Kendra really went above and beyond in making me feel welcome, validated, supported and essentially like a top priority and even family. She is an invaluable asset to the team and made the entire process that could very well have been daunting, into a walk in the park and now I have so many life long friends thanks to her amazing efforts and fostering a productive and highly beneficial environment for all patients at the hospital. I had an amazing experience here. They have comprehensive care that follows you through the entire healing process. They pretty much handle every aspect of your care, from changing dressings to offering accommodations. They bring you to and from the hospital for you appointments from their hotel and pick you up from the airport when you arrive. They alleviated so much of my stress and made me feel so safe. The nursing staff is PHENOMENAL. And Kendra made sure I knew a friendly face in the hotel and introduced me to some peers who I am sure to call close friends for the rest of my life. Truly an amazing experience. Thank you so much, Kamol Hospital!

Everything was super nice and smooth, I'm happy Kendra was there with me to keep me company and moral support throughout the whole surgery process. It was a 5 star experience, but they really need more English oriented staff like Kendra to actually understand the pacients and guide them

My experience at the Kamol Cosmetic Hospital far exceeded my expectations! The facility the staff and the recovery hotel are immaculate and amazing. I can't think of a better place to have gender affirming surgery performed. Things happen fast here, and communication could be a little bit better, but overall I rate the experience five stars and strongly recommend Kamol! One of the best parts of having surgery here is meeting girls from all over the world on the same journey as I am I have made some wonderful friends and I never felt alone.

I had my SRS just this year and I am very happy and my partner is also very contented with the results. I never regret coming to this place. From the Hotel staff to Hospital staff, they secure that I'll be comfortable. I really thought I'll be having a difficulty due to language barriers because I only know Filipino and English language but I was shocked because the staff are good in English. Even the drivers can speak English as well. The staff are polite and courteous. I remembered from sending an email to inquire about my procedure until I went back to UK, just a smooth sailing. I cannot forget the hotel and hospital filipino staff I've met they let me feel I'm at home. The Dilation staff are very caring and careful for me not to feel the pain. Dr. Kamol is also accommodating towards my request how I wanted towards the results of my SRS. Thank you from the drivers, security guards, housekeeping staff (hotel and hospital), front desk (hotel and hospital), Registration, call center agent answering my inquiries,nurses from the OPD, ward, Laboratory, Dilation, Dr. Kamol and especially the Operating room and the Recovery room staff. Happy to see and talked to a filipina in Operating room, she made me feel at ease when I'm too nervous and even checked me out when I'm already in the Recovery room. Will be happy to recommend Kamol hospital to my friends. 5 star is not enough to rate Kamol hospital. Kudos to the people of Kamol Hospital

I am Philippa Jane and this is a genuine review and not paid for by anyone.I chose this hospital on the reviews and was not disappointed. The hospital is very modern with it's equipment and the staff are veryfriendly. After the operation( PPV) the nurses were always ready to help in whatever was required.The hospital room did have everything I could need but that did not amount to much as I was flat on my back for 4 days.The examinations I had were first class and even though there was an anomaly with my ECG it was arranged for me to go with a chaperone to the biggest hospital I have ever seen where I was given a CT scan just to make absolutely certain I could survive surgery The test showed I had a 5% chance of a heart attack.I have seen the results of the surgery and described Doctor Kamol (when I was in the room with him) as a Picasso with a scalpel. That had to be translated to him as he is as fluent in English as I am in Thai.

Unfortunately complications after surgery. A couple revisions later still having the same issue. Be sure to have Electrolisys prior to surgery to avoid complications.

I had a BBL and rhinoplasty surgery done here with Dr Janjira and I absolutely love the result. Dr Janjira is truly a master at her craft and I am so grateful. :)I am happy with my decision to choose Kamol cosmetic hospital. Awful customer service. I booked a consultation and they suggested a date. I told them il check if i can take leave at work since it was a weekday. They agreed.. Then i got back to them 1 day on advance. They never even bother to respond to me again. We were communicating in Whatsapp so i know they saw my messages.Such a big red flag. I wouldnt trust my life to a clinic like this. Very unprofessional staff.

After doing a lot of research i discovered Kamol hospital and it sounded to good to be true, but let me tell you, its all true!! they really do make your dreams a reality, i did read that Dr Kamol doesn't do the surgery himself, trust me thats all rubbish he does do the surgery himself and he does it very very well. 110% recommended

Clean, covid protection protocol is excellent. I was weary of going into hospital but was reassured by the level of hygiene I witnessed. Well done to the hard working doctors, nurses and staff you all made me feel very welcome and your professionalism is second to none.

Such a lovely place to go for cosmetic surgery, the staff, doctors are so friendly and helpful. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of surgery and after care you receive, they even have a hotel right next door to the hospital for recovery. Highly recommended.

I was made to feel so welcome from the very start, even due to the time difference between the UK and Thailand they answered my emails and messages with speed and accuracy and gave me the support i needed to continue my journey with confidence. I highly recommend this hospital due to the professionalism of all it's staff and there understanding of what it means to be a transgender woman. I have done my research and this hospital is by far the best for any cosmetic surgery, i cant wait to go in March for my PPV operation. รีวิวประสบการณ์ตรง ทำจมูกครั้งแรกที่นี่ กับหมอ(1) แล้วเอียงนิดหน่อย เลยแก้ที่นี่กับหมออีกคน(2) หมอวิเคราะห์ตัดเนื้อข้างในจมูกออก จากนั้นบริเวณที่ตัดเป็นหลุมและปลายบาง จนตอนนี้ไปแก้ที่อื่นดีขึ้นบ้างแล้วแต่ปลายก็ยังบางอยู่ ใครมีแผนแก้ตัดสินใจดีๆ ค่ะ

The worst. I don't think he is operating,they are completely disorganized. He is having many insuccesful experience,many girls are complaining, many girls. Many girls have remained unsatisfied and afterwards they do not help you..The assistant(Vanessa)is never present,she abandons you and only thinks about his percentages(money). They are very venal people,they treat you as numbers and a source of money.Don't choose Kamol hospital please.

I leave this hideous review at the kamol clinic.I found myself very ill and they (doctors and assistant) did nothing to help me even though I explained the many problems I am still having.Although I continue to have problems I am always told that everything is fine.The assistant is as if he does not exist (Vanessa), he never answers and thinks only the percentages without helping.I absolutely do not recommend this clinic for sex chance

Scammers, I sent them money for the consultation and they never replied back, i did not think it would happen to a place with a good reputation which is why i trusted them, but they just took my money and stopped replying to me. I have sent them a message and email and they never replied after the payment is sent. Fortunately it is not a significant amount of money, but it shows their true colors and i am glad to find out earlier. Worst customer service i have ever experienced, it cant even be counted as customer service since they straight up just ignored me. I suggest you to find other hospitals as you do not know how the customer service in this hospital would handle your business, they might just take your money and never reply back to you.

Even ONE star not deserve Dr. Kamol - is the best plastic surgery , and he is from the top 10 in the , world I believe , but the fact he is not doing the surgery by him self others are involving in the operation room to learn the surgery ..I do believe un professional doctors those doctors are the worst I have ever seen in my life. disorganized. they are having many unsuccessful experience,a lot of complaining. Many patience have remained unsatisfied ,they are only looking to pullout your money ..please Don't go to Kamol hospital .
