 2018 until today, 2024 I started making several trips to Kamol Hospital, despite several hours of flying. I underwent a total of 10 surgical operations at Kamol and I could easily say that the sacrifice of coming here each time, was worth the best surgery done from the best surgeon I am aware of. I wanted the best and I think I achieved it. The results are extraordinary. Now, if I am who I am, I can only thank Kamol Cosmetic Hospital.

In January 2024 I had SRS using PPT with laparoscopic technique at Kamol Hospital in Bangkok. The surgery was performed by Dr. Kamol.Three months post surgery I had a checkup with my gynaecology and she said the result was one of the best she had seen and that I have healed well with no complications.My experiences at Kamol hospital are mixed at best. The surgery result is amazing and I cannot complain regarding that.The pre and post surgery care at the hospital, however, was not so great. 
Information leading up to surgery was very sparse. I arrived in Bangkok Sunday. I was informed that the surgery was to take place at 10 AM Wednesday. On Monday I had checkups, which went fine. I had a meeting with Dr. Kamol. Communication wasn’t the best, but he had a translater present. I was informed to check in Tuesday. Once I got checked in, I was left to my self in the Hospital and I didn’t know why I had to be there this early. 
I had to go look for some staff who could tell me what was going to happen. I was not informed that I had to have cleaned my bowels.On the day of surgery I was very tired and exhausted from not having any food intake and the bowel cleaning. An hour before surgery (which was moved to 1pm) the staff arrived with a lot of legal documents for me to sign. I was not capable at the time to read through the paperwork. Some of which stated that any mixup needed would be covered at my own expenses.I gambled and signed the paper. I was not in a state where I could make an informed decision and the hospital should have giving me the paperwork in advance to read through.When I woke up from surgery I was told that “Surgery OK”. I was in quite some pain on the first day and the staff did not administer enough pain medicin despite multiple requests.I could not feel the morphine at all. The staff in the observation room were sleeping and got mad at me when I woke them to get assistance.Throughout the whole post surgery care I felt the nurses didn’t listen and never once informed me about what was going to happen. Every time I asked about concerns they would say “It’s normal”. This also happened when I had my kateter removed and I raised the concern that I didn’t think I could empty my bladder. They said “It’s normal”. A day later I was rushed to the hospital and had more than a litre in my bladder. They had forgotten to give me antiinflamatory medication when I was signed out.If you decide to go to Kamol Hospital I would recommend contacting Jaime Lee (WhatsApp: +66 65 839 0418) and have her be your agent/liaison. I hired her during my stay and she was an incredible help. She talked to the hospital staff for me and she knows what is “normal” and what is a concern. She helped me a lot through the goodness of her heart. I then decided to hire her as I wanted to gratify her for her work.

Hello I am orphan, Alaskan and English speaking young man and this is my first time traveling out of the country by myself. I have medical traumas from my personal past in America. Everything here has been outstanding from the hospitality to the medical treatment.I leave some advise for anyone reading this wanting to travel to Thailand for medical tourism:(step zero: PASSPORT time! You also are going to need to give yourself an appropriate amount of time for this trip! Many weeks and prior to that, months of planning and preparation.)1. Do research for the surgery you want thoroughly. There is a language barrier and the pre and post op appointments go by very quickly. Plan ahead and have your questions ready beforehand. Dont be afraid to ask for what you want, otherwise Kamol will make his own best judgements. My final results varied from what I have seen online, but I am not ungrateful or unhappy. I expressed my needs and it helps to talk to another doctor in your language prior to coming here if you can. Doctor kamol was my 4th consultation with the surgery I needed so I had a better idea what to expect.2. Do research on Thailands laws and cultures. Dos and Donts. Be respectful, learn basic greeting (wai). Be mindful of the traffic laws. Take your shoes off when asked, dont touch peoples heads, and remember to smile!3. Do not come here without a smartphone or ways to use Apps! I am not one of those people always glued to their smart phones. Well, I though I could get by without one. my "dumb phone" didnt work with a thai sim and people in bangokok use APPS FOR EVERYTHING! Sounds funny but trust me, I tried almost every alternative. You pretty much NEED apps to buy food delivery when you are healing from surgery if you are coming here by yourself!4.Pack lightly you wont need as much as you think. Bring a theft proof handbag/satchel, sandals, sunscreen, comfort item of choice and something to use for internet and apps, but you wont need much than carry on if you stay at the K-garden hotel as it can be easily obtained.5.Get a travel agent to help you line up a good flight plan, insurance and help with visa. Plenty of youtube videos on it though. watch:"A Guide to Your First Hour in Bangkok, Thailand" and he will take you step by step to navigating the airport.6. Use Whatsapp to talk to kamol hospital directly. They can help you with questions prior to your trip and then during especially when it comes to the payment options. People here also use Line to communicate. Get as many questions fleshed out as you can before coming here!7.Make sure you bank is compatible with international charges! Also, let other people know like websites will ask for security questions when you try to log in here.8. Stay at the K Garden hotel! Its easy to navigate, close by to the hospital and you will be taken care of with breakfast, questions and safety. They provide taxi, housekeeping to and from hospital.9. Try and make some friends while you are here! People come from all over for the same reason as you!10. Give yourself a few days to acclimatize before your surgery! I thought I thought 4 days would be enough. I got set up and situated in the local area, but I ended up fainting before the surgery due to heat and dehydration.11. Relax! Breath! I know that traveling this far from home can trigger anxiety but you are in good hands. The atmosphere here is more laid back than you would expect. Sometimes the hospital can feel busy at times and nurses are shuffling around and you don't know what's happening. As someone who has had abuse and mistreatment from doctors, relax, breath, have faith remember you are giving yourself this. let go, and allow the staff to take care of you.My surgery turned out differently but this has been the most comfortable healthcare I have ever received. Plan in advance, months and months prior and you will be okay on your own.I am humbled to be here and be treated with such dignity.You wont be disappointed, good luck to you.ทำดีได้ดี ทำชั่วได้ชั่วSabai sabai!!!❤️ ขอบคุณ ❤️

Fraudulent business. They tell you need bunch of surgery and ask you to pay them before going to Bangkok. Once there they will only do a portion of it and won’t want to give back the money. They are also frauding government around the world.Bad communication, 0 follow up no info. 24 priors to your surgery you have no clue what is going on.Girl there are lost wondering what they should do. The nursing staff and hotel staff is nice.But you will loose money going there and you will have your surgery done by a random surgeon you have never met. Tho they will try to convince you it’s kamol that did it. Results are far from the overcharge they are doing.If you request your file they will do everything to make sure not to provide them or at least gives themselves time to change it.Look at the consent form they make you sign. There is nothing on it, and after you sign them in your hospital room before your surgery. They will change the info and write that kamol signed them at the same time than you. When the guy wasn’t there at all.They used miscommunication to steal from you and than claim that’s what was agree from the beginning.Nurses sleep on the floor because they do shifts back to back. This place is a disgrace to the trans community and needs to be closed.They steal from you, they will damage you and they will try to get even more money at every occasions they can.Kamol hospital is a fraud and dangerous place. No wonder they hide what happens to people that die there. Do your research.It’s an arnaque. This place is terrible. The only positive is the staff.Also every girls that goes there needs revisions. Believe the bad reviews. They exist for a reason.

Before coming there, I contacted their correspondent who asked me what my requests were. I indicated a number of things. On this basis, she told me that she would give me a costed estimate. Having several acts, I asked if there would be a discount. She told me she was going to see it. My friend also possibly wanted to have a beard transplant, but was still unsure. The correspondent came back to me with a quote based on the desired interventions. I still asked if certain things were not done, or not necessary, what would happen? Because what if I send the money in advance? The correspondent replied: “We will reimburse you for the act not carried out”. obviously! So I send the money with complete confidence, more than €30,000 to the Kamol hospital. I see the doctor (less than 30 seconds!) He indicates that one of the procedures required on the face is not necessary because I am much too young! But indicates wanting to make my chin which he finds too small. I indicate that I do not want to redo my chin but just possibly refine it. So I ask the correspondent when will the 130,000 bath be sent for the act that he will not do? She reconfirms that she will reimburse me, I wait but still no reimbursement! In the meantime I'm going to do my beard transplant which will still last 16 hours! And I notice that one of the operating room assistants doesn't even wear her mask on her face! I would also catch a chin infection afterwards! I restart the referent and the dialogue has completely changed! She no longer wants to reimburse me, she explains to me that I benefited from numerous reductions and therefore she will only reimburse me 10,000 bath! For my part, I absolutely do not understand this and I find it very dishonest! Discounts on actions performed are one thing! But if the act is not done, the hospital had to reimburse me! But given the dishonesty I understand now. It's not the most serious! Following the last intervention. They take me out of the hospital and tell me everything is fine, take vitamins and your antibiotics and I will be fine. But I go out and I feel really bad, I took the plane in a wheelchair. I lost consciousness, my friend rushed me to another hospital, they took a blood test and there the diagnosis was made! The Kamol hospital lied to me, my blood test was critical and I didn't even know it! They told me everything is fine! But I was critically anemic because I had lost a lot of blood. The danger occurs below 7gL and I was at 5.5gL! For the first time in my life, I had to receive an absolute emergency blood transfusion! All this at my expense! And in a large, reputable hospital which told me that I should never have been allowed to leave the hospital with such a low rate! In addition to not having reimbursed me for what I did not do, giving me an infection, they put me in great danger by letting me go out, thinking that everything was fine, this is unacceptable, I I hope that the Thai authorities will see this message and take a closer look at the actions of this hospital which charges for procedures not performed under the guise of reducing others! As I write this review I am still very weak and in bad shape, and I would not forgive this establishment for that. I warned the director and since then, radio silence! No answer ! So be careful, because it is more expensive than in your country! Dishonest, and particularly dangerous. I invite Kamol Hospital not to lie, because reduction on act, is not worth not reimbursing act not performed! Everyone will understand this perfectly! And I insist on absolutely not respecting medical confidentiality since in front of other patients, they do not hesitate to say what this or that did! This is unacceptable! So to avoid first and last names, and to be more honest and not lie to patients and what I denounce are serious facts and verify! And if the hospital wishes, a complaint will be filed! Because we don't tell patients, your analyzes are good! When in reality they are rated as critical! Shame on you !

I had top surgery. I am 3 months post-op and experiencing bad depression because I'm so upset by the results. I'll have to see another specialist to try and improve the results but they will never look as good as they could have, and it will be extremely expensive when I already had such a difficult time saving for this surgery. My mental health has truly suffered and I am so upset and angry that something so important turned out so badly.

If I could, I would give this clinic 10 points instead of the possible 5 here.This clinic changed my life!I had my SRS at the beginning of January 2024 and I am incredibly happy with the results.Everything in the clinic is super modern and the staff is super friendly.The clinic definitely sets standards that many clinics in the field of gender reassignment in Europe do not even come close to achieving.The preoperative consultation for SRS is objective and honest. And the results are really impressive after just a few weeks.

I have the privilege of working with underrepresented communities in the context of workplace wellbeing, organisational justice and community development.I have never experienced wrap around healthcare as a trans person in the way I have with the Kamol staff. From the expertise of Dr A and Dr K all the way through to the grounds staff, the kindness and empathy and solidarity shown by all has changed my life forever.If you buy into racist stereotypes about Asia and hygiene I can guarantee they will be dissolved upon first conversation with the knowledgeable consultative staff at K Gardens.

So here I am, my second visit..gender confirmation surgery or SRS skin graft... my first visit was three months ago. Breast augmentation.. the hospital organises things through wats app. This appears to be ok unless the person you speak to leaves as as in my case Darcie and Oya and Nissa - Who were fantastic in helping me in my biggest thing of my life.. they were amazing . Once landed at the airport I was picked up as organised and taken to hospital accommodation. Then checked in and the augmentation done. It was the whole process was amazing. My GP in Australia looked when I got home and just looked amazed and said " very tidy job". It is now three months in I feel so good my breast wounds are almost gone. Vitamin E and mosteriser every day. My head feels so much better for having it done . . I am now here getting gender confirming surgery they call it SRS skin graft here. I've now had it done three days ago in in bed on level 5 I think. It's so tidy clean spotless...just so nice. ...... Yep my brain is bit mush but taking this time while I'm awake. I have to say the nurses are just superb.really. just so nice caring like bees around honey I was really worried last night and one nurse apart from the others , they come in sometimes in. Two and threes . She said, in such caring so down to earth. ". we will look after you " it's really amazing...dr Kamol is flawless obviously perfectionist.. he very specific, driven and focused.. master in his class. I could not say anything other than thank you very much to all the nurses who looked after me and Dr Kamol .. kup kun kaa. Tips , plug yr phone in near yr bed before surgery. Two pin plug adaptor needed. Have yr meds toiletries near bed before surgery.. your brain will be full of every emotion ,before and definately after.... You are affect by heavy drugs as well as a life changing event... Thoughts dreams , they just pop in , recognises this let them come and drift away. Cry. It's ok...stay in touch with what ever family or friends you may have -dont be needy....but say to them " hi" listen to your thoughts listen to your silence and be with you. .if you pray then pray . What ever it is you do or are .....you will be ok you will be amazing!

Life changing. I was very nervous to travel to Thailand by my self. I had almost no idea what to expect. After I arrived I immediately felt like I was where I belong. So many other girls from around the world to meet and exchange stories with. This hospital has my deepest appreciation. The staff is very friendly and the nurses are all angels. My surgery results blew my expectations out of the water. Dr.Kamol and his team are experts. I’m very satisfied. I’m coming back one more time in a few months to have my compete surgery and I’m so very excited. I went from being nervous to wishing I was back in Thailand. Kamol Hospital is the right choice.

I am just back since a week from my SRS2 surgery which was done by Dr. Kamol himself.I really thank Dr. Kamol so much. But also people like Nanda in the surgery room who are giving you all their sympathy and enthousiasm just before all starts. Even though I still have some pain, I am so happy with my new life. I completely recommend the Kamol hospital and the hotel K-Garden which is only 100m away and which also belongs to the Kamol hospital. Everything is run in a most pleasant and efficient way.I don’t want to forget to thank Oya, Kendra and Jamie Lee for their excellent work. It is almost a year since I had my GRS at the Kamol Hospital in Thailand. I want to let all of my Trans sisters and brother know that the staff took such good care of me. The level of kindness and professionalism was just an experience I will never forget. I trusted these people with my life, and they did not disappoint. The staff walked me through the process and the outcome of my neo-vaginoplasty is better than I expected. My mom and Godmother were impressed how realistic my vagina looked (I name my vagina Hello Kitty). I plan on going back in July of 2024 to do my FFS there as well. I can't wait to see the staff again.

Having read reviews before I made my decision for my procedure and to travel, I feel that I should share my experience. To begin with, everything exceeded my expectations. Everyone at Kamol Hospital and K-Garden were wonderful. Everyone was helpful, kind, and understanding. K-Garden staff always made me feel welcomed and provided wonderful service. The Kamol Hospital nurses were the most compassionate and professional nurses I've ever had. My doctor was great. The customer care rep has been amazing. Everything was as advertised. I always felt that my safety and comfort was everyone's top priority. In the future, I will always place Kamol Hospital as my first choice for any cosmetic procedures.

I had an amazing experience here. They have comprehensive care that follows you through the entire healing process. They pretty much handle every aspect of your care, from changing dressings to offering accommodations. They bring you to and from the hospital for you appointments from their hotel and pick you up from the airport when you arrive. They alleviated so much of my stress and made me feel so safe. The nursing staff is PHENOMENAL. And Kendra made sure I knew a friendly face in the hotel and introduced me to some peers who I am sure to call close friends for the rest of my life. Truly an amazing experience. Thank you so much, Kamol Hospital!

My experience at the Kamol Cosmetic Hospital far exceeded my expectations! The facility the staff and the recovery hotel are immaculate and amazing. I can't think of a better place to have gender affirming surgery performed. Things happen fast here, and communication could be a little bit better, but overall I rate the experience five stars and strongly recommend Kamol! One of the best parts of having surgery here is meeting girls from all over the world on the same journey as I am I have made some wonderful friends and I never felt alone.

I had my SRS just this year and I am very happy and my partner is also very contented with the results. I never regret coming to this place. From the Hotel staff to Hospital staff, they secure that I'll be comfortable. I really thought I'll be having a difficulty due to language barriers because I only know Filipino and English language but I was shocked because the staff are good in English. Even the drivers can speak English as well. The staff are polite and courteous. I remembered from sending an email to inquire about my procedure until I went back to UK, just a smooth sailing. I cannot forget the hotel and hospital filipino staff I've met they let me feel I'm at home. The Dilation staff are very caring and careful for me not to feel the pain. Dr. Kamol is also accommodating towards my request how I wanted towards the results of my SRS. Thank you from the drivers, security guards, housekeeping staff (hotel and hospital), front desk (hotel and hospital), Registration, call center agent answering my inquiries,nurses from the OPD, ward, Laboratory, Dilation, Dr. Kamol and especially the Operating room and the Recovery room staff. Happy to see and talked to a filipina in Operating room, she made me feel at ease when I'm too nervous and even checked me out when I'm already in the Recovery room. Will be happy to recommend Kamol hospital to my friends. 5 star is not enough to rate Kamol hospital. Kudos to the people of Kamol Hospital

I am Philippa Jane and this is a genuine review and not paid for by anyone.I chose this hospital on the reviews and was not disappointed. The hospital is very modern with it's equipment and the staff are veryfriendly. After the operation( PPV) the nurses were always ready to help in whatever was required.The hospital room did have everything I could need but that did not amount to much as I was flat on my back for 4 days.The examinations I had were first class and even though there was an anomaly with my ECG it was arranged for me to go with a chaperone to the biggest hospital I have ever seen where I was given a CT scan just to make absolutely certain I could survive surgery The test showed I had a 5% chance of a heart attack.I have seen the results of the surgery and described Doctor Kamol (when I was in the room with him) as a Picasso with a scalpel. That had to be translated to him as he is as fluent in English as I am in Thai.

Unfortunately complications after surgery. A couple revisions later still having the same issue. Be sure to have Electrolisys prior to surgery to avoid complications.

I had a BBL and rhinoplasty surgery done here with Dr Janjira and I absolutely love the result. Dr Janjira is truly a master at her craft and I am so grateful. :)I am happy with my decision to choose Kamol cosmetic hospital. Awful customer service. I booked a consultation and they suggested a date. I told them il check if i can take leave at work since it was a weekday. They agreed.. Then i got back to them 1 day on advance. They never even bother to respond to me again. We were communicating in Whatsapp so i know they saw my messages.Such a big red flag. I wouldnt trust my life to a clinic like this. Very unprofessional staff.

After doing a lot of research i discovered Kamol hospital and it sounded to good to be true, but let me tell you, its all true!! they really do make your dreams a reality, i did read that Dr Kamol doesn't do the surgery himself, trust me thats all rubbish he does do the surgery himself and he does it very very well. 110% recommended

Clean, covid protection protocol is excellent. I was weary of going into hospital but was reassured by the level of hygiene I witnessed. Well done to the hard working doctors, nurses and staff you all made me feel very welcome and your professionalism is second to none.

Such a lovely place to go for cosmetic surgery, the staff, doctors are so friendly and helpful. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of surgery and after care you receive, they even have a hotel right next door to the hospital for recovery. Highly recommended.

I was made to feel so welcome from the very start, even due to the time difference between the UK and Thailand they answered my emails and messages with speed and accuracy and gave me the support i needed to continue my journey with confidence. I highly recommend this hospital due to the professionalism of all it's staff and there understanding of what it means to be a transgender woman. I have done my research and this hospital is by far the best for any cosmetic surgery, i cant wait to go in March for my PPV operation. The worst. I don't think he is operating,they are completely disorganized. He is having many insuccesful experience,many girls are complaining, many girls. Many girls have remained unsatisfied and afterwards they do not help you..The assistant(Vanessa)is never present,she abandons you and only thinks about his percentages(money). They are very venal people,they treat you as numbers and a source of money.Don't choose Kamol hospital please.

I leave this hideous review at the kamol clinic.I found myself very ill and they (doctors and assistant) did nothing to help me even though I explained the many problems I am still having.Although I continue to have problems I am always told that everything is fine.The assistant is as if he does not exist (Vanessa), he never answers and thinks only the percentages without helping.I absolutely do not recommend this clinic for sex chance

Scammers, I sent them money for the consultation and they never replied back, i did not think it would happen to a place with a good reputation which is why i trusted them, but they just took my money and stopped replying to me. I have sent them a message and email and they never replied after the payment is sent. Fortunately it is not a significant amount of money, but it shows their true colors and i am glad to find out earlier. Worst customer service i have ever experienced, it cant even be counted as customer service since they straight up just ignored me. I suggest you to find other hospitals as you do not know how the customer service in this hospital would handle your business, they might just take your money and never reply back to you.

Even ONE star not deserve Dr. Kamol - is the best plastic surgery , and he is from the top 10 in the , world I believe , but the fact he is not doing the surgery by him self others are involving in the operation room to learn the surgery ..I do believe un professional doctors those doctors are the worst I have ever seen in my life. disorganized. they are having many unsuccessful experience,a lot of complaining.
